Abstract

The present disclosure proposes a multifunctional training device, including a pedal bottom plate with an insertion function, a cushioned tread surface, tractor plate assemblies of pull cord trainers inserted on both sides of the pedal bottom plate, and support base assemblies inserted on the bottom surface of the pedal, a bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate is provided with a plurality of mounting nests opening downward for preventing rotation of inserted pieces and limiting the inserted pieces, a mounting hole on the mounting nest is narrow on the upper part and wide on the lower part, and a plurality of wedge dowels are evenly distributed on an inner wall of the mounting hole with the mounting hole as the center, the wedge dowel is wide on the upper part and narrow on the lower part, and an outer side surface of the wedge dowel is smooth and flat, and a connecting hole is used for mounting a bottom support assembly. The bottom support assembly includes one or more of an omni-directional wheel assembly, a first elastic body, and a second elastic body, and the purpose of adapting different types of motion is achieved by changing different bottom support assemblies or adjusting the positions of the bottom support assemblies. The multifunctional training device has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient disassembly and replacement, robust connection structure, and enlarged applicability range.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to the field of sports apparatus, and in particular to a multifunctional training device.
  • BACKGROUND
  • The balance plate is an important exercise apparatus for training sensitivity and balance.
  • A ball-type balance plate disclosed by the patent “A ball-type balance plate” (publication number: CN210612785U) includes a pedal bottom plate and an elastic ball body installed at the bottom of the pedal bottom plate. The elastic body is connected with a mounting hole through a protection seat. The elastic ball body is an inflatable ball. The surface of the ball body has a cylindrical protruding mounting boss, and the neck of the mounting boss contracts to form a contraction part. A fixed round hole is arranged in the center of the protection seat. When the elastic ball body is not inflated, the mounting boss of the elastic ball body is squeezed into the fixed round hole. After the elastic ball body is inflated, the contraction part is clamped in the fixed round hole to form a fixation. The protection seat is circular. The protection seat is installed in the mounting hole of the pedal bottom plate through a conventional axial hole connection mode such as thread connection, buckle connection, etc., to form a fixation between the elastic ball body and the pedal bottom plate. Once the interference of the conventional axial hole connection modes such as thread connection, buckle connection, etc. is worn, the tightness of the connection between the elastic ball body and the pedal bottom plate cannot be guaranteed. At the same time, the device described in the patent can be used as a ball-type balance plate as much as possible. When exercising, the person stands on the pedal bottom plate, pulls corresponding tension tubes with both hands, jumps up and down to exercise balance, and the use mode is single.
  • SUMMARY
  • An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a multifunctional training device that solves one or more of the problems of the prior art described above.
  • The present disclosure proposes a multifunctional training device, including a pedal bottom plate, wherein a bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate is provided with a plurality of mounting nests, each of the mounting nests is provided with a mounting hole opened downward, the mounting hole is narrow on the upper part and wide on the lower part, and a plurality of wedge dowels are evenly distributed on an inner wall of the mounting hole with the mounting hole as the center, the wedge dowel is wide on the upper part and narrow on the lower part, and an outer side surface of the wedge dowel is smooth and flat, and a connecting hole is used for mounting a bottom support assembly.
  • In some embodiments, a mounting nest opened downward is arranged at a middle position of each mounting nest, a cushioned tread surface is arranged on the pedal bottom plate, the cushioned tread surface is set with reference to a center of an upper surface of the pedal bottom plate, and an operation assembly is arranged on the pedal bottom plate on each of two sides of the cushioned tread surface.
