Abstract

A magnetic bangle jewelry 100 having various design configurations is provided herein. The bangle includes a robust circular shaped hollow structure 104 which is separable into two magnetically detachable parts, Part A and Part B, wherein Part A and Part B consist of flat portions 110, 114 on one side, and varied design structure 112, 116 on other side; and an array of geometrically shaped magnets 106, 108, spaced apart from each other is embedded within the flat portions 110, 114 of part A and part B respectively, wherein the magnets enable attaching and detaching of part A with Part B in different combinations, thereby resulting into varied design configurations a-e of the bangle jewelry.

Description

    BACKGROUND Technical Field
  • The embodiments herein generally relate to a jewelry worn by a wearer and more particularly, to a bangle segment of jewelry which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. This is a more significant segment of jewelry after earing or stud category.
  • Description of the Related Art
  • Usually, a wearer of jewelry is often bored and has a monotonous kind of experience in having a single unchangeable piece of jewelry and may have a desire to have a variety of jewelry pieces which can be used according to the dress or occasion. Alternatively, the wearer might desire to change the design of the jewelry to match the style without having to purchase jewelry separately each time or to achieve some fashion goals. This experience will not only give a happy experience but a larger satisfaction in terms of value for money.
  • Various solutions have been proposed in the past, which helps to modify the design of each category of jewelry into another however, those solutions are deficit with Design quality, Variability and truly Versatile. Also, several solutions also allow for removal, replacement or addition of ornaments from the jewelry itself. Many of these solutions are mechanically and operably complex and thus prone to failure in forming and in its appeal.
  • Accordingly, there remains a need for a simple, easy to operate variably changing jewelry article, which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. From the customer point of view, they seek more for the kind of product that provides ease in use, value for money, solution to problems in a bundle package.
  • SUMMARY
  • The embodiment herein provides a magnetic bangle jewelry. The bangle jewelry includes a robust circular shaped hollow structure, characterized in that wherein the structure is separable into two magnetically detachable parts, Part A and Part B, wherein Part A and Part B consist of flat portions on one side, and varied design structure on other side; and an array of geometrically shaped magnets, spaced apart from each other is embedded within the flat portions of part A and part B respectively, wherein the magnets enable attaching and detaching of part A with Part B in different combinations, thereby resulting into varied design configurations of the bangle jewelry.
  • In an embodiment, the magnetic flux density (B) and magnetic field strength (H) of the magnets may be between 33 and 35 BH. In an embodiment, the magnet may be integrated within the flat portions of part A and part B respectively by soldering the magnets using chemical adhesives, which are not harmful for wearer's skin and nonreactive to material used in the flat portions.
  • In one embodiment, the varied design structure when rotated, keeping part A and part B either magnetically attached or detached to each other, forms a varied bangle design after each rotation.
  • In another embodiment, the flat portion when rotated, keeping part A and part B either magnetically attached or detached to each other on the flat portion's side, forms a varied bangle design after each rotation.
  • In an embodiment, wherein the magnets may be placed inside a cover, wherein the magnets on the flat portion in part A is outside the cover by 0.3 mm, wherein the magnets on the flat portion in part B is within the cover by 0.3 mm. The varied design structure on other side of Part A and Part B consists of various design structure that is aesthetically curated as per trending fashion.
  • In an embodiment, the robust circular shaped hollow structure, Part A and Part B is made from gold, silver, nickel, copper, alloy metals, plastics, polycarbonate or like.
  • In an example embodiment, the magnets embedded within the flat portions may have dimensions in the range between 1 mm to 2 mm. In another example embodiment, the magnets may be made from nickel platted neodymium having dimension Length−2 mm×height−2 mm×width−2 mm.
  • These and other aspects of the embodiments herein will be better appreciated and understood when considered in conjunction with the following description and the accompanying drawings. It should be understood, however, that the following descriptions, while indicating preferred embodiments and numerous specific details thereof, are given by way of illustration and not of limitation. Many changes and modifications may be made within the scope of the embodiments herein without departing from the spirit thereof, and the embodiments herein include all such modifications.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The embodiments herein will be better understood from the following detailed description with reference to the drawings, in which:
  • FIG. 1 illustrates various configuration in which a magnetic bangle can be arranged according to an embodiment mentioned herein;
  • FIG. 2 illustrates top and perspective view of a bangle which is integrated with a magnet within the bangle according to an embodiment mentioned herein; and
  • FIG. 3 illustrates an exploded view of the magnetic bangle which can disintegrate into part A and part B, wherein part A and part B can be configured differently each time forming a new design as per FIG. 1 . and FIG. 2 according to an embodiment mentioned herein.
  • Persons skilled in the art will appreciate that elements in the figures are illustrated for simplicity and clarity and may have not been drawn to scale. For example, the dimensions of some of the elements in the figure may be exaggerated relative to other elements to help to improve understanding of various exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure.
  • Throughout the drawings, it should be noted that like reference numbers are used to depict the same or similar elements, features, and structures.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • An embodiment of this invention, illustrating its features, will now be described in detail. The words “comprising,” “having,” “containing,” and “including,” and other forms thereof, are intended to be equivalent in meaning and be open ended in that an item or items following any one of these words is not meant to be an exhaustive listing of such item or items or meant to be limited to only the listed item or items.
  • As mentioned, there remains a need for a simple, easy to operate variably changing jewelry article, which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. The present embodiments herein provide a bangle jewelry which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. Referring now to FIG. 1 through 3 to describe the various embodiments of the present invention.
  • FIG. 1 illustrates various configurations in which a magnetic bangle 100 can be arranged according to an embodiment mentioned herein. Here, the first variation to start with will be of the bangle arranged in 102 a pattern. This combination then can be separated from center to obtain part A and part B which is depicted in 102 b pattern.
  • In an embodiment, when Part A and Part B is reversed in combination and joint together, a complete circular type of bangle is obtained which is shown in 102 c pattern. This combination can also be separated from the center which is depicted in 102 d pattern.
  • FIG. 2 illustrates top and perspective view of a bangle which is integrated with a magnet within the bangle according to an embodiment mentioned herein. The top view depicts a robust circular shaped hollow structure 104. Here, multiple magnets may be embedded within edges of hollow structure so that the two-parts part A and Part B stick or attach together when both are brought close to each other.
  • In an embodiment, the robust circular shaped hollow structure may have varied design patterns which can be based on how the designer has designed the jewelry. The over all aesthetics of the bangle will depend on how smoothly part A and part B integrate with each other while completing each design pattern and when both the parts are rotated and attached together forming new design pattern every time. FIG. 2 . (e), (f), (g) and (h) provides various design patterns which may be obtained from various configurations of part A and part B.
  • FIG. 3 illustrates an exploded view of the magnetic bangle which can disintegrate into part A and part B, wherein part A and part B can be configured differently each time forming a new design as per FIG. 1 . and FIG. 2 according to an embodiment mentioned herein. In an embodiment, the bangle jewelry includes a robust circular shaped hollow structure 104, wherein the structure is separable into two magnetically detachable parts, Part A and Part B.
  • In an embodiment, Part A and Part B consist of flat portions 110, 114 on one side, and varied design structure 112, 116 on other side. In an embodiment, an array of geometrically shaped magnets 106, 108 which may be spaced apart from each other is embedded within the flat portions 110, 114 of part A and part B respectively.
  • In another embodiment, the magnets may enable attaching and detaching of part A with Part B in different combinations, thereby resulting into varied design configurations a-e of the bangle jewelry (as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 ). In one embodiment, the magnets may be embedded within the flat portions 110, 114 which has dimensions in the range between 1 mm to 2 mm. In another embodiment, the magnets may be made from nickel platted neodymium having dimension Length−2 mm×height−2 mm×width−2 mm.

