The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and are intended to explain the present disclosure, but cannot be construed as limitation to the present disclosure.
- The present disclosure is made based on discoveries and recognitions of the inventor on the following facts and problems.
- A filtering cartridge of a humidifier in the related art includes filter paper, and when the humidifier operates, water is poured on the filter paper, which increases the contact area between the water and air, and allows the water to be volatilized easily, and then a fan is used to transport the water vapor volatilized from the filter paper into the air, thus achieving the purpose of increasing the indoor air humidity. However, if the filter paper is not treated in time, the filtering cartridge tends to be clogged, and get yellow and smelly, thus decreasing the user experience.
- The present disclosure aims to solve at least one of the technical problems in the related art to a certain extent.
- To this end, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a filtering cartridge assembly, which does not need to be cleaned regularly and is convenient to use.
- The present disclosure also provides a humidifier including the above filtering cartridge assembly.
- A filtering cartridge assembly according to embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 4 , the filtering cartridge assembly according to the embodiments of the present disclosure includes awater collecting tray 1, awater recovery tray 2, asupport frame 3, awater supplying pipe 5 and a plurality ofwater guiding members 4. - The
water collecting tray 1 includes a side wall and a bottom wall, the side wall and the bottom wall of thewater collecting tray 1 define awater collecting groove 11, and thewater collecting tray 1 includes a firstwater supplying hole 111 and a plurality ofwater draining holes 1121 in its bottom wall. It can be understood that the firstwater supplying hole 111 is communicated with thewater collecting groove 11, so that the water can enter thewater collecting groove 11 through the firstwater supplying hole 111. - The
water recovery tray 2 is located below thewater collecting tray 1, and includes a side wall and a bottom wall, and the side wall and the bottom wall of thewater recovery tray 2 define awater recovery groove 21. - The plurality of
water guiding members 4 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality ofwater draining holes 1121, an upper end of thewater guiding member 4 passes through the corresponding water draininghole 1121, a lower end of thewater guiding member 4 is connected to the bottom wall of thewater recovery tray 2, and there is a drainage gap between a peripheral wall of thewater guiding member 4 and a wall defining the corresponding water draininghole 1121. - In other words, the drainage gap is formed between the wall defining the water draining
hole 1121 and the peripheral wall of the correspondingwater guiding member 4. - It can be understood that the water in the
water collecting groove 11 will flow out from the drainage gap under the influence of gravity, and the outflowing water will adhere to thewater guiding member 4 and flow downwards by the guide of thewater guiding member 4 until it flows into thewater recovery groove 21. During this process, the water flowing on thewater guiding member 4 will form a water film, which increases the contact area between the water and the air, so that it is easy for the water on thewater guiding member 4 to be volatilized to form the water vapor. - It should be noted that the gap in a radial direction between the peripheral wall of the
water guiding member 4 and the wall defining the water draininghole 1121 is small, that is, the radial dimension of the drainage gap is small, thereby ensuring that the water flowing out of the drainage gap can adhere to thewater guiding member 4 and will not drop directly into thewater recovery groove 21 through the drainage gap. - The
water recovery tray 2 has a secondwater supplying hole 211 and a plurality ofwater recovery holes 212 in its bottom wall. It can be understood that a part of the water flowing out from the water draininghole 1121 is volatilized into the air, and another part of the water flows into thewater recovery groove 21 through thewater guiding member 4. Thewater recovery groove 21 is used to collect the part of the water flowing down from thewater guiding member 4, and the water in thewater recovery groove 21 can be discharged through the plurality ofwater recovery holes 212 to recover the water. - The
support frame 3 is connected between thewater collecting tray 1 and thewater recovery tray 2. It can be understood that thesupport frame 3 is used to support thewater collecting tray 1 and thewater recovery tray 2, thereby allowing the structure of the filtering cartridge assembly according to the embodiments of the present disclosure to be more stable. - The
water supplying pipe 5 is located between thewater collecting tray 1 and thewater recovery tray 2, an upper orifice of thewater supplying pipe 5 is communicated with the firstwater supplying hole 111, a lower orifice of thewater supplying pipe 5 is communicated with the secondwater supplying hole 211, and thewater supplying pipe 5 is adapted to be connected with a water pump to supply water into thewater collecting groove 11. - The water in the
water collecting groove 11 of the filtering cartridge assembly according to the embodiments of the present disclosure infiltrates downwards to thewater guiding member 4 through the drainage gap, and the water film can be formed on the peripheral wall of thewater guiding member 4 during the downward flow of the water, thus increasing the contact area between the water and the air, and making it easy for the water on thewater guiding member 4 to be volatilized to form the water vapor. - Compared with the related art, the
water guiding member 4 of the filtering cartridge assembly according to the embodiments of the present disclosure allows the water to be volatilized easily, and also will not accumulate water scale and bacteria. Therefore, the filtering cartridge assembly according to the embodiments of the present disclosure does not need to be cleaned regularly, does not become yellow and smelly, and even will not have a clogging problem, thus facilitating use and providing a good user experience. - Therefore, the filtering cartridge assembly according to the embodiments of the present disclosure does not need to be cleaned regularly, is convenient to use, and can also improve the user experience.