  • In some embodiments, the operation assembly includes a tractor plate assembly of a pull cord trainer which is able to be disassembled and inserted, the tractor plate assembly includes a tractor plate, a strap, and a tension tube, the two sides of the pedal bottom plate are provided with waist-type holes penetrating up and down for disassembling and inserting the tractor plate assembly of the pull cord trainer, and the tractor plate is inserted in the waist-type hole from bottom to top, and the tractor plate has a bayonet limiting edge, the tractor plate is provided with the strap for connecting the tension tube, and the tension tube is connected on the strap; and
  • a bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate is provided with an auxiliary groove, an inner frame is arranged in the auxiliary groove, the mounting nests are arranged on a groove wall of the auxiliary groove on an inner side of the inner frame, and a plurality of crosswise reinforcing ribs are arranged between the inner frame and an outer side wall of the mounting nest.
  • In some embodiments, an upper surface of the pedal bottom plate is parallel to the ground, a center point of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate, a center point of the auxiliary groove and a center point of the inner frame are on a same line A, and the line A is perpendicular to the ground.
  • In some embodiments, the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate is provided with two sets of mounting nests, one set of mounting nests are evenly distributed on the four corners of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate, the other set of mounting nests are evenly distributed on the center of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate, and the same bottom support assemblies are installed in the same set of mounting holes.

  • In some embodiments, the bottom support assembly includes any one or more of a movable support assembly and a non-movable support assembly, and
  • the movable support assembly includes an omni-directional wheel, the non-movable support assembly includes either one or both of a first elastic body and a second elastic body, the movable support assembly and the non-movable support assembly each forming a detachable connection with the mounting nest, the second elastic body having a height less than the height of the first elastic body and the height of the omni-directional wheel.
  • In some embodiments, one or more of the omni-directional wheel, the first elastic body and the second elastic body form a detachable connection with the mounting nests through bosses or connection seats,
  • both the boss and the connection seat are arranged corresponding to the mounting hole, the upper end of the boss is engaged with the hole wall of the mounting hole; and
  • the connection seat includes a main plate and a clamping segment arranged corresponding to the mounting hole, the clamping segment and an auxiliary connecting segment are coaxially arranged on an upper surface of the main plate, an auxiliary connecting hole is arranged on the main plate, one end of the auxiliary connecting hole extends into the auxiliary connecting segment, an opening of the auxiliary connecting hole is arranged on a lower surface of the main plate, the auxiliary connecting hole is used for connecting the bottom support assembly, a clamping groove is arranged on the clamping segment corresponding to the wedge dowel, the connection seat is connected with the mounting nest, the wedge dowel in the mounting nest is embedded in the clamping groove, and the upper end of the clamping segment is engaged with the hole wall of the mounting hole.
  • In some embodiments, the lower surface is convex outward by taking the opening of the auxiliary connecting hole as the center, the upper surface of the main plate is further provided with an auxiliary convex ring, the auxiliary convex ring is disposed between the clamping segment and the auxiliary connecting segment, a plurality of second reinforcing ribs and third reinforcing ribs are disposed between the auxiliary convex ring and the clamping segment, the second reinforcing ribs are disposed corresponding to the clamping grooves, and fourth reinforcing ribs are disposed between the auxiliary convex ring and the auxiliary connecting segment, the fourth reinforcing ribs are disposed corresponding to the second reinforcing ribs and the third reinforcing ribs.
  • In some embodiments, the first elastic body and the second elastic body directly form a detachable connection with the mounting nests, upper ends of the first elastic body and the second elastic body are disposed corresponding to the mounting holes, both the length and width of the horizontal cross section of the upper end of each of the first elastic body and the second elastic body are larger than the length and width of the horizontal cross section of the mounting hole, the upper ends of the first elastic body and the second elastic body are embedded in the mounting holes, and the upper ends of the first elastic body and the second elastic body are clamped into the mounting holes with own elastic external bracing to form a detachable connection with the mounting nests.
  • Advantages of the multifunctional training device according to the present disclosure are:
  • The structure is reasonable, disassembly and replacement are convenient, the device is suitable for various kinds of balance feeling training exercises, and can also be used for roller fitness exercises, yoga, etc.
  • The design of the operation assembly on the pedal bottom plate makes the multifunctional training device convenient to carry.
