Abstract
A sealing structure for a multi-compartment box body, comprising: a box body, a box cover and an elastic sealing strip. Inside the box body is arranged at least one partition plate which divides the box body into two or more compartmentalized areas. The sealing strip includes an integral elastic sealing strip and a compartment elastic sealing strip, and both strips are integrally formed. The bottom end of the cover is provided with a protruding portion extending to the inside of the body, the peripheral side of the protruding portion is provided with an integral elastic sealing strip routing groove adapted to the integral elastic sealing strip, and the bottom end of the protruding portion is provided with a compartment elastic sealing strip routing groove adapted to the compartment elastic sealing strip. The both groove are communicated to each other.
Description
- This application claims the benefit and priority of Chinese patent application No. 202220385565.6, filed on Feb. 24, 2022, disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
- The present application relates to the technical field of sealing storage for food, in particular to a sealing structure for a multi-compartment box body.
- With the continuous development of society and the continuous progress of scientific level, people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of food storage boxes, and the technology of storage boxes is also getting higher and higher. The most important feature of food storage boxes is safe, non-toxic and airtight isolation. The existing food storage boxes generally only have the characteristics of overall sealing, and there is no sealing between the compartments. Therefore, those skilled in the art have developed a food storage box in which the compartments are independently sealed. However, in the existing food storage box with independent sealing between the compartments, a layer of silica gel is attached to the box cover, and the box body and the box cover can be sealed with each other by pressing hard and snapping. The manufacturing cost of the partition method is too high, and the practicability is not strong. Another way to independently seal the compartments is to place the sealing strip on the box body, and then seal it by squeezing the box cover and fixing it with a buckle. This kind of sealing method also has the disadvantages of poor sealing performance and insufficient aesthetics.
- Therefore, there is an urgent need for a sealing structure for a multi-compartment box body to solve this problem.
- In view of the defects in the prior art, the present application proposes a sealing structure for a multi-compartment box body, which realizes the integral sealing of the box body and the box cover, and also realizes the independent sealing between each compartmentalized area, and has strong practicability.
- To achieve the above purpose, the application adopts the following technical solutions:
- A Sealing structure for a multi-compartment box body comprises: a box body, a box cover and an elastic sealing strip, at least one partition plate is arranged inside the box body, and the partition plate is configured to divide the box body into two or more compartmentalized areas, the sealing strip includes an integral elastic sealing strip and an compartment elastic sealing strip, and the integral elastic sealing strip and the compartment elastic sealing strip are integrally formed, the bottom end of the box cover is provided with a protruding portion extending to the inside of the box body, the peripheral side of the protruding portion is provided with an integral elastic sealing strip routing groove adapted to the integral elastic sealing strip, and the bottom end of the protruding portion is provided with a compartment elastic sealing strip routing groove adapted to the compartment elastic sealing strip, the integral elastic sealing strip routing groove and the compartment elastic sealing strip routing groove are communicated to each other, the integral elastic sealing strip is arranged on the peripheral side of the protruding part through the integral elastic sealing strip routing groove, and the compartment elastic sealing strip is arranged at the bottom of the protruding part through the compartment elastic sealing strip routing groove, wherein when the box cover is closed to the box body, an integral seal is formed between the box body and the box cover through the integral elastic sealing strip, and each compartmentalized area is independently sealed through the integral elastic sealing strip and the compartment elastic sealing strip.
- As a further elaboration on the above technical solutions:
- In the above technical solution, he outer edge of the integral elastic sealing strip is configured to be a V-shaped groove, and the opening of the V-shaped groove is configured to open upward, when the box cover is closed on the box body, the V-shaped groove is located between the inner side wall of the box body and the outer edge of the protruding part, so as to realize the negative pressure sealing between the box body and the box cover.
- In the above technical solution, a fixing part and a deformed part are respectively formed on both sides of the V-shaped groove, when the box cover is closed on the box body, the fixed part is fitted with the integral elastic sealing strip routing groove, and the outer side of the deformed part is fitted with the inner side wall of the box body.
