Abstract

The present invention discloses a new-type air pump housing including a main body housing, a rear body housing, a fan-shaped air hole and a slot air vent; one end of the main body housing being fixedly connected to the rear body housing, the other end of the main body housing being provided with the slot air vent, and the outside of the rear body housing being provided with the fan-shaped air hole; a first air hole being opened outside the slot air vent. The new-type air pump housing better solves the problem that the traditional air pump housing cannot reduce the gas resistance during use, by means of the slot air vent being provided and combined with the fan-shaped air hole. As the fan-shaped air hole and the slot air vent are arranged opposite to each other.

Description

    CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
  • This application is a national stage application of PCT/CN2021/071248. This application claims priorities from PCT Application No. PCT/CN2021/071248, filed Jan. 12, 2021, and from the Chinese patent application 202011535610.3 filed Dec. 23, 2020, the content of which are incorporated herein in the entirety by reference.
  • FIELD OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
  • The present disclosure relates to the technical field of air pumps, in particular to a new-type air pump housing.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
  • The air pump also called an inflater or an inflating bump works by running a motor, upon running the motor to pump air, air pressure rushes through the valve of a connector, and the air enters an air cylinder, while upon pumping air into an object, the valve is closed again by the air pressure in the air cylinder, and then the air enters the object to complete inflating.
  • At present, most of air pump housings on the market are installed on air pumps and have a single function during use. When the air pumps are running, serious resistance is likely to occur while air passes through the air holes of the air pump housing; furthermore, air passing through the air holes will result in some loss of air, leading to lower efficiency during inflation and inhalation; in addition, the external accessories of the most of the air pump housings have additional structures, which are prone to occupy too much space during use, and cannot easily store wires and other objects, with existence of certain limitations during use.
  • SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE (I) Technical Problems to be Solved
  • In view of the deficiencies of the prior art, the present disclosure provides a new-type air pump housing, which solves the problems as follows.
  • Most of air pump housings on the market are installed on air pumps and have a single function during use. When the air pumps are running, serious resistance is likely to occur while air passes through the air holes of the air pump housing; furthermore, air passing through the air holes will result in some loss of air, leading to lower efficiency during inflation and inhalation; in addition, the external accessories of the most of the air pump housings have additional structures, which are prone to occupy too much space during use, and cannot easily store wires and other articles, with existence of certain limitations during use.
  • (II) Technical Solution
  • In order to solve the technical problem, the present disclosure adopts the following technical solution:
  • A new-type air pump housing comprising a main body housing, a rear body housing, a fan-shaped air hole and a slot air vent; one end of the main body housing being fixedly connected to the rear body housing, the other end of the main body housing being provided with the slot air vent, and the outside of the rear body housing being provided with the fan-shaped air hole; a first air hole being opened outside the slot air vent, a second air hole being opened outside the slot air vent, a third air hole being opened outside the slot air vent, and a fourth air hole being opened outside the slot air vent.
  • Preferably, a power switch in mounted on the outside of the rear body housing, and the power switch is positioned at the center of the fan-shaped air hole.
  • Preferably, a handle cover is arranged on the lower part of the main body housing, the handle cover is integrated with the main body housing and a storage groove is arranged inside the handle cover.
  • Preferably, the outside, of the slot air vent configured as a circular structure, is fixedly connected to an outer wall.
  • Preferably, the outside of the slot air vent is provided with a first slot and a second slot, respectively, the second slot is positioned inside the first slot, the first slot and the second slot are arranged opposite to each other.
  • Preferably, the first air hole and the second air hole are in the form of symmetrical distribution, the third air hole and the fourth air hole are in the form of circumferential distribution, and the first air hole and the second air hole are positioned right below the first slot and the second slot, respectively.
  • (III) Beneficial Effects
  • A new-type air pump housing provided by the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:
      • (1) The new-type air pump housing better solves the problem that the traditional air pump housing cannot reduce the gas resistance during use, by means of the slot air vent being provided and combined with the fan-shaped air hole. As the fan-shaped air hole and the slot air vent are arranged opposite to each other, and the outside of the slot air vent is provided with air holes in four different shapes, such arrangement effects reducing air resistance when air passes through, thereby helping to speed up inflation and inhalation, greatly improving the efficiency of pumping down and pumping up with the housing during use, and improving the convenience of inflation, with overall simple structure and excellent practicability.
      • (2) The new-type air pump housing is provided with the storage groove inside the handle cover, so that the air pump housing can be used to store batteries, wires and other articles during use, just by putting the batteries, wires and other articles into the storage groove, thus achieve a simpleness and safety effect in its entirety, with good operative convenience, no circumstances of too much space occupied by the accessories, and excellent practicability.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
  • We will clearly and completely describe the technical solution in the embodiments of present disclosure in combination with the figures in the examples of the present disclosure, which obviously is only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts should fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