  • The connection structure between the pedal bottom plate and the bottom support assembly is stable and the greater the pressure is, the tighter the connection structure is.
  • The cushioned tread surface can not only play the anti-slip function, enhance the safety and reliability of exercise, but also play a shock absorption effect.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • With reference to the contents shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 , the present disclosure discloses a multifunctional training device, the multifunctional training device includes a pedal bottom plate 1, a bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate 1 is provided with two sets of mounting nests 201, one set of mounting nests include four mounting nests 201, the four mounting nests 201 in the set of mounting nests are evenly distributed on the four corners of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate, the other set of mounting nests includes two mounting nests 201, two mounting nests of the set of mounting nests are distributed in the center of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate, a middle position of each mounting nest 201 is provided with a mounting hole opened downward, the mounting hole is narrow on the upper part and wide on the lower part (i.e., the aperture on any horizontal cross-section on the mounting hole is larger than the aperture on any horizontal cross-section above the plane, the horizontal cross-section being parallel to the flat ground), a plurality of wedge dowels 202 are evenly distributed on an inner wall of the mounting hole with the mounting hole as the center, the wedge dowel 202 is wide on the upper part and narrow on the lower part (i.e., the area of any horizontal cross-section on the wedge dowel 202 is smaller than the area of any horizontal cross-section above the plane, the horizontal cross-section being parallel to the flat ground), an outer side surface of the wedge dowel 202 is smooth and flat, and a connecting hole is used for mounting a bottom support assembly, and the same bottom support assemblies are mounted in the same set of mounting holes.
  • An upper surface of the pedal bottom plate is provided with a cushioned tread surface 102 with reference to a center of the upper surface of the pedal bottom plate, for example, a conventional elastic anti-slip rubber cushion (it is also possible to use other plate-shaped articles made of elastic materials, and the upper surface of which is provided with patterns to increase the anti-slip function) is adopted as the cushioning tread surface, an operation assembly is arranged on the pedal bottom plate 1 on each of two sides of the cushioned tread surface 102, the operation assemblies are symmetrically distributed about the cushioned tread surface 102. The operation assembly is designed not only to assist in the performance of the exercise training, but also to make the multifunctional training device portable. The cushioned tread surface 102 can not only play the anti-slip function, enhance the safety and reliability of exercise, but also play a shock absorption effect.
  • A bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate 1 is provided with an auxiliary groove, an inner frame 3 is arranged in the auxiliary groove, the mounting nests 201 are arranged on a groove wall of the auxiliary groove on an inner side of the inner frame 3, and a plurality of crosswise reinforcing ribs are arranged between the inner frame 3 and an outer side wall of the mounting nest 201. The structural strength of the pedal bottom plate 1 is enhanced by the arrangement of the reinforcing ribs, and the useful life of the pedal bottom plate 1 is ensured.
  • An upper surface of the pedal bottom plate 1 is parallel to the ground, a center point of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate 1, a center point of the auxiliary groove and a center point of the inner frame 3 are on a same line A, and the line A is perpendicular to the flat ground, ensuring the uniformity of the force distribution of the multifunctional training device, and increasing the safety during the further lifting movement.

  • The bottom support assembly includes either one or two of an omni-directional wheel 6, a first elastic body 8 and a second elastic body 7, each of the omni-directional wheel 6, the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 can form a detachable connection with the mounting nest 201, the second elastic body 7 having a height less than the height of the first elastic body 8 and the height of the omni-directional wheel 6. The first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 are of soft elastic material such as air bags or PU foam.
  • In some specific implementations, the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 may also form a detachable connection with the mounting nests 201 directly using the material properties of the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7, the specific structure may be that the upper ends of the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 are disposed corresponding to the mounting holes, both the length and width of the horizontal cross section of the upper end of each of the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 are larger than the length and width of the horizontal cross section of the mounting hole, the upper ends of the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 are embedded in the mounting holes, and the upper ends of the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 are clamped into the mounting holes with own elastic external bracing to form a detachable connection with the mounting nests 201.
