Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to the technical field of clothes hangers, and in particular to provide an adjustable clothes hanger.
  • BACKGROUND
  • Clothes hangers are one of common essential items in the daily life of persons. There are a plurality of kinds of clothes hangers on the market. Common clothes hangers include conventional clothes hangers, folding clothes hangers, telescopic clothes hangers, and the like. Especially, the telescopic clothes hanger can match different sizes of clothes by adjusting a width of the hanger. Therefore, deformation of clothes caused by a larger or smaller clothes hanger or bulges on shoulders can be resolved.
  • At present, a telescopic clothes hanger with an adjustable width on the market basically adopts a structure that left and right sections are adjustable, buckles and sliding rails are fastened to a middle of the main body. When the width is adjusted, the width is manually adjusted by hands on two sides in a stretching manner. However, synchronous adjustment of the two sides may not be implemented, operation steps are numerous, and adjustment strength is large. Therefore, it is difficult to enable left and right widths of the hanger to be equal or symmetrical.
  • After the clothes are hung on the clothes hanger, an adjusting structure is covered by the clothes, and operations cannot be performed. As a result, there is no way to operate, a width of an existing telescopic clothes hanger needs to be adjusted by feel before the clothes are not hung. Therefore, the clothes can only be hung on a conventional clothes hanger after a width of the clothes hanger is adjusted. This operation sequence has shortcomings that the width of the clothes hanger is not accurately matched with an actual width of the clothes. If the clothes hanger is not matched with a size of the clothes, the clothes may be deformed and bulged, which damages the clothes. In addition, a person is not elegant when wearing the clothes outside.
  • SUMMARY
  • To achieve the foregoing objective, the following technical solutions are used in the present disclosure. An adjustable clothes hanger includes a main frame. Shoulder sliders are movably disposed at two ends of the main frame, and sliding racks of which one ends extend inside the main frame are disposed inside the shoulder sliders. Driving gears that engage with the two sliding racks are movably disposed inside the main frame. An upper hook of which one end extends inside the driving gears is disposed at a top of the main frame, and lower hooks are movably clamped inside the shoulder sliders.
  • The upper hook is rotated to drive the driving gears to rotate, the driving gears simultaneously drive, based on a rotating direction of the upper hook, the two sliding racks to move relative to each other or opposite to each other, and the shoulder sliders synchronously move with the sliding racks, to fit different sizes of pieces of clothes.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, a fixing cap is mounted at a bottom end of the upper hook with a screw, and the fixing cap is movably sleeved inside the driving gears.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, a polygonal groove is provided in a lower middle part inside the driving gears, and the fixing cap is in a polygonal shape and matched with the polygonal groove.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, a spring of which one end abuts against a bottom of the fixing cap is disposed inside the polygonal groove.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, sliding grooves are provided on two sides of the main frame, sliders are disposed on two sides of the shoulder sliders, and one ends, away from the shoulder sliders, of the sliders, extend inside the sliding grooves.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, a plurality of anti-slip strips are disposed at tops of the shoulder sliders, length identifiers are disposed at the top of the main frame, and an operation sign of the hook is further disposed on the upper hook.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, a fixing base is disposed inside the shoulder slider, the fixing base is provided with a positioning hole I and a positioning hole II, and an avoidance portion, a transition portion, and a positioning portion are provided on an inner wall of the positioning hole II in sequence.

  • Refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 9 . An adjustable clothes hanger includes a main frame 1. Shoulder sliders 11 are movably disposed at two ends of the main frame 1, and sliding racks 12 of which one ends extend inside the main frame 1 are disposed inside the shoulder sliders 11. Driving gears 13 that engage with the two sliding racks 12 are movably disposed inside the main frame 1. An upper hook 14 of which one end extends inside the driving gears 13 is disposed at a top of the main frame 1, and lower hooks 15 are movably clamped inside the shoulder sliders 11.
  • The upper hook 14 is rotated to drive the driving gears 13 to rotate, the driving gears 13 simultaneously drive, based on a rotating direction of the upper hook 14, the two sliding racks 12 to move relative to each other or opposite to each other, and the shoulder sliders 11 synchronously move with the sliding racks 12, to fit different sizes of pieces of clothes.
  • As a specific technical solution in this embodiment, a fixing cap 142 is mounted at a bottom end of the upper hook 14 with a screw 141, and the fixing cap 142 is movably sleeved inside the driving gears 13. A polygonal groove 131 is provided in a lower middle part inside the driving gears 13, and the fixing cap 142 is in a polygonal shape and matched with the polygonal groove 131. When the fixing cap 142 descends and is in contact with the polygonal groove 131 inside the driving gear 13, the upper hook 14 is rotated to drive the driving gear 13 to rotate through the fixing cap 142. The driving gear 13 drives the two sliding racks 12 to move. The fixing cap 142 is fastened to the upper hook 14 through the screw 141, and the fixing cap 142 is removed by removing the screw 141.
  • As a specific technical solution in this embodiment, a spring 132 of which one end abuts against a bottom of the fixing cap 142 is disposed inside the polygonal groove 131. The spring 132 supports the fixing cap 142 and the upper hook 14. Therefore, when the upper hook 14 and the fixing cap 142 are not pressed and the upper hook 14 is rotated, the driving gear 13 is not rotated through the fixing cap 142. When the driving gear 13 needs to be rotated, the upper hook 14 is pressed first, and the upper hook 14 drives the fixing cap 142 to descend and compress the spring 132. In addition, the fixing cap 142 descends and is sleeved with the polygonal groove 131 inside the driving gear 13. In this case, the upper hook 14 is rotated, the upper hook 14 drives the driving gear 13 to rotate through the fixing cap 142, and the driving gear 13 engages with the sliding rack 12, to drive the sliding rack 12.