- In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , arib 41 is on the peripheral wall of thewater guiding member 4, and therib 41 extends along a length direction of the water guiding member 4 (i.e. an up-down direction inFIG. 1 ) and runs through the drainage gap. The length direction of thewater guiding member 4 is consistent with the up-down direction. - It can be understood that when the amount of the water in the
water collecting groove 11 is small, it is easy for the water to form water droplets under the action of its tension. After therib 41 on thewater guiding member 4 comes into contact with the water droplet, the surface tension of the water droplet will be destroyed, so that it is easy for the small amount of water in thewater collecting groove 11 to infiltrate downwards to thewater guiding member 4 through the drainage gap, thus reducing the influence of the amount of the water in thewater collecting groove 11 on the normal operation of the filtering cartridge assembly. - In addition, after the
rib 41 on thewater guiding member 4 comes into contact with the water droplet, the surface tension of the water droplet will be destroyed, so that a uniform water film is formed easily when the water flows downwards, which is conducive to the volatilization of the water on thewater guiding member 4. - In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , a plurality ofribs 41 are provided, the plurality ofribs 41 are arranged along a circumferential direction of thewater guiding member 4, and each of the plurality ofribs 41 extends in the same direction which is consistent with the length direction of thewater guiding member 4. - In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , the wall defining the water draininghole 1121 has awater leakage slot 11211, and the drainage gap is formed between a wall defining thewater leakage slot 11211 and the peripheral wall of thewater guiding member 4. That is, the wall defining the water draininghole 1121 is partially depressed to form thewater leakage slot 11211, so that the wall defining thewater leakage slot 11211 is a part of the wall defining the water draininghole 1121, but is depressed relative to another part of the wall defining the water draininghole 1121. - It can be understood that the wall defining the water draining
hole 1121 has thewater leakage slot 11211, so that the water flowing out from thewater leakage slot 11211 can flow down thewater guiding member 4 in strands, which is conducive to forming the uniform water film on thewater guiding member 4. Therefore, the contact area between the water on thewater guiding member 4 and the air is increased, thus facilitating the volatilization of the water on thewater guiding member 4. - In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , thewater guiding member 4 is a rod, the wall defining the water draininghole 1121 includes acontact part 11212, and a plurality ofcontact parts 11212 are provided and spaced apart from each other. Thecontact parts 11212 are alternated with thewater leakage slots 11211 along a circumferential direction of the water draininghole 1121. Thecontact parts 11212 are in contact with the peripheral wall of thewater guiding member 4. - It can be understood that the plurality of
contact parts 11212 of the water draininghole 1121 are in contact with the peripheral wall of thewater guiding member 4, that is, the plurality ofcontact parts 11212 clamp thewater guiding member 4 tightly, thus ensuring the mounting stability of thewater guiding member 4. - In other embodiments, the
water guiding member 4 is a rope, the upper end of thewater guiding member 4 is connected to thewater collecting tray 1, and the lower end of thewater guiding member 4 is connected to thewater recovery tray 2, so that thewater guiding member 4 is kept in a tightened state. - It can be understood that an outer surface of the rope is relatively rough, and the friction force between the outer surface of the rope and the water is relatively large, so that the falling time of the water can be increased, and the water on the
water guiding member 4 can be fully volatilized. - In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , a plurality ofribs 41 are provided, the plurality ofribs 41 are spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of thewater guiding member 4, a plurality ofwater leakage slots 11211 are provided, and the plurality ofwater leakage slots 11211 are spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the water draininghole 1121, and the plurality ofribs 41 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality ofwater leakage slots 11211. - It can be understood that when the amount of the water in the
water collecting groove 11 is small, the water in thewater collecting groove 11 may be unevenly distributed, while the plurality ofribs 41 are arranged along the circumferential direction of thewater guiding member 4, so that the water droplets at different positions can be in contact with theribs 41, and thus it is easy for the small amount of water in thewater collecting groove 11 to infiltrate downwards to thewater guiding member 4 through the drainage gap, reducing the influence of the amount of the water in thewater collecting groove 11 on the normal operation of the filtering cartridge assembly. - In addition, the plurality of