  • In some specific implementations, the omni-directional wheel 6 may form a detachable connection with the mounting nest 201 through a boss or connection seat 4.
  • In some specific implementations, each of the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 may also form a detachable connection with the mounting nest 201 through the boss or the connection seat 4.
  • The above boss and the connection seat 4 are each arranged corresponding to the mounting hole,
  • the boss is connected with the mounting nest 201, and an upper end of the boss is engaged with a hole wall of the mounting hole;

  • The lower surface 411 is convex outward by taking the opening of the auxiliary connecting hole 412 as the center, the upper surface of the main plate 401 is further provided with an auxiliary convex ring 403, the auxiliary convex ring 403 is disposed between the clamping segment 402 and the auxiliary connecting segment, a plurality of second reinforcing ribs 404 and third reinforcing ribs 406 are disposed between the auxiliary convex ring 403 and the clamping segment 402, the second reinforcing ribs 404 are disposed corresponding to the clamping grooves 421, and fourth reinforcing ribs 405 are disposed between the auxiliary convex ring 403 and the auxiliary connecting segment, the fourth reinforcing ribs 405 are disposed corresponding to the second reinforcing ribs 404 and the third reinforcing ribs 406, whereby the structural strength of the connection seat 4 can be effectively ensured. When the connection seat is mounted in the mounting hole, the outer surface of the upper end of the clamping segment 402 is engaged with the inner wall of the mounting hole, and the wedge dowel 202 is embedded in the clamping groove 421.
  • The specific way in which the omni-directional wheel 6 forms a detachable connection with the mounting nest 201 through the boss or connection seat 4 in actual production is as follows: in a first case, when the omni-directional wheel 6 is connected with the mounting nest 201 through the connection seat 4, the omni-wheel 6 may pass through a connecting member 5 (which may be directly available on the market, the upper end of which is provided with a spiral thread), the upper end of the connecting member 5 is inserted into the auxiliary connecting hole 412 to form a connection with the connection seat 4 (the connection is formed by a spiral thread), and the connection with the connection seat 4 may be formed with other conventional connection means, which is not the focus of the present disclosure and will not be described in detail here; in a second case, when the omni-directional wheel 6 is connected with the mounting nest 201 through the boss, the omni-directional wheel 6 is connected with the boss using the gel or the connecting member 5, and the omni-directional wheel 6 may be connected with the boss using other conventional connection means, which is not the focus of the present disclosure and will not be described in detail.
  • The specific way in which each of the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 forms a detachable connection with the mounting nest 201 through the boss or the connection seat 4 in actual production is as follows: in a first case, when each of the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 is connected with the mounting nest 201 through the connection seat 4, each of the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 is provided at the top with a connecting shaft having a spiral thread at the upper end thereof by using gel, and the upper end of the connecting shaft is inserted into the auxiliary connecting hole 412 to form the connection with the connection seat 4 (the connection is formed by the spiral thread), and the connection seat 4 may be connected with other conventional connection means, which is not the focus of the present disclosure and will not be described in detail herein; in a second case, when each of the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 is connected to the mounting nest 201 through the boss, each of the first elastic body 8 and the second elastic body 7 is connected with the boss using gel, or other conventional connection means, which is not the focus of the present disclosure and will not be described in detail herein.
  • In specific implementations, the clamping segment 402 has a body structure with equal width and equal length at both upper and lower ends, and both the upper surface of the clamping segment 402 and the upper surface of the auxiliary convex ring 403 abut the bottom surface of the first reinforcing rib 203 in the mounting nest 201 when the mounting of the connection seat is completed, the wedge dowel 202 is completely embedded into the clamping groove 421, and the outer side wall of the wedge dowel 202 is engaged with the groove wall of the clamping groove 421, so that the connection seat 4 is pressed more tightly by the pressure, the wedge dowel 202, and the clamping groove 421 when the upper surfaces of the clamping segment 402 and the auxiliary convex ring 403, and the outer surface of the main plate 401 are damaged and deformed.
