  • Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the vaporizer 100 of the electronic vaporization device 300 provided in this application includes a housing 1, a vaporization base 2, a vaporization core 3, and an electrical connector 6. The housing 1 includes an accommodating cavity 11 and an air outlet channel 12, where the vaporization base 2 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 11, and the vaporization base 2 is engaged with the housing 1 to form a liquid storage cavity 10. A bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2 includes an assembling hole 241 and an air inlet 242, and a top portion of the vaporization base 2 includes an air outlet 25 in communication with the air outlet channel 12; the vaporization core 3 is at least partially disposed in the vaporization base 2; and a vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 is engaged with the vaporization base 2 to form a vaporization cavity 20, and an angle between the vaporization surface 31 and an axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100 is less than 30 degrees. The electrical connector 6 is disposed in the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2 and runs through the assembling hole 241 to enter the vaporization cavity 20, where a length direction of the electrical connector 6 is parallel to the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3, and the side surface of the electrical connector 6 abuts against the vaporization surface 31.
  • It may be understood that, in this application, the electrical connector 6 is a single component. A structure of the electrical connector 6 is simplified, so that the structure is simple and easy to assemble, thereby resolving problems of a complex structure, a large quantity of components, and a complex mounting process of the electrical connector 6. In addition, the vaporization core 3 is at least partially disposed in the vaporization base 2, the length direction of the electrical connector 6 is disposed parallel to the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3, and the side surface of the electrical connector 6 abuts against the vaporization surface 31, so that the contact area between the electrical connector 6 and the vaporization surface 31 is increased, and contact between the electrical connector 6 and the vaporization core 3 is more stable, thereby resolving the problem of unstable contact between the electrical connector and the vaporization core in the related art. In addition, in the related art, the electrical connector is set to another structure form such as an elastic sheet, which is prone to a problem of affecting the performance of the vaporization core since the structure of an elastic sheet may easily scratch a heating film of the vaporization core and cause damage to the heating film of the vaporization core, but in this application, the electrical connector 6 is not set to the structure of an elastic sheet. In this application, the length direction of the electrical connector 6 is disposed parallel to the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3, and the side surface of the electrical connector 6 abuts against the vaporization surface 31, so that the electrical connector 6 cannot damage the vaporization core 3 easily. In addition, if the vaporization core 3 is prepared by using a fragile material, the structure of the electrical connector 6 in this application may also not crush the vaporization core 3 easily in a mounting process, which is not prone to a problem of damaging the vaporization core 3. Therefore, the performance of the electronic vaporization device 300 is improved, and the use experience of the user is further improved.

  • Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 , FIG. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a vaporization base of the vaporizer provided in FIG. 2 , and FIG. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the vaporization base of the vaporizer provided in FIG. 2 from another perspective.
  • The vaporization base 2 is engaged with the housing 1 to form the liquid storage cavity 10. Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 6 , in this embodiment, the vaporization base 2 is integrally formed, the vaporization base 2 includes an annular side wall 26 and the bottom wall 24 that are connected to each other, and the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2 is located on one end of the annular side wall 26 away from the air outlet channel 12. The annular side wall 26 of the vaporization base 2 and the inner wall surface of the housing 1 are disposed at intervals, and the bottom wall 24 abuts against the inner wall surface of the housing 1, to block an end opening of the accommodating cavity 11. Specifically, a periphery of the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2 protrudes out of the outer surface of the annular side wall 26, the periphery of the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2 abuts against the inner wall surface of the housing 1, the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2 is configured to block the accommodating cavity 11 of the housing 1 to form the liquid storage cavity 10, the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2 serves as a bottom portion of the liquid storage cavity 10, and the liquid storage cavity 10 stores an aerosol-generation substrate. It may be understood that, to better seal the accommodating cavity 11, a seal member may also be arranged between the periphery of the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2 and the inner wall surface of the housing 1.
  • A shape of a cross section of the annular side wall 26 of the vaporization base 2 is not limited; and preferably, the first side wall 21 is of a plane structure, for ease of assembly of the vaporization core 3 of a flat plate structure. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6 , the annular side wall 26 of the vaporization base 2 includes the first side wall 21 and a second side wall 22 and a third side wall 23 arranged on two opposite sides of the first side wall 21, and the second side wall 22 and the third side wall 23 are parallel to each other and connected to two sides of the first side wall 21 respectively. It may be understood that, the annular side wall 26 of the vaporization base 2 further includes a fourth side wall (not marked in the figure) opposite to the first side wall 21; and the first side wall 21, the second side wall 22, and the third side wall 23 are planar, and the fourth side wall is arc-shaped.
