A luminous ornamental device comprising a hollow translucent base formed with a central opening, means supported in said opening and comprising a plate having a light source rising therefrom, a post comprising lower elements supportably connected to said plate on opposite sides of said light source and a rod rising above said elements to a point substantially elevated above said base, a light passing cylindrical form rising around said opening in the base and enclosing said lower elements and said light source.

A luminous ornamental device comprising a hollow translucent base formed with a central opening, means supported in said opening and comprising a plate having a light source rising therefrom, a post comprising lower elements supportably connected to said plate on opposite sides of said light source and a rod rising above said elements to a point substantially elevated above said base, a light passing cylindrical form rising around said opening in the base and enclosing said lower elements and said light source, said cylindrical form being removably inserted in said opening andhaving a portion surrounding said plate.