  • With reference to FIGS. 1-4 , the present disclosure provides a technical solution, that is, a new-type air pump housing includes a main body housing 1, a rear body housing 2, a fan-shaped air hole 6 and a slot air vent 3; one end of the main body housing 1 being fixedly connected to the rear body housing 2, the other end of the main body housing 1 being provided with the slot air vent 3, and the outside of the rear body housing 2 being provided with the fan-shaped air hole 6; a first air hole 10 being opened outside the slot air vent 3, a second air hole 11 being opened outside the slot air vent 3, a third air hole 12 being opened outside the slot air vent 3, and a fourth air hole 13 being opened outside the slot air vent 3. By providing the slot air vent 3 and in combination with the fan-shaped air hole 6, the external special air hole structure can help to speed up inflation and inhalation, and greatly improve the efficiency of pumping down and pumping up with the housing during use.
  • A power switch 7 in mounted on the outside of the rear body housing 2, and the power switch 7 is positioned at the center of the fan-shaped air hole 6, so the fan-shaped air hole 6 can reduce the loss of air passing through itself with excellent functionality.
  • A handle cover 4 is arranged on the lower part of the main body housing 1, and the handle cover 4 is integrated with the main body housing 1. A storage groove 5 is arranged inside the handle cover 4, thus, the storage groove 5 arranged inside the handle cover 4 can be used to store batteries, wires and other articles with good operative convenience and no circumstances of too much space occupied by the accessories.
  • The outside, of the slot air vent 3 configured as a circular structure, is fixedly connected to an outer wall 14, which can better improve the strength of the slot air vent 3 during use.
  • The outside of the slot air vent 3 is provided with a first slot 8 and a second slot 9, respectively, the second slot 9 is positioned inside the first slot 8, and the first slot 8 and the second slot 9 are arranged opposite to each other. Arranging the first slot 8 and the second slot 9 on the slot air vent 3 can conveniently enable the slot air vent 3 to mount on the outside of an air nozzle with simple and convenient operations.
  • The first air hole 10 and the second air hole 11 are in the form of symmetrical distribution, and the third air hole 12 and the fourth air hole 13 are in the form of circumferential distribution. the first air hole 10 and the second air hole 11 are positioned right below the first slot 8 and the second slot 9, respectively, thus the two groups of the air holes in different forms are provided to better improve the efficiency of pumping down and pumping up with excellent practicability.
  • Operation principle: During applying the new-type air pump housing, it is only necessary to respectively install the main body housing 1 and the rear body housing 2 on the front and back of the air pump, and fit each other together to complete installation, and during pumping up and pumping down, the slot air vent 3 and its combination with the fan-shaped air hole 6 being provided on the main body housing 1, and the fan-shaped air hole 6 and the slot air vent 3 being arranged opposite to each other, and the outside of the slot air vent 3 being provided with air holes in four different shapes effect reducing air resistance when air passes through the fan-shaped air hole 6 and the slot air vent 3, thereby helping to speed up inflation and inhalation, and greatly improving the efficiency of pumping down and pumping up with the housing during use; in addition, the slot air vent 3 is convenient to connect with the air pump and the air nozzle during use, improving the convenience of inflation; furthermore, the storage groove 5 is arranged inside the handle cover 4, so that the air pump housing can be used to store batteries, wires and other articles during use, and sort then put the above articles into the storage groove 5 during temporary disuse of the air pump, thus achieve a simpleness and safety effect in its entirety, with good operative convenience, no circumstances of too much space occupied by the accessories, overall simple structure and excellent practicability.
  • The components of the present disclosure such as the main body housing 1, the rear body housing 2, the slot air vent 3, the handle cover 4, the storage groove 5, the fan-shaped air hole 6, the power switch 7, the first slot 8, the second slot 9, the first air hole 10, the second air hole 11, the third air hole 12, the fourth air hole 13 and the outer wall 14 are all common standard parts or parts known by a person skilled in the art, and their structure and principle are all understood by a person skilled in the art through technical manuals or through routine experimental methods. In the present disclosure, the mutual combination of the above-mentioned components, such as the slot air vent 3 being provided and combined with the fan-shaped air hole 6, the fan-shaped air hole 6 and the slot air vent 3 being arranged opposite to each other, and the outside of the slot air vent 3 being provided with air holes in four different shapes effect reducing air resistance when air passes through, thereby helping to speed up inflation and inhalation, and greatly improving the efficiency of pumping down and pumping up with the housing during use; in addition, the slot air vent 3 is convenient to connect with the air pump and the air nozzle during use, improving the convenience of inflation; furthermore, the storage groove 5 is arranged inside the handle cover 4, so that the air pump housing can be used to store batteries, wires and other articles during use, just by putting the batteries, wires and other articles into the storage groove 5, thus achieve a simpleness and safety effect in its entirety, with good operative convenience, no circumstances of too much space occupied by the accessories, and excellent practicability.
  • The basic principles and main features, and the advantages of the present disclosure are shown and described above. It is obvious for a person skilled in the art that the present disclosure is not limited to the details of the above-mentioned exemplary examples, and can be implemented in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or basic features of the invention. Therefore, the examples should be regarded in all respects as exemplary ones rather than restrictive ones, and the definition to the scope of the present disclosure under the appended claims does not ascribe to the foregoing description, so it is intended to incorporates the meaning of the equivalents falling within the claims and all changes within the scope thereof into the present disclosure. Any reference signs in the claims shall not be construed as an definition to the involved claim.

