-3 Claims. (01. 206-16) The present invention to a tool case for cleaning tools employed with suction cleaners. An object of the invention is to provide a new and improved kit for suction cleaning tools. A V

further object is to provide a tool kit which is self-supporting in an erect' position. Another object is to provide a kit having an enlarged base to support the kit in erect position and also to engage the tools therein at spaced points toprovide multiple lateral supports for the tools. ther objects and advantages of the invention will be apparent from the following description and attached drawings, wherein:

In order to assemble the base i2 and the lateral tool supporting member IS. the apex 59 of the latter is placed against the crease 59 in the base I2, and the edge of the lower wall 41 of the member I3 is placed against the crease 58 and thereafter the wall 55 is folded along the crease 1 59 to lie contiguous with the wall 45 of the member I3. In this position the tabs 1| formed in providing openings 10 are folded along the crease 59 through the openings 5| so as to be 5|. Thereafter the wall 55 is folded along the crease 50 to lie adjacent the wall 45 of the triangular section 43 and the flaps 51 folded along their creases 12 to close the open ends of the -member I 5, the flaps 55 are folded at their creases 12 with their

A handle 80 is provided at the upper end of the panel I I and comprises a pair of flexible straps 8| and 82 having their opposite ends attached I -together as at 83 and are secured to the rear wall I! of the panel cover I! by means of staples 36. The straps are arranged side by side and when separated a dusting tool hose 86 may be from the kit and attached to the opposite end of the hose 66. It will be noted that the

I claim: a i

' l. A tool case for suction cleaning tools comprising a body of relatively rigid material including a panel and an enlarged base projecting forwardly of said panel to support the latter in erect position, a member of relatively rigid material attached to said panel and having a portion spaced from the latter to form therewith a tool holder, oppofltelv disposed recesses along the upper marginal edge of said member and spaced from said panel, said recesses receiving a tool tospace the latter from said panel, said recesses and member cooperating to tilt the lower end of said tool downwardly and inwardly toward said panel, whereby the lower end of saidtool rests against said panel and the upper end of said tool in said recesses is spaced from-said panel.

A tool case'for suction cleaning tools comprising a body of relatively rigid material including a panel and an enlarged base projecting forwardly 01' said panel to support the latter in erect position, a member forming part of said" base and folded to provide a front wall spaced from said panel, a top wall between said front wall and panel, and a wall inclined with respect to said top wall, a cut-out extending across the crease between said top wall and inclined wall to provide spaced aligned openings therein for'the reception of a. tool, the defining edges of said spaced aligned openings engaging the tool at vertically spaced points to provide multiple lateral supports for the tools at intervals therealong to position said incl adjacent said panel above said enlarged base.

A tool case for suction cleaning tools comprising a. body of relatively rigid material including a panel and an enlarged base projecting i'orwardly of said panel to support the latter in erect position, a member forming part of said base and folded to provide a front wall spaced from said panel, a top wall between said front wall and panel, and a wall inclined with respect to said top wall, aligned openings in said top wall and inclined wall, the defining edges of said spaced aligned openings engaging the tool at vertically spaced points to provide multiple lateral supports for the tools at intervals therealong to position said tool adjacent said panel above said enlarged base.
