Whendebris 30 are present withingutter 2, a user releases gutter clean outplate 10 by uncouplingfasteners 13 fromnut plates 14 and articulating the gutter clean out plate abouthinge 11 into the open position (FIGS. 1, 3 ). Some ofdebris 30 fall from opening 15 ofgutter 2 while assisted by gravity and can be further removed by the user. The user can further cleandebris 30 from sections between successive gutter clean outsystem 1 by accessing such sections throughopenings 15. Oncedebris 30 have been removed gutter clean outplate 10 is positioned in the closed position (FIGS. 3-6 ) withfasteners 13 tightened withinnut plates 14 sandwichinggasket 12 between the gutter clean out plate and the outside surface ofbottom 4 ofgutter 2 and the gutter can proceed to operate in the normal fashion. - Now referring to