  • The vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 is engaged with the vaporization base 2 to form the vaporization cavity 20, the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2 includes two assembling holes 241 provided at intervals and two air inlets 242 provided between the two assembling holes 241, the two assembling holes 241 are configured to mount the two electrical connectors 6, the air inlet 242 communicates the air with the vaporization cavity 20, and the external air enters the vaporization cavity 20 through the air inlet 242. Preferably, the air inlet 242 and the air outlet 25 are provided opposite to each other, and the assembling hole 241 and the air outlet 25 are staggered, to avoid blocking an airflow.
  • The first side wall 21 includes the mounting hole 211, and the vaporization core 3 is disposed in the mounting hole 211, so that the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 is engaged with the annular side wall 26 of the vaporization base 2 to form the vaporization cavity 20, and an angle between the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 and the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100 is less than 30 degrees. Preferably, the angle between the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 and the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100 is less than 5 degrees, so that the electrical connector 6 can be in better contact with the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3, thereby ensuring the contact stability and facilitating mounting. As shown in FIG. 4 , in this embodiment, the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 is parallel to the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100, and the length direction of the electrical connector 6 is parallel to the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3. That is, the length direction of the electrical connector 6 is disposed parallel to the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100, and the side surface of the electrical connector 6 abuts against the vaporization surface 31, so that the contact area between the electrical connector 6 and the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 is larger, and contact is more stable. The size of the mounting hole 211 of the first side wall 21 is greater than the size of the vaporization core 3, so that the vaporization core 3 can be mounted into the mounting hole 211 from an end opening of the mounting hole 211 away from the vaporization cavity 20. It may be understood that, in this embodiment, the two electrical connectors 6 are disposed on two sides of the air inlet 242 at intervals, and the length direction of the electrical connector 6 is disposed parallel to the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100. Therefore, when the external air enters the vaporization cavity 20 through the air inlet 242, the electrical connector 6 does not block the airflow, so that the external airflow can flow into the vaporization cavity 20 smoothly, thereby improving the vaporization efficiency.
  • Referring to FIG. 8 , FIG. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of assembly of a vaporization base, a vaporization core, and an electrical connector in another embodiment of the vaporizer of the electronic vaporization device provided in FIG. 1 .
  • In other embodiments, the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 may alternatively not be disposed parallel to the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100, and an angle exists between the vaporization surface 31 and the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100. As shown in FIG. 8 , an angle less than 30 degrees exists between the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 and the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100, and the length direction of the electrical connector 6 is still disposed parallel to the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3. That is, an angle exists between the length direction of the electrical connector 6 and the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100, namely, the electrical connector 6 is obliquely disposed, and the side surface of the electrical connector 6 abuts against the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3, so that the electrical connector 6 can still be in stable contact with the vaporization core 3. The end surface of one end of the electrical connector 6 away from the air outlet channel 12 is disposed parallel to the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2, and the end surface of a bottom end of the electrical connector 6 is not perpendicular to the length direction of the electrical connector 6, thereby ensuring that the electrical connector 6 can still be in a good and stable electrical connection with the power supply assembly 200.
  • Referring to FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 , FIG. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a fixing member of the vaporizer provided in FIG. 2 , and FIG. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a seal member of the vaporizer provided in FIG. 2 .
  • Referring to FIG. 4 , the vaporizer 100 further includes a fixing assembly 4, the fixing assembly 4 is at least partially located on the side of the vaporization core 3 away from the electrical connector 6, and the vaporization core 3 is clamped and fixed in the mounting hole 211 of the vaporization base 2 by the fixing assembly 4 and the electrical connector 6. The fixing assembly 4 includes a fixing member 41, and the fixing member 41 is disposed on the outer side of the vaporization base 2. In this embodiment, the fixing member 41 includes a first liquid inlet hole 410, and the vaporization core 3 is in communication with the liquid storage cavity 10 through the first liquid inlet hole 410, so that the aerosol-generation substrate in the liquid storage cavity 10 can enter the vaporization core 3 and be heated and vaporized by the vaporization core 3.
  • Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9 , the fixing member 41 includes a first body portion 411 and two locking members 412 located on two opposite sides of the first body portion 411 respectively, where the first body portion 411 covers the mounting hole 211 of the vaporization base 2 and the first body portion 411 includes the first liquid inlet hole 410 at the center. In this embodiment, the mounting hole 211, the vaporization core 3, and the first liquid inlet hole 410 are all in a shape of a rectangle. The two locking members 412 are fixedly connected to the second side wall 22 and the third side wall 23 of the vaporization base 2 respectively. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 6 , both the second side wall 22 and the third side wall 23 of the vaporization base 2 include a bump 221, the locking member 412 includes an engagement groove 413, and the engagement grooves 413 of the locking members 412 are correspondingly clamped on the bumps 221 of the second side wall 22 and the third side wall 23, so that the fixing member 41 is fixedly connected to the vaporization base 2, and the fixing member 41 fixes the side of the vaporization core 3 away from the electrical connector 6. The fixing member 41 may be a metal member, and the metal member may not be deformed easily, which has a better fixing function to the vaporization core 3. It may be understood that, the engagement groove may alternatively be provided on the second side wall 22 and the third side wall 23, and the bumps may be disposed on the locking members 412, to perform clamping.
  • It may be understood that, in some other embodiments, the first liquid inlet hole 410 may not be provided at the center of the fixing member 41. For example, the fixing member 41 may be set to a mesh structure, and the aerosol-generation substrate in the liquid storage cavity 10 may enter the vaporization core 3 through a plurality of micropores in the mesh-shaped fixing member 41; or the size of the first body portion 411 of the fixing member 41 is less than the size of the mounting hole 211, and the first body portion 411 of the fixing member 41 is disposed corresponding to the position of the mounting hole 211 and has a smaller width than that of the vaporization core 3, so that the vaporization core 3 is partially exposed in the liquid storage cavity 10. Therefore, the vaporization core 3 is in communication with the liquid storage cavity 10, and the aerosol-generation substrate in the liquid storage cavity 10 enters the vaporization core 3 through two sides of the first body portion 411 of the fixing member 41.
  • Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 10 , the fixing assembly 4 further includes a seal member 42, the seal member 42 is located between the fixing member 41 and the electrical connector 6, and the seal member 42 may be a silicone member configured to block the mounting hole 211. The seal member 42 includes a second body portion 421 and a protruding portion 422, where the second body portion 421 covers the mounting hole 211 of the vaporization base 2 and includes a second liquid inlet hole 423 provided corresponding to the first liquid inlet hole 410 at the center of the second body portion 421. The size of the second body portion 421 is greater than the size of the mounting hole 211, and the protruding portion 422 is arranged on the surface of the second body portion 421 close to the vaporization core 3 and disposed surrounding the second liquid inlet hole 423. Specifically, the protruding portion 422 of the seal member 42 is arranged in the mounting hole 211 and embedded between the side wall of the mounting hole 211 and the side wall of the vaporization core 3, and the second body portion 421 and the protruding portion 422 of the seal member 42 and the vaporization core 3 block the mounting hole 211, thereby preventing the aerosol-generation substrate in the liquid storage cavity 10 from leaking into the vaporization cavity 20 through the mounting hole 211. Preferably, the protruding portion 422 is in interference fit between the side wall of the mounting hole 211 and the side wall of the vaporization core 3.
  • As shown in FIG. 10 , in this embodiment, the protruding portion 422 of the seal member 42 is an annular protruding portion 422, and the annular protruding portion 422 is in a shape of a rectangular ring. The inner surface of the annular protruding portion 422 and the side surface of the second liquid inlet hole 423 are disposed at intervals, the annular protruding portion 422 is engaged with the second body portion 421 to form a first groove 424, the side surface of the first groove 424 is the inner surface of the annular protruding portion 422, the bottom surface of the first groove 424 is the surface of the side of the second body portion 421 close to the electrical connector 6, and the vaporization core 3 is disposed in the first groove 424 and covers the second liquid inlet hole 423. The depth of the first groove 424 may be greater than or equal to the thickness of the vaporization core 3, or may be less than the thickness of the vaporization core 3. In this embodiment, the depth of the first groove 424 is equal to the thickness of the vaporization core 3, so that the vaporization core 3 can be stably mounted in the first groove 424, and the seal member 42 plays a good fixing function to the vaporization core 3. In addition, the electrical connector 6 abuts against the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3, thereby ensuring effective contact between the vaporization core 3 and the electrical connector 6.
