anti-shear key 13 with the anti-shearkey adaptation hole 23 after the docking is completed, therefore, in order to facilitate welding, the height of the describedanti-shear key 13 is preferably 5-10 mm higher than the depth of the anti-shearkey adaptation hole 23 to ensure that theanti-shear key 13 can pass through the anti-shearkey adaptation hole 23 during installation, so as to facilitate subsequent welding around theanti-shear key 13. - Further, as shown in
FIG. 3 , the described shearkey adaptation hole 23 is preferably set at the corner formed by theweb 26 and therib 25 of the H-beam 21, so that both theweb 26 and therib 25 of the connection 2 can play a certain limiting and fixing role against theshear key 23, thus improving the shear and tensile strength. - For the
peg 12, in order to facilitate the processing of the threadedhole 15, a threaded sleeve structure can be used, but in order to avoid concrete entering the threaded hole during the production of the precast wall panel, a hemisphericaltop cap 16 can be set at the end of thepeg 12 away from theside plate 11, as shown inFIG. 2 , the outer diameter of the hemisphericaltop cap 16 is larger than the outer diameter of thepeg 12 by about 5 mm, which can avoid concrete entering the threadedhole 15, and at the same time can avoid The prefabricated concrete wall can also be prevented from being loosened by the prefabricated concrete wall. - The assembled shear wall made with the above-mentioned shear wall connectors, as shown in
FIGS. 4 and 5 , comprises a reinforced concreteprecast wall panel 3, and also comprises a shear wall connector, wherein theside plate 11 of thepre-buried member 1 is set on the assembly surface of theprecast wall panel 3, and thewall plate reinforcement 31 in theprecast wall panel 3 is welded to the inner side of theside plate 11, and said connector 2 is located between the assembly surfaces of two adjacentprecast wall panels 3. The describedpre-embedded member 1 and the connection member 2 are matched and welded together by means ofshear keys 13 and shear key adaptation holes 23 and are fixed together by bolts passing through the second through-hole 24, the first through-hole 14 and the threadedhole 15 in that order. The installation of shear wall panels in one-piece, L-shaped, T-shaped or continuous-beam sections can be achieved by rationalising the position ofpre-built parts 1 and connectors 2, which is highly versatile. - Further, in order to accommodate the construction of the floor slab, a transverse connection 2 is provided at the top of the shear wall where the floor slab is to be erected. according to the Technical Specification for Assembled Concrete Structures (JGJ 1-2014), the floor slab of an assembled concrete frame structure is to be provided with a cast-in-place layer to ensure structural integrity, so that the described floor slab comprises a prefabricated floor slab 4 and a cast-in-place floor slab 5, the said prefabricated floor slab 4 having The lap end of the described prefabricated floor slab 4 is lapped on the lower flange of the H-
beam 21 by means of exposed floor bars 41 with bending hooks, and the said cast-in-place floor slab 5 is cast-in-place on the prefabricated floor slab 4 and the end of its negative moment bars 51 are welded to theweb 26 of the H-beam 21. - In order to avoid rusting of the exposed steel structure, the
side plates 11 of the described prefabricatedpart 1 are located in the centre of the assembly surface of theprefabricated wall panel 3, and their sides are 8-12 mm away from the two sides of theprefabricated wall panel 3. The width of the described connection 2 is comparable to the width of theside plates 11. This leaves a gap after the assembly is completed, which facilitates subsequent painting with cement mortar and ensures a flat wall surface. - For the specific assembly method of assembled shear walls, as shown in
FIGS. 5 and 6 , the following steps are included. -
- a. Making pre-buried parts and connections according to the dimensions of the walls and floor slabs;
- b. Using the pre-built elements as borders and welding wall slab reinforcement on the inside of them to form a reinforcement mesh with borders;
- c. Prefabrication of precast wall panels with borders by pouring concrete inside the reinforcement mesh with borders and also prefabrication of precast floor slabs with exposed bent reinforcement;
- d. Installation of multiple prefabricated wall panels by means of connectors to form one-, L-, T- and cross-shaped lower assembled shear walls, and ensuring that there are horizontal connectors in the areas where floor slabs are to be erected;
- e. Installation of the prefabricated floor slab by lapping the exposed floor reinforcement with curved hooks of the prefabricated floor slab onto the lower flange plate of the horizontal connector H-beam;
- f Tying negative moment reinforcement to the prefabricated floor slab, with the ends of the negative moment reinforcement welded to the web of the H-beam and then pouring the cast-in-place floor slab;
- g. Install the upper assembled shear wall according to the installation method of the lower assembled shear wall, and after the assembly is completed, rustproof the exposed connections and pre-built connections with anti-rust paint, then fill the gaps in the connections with dry hard aerated concrete or rock wool, and finally paint them with cement mortar.
- Using the shear wall connectors and assembly method of the present invention, dry modular construction of assembled shear walls can be achieved, which enhances the integrity of the shear walls, helps to speed up the construction progress, saves costs and has better economic benefits.
