Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present application relates to a hand guard sleeve with an opening for an elastic belt.
  • BACKGROUND
  • Elastic belt is a small physical training tool made of natural latex, which is easy to carry, convenient to use and effective. It is used in the field of fitness, mainly for men's strength training and women's self-cultivation program. It can effectively improve muscle strength, physical activity and flexibility, and effectively improve sports performance. It is also widely used in the field of rehabilitation training to help treat various chronic diseases of human body. FIG. 5 shows a commonly used elastic belt. This elastic belt is favored by consumers because of its small size and convenient storage. However, also because of its small size, this elastic belt is easy to cause some damage to the hands of trainers in the use process. The elastic belt is limited in many exercises, and the experience of holding the elastic belt directly is very poor, so it is impossible to form a direct experience of stretching muscle groups by resistance.
  • SUMMARY
  • In view of the shortcomings of the above problems, the present application provides a hand guard sleeve with an opening for an elastic belt.
  • In order to achieve the above purpose, the present application provides a hand guard sleeve for an elastic belt with an opening, which includes a gripping part that can be held by a trainer with one hand or both hands, and fan ears integrally formed on two sides of the gripping part; the gripping part is provided with a first opening along a length direction, and the fan ears are provided with a second opening; the first opening and the second opening are connected with each other in a straight line, and the second opening is wide outside and narrow inside, and the inner dimension of the second opening is matched with the second opening.
  • The hand guard sleeve can be quickly combined with the elastic belt, that is, the elastic belt can be stretched and then put into the second opening and the first opening, so that the hands of the trainer can be protected during use, and the hand guard sleeve can also be used for doing vertical exercises, that is, the elastic rope is vertically pulled up and down, so that the training modes are more diverse. The design of the second opening is wide outside and narrow inside is convenient for an elastic belt to be put into the middle of the hand guard sleeve, and it is not easy to get off.
  • As a further improvement of the solution, lines or knurling are provided on an outer surface of the gripping part.
  • In the technical solution, the friction force can be improved by the knurling or lines to prevent slipping.
  • As a further improvement of the solution, the gripping part has inward round convex parts at the position of the first opening, and the minimum distance between two round convex parts is 2 mm.
  • In the above technical solution, the first opening is in the shape of a deep groove circle, which can avoid pinching hands during holding, and when it is used in conjunction with a conventional elastic belt, the distance between the round convex parts is smaller than the thickness of the elastic belt, so that the hand guard sleeve is not easy to get off.
  • As a further improvement of the solution, the included angle of the two sides of the second opening is ninety degrees;
  • In the technical solution, the 90-degree design enables the second opening to form a large opening and a narrow gap, which is convenient for the elastic belt to be loaded, and is not easy to detach after being loaded.
  • Compared with the prior art, the present application has the beneficial effects that: the hand guard sleeve can be quickly combined with the elastic belt, that is, the elastic belt can be put into the second opening and the first opening after being stretched, and the hands of trainers can be protected during use; moreover, the hand guard sleeve can be used for doing vertical exercises, that is, the elastic rope is vertically pulled up and down, so that the training modes are more diverse; and the design of the second opening is wide outside and narrow inside is convenient for an elastic belt to be put into the middle of the hand guard sleeve, and it is not easy to get off.
