- the popular trampoline usually includes a flexible bouncing mat 10 , a frame 20 and a plurality of resiliently flexible rods 30 , each rod 30 has a top end 31 and a bottom end 32 .
- the top end 31 of the flexible rod 30 is installed at the periphery or at the bottom of the flexible bouncing mat 10 , and the bottom end 32 of the flexible rod 30 is retained in the frame 20 so that the flexible bouncing mat 10 is set up above the frame 20 .
- the flexible rods 30 Under the pressure from the flexible bouncing mat 10 , the flexible rods 30 are usually bent in a certain arc so as to tension the flexible bouncing mat 10 .
- the user can jump, play, and perform on the flexible bouncing mat 10 .
- the flexible rods 30 are preferably made from aviation alloy aluminum, glass fiber, or carbon fiber.
- the flexible bouncing mat 10 is preferably in round shape, it also can be other shape, such as a square, a pentagonal, a hexagonal, an oval, etc.
- the frame 20 is a circle formed by several arc-shaped steel pipes 21 connected at the beginnings and the tails. Referring to FIG. 6 , the joint of adjacent two arc-shaped steel pipes 21 is respectively provided with a first plug-in cylinder 21 a and a first plug-in connector 21 b which are matched to each other; the first plug-in connector 21 b is inserted into the first plug-in cylinder 21 a and connected therein by a nail pin fixedly.
- the frame 20 also can be placed on the ground, it is preferably placed on the supporting structure 40 .
- the flexible rod 30 In order to support the flexible mat 10 and the user, the flexible rod 30 generally needs to have certain bending resistance. Especially in the process of the installation of the flexible rods 30 , the bottom end 32 of each flexible rod 30 is usually fixed on the frame 20 first, then the top end 31 of the flexible rod 30 is deflected from the natural straightening status to bend towards the center of the flexible mat 10 , so that the flexible rods 30 can support and tension the flexible mat 10 to meet the requiring elasticity of bouncing jump.
- the bending stiffness of the flexible rod 30 is generally less than 3000 N/m. This requires that the top end 31 of the flexible rod 30 deflects 300-450 mm towards the center of the flexible bouncing mat 30 from the natural straightening status when it has not been connected to the edge of the flexible bouncing mat 10 , in order to support the flexible bouncing mat 30 and make the elasticity of the flexible bouncing mat 30 meet the requirements of the trampoline.
- the bending stiffness of flexible rod 30 in the prior art is too low, resulting in poor elastic recovery ability and easy to be bent.
- the flexible rods 30 can’t be restored to the original position so that the flexible bouncing mat 10 no longer maintains at its tension state, its structure is relaxed, and its elasticity is decreased.
- the maximum size of the flexible bouncing mat 10 can only be 13 feet. Otherwise, the elasticity of the flexible bouncing mat 10 can’t meet the requirements.

- the material of the flexible rod in the market is glass fiber or carbon fiber.
- the glass fiber has good corrosion resistance, insulating property, heat-insulating property and high strength etc.
- the hardness of the glass fiber is high, combined with its inherent brittleness, the glass fiber has the defects of no bending resistance, poor abrasion resistance, poor flexibility and the likes. If the glass fiber rod is used repeatedly for a long time or used in the low-temperature state, it is easy to crack and lose its original elasticity. Sometimes it is broken, resulting in trampoline damage. There is a potential safety hazard.
- glass fiber is listed as an unsafe material.
- the material of the flexible rod 30 according to the present invention is aluminum alloy.
- Aluminum alloy weights light, its surface can be oxidized, it has better wind resistance and stronger compressive capacity than glass fiber, and it also has good strength, toughness, fatigue resistance and plasticity, not easy to break. Even if the pressure exceeds its upper limitation, the aluminum alloy rod does not break, but increases the curvature. It will not cause trampoline to damage, thereby improving the safety of trampoline.

