Preferably, there are two torsion springs 44. Both ends of each rotating shaft 43 penetrate through the torsion springs 44 respectively and are fixed to one end part of each torsion spring 44. Since both ends of the rotating shafts 43 are provided with the torsion springs 44, the force on the rotating shafts 43 is more balanced. When the rotating shafts 43 rotate, the suspension belts can be more evenly wound on the rotating shafts 43, which is conducive to subsequent smooth pulling out of the suspension belts 30.
  • The locking structures arc used for locking the rotating shafts to prevent the rotating shafts 43 from rotating under the action of the torsion springs 44. Each locking structure comprises a gear 45 and a handle 46, the gear 45 is fixed on the rotating shaft 43, the handle 46 is hinged to the main body housing 41, and the handle 46 is provided with a protrusion 460 that can adapt to a tooth groove of the gear 45. Each main body housing 41 is provided with an opening on which a removable housing cover 47 is provided; after the housing cover 47 is mounted, a handle installation space is formed between the housing cover 47 and the main body housing 41; and the handle 46 is installed in the handle installation space in a hinged mode. It is convenient to assemble and maintain the components in the main body housings 41 by arranging the housing covers 47. Each adjusting mechanism 40 further comprises two end housings 42. The two ends of the rotating shafts 43 extend out of the main body housings 41. The end parts of both ends of the rotating shaft 43 are respectively fixed on the two supporting bodies 100 through the end housings 42. Bearings are arranged between the ends of the rotating shafts 43 and the end housings 42. The inner ends of the end housings 42 are connected with the main body housings 41, and the outer ends of the end housings 42 are provided with end covers.
  • In the embodiment, two torsion springs 43 are adopted, and correspondingly, two gears 45 are adopted; the two gears are respectively connected to the two ends of the corresponding rotating shaft 43, each handle 46 is provided with two protrusions 460 correspondingly, and the two protrusions 460 correspond to the two gears 45. The bottom of each main body housing 41 is provided with a suspension hole for the suspension belt 30 to penetrate through. When a user uses the defecation assisting device, the user pulls up the handles 46 so that the protrusions 460 thereof do not fit with the gears 45, pulls down the suspension belts 30 at the moment so that the suspension belts 30 drive the rotating shafts 43 to rotate until the suspension belts 30 are pulled out to a proper length, then presses down the handles 46, the protrusions 460 of the handles 46 are stuck in tooth grooves of the two gears 45, and thus the rotating shafts 43 are stopped by the gears 45 to prevent the rotating shafts 43 from rotating under the rebound force of the torsion springs 44. When the user needs to readjust the extension length of the suspension belts 30, the user pulls up the handles 46, the gears 45 are released from the restriction of the protrusions 460 of the handles 46, the torsion springs 44 drive the rotating shafts 43 to rotate, the suspension belts 30 are wound onto the rotating shafts 43 again; and the length of the suspension belts 30 extending out of the suspension hole is reduced.