  • In an embodiment, the magnets may be placed inside a cover 118, wherein the magnets on the flat portion in part A is outside the cover by 0.3 mm, wherein the magnets on the flat portion in part B is within the cover by 0.3 mm. In one example embodiment, the robust circular shaped hollow structure, Part A and Part B is made from gold, silver, nickel, copper, alloy metals, plastics, polycarbonate or like. The varied design structure on other side of Part A and Part B may consist of various design structure that may be aesthetically curated as per trending fashion.
  • Thus, a bangle jewelry which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer is achieved in the present embodiment.
  • The foregoing description of the specific embodiments will so fully reveal the general nature of the embodiments herein that others can, by applying current knowledge, readily modify and/or adapt for various applications such specific embodiments without departing from the generic concept, and, therefore, such adaptations and modifications should and are intended to be comprehended within the meaning and range of equivalents of the disclosed embodiments. Therefore, while the embodiments herein have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments herein can be practiced with modification within the spirit and scope.

Claims (10)

We claim:
1. A magnetic bangle jewelry (100), having various design configurations, said bangle comprising:
a robust circular shaped hollow structure (104), characterized in that wherein the structure is separable into two magnetically detachable parts, Part A and Part B, wherein Part A and Part B consist of flat portions (110, 114) on one side, and varied design structure (112, 116) on other side; and
an array of geometrically shaped magnets (106, 108), spaced apart from each other is embedded within the flat portions (110, 114) of part A and part B respectively, wherein the magnets enable attaching and detaching of part A with Part B in different combinations, thereby resulting into varied design configurations (a-e) of the bangle jewelry.
2. The magnetic bangle jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnets embedded within the flat portions (110, 114) has dimensions in the range between 1 mm to 2 mm.
3. The magnetic bangle jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnets are made from nickel platted neodymium having dimension Length−2 mm×height−2 mm×width−2 mm.
4. The magnetic bangle jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnetic flux density (B) and magnetic field strength (H) of the magnets are between 33 and 35 BH.
5. The magnetic bangle jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnet is integrated within the flat portions (110, 114) of part A and part B respectively by soldering the magnets using chemical adhesives, which are not harmful for wearer's skin and nonreactive to material used in the flat portions.
6. The magnetic bangle jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flat portion when rotated, keeping part A and part B either magnetically attached or detached to each other on the flat portion's side, forms a varied bangle design after each rotation.
7. The magnetic bangle jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the varied design structure when rotated, keeping part A and part B either magnetically attached or detached to each other, forms a varied bangle design after each rotation.
8. The magnetic bangle jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnets are placed inside a cover (118), wherein the magnets on the flat portion in part A is outside the cover by 0.3 mm, wherein the magnets on the flat portion in part B is within the cover by 0.3 mm.
9. The magnetic bangle jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the robust circular shaped hollow structure, Part A and Part B is made from gold, silver, nickel, copper, alloy metals, plastics, polycarbonate or like.
10. The magnetic bangle jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the varied design structure on other side of Part A and Part B consists of various design structure that is aesthetically curated as per trending fashion.
