Abstract
A recyclable ground anchor structure includes an earth anchor, a positioning component and a retracting component, the earth anchor is respectively provided with a head end and a tail end at the front and rear ends, and a connection part is set on the tail end. The connection part is used for connecting an implant component, the positioning component is fastened near the middle of the earth anchor, and the retracting component is fastened near the head end of the earth anchor, whereby the implant component is used to implant the earth anchor soil layer. The positioning component is used to flip the earth anchor in the soil layer to be parallel to the soil surface to facilitate positioning, and the retracting component is used for pulling and recycling the earth anchor from the soil layer.
Description
- The present invention relates to a recyclable ground anchor structure, which is used to be implanted in the ground to fix sloping ground, turf or ground objects, especially the ground anchor structure can be recovered and taken out again.
- In hillside woodland, ground anchors can be used to strengthen the connection between ground features (such as turf, trees, building structures, utility poles or foundations) and the ground to avoid the collapse of the ground features or lost during turf maintenance, construction or civil engineering.
- In the current ground anchor structure, the earth anchor is mainly implanted into the formation, and the earth anchor has a rope body exposed on the surface of the formation. Therefore, although the purpose of fastening can be achieved, the earth anchor can no longer be easily removed from the formation. If it needs to be removed, it will also cost a lot of cost to dig out of the formation.
- The present invention provides a recyclable ground anchor structure comprising at least: an earth anchor, wherein a head end and a tail end are respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the earth anchor, a connection part is arranged on the tail end, and the connection part is used for connecting an implant component; a positioning component fixed near the middle of the earth anchor; and a retracting component fixed at the earth anchor and near the head end thereof.
- In one of the preferred embodiment, the earth anchor is a flat plate.
- In one of the preferred embodiment, the connection part is a channel formed by a plurality of interlaced ring pieces, and the implant component is a long straight rod body for insertion into the channel easily.
- In one of the preferred embodiment, each of two outer sides of the earth anchor respectively has a first hole adjacent to the middle of the earth anchor, and the positioning component is a rope body, the positioning component passes through one of the first holes from top surface of the earth anchor, and then passes through the other first hole from an opposite surface and turns back to fix on itself.
- In one of the preferred embodiment, the head end is provided with a second hole, the second hole is used for fixing the retracting component, and the retracting component uses a rope body, the retracting component passes through the second hole from the top surface of the anchor, and then is fixed on an opposite surface.
- In one of the preferred embodiment, the earth anchor is a three-dimensional block.
- In one of the preferred embodiment, wherein, the connection part is a channel dug out by the earth anchor, and the implant component is a long straight rod for inserting into the channel.
- In one of the preferred embodiment, the earth anchor has a first fin near the middle, and a first hole runs through the first fin, and the positioning component is a rope body, the positioning component passes through the first hole from one side of the earth anchor, and then turns back to fix on itself from the other side.
- In one of the preferred embodiment, wherein the head end has a second fin, and the second fin runs through a second hole, and the retracting component is a rope body, the retracting component passes through the second hole from one side of the earth anchor, and then go out on the other side, the retracting component that is looped out is fixed on itself.
- In one of the preferred embodiment, a slope side is respectively formed on both sides of the head end, so that the head end is in the shape of a sharp cone.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the second embodiment of the recyclable ground anchor structure of the present invention. -
FIG. 9 is a schematic side view of the second embodiment of the recyclable ground anchor structure of the present invention. - Regarding other technical contents, features and effects of the present invention, it will be divided into two forms: flat plate and three-dimensional block. In fact, it may be used in sloping land, turf maintenance, or tree, building anchoring, etc., the following description will not be particularly limited.