  • In specific implementations, an inner wall of the mounting hole has four wedge dowels 202 evenly distributed by taking the mounting hole as the center, four second reinforcing ribs 404 and four third reinforcing ribs 406 are uniformly arranged circumferentially between the auxiliary convex ring 403 and the clamping segment 402 by taking the opening of the auxiliary connecting hole 412 as the center, the third reinforcing ribs 406 are spaced apart from the second reinforcing ribs 404, a position of the second reinforcing rib 404 corresponds to a position of the clamping groove 421, the clamping groove 421 is arranged on the outer side of the clamping segment 402, and eight fourth reinforcing ribs 405 are arranged between the auxiliary convex ring 403 and the auxiliary connecting segment, and the positions of the fourth reinforcing ribs 405 are respectively arranged corresponding to the positions of the second reinforcing ribs 404 and the positions of the third reinforcing ribs 406, whereby the structural strength of the connection seat 4 can be effectively ensured.
  • In some specific implementations, the pedal bottom plate 1 is provided with through-hole grooves 101 penetrating up and down on both sides thereof as operation assemblies.
  • In some specific implementations, the two sides of the pedal bottom plate 1 are provided with waist-type holes penetrating up and down for disassembling and inserting the tractor plate assembly of the pull cord trainer, and the tractor plate 103 is inserted in the waist-type hole from bottom to top, and the tractor plate 103 has a bayonet limiting edge to ensure that the tractor plate of the pull cord trainer is not pulled off by violent forces in use, the tractor plate 103 is provided with the strap 104 for connecting the tension tube, and the tension tube is connected on the strap 104 as the operation assembly, the tension tube can increase the applicable training types of the multifunctional training device when it is used, and the increased training types include elastic training.
  • Specific embodiments are described in detail below:
  • First Embodiment
  • As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 , the bottom support assembly includes four omni-directional wheels 6, the four omni-directional wheels 6 form a detachable connection with the mounting nests 201 evenly distributed on four corners of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate through the connection seats 4, the exercise training principle of the structure of the multifunctional training device formed at this time is: bend down, make two toes point to the ground, at the beginning, make two knees point to the ground, then hold the pedal bottom plate 1 with two hands through two through-hole grooves 101, push forward the multifunctional training device to make the knees leave the ground (beginners can also stay on the ground), and then do the pushing outward and pulling back operation to achieve the purpose of roller fitness.
  • The two mounting nests 201 in the remaining set can mount two second elastic bodies 7, the bottom of the omni-directional wheel 6 is in contact with the ground, the second elastic bodies 7 are suspended. The arrangement of the second elastic body 7 provides a secondary protection to provide cushioning in the event of a damaged break of the omni-directional wheel.
  • Second Embodiment
  • As shown in FIGS. 2, 7 and 8 , the bottom support assembly includes two first elastic bodies 8, the two first elastic bodies 8 form a detachable connection with two mounting nests 201 evenly distributed in the center of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate through bosses, the structure of the multifunctional training device formed at this time has the principle of exercise training that: during exercise, the user can stand on the pedal bottom plate with his feet being symmetrically about the two first elastic bodies 8, so as to balance the body and achieve the function of balance training; the user can stand on the pedal bottom plate with his feet being symmetrically about the two first elastic bodies 8 and make a seesaw-like movement; the user can also stand with both feet on the same side of the two first elastic bodies 8, the toes stand in the direction where the connecting line A of the center points of the two first elastic bodies 8 is located, and the connecting line B between the toe center and the heel center is perpendicular to the connecting line A, the pedal bottom plate 1 inclines towards the same side (the user stands on the side), the toes are off the ground, and the included angle between the sole of the foot and the leg changes from about 90 degrees to less than 90 degrees, so as to achieve the purpose of leg and foot stretching.
