The upper end of the wall 5 is formed with an outwardly directed hollow bead IB providing a channel !9. The upper ends of the walls 6, 'I and 8 ,are formed with inwardly directed beads 20, 2| and 22 respectively providing channels 23, 2! and 25 respectively. *The channels open into each other and form an endless water conducting passage 26. The walls 5, G, 'I and 8 acacent their upper ends are provided with spaced spray ports 21, 28, 25 and 30 respectiveiy disposed at a downwardly inclination, preferably at an angle of 45 and which open at their lower ends at the inner faces of the said walls. The upper ends of 'the ports 21, 28, 29 and 30 open into the channels IS,
23, 24 and 25 respectively. The ports provide for directing water in a shower-like form against the back, sides and front of the occupant of the tub..

Abathtub comprising an open top integral hollow providing a vertical chamber having its upper portion of greater dimensions than its lower portion, said body having means arranged therein and above the bottom of said chamber to provide a seat for the user of the tub, said body in proximity to its upper end provided with means extending inwardly from the side and rear ,walls and outwardly from the front wall for directing water, in a shower-like form, in a direction towards the back, sides and front of the user, and the said' water directing means providing an endless water conducting passage throughout the upper end of the tub adapted to communicate with a water supply and spaced downwardiy inclined ports extending from said passage and opening into said chamber.

A bathtub comprising an open top one-piece hollow body formed with a pair of sides and a rear and a front wall, said front wall being of angleshape contour in vertical section and formed of an upper vertical portion, an inwardly extending intermediate portion and a lower vertical portion said intermediate portion merging into the lower end of the upper portion and' into the upper end of said lower portion, the said upperportion being formed at its upper end with an outwardly directed hollow bead, said lower portion merging into said bottom adjacent the front and rear thereof, said side walls being substantially of inverted L-shape contour and each provided'at its ::manu