- Referring to
FIG. 1 , the popular trampoline usually includes aflexible bouncing mat 10, aframe 20 and a plurality of resilientlyflexible rods 30, eachrod 30 has atop end 31 and abottom end 32. Thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 is installed at the periphery or at the bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10, and thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 is retained in theframe 20 so that the flexible bouncingmat 10 is set up above theframe 20. Under the pressure from the flexible bouncingmat 10, theflexible rods 30 are usually bent in a certain arc so as to tension the flexible bouncingmat 10. The user can jump, play, and perform on the flexible bouncingmat 10. Theflexible rods 30 are preferably made from aviation alloy aluminum, glass fiber, or carbon fiber. - The
flexible bouncing mat 10 is preferably in round shape, it also can be other shape, such as a square, a pentagonal, a hexagonal, an oval, etc. Theframe 20 is a circle formed by several arc-shapedsteel pipes 21 connected at the beginnings and the tails. Referring toFIG. 6 , the joint of adjacent two arc-shapedsteel pipes 21 is respectively provided with a first plug-incylinder 21 a and a first plug-in connector 21 b which are matched to each other; the first plug-in connector 21 b is inserted into the first plug-incylinder 21 a and connected therein by a nail pin fixedly. - The
frame 20 also can be placed on the ground, it is preferably placed on the supportingstructure 40. - In order to support the
flexible mat 10 and the user, theflexible rod 30 generally needs to have certain bending resistance. Especially in the process of the installation of theflexible rods 30, thebottom end 32 of eachflexible rod 30 is usually fixed on theframe 20 first, then thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 is deflected from the natural straightening status to bend towards the center of theflexible mat 10, so that theflexible rods 30 can support and tension theflexible mat 10 to meet the requiring elasticity of bouncing jump. - In the prior art, the bending stiffness of the
flexible rod 30 is generally less than 3000 N/m. This requires that thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 deflects 300-450 mm towards the center of the flexible bouncingmat 30 from the natural straightening status when it has not been connected to the edge of the flexible bouncingmat 10, in order to support the flexible bouncingmat 30 and make the elasticity of the flexible bouncingmat 30 meet the requirements of the trampoline. The bending stiffness offlexible rod 30 in the prior art is too low, resulting in poor elastic recovery ability and easy to be bent. After the trampoline is used for a period of time, theflexible rods 30 can’t be restored to the original position so that the flexible bouncingmat 10 no longer maintains at its tension state, its structure is relaxed, and its elasticity is decreased. In addition, when the bending stiffness of theflexible rod 30 is less than 3000 N/m, the maximum size of the flexible bouncingmat 10 can only be 13 feet. Otherwise, the elasticity of the flexible bouncingmat 10 can’t meet the requirements. - The applicant has found that the
flexible rod 30 with improved bending stiffness can overcome the above-mentioned defects. When theflexible rod 30 is a straight rod with bending rigidity of 3000 N/m~10000 N/m, thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 is retained on the frame, and thetop end 31 of the flexible rod deflects 10 mm~200 mm from the natural straight state to bend towards the center of the flexible bouncingmat 10, so that theflexible rod 30 is bent and installed at the periphery or at the bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10 to support and tighten the flexible bouncingmat 10. If the bending stiffness of theflexible rod 30 is 3000 N/m~10000 N/m, the elastic restoring force of theflexible rod 30 increases and the flexible rod is not easy to fatigue and deform. Although the bending stiffness of the flexible rod increases, the distance of deflection towards the center of the flexible bouncing mat is reduced, which makes the installation of the flexible rod easier. - At present, the material of the flexible rod in the market is glass fiber or carbon fiber. The glass fiber has good corrosion resistance, insulating property, heat-insulating property and high strength etc. However, the hardness of the glass fiber is high, combined with its inherent brittleness, the glass fiber has the defects of no bending resistance, poor abrasion resistance, poor flexibility and the likes. If the glass fiber rod is used repeatedly for a long time or used in the low-temperature state, it is easy to crack and lose its original elasticity. Sometimes it is broken, resulting in trampoline damage. There is a potential safety hazard. In addition, according to the list of carcinogens published by the World Health Organization International Cancer Research Agency on 27 Oct. 2017, glass fiber is listed as an unsafe material.
- Preferably, the material of the
flexible rod 30 according to the present invention is aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy weights light, its surface can be oxidized, it has better wind resistance and stronger compressive capacity than glass fiber, and it also has good strength, toughness, fatigue resistance and plasticity, not easy to break. Even if the pressure exceeds its upper limitation, the aluminum alloy rod does not break, but increases the curvature. It will not cause trampoline to damage, thereby improving the safety of trampoline. - Preferably, the diameter of the flexible rod is 0.5 cm~3.0 cm.