Claims (6)

What is claimed is:
1. A new-type air pump housing comprising a main body housing (1), a rear body housing (2), a fan-shaped air hole (6) and a slot air vent (3); one end of said main body housing (1) being fixedly connected to said rear body housing (2), the other end of said main body housing (1) being provided with said slot air vent (3), and the outside of said rear body housing (2) being provided with said fan-shaped air hole (6); a first air hole (10) being opened outside said slot air vent (3), a second air hole (11) being opened outside said slot air vent (3), a third air hole (12) being opened outside said slot air vent (3), and a fourth air hole (13) being opened outside said slot air vent (3).
2. The new-type air pump housing according to claim 1, wherein a power switch (7) in mounted on the outside of said rear body housing (2), and said power switch (7) is positioned at the center of said fan-shaped air hole (6).
3. The new-type air pump housing according to claim 1, wherein a handle cover (4) is arranged on the lower part of said main body housing (1), said handle cover (4) is integrated with said main body housing (1) and a storage groove (5) is arranged inside said handle cover (4).
4. The new-type air pump housing according to claim 1, wherein the outside, of said slot air vent (3) configured as a circular structure, is fixedly connected to an outer wall (14).
5. The new-type air pump housing according to claim 1, wherein the outside of said slot air vent (3) is provided with a first slot (8) and a second slot (9), respectively, said second slot (9) is positioned inside said first slot (8), said first slot (8) and said second slot (9) are arranged opposite to each other.
6. The new-type air pump housing according to claim 1, wherein said first air hole (10) and said second air hole (11) are in the form of symmetrical distribution, said third air hole (12) and said fourth air hole (13) are in the form of circumferential distribution, and said first air hole (10) and said second air hole (11) are positioned right below said first slot (8) and said second slot (9), respectively.