  • It may be understood that, the vaporization core 3 is fixedly assembled in the first groove 424 of the seal member 42, the protruding portion 422 of the seal member 42 is embedded between the side wall of the vaporization core 3 and the side wall of the mounting hole 211, and the fixing member 41 is then fixedly connected to the second side wall 22 and the third side wall 23 of the vaporization base 2. In this way, the fixing member 41 fixes the side of the seal member 42 away from the electrical connector 6, the side surface of the electrical connector 6 abuts against the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3, and the vaporization core 3 is clamped and fixed in the mounting hole 211 by the fixing assembly 4 and the electrical connector 6 arranged on two opposite sides of the vaporization core 3, so that contact between the electrical connector 6 and the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 becomes more stable, and the side surface of the electrical connector 6 abutting against the vaporization surface 31 does not cause damage to the vaporization core 3.
  • In this embodiment, the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 is a plane parallel to the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100. As shown in FIG. 4 , the vaporization surface 31 may be flush with the inner surface of the first side wall 21 of the vaporization base 2, so that the side surface of the electrical connector 6 can be in better contact with the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3, thereby preventing occurrence of a problem of unstable contact between the electrical connector 6 and the vaporization core 3 since the side surface of the electrical connector 6 can be hardly in contact with the vaporization core 3 when the vaporization surface 31 is mounted in the mounting hole 211 and is not flush with the inner surface of the first side wall 21. In addition, compared with the case that the vaporization surface 31 is disposed protruding out of the inner surface of the first side wall 21, the vaporization surface 31 may alternatively be flush with the inner surface of the first side wall 21 of the vaporization base 2 to prevent the vaporization core 3 from blocking the airflow in the vaporization cavity 20, so that the airflow can smoothly flow through the vaporization cavity 20, and the vaporization efficiency of the vaporizer 100 is higher.
  • In other embodiments, the protruding portion 422 of the seal member 42 may alternatively be in another shape. For example, the protruding portion 422 may be a plurality of bumps disposed surrounding the second liquid inlet hole 423, and the plurality of bumps are embedded between the side wall of the mounting hole 211 and the side wall of the vaporization core 3, to fix the seal member 42 and fix the vaporization core 3 in the mounting hole 211.
  • Further, as shown in FIG. 4 , the seal member 42 further includes a seal ring 426, and the seal ring 426 is disposed on the inner surface of the bottom wall of the first groove 424 and disposed surrounding the second liquid inlet hole 423, to further seal the vaporization core 3.
  • Further, as shown in FIG. 4 , the vaporizer 100 further includes a liquid guide member 5, and the liquid guide member 5 is disposed in the second liquid inlet hole 423. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10 , the seal member 42 includes a second groove 425, the second groove 425 is provided at a joint between the side surface of the second liquid inlet hole 423 and the surface of the second body portion 421 close to the vaporization core 3, an edge of the liquid guide member 5 is embedded in the second groove 425, and the size of the second groove 425 is less than the size of the first groove 424. In this embodiment, the liquid guide member 5 is in a shape of a rectangle, and the liquid guide member 5 is a sheet-like liquid guide member 5. Specifically, the liquid guide member 5 is of a porous structure, and the liquid guide member 5 may be of a structure such as liquid guide cotton or porous ceramic. The liquid guide member 5 is in communication with the liquid storage cavity 10 through the first liquid inlet hole 410 and the second liquid inlet hole 423, the surface of the side of the liquid guide member 5 close to the electrical connector 6 is in contact with a liquid absorbing surface 32 of the vaporization core 3, and the aerosol-generation substrate in the liquid storage cavity 10 enters the liquid guide member 5 through the first liquid inlet hole 410 and the second liquid inlet hole 423, and is transmitted into the vaporization core 3 by the liquid guide member 5 to be heated and vaporized by the vaporization core 3. It may be understood that, the second groove 425 may not be provided, and the liquid guide member 5 is clamped and fixed by the first body portion 411 of the fixing member 41 and the vaporization core 3. For example, the size of the second liquid inlet hole 423 and the size of the liquid guide member 5 are set to be greater than the size of the first liquid inlet hole 410.
  • Referring to FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 , FIG. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a vaporization core of the vaporizer provided in FIG. 2 , and FIG. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an electrical connector of the vaporizer provided in FIG. 2 .
  • In this embodiment, referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 11 , the vaporization surface 31 of the vaporization core 3 is a plane disposed parallel to the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100, the electrical connector 6 is of a columnar structure, and the two electrical connectors 6 are disposed parallel to each other and at intervals.