- Preferably, the length of the flexible rod is 0.3 m ~1.5 m.
- When the bending stiffness of the flexible rod is 3000 N/m~10000 N/m, the diameter of the flexible bouncing mat is 11 feet~20 feet.
- Referring to
FIG. 3 andFIG. 4 , thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 is fixed and retained on theframe 20 by an installation structure. The installation structure includes pairs of upper insertingholes 24 provided on the upper side of theframe 20 and lower insertingholes 25 provided on the lower side of theframe 20. And each pair of the upper insertinghole 24 and the lower insertinghole 25 are disposed in stagger. Thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 is inserted obliquely into the upper insertinghole 24 and the lower insertinghole 25. - The installation structure also includes a
first sleeve 26 corresponding to each pair of the upper insertinghole 24 and the lower insertinghole 25. Thefirst sleeve 26 is inserted into the upper insertinghole 24 and the lower insertinghole 25. The bottom end of theflexible rod 30 is inserted into thefirst sleeve 26. - Referring to
FIG. 3 ,FIG. 4 andFIG. 5 , in order to prevent thefirst sleeve 26 from falling off from the lower insertinghole 25, the diameter of thebottom end 262 of thefirst sleeve 26 is less than the diameter of themain body 261 of thefirst sleeve 26. In particularly, the hole diameter of the lower insertinghole 25 is larger than the diameter of thebottom end 262 of thefirst sleeve 26 but less than the diameter of themain body 261 of thefirst sleeve 26, thereby preventing thefirst sleeve 26 from falling off from the lower insertinghole 25. - Further, the
top end 263 of thefirst sleeve 26 is provided with a gradually broaden outlet in the extending direction so as to facilitate the insertion of thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30. - When the
bottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 is installed, thefirst sleeve 26 is inserted into a pair of the upper insertinghole 24 and the lower insertinghole 25 firstly, then thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 is inserted directly into thefirst sleeve 26. Or thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 can be inserted directly into thefirst sleeve 26 firstly, and then the two are inserted into a pair of the upper insertinghole 24 and the lower insertinghole 25. The installation is simple and convenient. - It should be understood that when the
bottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 and thefirst sleeve 26 are inserted into the lower insertinghole 25, thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 is fixed in theframe 20. When all of the top ends 31 of theflexible rods 30 are installed around the flexible bouncingmat 10, the installing position of the top ends 31 of theflexible rods 30 remain unchanged, and the tension and elasticity of the flexible bouncingmat 10 are maintained constant. - Referring to
FIG. 3 ,FIG. 5 andFIG. 7 , anelastic member 27 is also arranged in the upper insertinghole 24. Theelastic member 27 islocated between the upper insertinghole 24 and theflexible rod 30 so as to adjust the position of theflexible rod 30. Preferably, the upper insertinghole 24 is arranged as an elliptical hole, and the opposite two ends of the elliptical hole, named as A end and B end respectively, are located on the inside and the outside of the upper side of theframe 20 respectively. Theelastic member 27 is placed at the A end or the B end so as to adjust the position of theflexible rod 30 in theframe 20, so that the tension and the elastic force to the bouncingmat 30 are adjusted. Concretely, when thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 and thefirst sleeve 26 are inserted into the upper insertinghole 24 and the lower insertinghole 25, theelastic member 27 is placed at the A end, that is a position close to the inside of the upper side of theframe 20, and theflexible rod 30 and thefirst sleeve 26 are squeezed to the B end, at this time, theflexible rod 30 exerts a greater tension force on the flexible bouncingmat 10 and the elastic flexible bouncingmat 30 has higher elasticity. When theelastic member 27 is placed at the B end, that is a position close to the outside of theframe 20, theflexible rod 30 and thefirst sleeve 26 are squeezed to the A end, theflexible rod 30 exerts relatively smaller tension force on the flexible bouncingmat 10, and the elasticity of the flexible bouncingmat 10 is reduced. - Preferably, referring to
FIG. 6 , two limitinggrooves 28 are symmetrically arranged in middle of the hole wall of the upper insertinghole 24. Referring toFIG. 7 , the side surface of theelastic member 27 adjacent closely to thefirst sleeve 26 is called as theinner side 271, the opposite other side surface of theelastic member 27 adjacent closely to the hole wall of the upper insertinghole 24 is called as theouter side 272. Both of theinner side 271 and theouter side 272 are arranged as curved surface, the intersection of the two curved surfaces is provided with aclamping block 273, theclamping block 273 and the limitinggroove 28 are matched to each other and can hold each other. - Preferably, the intersection of the
