A still further object of this invention is the provision of. a childs walker; the seat portion of which is revolvable inrelation to the table portion thereof and so formed that the seat portion may be readily removed from the walker and used as awheel toy by the child. A still further objectof the invention is the provision of a childs walker, the leg portions of which are readily adjustable vertically soas to ter of toys thruout thehouse is avoided. In this vary the height of the circular table in relation to the. seat portion of the device thus providing for the accommodation ofthe growing child.

The childs walker shown and described here- 1 in has been designed with the primary purpose in mind of providing a safe place for the child to play. At the same time it will be seen that the child can move the device about the house, as it rolls upon relatively large casters. A convenient circular table having an opening thru which the child is positioned serves as an excellent play table and it has been found that by attaching the various toys to the inner table rim, the child always has them within reach and the usual clutconnection the circular table ofi'ers an excellent place for the childs feedings as it is so formed that despite the childs movements the table is always ready to receive spilled food, thus making the device an excellent feeding station for the Child.

i The seat portion of the walker has been formed in a manner similar to a kiddie-car with theexception that the legs are longer and are provided with wheels adapted to run in a circular i track formed on the walker so that the child may turn in the walker aswell as move it across the floor. When the child is old enough to play safely outside thewalker, the seat portion of is the prothe devicemay be readily removedfrom there mainder and the wheels thereof conveniently changed so'as to provide an excellent wheel toy for the small child. The well spread legs provide a greater degreeof safety than the ordinary wheel toy and make it almost impossible to tip the toy over. The relatively large casters used upon the walker itself can be readily removed and positioned upon the legs of the seat portion to create this practical wheel toy.

With theforegoing and other objects in View which will appear as the description proceeds, the invention resides in thecombination and arrangement ofparts and in the details of construction hereinafter described and claimed, it

By referring to the drawing and Figure 1 in particular, it will be seen that the invention comprises a walker composed of the following parts: The numeral 1 indicates a circular table with an opening 2 in the center thereof. This circular table 1 may be formed either as a fiat table asshovvn or bowl shaped, if thought desirable A raised and rounded rim 3 is posi tioned around the outer edge of the circular table land a similar raised rim 4 is positioned about the inner edge of the circular table I.

This circular table I is supported by aplurality of extensible legs a pre'ferably fourin numben a circular track 6 is positioned on lower portions of the extensible legs5 andiserves as suitable bracing structure and as a track. A seat 1 is I centrally positioned in the walker and directly below the opening 2 in the circular top I thereof. This seat 1 is provided with a plurality of legs 8, preferably three in number, each of which has positioned at its lower end a wheel 9 which is adapted to run in the circular track 6 of the walker structure. It will thus be seen that the The extensible legs 5 are provided so that the circular table I may be adjusted vertically in relation to the height of the seat I. This can be done by any convenient means but preferably takes the form of elongated openings I2 in the leg structure. A bolt and nutserving to clamp the leg structure together thru the elongated openings makes the necessary vertical adjustments readily possible by merely loosening the bolts and nuts and tightening the same when the correct height of the device has been determined. The lower ends of the extensible legs 5 are provided with removable casters l3 which are preferably relatively large and provided with rubber tires so that the walker may be easily rolled thru the house. x By referring to Figure 2 an enlarged detail of a section of the circular track 6, it will be seen that a portion of one of the legs 8. of the seat portion of thedevice and a keeper member l4 has been provided to prevent the revolvable seat wheels 9 from jumping the track. The wheels 9 are. preferably mounted on the legs 8 in a removable manner so that they may be conveniently removed and the seat-portion of the'device removed fromthe -walker., The relatively large casters l3 can then be removed from the Walker legs 5 and attachedto the said legs 8 by means of openings I5 provided for their reception.

What I claim is:

1. A child's walker comprising a wheeled circular table, a circular opening in said table, a circular track positioned on lowerportions of the table legs, a seat supported by wheeled legs on the said circular track, so as to be revolvable, and adapted to support a child positioned on the seat thru the circular opening in the said table.

2. A childs walker comprising a wheeled circular table, a circular opening centrally positioned in the said table, a circular trackpositioned on lower portions of the table legs and adapted to provide a runway for a wheel toy comprising a seat, a plurality of legs on said seat, wheels on said legs adapted to engage and run in the said circular track. 3. A vchilds walker and wheel toy comprising asupporting the said seat, removable wheels on said legs, a back on said seat and a post on said seat adapted to keep a child thereon, and a walker comprising a circular table, a circular track on the table legs adapted to receive the wheels of the that a child can be positioned on the seat therethru.