The sheet-like liquid guide body 30 may be made of a porous ceramic material, or openings (for example, straight through holes) may be provided on dense ceramic or glass to form a sheet-like liquid guide body 30 of a porous structure.
  • As shown in FIG. 12 , in this embodiment, the electrical connector 6 is a cylindrical metal ejector pin, and the metal ejector pin is disposed in the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2 and runs through the assembling hole 241 of the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2 to enter the vaporization cavity 20. Specifically, the cylindrical metal ejector pin includes a cylindrical body 61 and a first annular protruding portion 62 located on the side surface of one end of the cylindrical body 61. The first annular protruding portion 62 protrudes out of the side surface of the cylindrical body 61 and an outer contour thereof is in a shape of a cylinder. The diameter of the first annular protruding portion 62 is less than the hole diameter of the assembling hole 241, so that the first annular protruding portion 62 of the electrical connector 6 can run through the assembling hole 241 and enter the vaporization cavity 20, and the side surface of the first annular protruding portion 62 abuts against the electrode 331 of the heating element 33, to implement an electrical connection between the electrical connector 6 and the vaporization core 3.
  • The metal ejector pin further includes a second annular protruding portion 63 and a limiting convex ring 64. • Still referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 , the annular side wall 26 of the vaporization base 2 is provided with a liquid storage vent channel 27, and the liquid storage vent channel 27 communicates the air with the liquid storage cavity 10 and is configured to both ventilate the liquid storage cavity 10 and store a specific amount of aerosol-generation substrates. Specifically, the inner surface of the annular side wall 26 is provided with a plurality of first liquid storage grooves 271. The first liquid storage groove 271 is provided in a vertical direction, namely, provided parallel to the axial direction A1 of the vaporizer 100, and is configured to buffer leaked liquid and condensate generated in an inhalation process of the user. The outer surface of the annular side wall 26 is provided with a plurality of second liquid storage grooves 272. The plurality of second liquid storage grooves 272 may be in communication with each other, and the second liquid storage groove 272 can buffer the aerosol-generation substrate that is squeezed out of the liquid storage cavity 10 due to an increase in negative pressure in the liquid storage cavity 10. When the pressure in the liquid storage cavity 10 is released and the air pressure in the liquid storage cavity 10 recovers to normal, the aerosol-generation substrate buffered in the first liquid storage groove 271 and the second liquid storage groove 272 may flow back to the liquid storage cavity 10 again to be reused.
  • It may be understood that, by providing the liquid storage vent channel 27 on the annular side wall 26 of the vaporization base 2, the liquid storage cavity 10 may be ventilated, ensuring normal air pressure in the liquid storage cavity 10, and further ensuring that the aerosol-generation substrate in the liquid storage cavity 10 can flow to the vaporization core 3 smoothly. Therefore, smooth and sufficient liquid supplying to the vaporization core 3 can be ensured, and smooth operation of the vaporization process can be further ensured. In addition, problems of liquid leakage of the liquid storage cavity 10 and liquid leakage generated due to inhalation of the user can be effectively prevented, thereby improving the vaporization performance of the vaporizer 100.

As shown in FIG. 7 , an air inlet end of the second liquid storage groove 272 is in communication with the first liquid storage groove 271, and an air outlet end 2721 of the second liquid storage groove 272 is in fluid communication with the bottom portion of the liquid storage cavity 10. That is, the end of second liquid storage groove 272 provided in the vertical direction away from the air outlet channel 12 extends to the bottom portion of the liquid storage cavity 10, and the bottom portion of the liquid storage cavity 10 is the bottom wall 24 of the vaporization base 2. It may be understood that, by extending the air outlet end 2721 of the second liquid storage groove 272 to the bottom portion of the liquid storage cavity 10, when a few aerosol-generation substrate is stored in the liquid storage cavity 10 and a liquid level in the liquid storage cavity 10 is relatively low, the aerosol-generation substrate in the liquid storage cavity 10 can still enter the second liquid storage groove 272 through the air outlet end 2721 of the second liquid storage groove 272, and the liquid storage vent channel 27 can still buffer liquid, thereby preventing liquid leakage. In addition, the external air can still enter the liquid storage cavity 10 through the air outlet end 2721 of the second liquid storage groove 272 to ventilate the liquid storage cavity 10, so that a vent process is relatively stable. Besides, the end opening area of the air outlet end 2721 of the second liquid storage groove 272 is relatively small, so that an oil film is easily formed, thereby ensuring a liquid storage effect.