clamping block 273 and theouter side 272 is provided with an upperconvex part 275. The bottom of theouter side 272 of theelastic member 27 is provided with an lowerconvex part 274. When theelastic member 27 is inserted into the upper insertinghole 24, the upperconvex part 275 and the lowerconvex part 274 are holding the hole periphery of the upper insertinghole 24 from the upper direction and the lower direction respectively, thereby preventing it falling off from the upper insertinghole 24. - Preferably, referring to
FIG. 1 ,FIG. 8 andFIG. 11 , in order to facilitate the installation of the top ends 31 of theflexible rods 30, a plurality ofbuckle structures 70 are arranged at the periphery or at the bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10. Eachbuckle structure 70 is corresponded with oneflexible rod 30 respectively, thetop end 31 of eachflexible rod 30 can be detachably installed in a predetermined position at the periphery or at the bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10. The installation manner is labor-saving and convenient. Referring toFIG. 3 , thebuckle structure 70 includes a mountingmember 71, aflexible belt 72 and at least one clampingmember 73 fixed on theflexible belt 72. One end of theflexible belt 72 is fixed on the bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10, the clampingmember 73 is fixed on theflexible belt 72, and the mountingmember 71 is provided with a throughhole 713; theflexible belt 72 and the clampingmember 73 can pass through the throughhole 713. After theflexible belt 72 and the clampingmember 73 are passed through the throughhole 713, the clampingmember 73 is rotated to stuck at the outlet of the throughhole 713 so as to prevent theflexible belt 72 from being pulled back from the throughhole 713. Thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 is fixedly contained in the mountingmember 71, therefore thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 is installed at a predetermined position of the flexible bouncingmat 10. - Preferably, referring to
FIG. 10 , in one embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the mountingmember 71 is provided with a receiving groove (not shown) in which thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 is fixedly disposed. Preferably, the receiving groove is arranged in an extending direction of thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 so as to facilitate the insertion of it. In the embodiment shown inFIG. 10 , the mountingmember 71 is similar to a cubic shape. It should be understood that the shape of the mountingmember 71 is not limited to be the shape as shown inFIG. 10 , it also can be spherical, polyhedral or any other shape. The present invention does not specifically limit the shape of the mountingmember 71, and any change in the external shape of the mountingmember 71, without departing from the basic concept of the present invention, should be regarded in the scope of protection as defined in the present invention. - Preferably, referring to
FIG. 10 ,FIG. 11 andFIG. 12 , the mountingmember 71 has apipe part 711 and an expandedhead 712 arranged at the top end of thepipe part 711. Thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 is inserted into and fixed with thepipe part 711. Thepipe part 711 is arranged in an extending direction of thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 so as to facilitate the insertion of thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30. The expandedhead 712 is provided with the throughhole 713. - Referring to
FIG. 10 , the size of the expandedhead 712 is larger than that of thepipe part 711, thereby increasing the contact area between the mountingmember 71 and the flexible bouncingmat 10, which more firmly supports the flexible bouncingmat 10. - Preferably, a
baffle 714 is protruded on the outlet of the through hole 723 of the expandedhead 712. Thebaffle 714 can obstruct the clampingmember 73, thereby preventing the clampingmember 73 from sliding and retracting from the through hole 723. - Concretely, referring to
FIG. 10 , the expandedhead 712 is similar to a cubic shape, its bottom surface of the expandedhead 712 is integrated with thepipe part 711. The throughhole 713 is arranged along its side direction of the expandedhead 712 with a large end and a small end which is gradually decreased from the large end. The throughhole 713 is a flat hole. Both of theflexible belt 72 and the clampingmember 73 are flat shape, so that they can cooperate with the throughhole 713 and pass through the throughhole 713. Once theflexible belt 72 and the clampingmember 73 are passed through the throughhole 713, the clampingmember 73 is rotated to a certain angle to hold the clampingmember 73 at the outlet of the throughhole 713. - Preferably, the clamping