  • The four mounting nests 201 in the remaining set can mount four second elastic bodies 7, the bottoms of the first elastic bodies 8 are in contact with the ground, the second elastic bodies 7 are suspended. The second elastic bodies 7 can play the role of auxiliary buffer protection and limit protection, and prevent both ends of the plate from directly contacting with the ground to damage the plate body or the ground.
  • Third Embodiment
  • As shown in FIGS. 2, 9 and 10 , the bottom support assembly includes four first elastic bodies 8, the four first elastic bodies 8 form a detachable connection with the mounting nests 201 evenly distributed on four corners of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate through bosses, the structure of the multifunctional training device formed at this time has the principle of exercise training that: during exercise, a person stands on the pedal bottom plate to run and jump, so as to exercise balance. At the same time, the first elastic body can be used to reduce the sound generated by stepping on the ground (or the floor) during running and jumping, and reduce the interference to others during exercise. At this time, the multifunctional training device can be used as an auxiliary tool for yoga training. When doing yoga, the balance plate can be used as a bottom plate and the user stands on it to perform various yoga movements, thus further increasing the effect of balance training in the process of yoga training; the plate can be used as a tool for training the sense of balance while working, and the user only needs to stand on the balance plate directly for working.
  • The two mounting nests 201 in the remaining set can mount two second elastic bodies 7, the bottom of the first elastic bodies 8 are in contact with the ground, the second elastic bodies 7 are suspended. The second elastic bodies 7 can play the role of auxiliary buffer protection and limit protection to prevent the plate body from breaking when the intermediate deformation of the plate body is too large during running and jumping.
  • In addition to the embodiments described above, combinations of six second elastic bodies 7, six omni-directional wheels 6, and four second elastic bodies 7 may be used.
  • While the foregoing are merely preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, it should be noted that numerous similar variations and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the inventive concept, and these are considered to be within the scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

What is claimed is:
1. A multifunctional training device, comprising a pedal bottom plate (1), wherein a bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate (1) is provided with a plurality of mounting nests (201), each of the mounting nests (201) is provided with a mounting hole opened downward, the mounting hole is narrow on the upper part and wide on the lower part, and a plurality of wedge dowels (202) are evenly distributed on an inner wall of the mounting hole with the mounting hole as the center, the wedge dowel (202) is wide on the upper part and narrow on the lower part, and an outer side surface of the wedge dowel (202) is smooth and flat, and a connecting hole is used for mounting a bottom support assembly.
2. The multifunctional training device of claim 1, wherein a mounting hole opened downward is arranged at a middle position of each mounting nest (201), a cushioned tread surface (102) is arranged on the pedal bottom plate (1), the cushioned tread surface (102) is set with reference to a center of an upper surface of the pedal bottom plate, and an operation assembly is arranged on the pedal bottom plate (1) on each of two sides of the cushioned tread surface (102).
3. The multifunctional training device of claim 2, wherein,
the operation assembly comprises a tractor plate assembly of a pull cord trainer which is able to be disassembled and inserted, the tractor plate assembly comprises a tractor plate (103), a strap (104), and a tension tube, the two sides of the pedal bottom plate (1) are provided with waist-type holes penetrating up and down for disassembling and inserting the tractor plate assembly of the pull cord trainer, and the tractor plate (103) is inserted in the waist-type hole from bottom to top, and the tractor plate (103) has a bayonet limiting edge, the tractor plate (103) is provided with the strap (104) for connecting the tension tube, and the tension tube is connected on the strap (104); and
a bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate (1) is provided with an auxiliary groove, an inner frame (3) is arranged in the auxiliary groove, the mounting nests (201) are arranged on a groove wall of the auxiliary groove on an inner side of the inner frame (3), and a plurality of crosswise reinforcing ribs are arranged between the inner frame (3) and an outer side wall of the mounting nest (201).
4. The multifunctional training device of claim 3, wherein an upper surface of the pedal bottom plate (1) is parallel to the ground, a center point of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate (1), a center point of the auxiliary groove and a center point of the inner frame (3) are on a same line A, and the line A is perpendicular to the ground.