- Please refer to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 , which are the structure of the first embodiment. As shown in the figure, there is aflat earth anchor 1, and theearth anchor 1 is respectively provided with ahead end 11 and atail end 12 at the front and rear ends, aslope side 111 is formed on both sides of thehead end 11, so that thehead end 11 is in the shape of a sharp cone, aconnection part 13 is provided on thetail end 12, and theconnection part 13 is used to connect animplant component 2, theconnection part 13 can be achannel 132 surrounded by a plurality ofinterleaved ring pieces 131, and theimplant component 2 can be a long straight rod body for inserting thechannel 132 conveniently. - A
positioning component 3 is further fixed near the middle of theearth anchor 1, thepositioning component 3 can be a rope body, and two outer sides of theearth anchor 1 near the middle can respectively penetrate afirst hole 14, so that thepositioning component 3 can pass through one of thefirst holes 14 from the top surface of theearth anchor 1, and then wind out from the otherfirst hole 14 on the reverse side, thepositioning component 3 wound out is fixed on itself. - A
retracting component 4 is fixed on theearth anchor 1 close to thehead end 11, theretracting component 4 can also be a rope body, and thehead end 11 can pass through asecond hole 15, so that theretracting component 4 can pass from the top surface of theearth anchor 1 through thesecond hole 15, and then is fixed on the reverse side (the fixing method can be riveted, latch or clamped metal sheet). - Please refer to
FIG. 4 toFIG. 7 , which show the use mode of the first embodiment, theimplant component 2 can implant theearth anchor 1 into the soil layer A, and the implant direction is that thehead end 11 faces downward, so that theearth anchor 1 is perpendicular to the soil surface A1, each of theslope sides 111 can reduce the resistance and make the movement smooth and fast. When theearth anchor 1 is implanted in the soil layer A, theimplant component 2 can be pulled out, and thepositioning component 3 will still be exposed to the outside of the soil surface A1, when thepositioning component 3 is pulled by an external force, theearth anchor 1 can be turned over under the influence of the tension near the middle, and finally theearth anchor 1 is parallel to the soil surface A1, so that theearth anchor 1 can be positioned at the soil layer A. When theearth anchor 1 is positioned in the soil layer A, theretracting component 4 will also be exposed outside the soil surface A1, when theretracting component 4 is pulled by external force, thehead end 11 can be affected by the pulling force and turn over again, and finally make theearth anchor 1 perpendicular to the soil surface A1 again, and thehead end 11 is facing upward, then theslope side 111 can reduce the resistance, so that the retractingcomponent 4 can easily pull out the soil layer A from theearth anchor 1 smoothly and quickly to achieve the purpose of recycling theearth anchor 1. - Please refer to
FIG. 8 toFIG. 9 , which are the structure of the second embodiment. As shown in the figures, there is a three-dimensional earth anchor 1. Theearth anchor 1 is respectively provided with ahead end 11 and atail end 12 at the front and rear ends, and aslope side 111 is formed on both sides of thehead end 11, so that thehead end 11 is in the shape of a sharp cone, aconnection part 13 is provided on thetail end 12, and theconnection part 13 is used to connect animplant component 2, theconnection part 13 can be thechannel 132 dug out from theearth anchor 1, and theimplant component 2 can be a long straight rod body for inserting thechannel 132 conveniently. - A
positioning component 3 is further fixed near the middle of theearth anchor 1, and thepositioning component 3 can be a rope body. Theearth anchor 1 has afirst fin 112 near the middle, and afirst hole 14 runs through thefirst fin 112, so that thepositioning component 3 can pass through thefirst hole 14 from one side of theearth anchor 1, and then go out on the other side, and thepositioning component 3 that is looped out is then fixed on itself. - A
retracting component 4 is fixed on theearth anchor 1 near thehead end 11, and theretracting component 4 can also be a rope body. Theretracting component 4 can pass through thesecond hole 15 from one side of theearth anchor 1, and then go out on the other side, and the recycledcomponent 4 can be fixed on itself. - Because the operation of the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment, it will not be repeated herein.
- The above-detailed description is a specific description of a feasible embodiment of the present invention, but this embodiment is not intended to limit the patent scope of the present invention. Any equivalent implementation or modification that does not depart from the technical spirit of the present invention shall be included within the scope of the patent in this case.
Claims (10)
1. A recyclable ground anchor structure comprising at least:
an earth anchor, wherein a head end and a tail end are respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the earth anchor, a connection part is arranged on the tail end, and the connection part is used for connecting an implant component;
a positioning component fixed near the middle of the earth anchor; and
a retracting component fixed at the earth anchor and near the head end thereof.
2. The recyclable ground anchor structure of claim 1 , wherein the earth anchor is a flat plate.
3. The recyclable ground anchor structure of claim 2 , wherein the connection part is a channel formed by a plurality of interlaced ring pieces, and the implant component is a long straight rod body for insertion into the channel easily.
4. The recyclable ground anchor structure of claim 2 , wherein each of two outer sides of the earth anchor respectively has a first hole adjacent to the middle of the earth anchor, and the positioning component is a rope body, the positioning component passes through one of the first holes from top surface of the earth anchor, and then passes through the other first hole from an opposite surface and turns back to fix on itself.
5. The recyclable ground anchor structure of claim 2 , wherein the head end is provided with a second hole, the second hole is used for fixing the retracting component, and the retracting component uses a rope body, the retracting component passes through the second hole from the top surface of the anchor, and then is fixed on an opposite surface.
6. The recyclable ground anchor structure of claim 1 , wherein the earth anchor is a three-dimensional block.
7. The recyclable ground anchor structure of claim 6 , wherein the connection part is a channel dug out by the earth anchor, and the implant component is a long straight rod for inserting into the channel.
8. The recyclable ground anchor structure of claim 6 , wherein the earth anchor has a first fin near the middle, and a first hole runs through the first fin, and the positioning component is a rope body, the positioning component passes through the first hole from one side of the earth anchor, and then turns back to fix on itself from the other side.
9. The recyclable ground anchor structure of claim 6 , wherein the head end has a second fin, and the second fin runs through a second hole, and the retracting component is a rope body, the retracting component passes through the second hole from one side of the earth anchor, and then go out on the other side, the retracting component that is looped out is fixed on itself.
10. The recyclable ground anchor structure of claim 1 , wherein a slope side is respectively formed on both sides of the head end, so that the head end is in the shape of a sharp cone.