member 73 can pass through the throughhole 713 and is held on the outlet of the throughhole 713. In one of the embodiment of the invention, the clampingmember 73 has a short edge and a relatively long edge. The length of the short edge of the clampingmember 73 is slightly less than the aperture of the throughhole 713, and the length of the long edge of the clampingmember 73 is slightly larger than the aperture of the throughhole 713. Such configuration enables the clampingmember 73 to pass through from one side of the throughhole 713 to the other side, the clampingmember 73 is rotated after it has passed through the throughhole 713, and the clampingmember 73 can be held at the outlet of the throughhole 713 along its long edge. - It should be understood that the clamping
member 73 matches with the throughhole 713. For example, if the clampingmember 73 is a long cylinder shape, the throughhole 713 should also be a long cylinder shape; if the clampingmember 73 is a long cubic shape, the throughhole 713 must also be a long cubic shape. Referring toFIG. 9 ,FIG. 10 andFIG. 13 , in one of the embodiment of the invention, the clampingmember 73 is provided as a thin piece. The throughhole 713 is also arranged as a flat shape. Preferably,, the end of the clampingmember 73 is provided with a hook. - After the clamping
member 73 is passed through the throughhole 713, the clampingmember 73 is held at the outlet of thehole 713, theflexible belt 72 is fixed and prevented from being retracted under the action of pulling force, thereby fixing the top end of theflexible rod 30 at the periphery or at the bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10. - It should be understood that the positions of the clamping
members 73 on theflexible belts 72 must meet the design purpose of “installing the top ends 31 of all theflexible rods 30 at the periphery or at the bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10”. Therefore, the clampingmember 73 shall be installed at a suitable position on theflexible belt 72. The design purpose can’t be achieved if the clampingmember 73 is too far or too close to the flexible bouncingmat 10. - The
flexible belt 72 is fixed on the flexible bouncingmat 10. It should be understood that theflexible belt 72 can be fixed at the flexible bouncingmat 10 in a variety of ways, for example, by welding, clamping, fastening, etc. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, theflexible belt 72 is sewn at the bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10. - Referring to
FIG. 11 , the mountingmember 71 may be arranged directly at the top end of theflexible rod 30. During the installation, thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 is firstly inserted into thefirst sleeve 26 of theframe 20, then theflexible belt 72 is passed through the through hole 723, and thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 and the mountingmember 71 are pushed to a predetermined position at its periphery or at its bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10, the clampingmember 73 is pulled out of the throughhole 713, and the clampingmember 73 is rotated to be held at the outlet of the throughhole 713. Therefore, the top ends 31 of theflexible rods 30 and the expandedheads 712 are assembled at the periphery or at the bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10. - The mounting
member 72 may also be directly installed onto theflexible belt 71. During the installation, thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 is firstly inserted into thefirst sleeve 26 of theframe 20, the mountingmember 72 is adjusted to the proper position of theflexible belt 71, thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 is inserted into the mounting groove or the tube part of the mountingmember 72, thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 and the mountingmember 72 are pushed to a predetermined position at its periphery or at its bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10, the clampingmember 73 is pulled out from the throughhole 713, the clampingmember 73 is rotated to be held at the throughhole 713, so thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 and the head 722 are installed at its periphery or at its bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10. - In the structure of trampoline, a number of