- In the above technical solution, the lower end of the compartment elastic sealing strip is provided with a concave groove adapted to the upper edge of the partition plate, wherein when the box cover is closed on the box body, the concave groove covers the upper edge and the two side edges of the partition plate.
- In the above technical solution, the box cover is provided with a pressure relief vent hole, and the pressure relief vent hole is provided with an air hole plug adapted to the pressure relief vent hole.
- In the above technical solution, the air hole plug is arranged on the compartment elastic sealing strip and is integrally formed with the compartment elastic sealing strip, the box cover is provided with a wire hole, and the air hole plug passes through the wire hole and is covered with the pressure relief vent hole.
- In the above technical solution, two sides of the box cover are provided with laterally protruding tongues, the box body is provided with a cushion position corresponding to the protruding tongue.
- In the above technical solution, the box cover is formed by PP, and the sealing strip is formed by silica gel.
- In the above technical solution, the upper end of the box cover is provided with a tableware fixing part.
- Compared with the prior art, the present application has obvious advantages and beneficial effects. Specifically, its structure is novel and the design is reasonable. By adopting the structural design of the integral elastic sealing strip, the integral sealing of the box body and the box cover is realized. By adopting the structural design of the compartment elastic sealing strip, the independent sealing between the compartmentalized areas is realized, and there is no need to buckle and exert pressure on the four sides, just press the pressure lightly. By adopting the structure in which the
air hole plug 25 is integrally formed with the compartment elastic sealing strip, on the one hand, the air hole plug can allow exhausting, and on the other hand, the position of the compartment elastic sealing strip in the of the compartment elastic sealing strip routing groove can be further limited, so as to prevent the compartment elastic sealing strip from falling off from the compartment elastic sealing strip routing groove due to gravity or excessive length. t This improves the stability of the compartment elastic sealing strip, and has strong practicability. - In order to more clearly illustrate the structural features, technical means and the specific purposes and functions achieved by the present application, the present application will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments:

FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of the overall structure according toembodiment 4. - In the description of the present application, it should be noted that the terms “center”, “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “inner”, “outer”, etc. which are used to indicate position or positional relationship are based on the position or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and are only for the convenience of describing the application and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the indicated position or element must have a specific orientation and be constructed in a specific orientation and operation, therefore cannot be understood as a limitation of the present application.
- In the description of the present application, it should be noted that unless otherwise clearly specified and limited, the terms “installation”, and “connection” should be understood in a broad sense, for example, it can be a fixed connection or a detachable connection, or integrally connected; it can be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; it can be directly connected, or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and it can be the internal communication between two components. For those skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above-mentioned terms in the present application can be understood according to the specific circumstances.