ribs 41 increase the area of the peripheral wall of thewater guiding member 4. When the water adheres to the peripheral wall of thewater guiding member 4, the surface area of the formed water film will also increase, so that the contact area between the water on thewater guiding member 4 and the air increases, which is conducive to the volatilization of the water on thewater guiding member 4. - In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , the bottom wall of thewater collecting tray 1 has a plurality ofwater guiding recesses 112, the plurality ofwater guiding recesses 112 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality ofwater draining holes 1121, and thewater draining hole 1121 is formed in a bottom wall of the correspondingwater guiding recess 112. That is, the bottom wall of thewater collecting tray 1 is partially depressed to form thewater guiding recess 112, so that the bottom wall of thewater guiding recess 112 is a part of the bottom wall of thewater collecting tray 1, but is depressed relative to another part of the bottom wall of thewater collecting tray 1. - It can be understood that an upper surface of the bottom wall of the
water collecting tray 1 is higher than an upper surface of the bottom wall of thewater guiding recess 112, so that it is easy for the water in thewater collecting groove 11 to flow into thewater guiding recess 112 under the influence of gravity. When the amount of the water in thewater collecting groove 11 is small, the water in thewater collecting groove 11 can be collected in multiple water guiding recesses 112, so as to ensure that there is a sufficient amount of water in thewater guiding recesses 112 to flow to thewater guiding member 4 when the amount of the water in thewater collecting groove 11 is small, thus reducing the influence of the amount of water on the normal operation of the filtering cartridge assembly according to the embodiments of the present disclosure. - In some embodiments, as shown in
FIGS. 1 and 4 , thewater collecting tray 1 has a firstwater falling hole 12, and thewater collecting groove 11 surrounds the firstwater falling hole 12. The side wall of thewater collecting tray 1 includes afirst side wall 131 and asecond side wall 132, thefirst side wall 131 surrounds thesecond side wall 132, and thesecond side wall 132 has anoverflow port 133 communicating thewater collecting groove 11 with the firstwater falling hole 12. In other words, thefirst side wall 131, thesecond side wall 132 and the bottom wall of thewater collecting tray 1 define thewater collecting groove 11. - Specifically, the
second side wall 132 of thewater collecting tray 1 is configured as an annular wall, the annular wall has an inner wall surface and an outer wall surface, the outer wall surface of the annular wall faces towards the first side wall 131 (i.e., an inner wall surface of the first side wall 131), and the inner wall surface of the annular wall defines the firstwater falling hole 12. The annular wall has a notch, and the notch communicates the inner wall surface of the annular wall with the outer wall surface of the annular wall to define theoverflow port 133. That is, theoverflow port 133 runs through the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface of the annular wall. - The
water recovery tray 2 has a secondwater falling hole 22, thewater recovery groove 21 surrounds the secondwater falling hole 22, and the firstwater falling hole 12 is corresponding to the secondwater falling hole 22 in the up-down direction. - It can be understood that when the amount of the water in the
water collecting tray 1 is too large, the water in thewater collecting tray 1 can flow out from theoverflow port 133, and the overflowing water enters the firstwater falling hole 12 and is discharged through the secondwater falling hole 22, so as to recover the overflowing water. - In some embodiments, as shown in

FIG. 4 , thewater falling pipe 6 includes afirst section 61 and asecond section 62, and a lower end of thefirst section 61 is connected to an upper end of thesecond section 62. An inner peripheral surface of thefirst section 61 is a cylindrical surface, that is, a perimeter of an inner peripheral contour of a cross section of thefirst section 61 is consistent from top to bottom, and an inner peripheral surface of thesecond section 62 is a tapered surface. - In some other embodiments, the inner peripheral surface of the
water falling pipe 6 is a tapered surface, that is, the perimeter of the inner peripheral contour of the cross section of thewater falling pipe 6 gradually decreases from top to bottom. - It can be understood that the at least part of the inner peripheral surface of the
water falling pipe 6 is the tapered surface, so that the water flowing into thewater falling pipe 6 flows out of the secondwater falling hole 22 along the inner peripheral surface of thewater falling pipe 6 slowly, instead of dropping vertically with a noise, thus improving the user experience. - In some embodiments, the inner peripheral surface of the
water falling pipe 6 may be a pyramid surface or a conical surface. - As shown in
FIG. 4 , the inner peripheral surface of thewater falling pipe 6 is a conical surface. It can be understood that the inner peripheral surface of thewater falling pipe 6 is a curved surface, and the friction force between the water in thewater falling pipe 6 and the inner peripheral surface of thewater falling pipe 6 is small, thus ensuring that the water in thewater falling pipe 6 can be discharged smoothly. - In some embodiments, as shown in