flexible rods 30 are evenly distributed between theframe 20 and the flexible bouncingmat 10, and thus support the flexible bouncingmat 10 so that the force on the flexible bouncingmat 10 is balanced in all directions. In the installation process of trampoline, if multiple of theflexible rods 30 are installed in sequence on the flexible bouncingmat 10, the side of the flexible bouncingmat 10, where hasn’t installed theflexible rods 30, will be suffer uneven force, resulting in the difficulty of installing the flexible rods on that side, and even affecting the structure of the product. To resolve this shortcomings, referring toFIG. 12 andFIG. 13 , the number of the clampingmember 73 on eachflexible belt 72 of the present invention is two, and the first clampingmember 73 is capable of installing the top end of theflexible rod 30 and the head 722 in a pre-installed position, for example, its periphery of the flexible bouncing mat. Thesecond clamping member 73 is capable of installing the top end of theflexible rod 30 and the head 722 in the installing position, for example, the bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10. During the installation, thebottom end 32 of theflexible rod 30 is firstly fixed to theframe 20, theflexible belt 72 and the first clampingmember 73 are pulled to pass through the throughhole 713 of the head 722, then the clampingmember 73 is held at the throughhole 713, thetop end 31 of theflexible rod 30 and the expandedhead 712 are mounted in a pre-installed position, such as the periphery of the flexible bouncingmat 10. When all of the top ends 31 of theflexible rods 30 are installed in the pre-installed position, theflexible belts 72 are pulled sequentially so that thesecond clamping member 73 is passed through the throughhole 713 and is held at the outlet of the through hole 723, theflexible rods 30 are further bent, and the top ends of theflexible rods 30 are thus mounted in the mounting position, that is, the bottom of the flexible bouncingmat 10. - Referring to
FIG. 14 , In general, in order to facilitate transportation, a circle shapedframe 20 is formed with several arc-shape steel pipes 21 which are connected at the beginnings and the tails. The joint 28 of adjacent two of thesteel pipes 21 is provided with a first plug-incylinder 21 a and a first plug-in connector 21 b which are matched to each other. The first plug-in connector 21 b is inserted into the first plug-incylinder 21 a, and the two are fixed and connected by a nail pin. In the structure of the trampoline, the bottom ends of theflexible rods 30 are mounted on theframe 20, and the top ends of theflexible rods 30 are arranged at the periphery of the flexible bouncing mat and thus support the flexible bouncingmat 10. Theflexible bouncing mat 10 presses theflexible rods 30 downward so that theflexible rods 30 are bent in the direction to the center of the flexible bouncingmat 10. During the installation of the trampoline, when one of the arc-shape steel pipe 24 is connected to the flexible bouncingmat 10 by a plurality offlexible rods 30, theflexible rods 30 are bent towards the direction of the center of the flexible bouncingmat 10 under the pressure, and theflexible rods 30 pull the arc-shape steel pipe 21 upwardly towards the direction of the center of the flexible bouncingmat 10 so that the middle of eachsteel pipe 21 is higher relatively to the both of its side ends, which will cause theadjacent steel pipes 21 to separate from each other or collapse from the joint and destroy the stability of theframe 20. - Referring to
FIG. 14 andFIG. 15 , the trampoline also includes a plurality of supportingstructures 40, which support theframe 20 from underneath of theframe 20, so as to keep the frame maintained above the ground. The supportingstructure 40 is provided with ahorizontal rod 41, a firstvertical rod 42 and a secondvertical rod 43 which are symmetrically arranged at two ends of thehorizontal rod 41, and a thirdvertical rod 44 is arranged at the middle of thehorizontal rod 41; the firstvertical rod 42 and the secondvertical rod 43 are respectively inclined to the central direction of the flexible bouncingmat 10, and thetop end 421 of the firstvertical rod 42 and thetop end 431 of the secondvertical rod 43 are bent reversely. - The
frame 20 is provided with matching cylinders 29 a, 29 c which are matched with thetop end 421 of the firstvertical rod 42 and thetop end 431 of the secondvertical rod 43 respectively. The installing direction of the matching cylinders 29 a, 29 c on theframe 20 must be in the extending direction of thetop end 421 of the firstvertical rod 42 and that of thetop end 431 of the secondvertical rod 43, so that the installation of the supportingstructures 40 can be easily carried out. Further, in order to achieve a stable installation, the matching cylinders 29 a, 29 c are fixed with thetop end 421 and thetop end 431 by nail pins 22. - After the first
vertical rod 42 and the secondvertical rod 43 are inserted into the matching cylinders 29 a, 29 c, the firstvertical rod 42 and the secondvertical rod 43 apply force to the arc-shape steel pipe 21 in the direction opposite to that applied by theflexible rod 30, thereby keeping the arc-shape steel pipe 21 in balance and avoiding the arc-shape steel pipe 21 higher in the middle and lower at its both ends. - In order to more firmly support the
frame 20, asecond socket 23 is provided at the joint 28 of the adjacent arc-shape steel pipes 21, thesecond socket 23 is located in an extending direction at thetop end 441 of the thirdvertical rod 44. Thetop end 441 of the thirdvertical rod 44 is inserted into thesecond socket 23 to support the joint 28 of the arc-shape steel pipes 21 to prevent the adjacent arc-shape steel pipes 21 from falling apart or collapsing from the joint 28. - A third insert cylinder 46 is provided at the middle of the
