Abstract

This disclosure relates generally to a dispenser having natural ingredients which are used to convert normal tissues to wet wipes. The assembly has a dispensing opening through which spray is dispensed and the spray converts normal tissues to wet wipes. The product is easy to use and makes the end product easily flushable and biodegradable.

  • BACKGROUND Field of the Invention
  • This invention relates to bathroom accessories, and more particularly, to a hygiene-promoting toilet wipe spray that goes on normal tissue to make it usable like a wet wipe.
  • Description of the Related Art
  • The modern-day toilet most commonly used in the western world consists of a bowl that can be cylindrical, oblong, or the like, that is elevated above a bathroom floor. The user sits in an upright position with their buttocks resting against an outer ring of the toilet bowl to defecate into the bowl. The modern-day toilet system is convenient, but not perfect.
  • There are multiple types of germs that are always growing in the bathroom. Bathrooms are the most common areas in the home for germs and the likes of Salmonella, Paratuberculosis and Staphylococcus Aureus are the kind of nasties which are often found in household bathrooms and the kind of germs which can cause serious illnesses. The bathroom faucet handle can have 21 times the bacteria of the toilet seat. Even worse the kitchen faucet handles can harbor 44 times the bacteria of the toilet seat.
  • Loads of researches have been carried out on the sanitary conditions in public bathrooms as well. People bring a lot of bacteria into bathrooms, the researchers found. Within an hour of normal use, there 500,000 bacterial cells per square inch on the bathroom surfaces is observed, on average
  • It is a general assumption that the toilet seat would be right at the top of the list for high levels of contamination, but the level of bacteria found on it was actually quite low. Topping the list was the sink itself which showed more than 50,000 Colony Forming Units (CFUs). In many cases germs are spread via touch so we can see that objects touched after people have used the toilet, but before they have washed their hands can be just as contaminated, “adds Dr. Hastings.   • Multiple types of wipes have been seen in prior art. For instance, a U.S. Pat. No. 8,603,297B2 relates to dispersible wet wipes constructed with a plurality of layers having different densities and methods of manufacturing. The dispersible wet wipe constructed of at two layers is disclosed. A triggerable binder composition binds said web substrate together. The wet wipe also includes a wetting composition including at least 0.3 percent of an insolubilizing agent.
  • A U.S. Pat. No. 5,540,332A relates to wet wipes having improved dispensability. The wet wipe having an improved dispensability and a method of producing the same are described. The wet wipe defines a pair of opposite end edges. At least a portion of one of the end edges is configured in a non-linear pattern which is adapted to facilitate a dispensing of the wet wipe. The end edge of the wet wipe which is configured in the non-linear pattern is further configured to provide a peel force of no more than 50 grams and a peel force ratio of at least 1.1. The wet wipe is also configured to provide an average dispensing force of no more than 10 grams and a dispensing force ratio of at least 1.1.
  • A U.S. Pat. No. 6,269,970B1 relates to wet wipes container having a tear resistant lid. The wet wipe container having improved opening and improved tear resistance between the lid and the base among other features. The container includes a container base and a container lid that is connected to the container base. In one embodiment, the container lid has a guide ridge that extends downward into the interior of the container. The guide ridge permits the container lid to be in a partially open position and provides better alignment between the container lid and the container base during closing of the container. In another embodiment, the container includes a closure that has an upwardly extending tongue projection, a flattened grip area and an assistive region to increase the ease with which the container can be opened. The invention also relates to a container having a more tear resistant container lid. The container lid has a hinge channel of a primary thickness. The hinge channel has two end regions that are of a secondary thickness that is greater than the primary thickness. The increased thickness of the end regions resists the tearing that can occur in the lid after repeated opening and closing of the container.
  • Another patent on Reach-in wipes with enhanced dispensability bearing U.S. Pat. No. 6,971,542B2 is issued to Kimberly Clark Worldwide Inc. The patent invention relates to a stack of wipes for use in a reach-in wipes dispenser having a dispensing opening, and related method. The stack includes a plurality of wipes stacked upon each other. Each wipe is separably joined to an adjacent wipe to form a joint therebetween. For at least 50% of the wipes in the stack of wipes, dispensing a top wipe from the stack of wipes causes an adjacent following wipe to at least partially be drawn upwards towards and/or through the dispensing opening, and the top wipe completely separates automatically from the following wipe at the joint before the following wipe completely passes through the dispensing opening, and when the top wipe completely separates automatically from the following wipe the following wipe falls back towards the stack of wipes and is positioned within the dispenser and below the dispensing opening.
  • A U.S. Pat. No. 6,440,437B1 relates to wet wipes having skin health benefits. The skin health enhancing soft wet wipe or wipe-type product, such as a baby wipe, an adult wipe, hand wipe, a face wipe, a cosmetic wipe, a household wipe, an industrial wipe, a personal cleansing wipe, cotton balls, cotton tipped swabs, and the like, can be made by combining the wipe or wipe-type product with an oil-in-water emulsion composition comprising a natural fat or oil, sterol or sterol derivative, humectant, emulsifying surfactant, and water.
  • A CA patent 2,447,794C on printed wet wipes relates to a printed wet wipe comprising a flexible sheet like substrate to which has been applied an aqueous or non-aqueous composition and printed with a non-aqueous or aqueous ink, respectively. The present invention also relates to a stack of said printed wet wipes and the use of said inks in the manufacture of printed wipes.
  • Dispenser systems that position and make disposable sheets of wet wipes, tissues and like products and/or sheets of toilet paper from a roll available to a user are illustrated in U.S. Pat. No. 3,409,340 (Clark), U.S. Pat. Nos. 3,837,595, 4,004,687, and 4,106,616 (Boone), U.S. Pat. No. 5,311,986 (Putz), U.S. Pat. No. 5,618,008 (Dearwester et al.), and U.S. Pat. No. 6,929,148 (Haddad et al.).