5. The multifunctional training device of claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate (1) is provided with two sets of mounting nests (201), one set of mounting nests (201) are evenly distributed on the four corners of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate (1), the other set of mounting nests (201) are evenly distributed on the center of the bottom surface of the pedal bottom plate (1), and the same bottom support assemblies are installed in the same set of mounting holes.
6. The multifunctional training device of claim 5, wherein, first reinforcing ribs (203) are arranged inside the mounting nest (201), the first reinforcing ribs (203) comprise a

-shaped reinforcing rib based on the center of the mounting hole, and two circular-shaped reinforcing ribs having different radii and taking the center of the mounting hole as a circle center, the

7. The multifunctional training device of claim 5, wherein,
the bottom support assembly comprises any one or more of a movable support assembly and a non-movable support assembly, and
the movable support assembly comprises an omni-directional wheel (6), the non-movable support assembly comprises either one or both of a first elastic body (8) and a second elastic body (7), the movable support assembly and the non-movable support assembly each forming a detachable connection with the mounting nest (201), the second elastic body (7) having a height less than the height of the first elastic body (8) and the height of the omni-directional wheel (6).
8. The multifunctional training device of claim 7, wherein one or more of the omni-directional wheel (6), the first elastic body (8) and the second elastic body (7) form a detachable connection with the mounting nests (201) through bosses or connection seats (4),
both the boss and the connection seat (4) are arranged corresponding to the mounting hole, the upper end of the boss is engaged with the hole wall of the mounting hole; and
the connection seat (4) comprises a main plate (401) and a clamping segment (402) arranged corresponding to the mounting hole, the clamping segment (402) and an auxiliary connecting segment are coaxially arranged on an upper surface of the main plate (401), an auxiliary connecting hole (412) is arranged on the main plate (401), one end of the auxiliary connecting hole (412) extends into the auxiliary connecting segment, an opening of the auxiliary connecting hole (412) is arranged on a lower surface (411) of the main plate (401), the auxiliary connecting hole (412) is used for connecting the bottom support assembly, a clamping groove (421) is arranged on the clamping segment (402) corresponding to the wedge dowel (202), the connection seat (4) is connected with the mounting nest (201), the wedge dowel (202) in the mounting nest (201) is embedded in the clamping groove (421), and the upper end of the clamping segment (402) is engaged with the hole wall of the mounting hole.
9. The multifunctional training device of claim 8, wherein, the lower surface (411) is convex outward by taking the opening of the auxiliary connecting hole (412) as the center, the upper surface of the main plate (401) is further provided with an auxiliary convex ring (403), the auxiliary convex ring (403) is disposed between the clamping segment (402) and the auxiliary connecting segment, a plurality of second reinforcing ribs (404) and third reinforcing ribs (406) are disposed between the auxiliary convex ring (403) and the clamping segment (402), the second reinforcing ribs (404) are disposed corresponding to the clamping grooves (421), and fourth reinforcing ribs (405) are disposed between the auxiliary convex ring (403) and the auxiliary connecting segment, the fourth reinforcing ribs (405) are disposed corresponding to the second reinforcing ribs (404) and the third reinforcing ribs (406).

The multifunctional training device of claim 7, wherein, the first elastic body (8) and the second elastic body (7) directly form a detachable connection with the mounting nests (201), upper ends of the first elastic body (8) and the second elastic body (7) are disposed corresponding to the mounting holes, both the length and width of the horizontal cross section of the upper end of each of the first elastic body (8) and the second elastic body (7) are larger than the length and width of the horizontal cross section of the mounting hole, the upper ends of the first elastic body (8) and the second elastic body (7) are embedded in the mounting holes, and the upper ends of the first elastic body (8) and the second elastic body (7) are clamped into the mounting holes with own elastic external bracing to form a detachable connection with the mounting nests (201).