- As shown in
FIG. 1-5 , a sealing structure for a multi-compartment box body, comprises: abox body 1, abox cover 2 and anelastic sealing strip 3. At least onepartition plate 11 is arranged inside thebox body 1, and thepartition plate 11 is configured to divide thebox body 1 into two or morecompartmentalized areas 4, thesealing strip 3 includes an integralelastic sealing strip 31 and an compartmentelastic sealing strip 32, and the integralelastic sealing strip 31 and the compartmentelastic sealing strip 32 are integrally formed, the bottom end of thebox cover 2 is provided with a protrudingportion 21 extending to the inside of thebox body 1, the peripheral side of theprotruding portion 21 is provided with an integral elastic sealingstrip routing groove 22 adapted to the integralelastic sealing strip 31, and the bottom end of the protrudingportion 21 is provided with a compartment elastic sealingstrip routing groove 23 adapted to the compartmentelastic sealing strip 32, the integralelastic sealing strip 31 is arranged on the peripheral side of the protrudingpart 21 through the integral elastic sealingstrip routing groove 22, and the compartmentelastic sealing strip 32 is arranged at the bottom of theprotruding part 21 through the compartment elastic sealingstrip routing groove 23. - When the
box cover 2 is closed to thebox body 1, the bottom end of the protrudingportion 21 enters the inside of thebox body 1. An integral seal is formed between thebox body 1 and thebox cover 2 through the integralelastic sealing strip 31, and each compartmentalizedarea 4 is independently sealed through the integralelastic sealing strip 31 and the compartmentelastic sealing strip 32. - In this embodiment, the number of the
partition plates 11 is two, and the number of the compartmentalizedareas 4 is three. - As a further improvement of this application, the outer edge of the integral
elastic sealing strip 31 is configured to be a V-shaped groove 33, and the opening of the V-shaped groove 33 is configured to open upward, when thebox cover 2 is closed on thebox body 1, the V-shaped groove 33 is located between the inner side wall of thebox body 1 and the outer edge of theprotruding part 21, so as to realize the negative pressure sealing between thebox body 1 and thebox cover 2. - As a further improvement of this application, a fixed part and a deformed part are respectively formed on both sides of the V-
shaped groove 33, when thebox cover 2 is closed on thebox body 1, the integralelastic sealing strip 31 has elasticity, so that the fixed part is tightly attached to the integral elastic sealingstrip routing groove 22 due to its elastic properties, so that the fixed part fits with the integral elastic sealingstrip routing groove 22. Due to its elastic properties, the deformed part is pressed by the inner side wall of thebox body 1 and retracted toward the fixed part at the same time, and the outer side of the deformed part is attached to the inner side wall of thebox body 1 to realize the overall negative pressure sealing of thebox cover 2 and thebox body 1. - As a further improvement of this application, the lower end of the compartment
elastic sealing strip 32 is provided with aconcave groove 34 adapted to the upper edge of thepartition plate 11, wherein when thebox cover 2 is closed on thebox body 1, theconcave groove 34 covers the upper edge and the two side edges of thepartition plate 11. At the same time, the integralelastic sealing strip 31 seals the edges of each compartmentalizedarea 4, so that independent sealing is achieved between compartmentalizedareas 4. - As a further improvement of this application, the
box cover 2 is provided with a pressurerelief vent hole 24, and the pressurerelief vent hole 24 is provided with anair hole plug 25 adapted to the pressurerelief vent hole 24. - As a further improvement of this application, the
air hole plug 25 is arranged on the compartmentelastic sealing strip 32 and is integrally formed with the compartmentelastic sealing strip 32, thebox cover 2 is provided with awire hole 26, and theair hole plug 25 passes through thewire hole 26 and is covered with the pressurerelief vent hole 24. - In this embodiment, the
air hole plug 25 can be set independently, or can be integrally formed with the compartmentelastic sealing strip 32. When theair hole plug 25 is integrally formed with the compartmentelastic sealing strip 32, on the one hand, theair hole plug 25 can allow exhausting, and on the other hand, the position of the compartmentelastic sealing strip 32 in the of the compartment elastic sealingstrip routing groove 23 can be further limited, so as to prevent the compartmentelastic sealing strip 32 from falling off from the compartment elastic sealingstrip routing groove 23 due to gravity or excessive length. This improves the stability of the compartmentelastic sealing strip 32. - As a further improvement of this application, two sides of the
box cover 2 are provided with laterally protrudingtongues 27, the box body is provided with a cushion position corresponding to the protrudingtongue 27. It is convenient for the user to separate thebox cover 2 from thebox body 1 through thetongue 27 and the cushion. - As a further improvement of this application, the
box cover 2 is formed by PP, and the sealing strip is formed by silica gel. This reduces production costs and increases productivity. - As a further improvement of this application, the upper end of the box cover is provided with a tableware fixing part. It facilitates the placement of tableware.