  • Haddad et al. and Boone (U.S. Pat. Nos. 4,004,687 and 4,106,616) show arrangements wherein the spindle of a wall mounted toilet paper holder receives a roll of toilet paper and a dual arm caddy for carrying wet wipes is hung from the spindle. In Haddad et al. the caddy includes a pair of arms that hang a box-like container for carrying and making available a supply of wet wipes and the user opens a lid of the container to gain access to the wet wipes. However, the lid opens upwardly and towards the dispensing end of the roll. As such, the arms of the caddy must not only be sufficiently long to ensure that the lid does not interfere with toilet paper use but the length of the spindle must be sufficiently long to accommodate not only the roll of toilet paper but provide additional space for the caddy arms. In use, when a new roll of toilet paper is needed, the caddy be removed first. The wet wipes are merely stored and available upon opening of the lid.
  • Boone U.S. Pat. No. 4,106,616 discloses cylindrical and box-like containers, each with a removable cover, that releasably carry a supply of prewetted sheets that are individually withdrawable through a slitted aperture. In Boone U.S. Pat. No. 4,004,687, a cylindrical container includes a slitted aperture for withdrawing prewetted sheets but the slitted aperture is not covered by a lid.
  • There are multiple inventions that have been proposed in the prior art. But none of the inventions provides an apparatus that provides a method to make normal tissues like wet wipes. Accordingly, it has been desired to provide a spray that makes normal tissue cleaning wipes and provides a spray that goes on normal tissue to make it usable like a wet wipe. The substance is all natural ingredients and says to use on the body.
  • It is to be noted that as per Applicant's knowledge, none of these prior art methods have been found to be completely suitable to meet these needs and are cumbersome and non-durable. Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties and to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings of prior art. Therefore, the object of the is easy to use, efficient, fast, economical, durable, safe sprayable wipes assembly.
  • SUMMARY
  • In light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of some of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a full description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, drawings, and abstract as a whole.
  • It is the objective of the invention to have a spray that converts normal tissues to wipes and allows the user to ensure the maintenance of hygiene while using the restroom.
  • It is further the objective of the invention to provide a spray that goes on normal tissue to make it usable like a wet wipe. The substance is all natural ingredients and easy to use on the body.
  • It is further the objective of the invention to provide a spray that converts normal tissues to wipes with two to three sprays. The. wipes can use the tissue to wipe/clean any sensitive or none sensitive area of the body
  • It is further the objective of the invention to provide an assembly that is developed from natural ingredients.
  • It is furthermore the objective of the invention to provide a method of spray which is easy and convenient to use.
  • It is also the objective of the invention that provides maximum efficiency and utilizes the latest technology.
  • Therefore, it can be seen that the right combination of features incorporated in the device of the present invention produces surprising results that are not produced by the prior art.
  • This Summary is provided merely for purposes of summarizing some example embodiments, so as to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the subject matter described herein. Accordingly, it will be appreciated that the above-described features are merely examples and should not be construed to narrow the scope or spirit of the subject matter described herein in any way. For example, the dimensions of some of the elements in the figures may be exaggerated relative to other elements to help to improve understanding of embodiments of the present invention.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • Detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiment are provided herein. It is to be understood, however, that the present invention may be embodied in various forms. Therefore, specific details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting, but rather as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled in the art to employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately detailed system, structure or manner.
  • Medical doctors, naturopaths, and assorted holistic health professionals have pointed out the hazards of the toilets especially public toilet usage for years. Toilets pose many dangers for its users especially if proper sanitary measures aren't taken. The biggest fear people have when they use a public toilet is that they will contact diseases because these toilets are usually not clean. They take all possible steps to avoid touching the faucet and even try to flush the toilet with their shoe. Even though the idea of flushing the toilet with one's shoe may sound absurd but many people actually flush public toilets using their shoe.
  • There are several disease-causing bacteria that one can find in the toilet seat, but these bacteria will not affect you if one has a strong immune system and proper measures are taken. Some bacteria and viruses that are found in toilet seat of public bathrooms include E. coli, streptococcus, hepatitis A virus, staphylococcus, shigella bacteria and sexually transmitted organisms. These disease-causing bacteria will not affect you if one has a strong immune system and clean hands with an antibacterial soap/sanitizer after using the public toilet.
  • The current invention aims to provide a dispenser which converts normal tissues to wipes thus making them accessible for user anywhere anytime.
  • The invention as per preferred embodiments describes a spray that can convert normal tissues to wet wipes. The assembly contains Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Aloe Barbadensis (Organic Aloe Vera) Leaf, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Chamomile Flower Extract, Cucumis sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract and water.
  • The Abstract of the Disclosure is provided to allow the reader to quickly ascertain the nature of the technical disclosure. It is submitted with the understanding that it will not be used to interpret or limit the scope or meaning of the claims. In addition, in the foregoing Detailed Description, it can be seen that various features are grouped together in various embodiments for the purpose of streamlining the disclosure. Claims (1)

1: A system for converting tissues to wet wipes with few sprays wherein:
a spray dispenser having an outlet positioned to dispense a fluid directly onto the tissue paper.
The spray and wipe assembly is recited in claim 1, wherein the dispenser housing has an internal recess adapted to securely receive the liquid.
The spray and wipe assembly is recited in claim 1, wherein the assembly is developed from natural ingredients.
The spray and wipe assembly is recited in claim 1, wherein the product is developed from Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Aloe Barbadensis (Organic Aloe Vera) Leaf, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Chamomile Flower Extract, Cucumis sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, and water.
The spray and wipe assembly is recited in claim 1, wherein the assembly converts the tissues to wipes anywhere without any additional hassle.