  • As a specific technical solution in this embodiment, sliding grooves 101 are provided on two sides of the main frame 1, sliders 111 are disposed on two sides of the shoulder sliders 11, and one ends, away from the shoulder sliders 11, of the sliders 111, extend inside the sliding grooves 101. The sliding grooves 101 and the sliders 111 ensure stability of the shoulder sliders 11 when the shoulder sliders 11 slide, and avoid the shoulder sliders 11 from being completely detached from the main frame 1 when the shoulder sliders 11 slide.
  • As a specific technical solution in this embodiment, a plurality of anti-slip strips 112 are disposed at tops of the shoulder sliders 11, length identifiers 102 are disposed at the top of the main frame 1, and an operation sign 143 of the hook is further disposed on the upper hook 14. By disposing of the anti-slip strips 112, the clothes are effectively prevented from sliding when being hung. This ensures the stability of the clothes when the clothes are hung. By disposing of the length identifier 102, a user can easily identify a moving distance of the shoulder slider 11, and adjust the clothes based on the size of the clothes. Therefore, the adjustment is more rapid and precise.
  • As a specific technical solution in this embodiment, a fixing base 16 is disposed inside the shoulder slider 11, the fixing base 16 is provided with a positioning hole I 161 and a positioning hole II 162, and an avoidance portion 163, a transition portion 164, and a positioning portion 165 are provided on an inner wall of the positioning hole II 162 in sequence. A hook 121 that is clamped with the positioning hole I 161 is disposed at one end of the sliding rack 12, and a limiting plate 122 is further disposed on a side of the sliding rack 12. By disposing of the limiting plate 122, the sliding racks 12 are prevented from moving and completely disengaged from the driving gear 13. When the limiting plate 122 abuts against the driving gear 13, the sliding racks 12 do not move continuously, but only move in a reverse direction. A top of the lower hook 15 is movably sleeved inside the positioning hole II 162, and a positioning block 151 that is clamped with the positioning portion 165 is disposed at the top of the lower hook 15. Refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 . When the lower hook 15 is mounted, the positioning block 151 on the lower hook 15 is first aligned to the avoidance portion 163, and then inserted. After insertion, the lower hook 15 is rotated, and the lower hook 15 drives the positioning block 151 to slide into the transition portion 164 from the avoidance portion 163. A diameter of the transition portion 164 is slightly smaller than that of the positioning block 151. Therefore, the lower hook 15 may be rotated by applying a larger force, and then the lower hook 15 slides into the positioning portion 165 through the transition portion 164. When the positioning block 151 slides into the positioning portion 165, the positioning block 151 is clamped with the positioning section 165, and the lower hook 15 cannot be detached from the inner part of the positioning hole II 162 by pulling the lower hook 15 downward. This ensures stability of the lower hook 15. The lower hook 15 may be disassembled by rotating counterclockwise. One end of the sliding rack 12 is clamped inside the positioning hole I 161 through the clamping hook 121. Therefore, an installation process is more convenient, and later overhaul and replacement are convenient.
  • As a specific technical solution in this embodiment, clamping grooves 17 are disposed in the main frame 1, a lower baffle 18 is disposed at a bottom of the main frame 1, clamping blocks 181 that are clamped with the clamping grooves 17 are disposed at a top of the lower baffle 18, and a positioning post 182 of which one end extends inside the driving gear 13 is disposed on the lower baffle 18. A quantity of clamping grooves 17 and clamping blocks 181 is not less than one. A plurality of clamping grooves 17 and clamping blocks 181 ensure stability of a connection between the lower baffle 18 and the main frame 1. The lower baffle 18 can support the sliding racks 12, and can cover the inner part of the main frame 1. This ensures appearance of the product. By disposing of the positioning post 182, stability of the driving gear 13 is further ensured.
  • During use, when the size of the clothes is large, and a position of the driving gear 11 needs to be rotated, the upper hook 14 is pressed first, and the upper hook 14 drives the fixing cap 142 to descend and compress the spring 132. In addition, the fixing cap 142 descends and is sleeved with the polygonal groove 131 inside the driving gear 13. The upper hook 14 may be rotated, and the upper hook 14 drives the driving gear 13 to rotate through the fixing cap 142. The driving gear 13 drives the two sliding racks 12 to move opposite each other, and then the upper hook 14 is rotated in a reverse direction to drive the two sliding racks 12 to move relative to each other. When the two sliding racks 12 move opposite each other, the two shoulder sliders 11 synchronously move opposite each other, to match a large size of clothes. After adjustment, when the upper hook 14 is released, the spring 132 rebounds and abuts against the fixing block, to drive the upper hook 14 to rise. Therefore, the upper hook 14 and the main frame 1 do not drive the driving gear 13 to rotate while the upper hook 14 and the main frame 1 rotate relative to each other. This ensures stability of the shoulder sliders 11.
  • In conclusion, according to the adjustable clothes hanger, the two shoulder sliders 11 may be synchronously driven by pressing the upper hook 14 downwards and rotating the upper hook, so that widths of a right end and a left end of the main frame 1 are the same, and a width adjustment method is more simple, efficient, and easy. In addition, after clothes are hung on the main frame 1, the clothes can be adjusted based on an actual width of the clothes, to accurately match the main frame 1 with a size of the clothes. Therefore, the clothes are really not bulged and deformed. The upper hook 14 may be reset through the spring 132 when not used, to maintain the upper hook 14 in a normal freely-rotating state.
  • Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been illustrated and described, it should be understood that those of ordinary skill in the art may make various changes, modifications, replacements, and variations to the above embodiments without departing from the principle and spirit of the present disclosure, and the scope of the present disclosure is limited by the appended claims and their legal equivalents.