- As shown in
FIG. 6 , the difference between this embodiment andEmbodiment 1 is that, in this embodiment, the number of thepartition plates 11 is one, and the number of thecompartmentalized regions 4 is two. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , the difference between this embodiment andEmbodiment 1 andEmbodiment 2 is that, in this embodiment, the number of thepartition plates 11 is two, and the number of thecompartmentalized regions 4 is four. - As shown in
FIG. 8 , the difference between this embodiment andEmbodiment 1,Embodiment 2 andEmbodiment 3 is that, in this embodiment, the number of thepartition plates 11 is five, and thecompartmentalized areas 4 is five. - The above are only the preferred embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application. Therefore, any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made to the above embodiments according to the technical practice of the present application still fall within the scope of the technical solution of the present application.
Claims (9)
1. Sealing structure for a multi-compartment box body, comprising: a box body, a box cover and an elastic sealing strip, at least one partition plate is arranged inside the box body, and the partition plate is configured to divide the box body into two or more compartmentalized areas, the sealing strip includes an integral elastic sealing strip and an compartment elastic sealing strip, and the integral elastic sealing strip and the compartment elastic sealing strip are integrally formed, the bottom end of the box cover is provided with a protruding portion extending to the inside of the box body, the peripheral side of the protruding portion is provided with an integral elastic sealing strip routing groove adapted to the integral elastic sealing strip, and the bottom end of the protruding portion is provided with a compartment elastic sealing strip routing groove adapted to the compartment elastic sealing strip, the integral elastic sealing strip routing groove and the compartment elastic sealing strip routing groove are communicated to each other, the integral elastic sealing strip is arranged on the peripheral side of the protruding part through the integral elastic sealing strip routing groove, and the compartment elastic sealing strip is arranged at the bottom of the protruding part through the compartment elastic sealing strip routing groove, wherein when the box cover is closed to the box body, an integral seal is formed between the box body and the box cover through the integral elastic sealing strip, and each compartmentalized area is independently sealed through the integral elastic sealing strip and the compartment elastic sealing strip.
2. The sealing structure of a multi-compartment box body according to claim 1 , wherein the outer edge of the integral elastic sealing strip is configured to be a V-shaped groove, and the opening of the V-shaped groove is configured to open upward, when the box cover is closed on the box body, the V-shaped groove is located between the inner side wall of the box body and the outer edge of the protruding part, so as to realize the negative pressure sealing between the box body and the box cover.

The sealing structure of a multi-compartment box body according to claim 2 , wherein a fixed part and a deformed part are respectively formed on both sides of the V-shaped groove, when the box cover is closed on the box body, the fixed part is fitted with the integral elastic sealing strip routing groove, and the outer side of the deformed part is fitted with the inner side wall of the box body.

The sealing structure of a multi-compartment box body according to claim 1 , wherein the lower end of the compartment elastic sealing strip is provided with a concave groove adapted to the upper edge of the partition plate, wherein when the box cover is closed on the box body, the concave groove covers the upper edge and the two side edges of the partition plate.
5. The sealing structure of a multi-compartment box body according to claim 1 , wherein the box cover is provided with a pressure relief vent hole, and the pressure relief vent hole is provided with an air hole plug adapted to the pressure relief vent hole.
6. The sealing structure of a multi-compartment box body according to claim 5 , wherein the air hole plug is arranged on the compartment elastic sealing strip and is integrally formed with the compartment elastic sealing strip, the box cover is provided with a wire hole, and the air hole plug passes through the wire hole and is covered with the pressure relief vent hole.
7. The sealing structure of a multi-compartment box body according to claim 1 , wherein two sides of the box cover are provided with laterally protruding tongues, the box body is provided with a cushion position corresponding to the protruding tongue.
8. The sealing structure of a multi-compartment box body according to claim 1 , wherein the box cover is formed by PP, and the sealing strip is formed by silica gel.
9. The sealing structure of a multi-compartment box body according to claim 1 , wherein the upper end of the box cover is provided with a tableware fixing part.