horizontal rod 41, and the lower end 442 of the thirdvertical rod 44 is inserted into the third insert cylinder 46, thereby facilitating the disassembly and installation of the thirdvertical rod 44. - Referring to
FIG. 14 andFIG. 15 , the trampoline also includes a number of supportingrods 60 evenly distributed around the flexible bouncingmat 10. The firstvertical rod 42 is welded with asecond sleeve 45 at its bending position, the installing direction of thecylinder mouth 451 of thesecond sleeve 45 is located in the extending direction of the bottom end 61 of the supportingrod 60, and the bottom end 61 of the supportingrod 60 is inserted into thesecond sleeve 45. Thecylinder mouth 451 of thesecond sleeve 45 and the bottom end 61 of the supportingrod 60 are matched to each other. Preferably, thecylinder mouth 451 of thesecond sleeve 45 is arranged as a flat mouth. For example, thecylinder mouth 451 of thesecond sleeve 45 is an elliptical flat mouth, and the bottom end 61 of the supportingrod 60 is also elliptical. When thecylinder mouth 451 of thesecond sleeve 45 is in rectangular shape with long flat port, the bottom end 61 of thesupport bar 60 is also in rectangular shape with long flat port. The flat port can prevent the supportingrod 60 from rotating, thereby increasing the stability of the supportingrod 60. - Further, referring to
FIG. 16 , the bottom of thesecond sleeve 45 is provided as acylinder 452 having a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of thecylinder mouth 451. After the bottom end 61 of the supportingrod 60 is inserted into thecylinder mouth 451, it is also possible to squeeze the bottom end 61 into thecylinder 452 under the action of pressure. Since the diameter of thecylinder 452 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the bottom end 61, the bottom end 61 will be tightly wrapped and the binding force of the two is increased, so that the bottom end 61 cannot be easily removed from thesecond sleeve 45, thereby further increasing the mounting stability of the supportingrod 60. - Preferably, the supporting
rod 60 is a long arc-shaped rod jointed by two relatively short arc-shapedsteel pipes 62; a second plug-incylinder 621 and a second plug-inconnector 622 matched with the second plug-incylinder 621, are also provided at the joint of the two short arc-shapedsteel pipes 62 respectively, and the second plug-inconnector 622 is inserted into the second plug-incylinder 621, and the two are fixed and connected by thenail pin 63. Using two short arc-shapedsteel pipes 62 to be jointed to form a long arc-shaped rod is convenient for transport the supportingrods 60. The plug-in manner of connecting the two short arc-shapedsteel pipes 62 by thenail pin 63 makes the assembly easy and the structure stable. - Preferably, the structure of the second plug-in
cylinder 621 is the same as that of the mouth of thesecond sleeve 45. The structure of the second plug-inconnector 622 is the same as that of the bottom end 61 of the supportingrod 60, which provide the same function and technical effect as that the bottom end 61, which is not repeated herein. - Referring to
FIG. 17 , the trampoline also includes a protective net 80 with its bottom arranged around the flexible bouncingmat 10. Theprotective net 80 extends upwards, its top of theprotective net 80 is supported by a plurality of the supportingrods 60 disposed evenly around the periphery of the flexible bouncingmat 10 and thus forming a closed or semi-closed space for bouncing jump. - The lower part of the
protective net 80 is fixed and installed around the flexible bouncingmat 10 by a plurality of lower net hooks 81 which are hooked through the mesh at the lower part of theprotective net 80. In this way, it is very convenient to install and disassemble theprotective net 80. - The lower mesh hooks 81 can be arranged on the
buckle structure 70, or on theframe 20, or on the installation structure, or on the periphery of the flexible bouncingmat 10. The position of the lower hooks 81 are designed mainly according to the consideration of the convenience of production and the appearance of the trampoline. Preferably, the lower hooks 81 are provided on thepipe parts 711 of thebuckle structures 70. This design enables thelower hooks 81 to be produced by using the same set of molds as for the mountingmember 71, no additional molds are needed, no extra production process needs to be added, which brings great convenience to the production. - It should be understood that the convenience described above can also be obtained by setting the lower hooks 81 on the
frame 20 and on the supportingstructures 40. But the drawback of this design is that it will increase the length of the protective net and affect the outlook of the trampoline. - Further, the lower hooks 81 are arranged as facing the center position of the flexible bouncing
mat 10 so as to prevent it from hovering other objects or scratching the user. - An inserting
