  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • The embodiments containing the technical solutions of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments hereinafter are only used to clearly describe the technical solutions of the present disclosure. Therefore, these embodiments are only used as examples, but are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present disclosure.
  • The present disclosure provides a container. Specifically, referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 , FIG. 1 illustrates an exploded structure of a container according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 2 illustrates a structure of a cover plate and a rotatable connection portion of the container according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 respectively illustrate a perspective structure of the container in an opened state and a perspective structure of the container in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. A container 100 includes a cover plate 110 and a container body 120. The cover plate 110 is provided with a rotatable connection portion 130. The rotatable connection portion 130 includes a main body structure 131 and a rotation shaft 132. The main body structure 131 is arranged at a side edge of the cover plate 110. The rotation shaft 132 is arranged at two ends facing away from each other on the main body structure 131. The rotation shaft 132 is rotatably connected to the container body 120. The main body structure 131 further includes an abutting portion 1313. A bottom of the abutting portion 1313 includes at least part of a planar region R. The container body 120 is provided with an elastic member 140. A first end 140 a of the elastic member is abutted against the container body 120, and a second end 140 b of the elastic member is abutted against the planar region R of the abutting portion 1313. The elastic member 140 is configured to supply an elastic force to the abutting portion 1313, such that the cover plate 110 is automatically openable.
  • The container body 120 is provided with a first receiving slot 125. The elastic member 140 is at least partially arranged in the first receiving slot 125. The first end 140 a of the elastic member is abutted against the first receiving slot 125, and the second end 140 b of the elastic member is abutted against the planar region R of the abutting portion 1313. In this embodiment, the elastic member 140 is totally arranged in the first receiving slot 125.
  • In the case that an arc-shaped or a prism-shaped protrusive region is abutted against the elastic member 140, it is probable that the abutting portion 1313 applies non-uniform forces to the elastic member 140. For example, the protrusion portion applies a greater force, and the other regions apply smaller forces. In this way, in case of long-term use, deformations of the elastic member 140 are not uniform, and thus an elastic effect is affected. In addition, in the long-term use, the elastic member 140 is partially subjected to an over-great force, and elasticity of the elastic member 140 partially fails. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the planar region R of the abutting portion 1313 is abutted against the elastic member 140, such that the elastic member is subjected to a uniform force, and a better elastic effect is ensured. In this way, smoothness of automatic opening of the cover plate 110 is ensured.
  • In some embodiments, the abutting portion 1313 includes a base 1313 a and an abutting rib 1313 b. The base 1313 a extends along a direction of axis of the rotation shaft 132. In a horizontal plane, a side surface, facing towards an exterior of the container body 120, of the base 1313 a is an arc surface. The abutting rib 1313 b is formed by extension along a direction towards an interior of the container body 120 from a side surface, facing towards the interior of the container body 120, of the base 1313 a. A bottom of the abutting rib 1313 b is of a planar shape to form the planar region R. Compared with the configuration of the entire square abutting portion 1313, the configuration of the base 1313 a and the abutting rib 1313 b reduces the weight of the cover plate 110, lowers the cost and improves use comfort, mitigates the pressing force against the elastic member 140, and further ensures the life time of the elastic member 140.
  • The cover plate 110 and the container body 120 are both made of a plastic material. In the case that the abutting portion 1313 made of the plastic material is fabricated into a solid shape rather than the frame shape of the base 1313 a and the abutting rib 1313 b according to the above embodiment, since the plastic is prone to dehydration, imprints may be caused on the outer side of the cover plate 110, thereby affecting aesthetics.
  • In some embodiments, an end face 1321 of the rotation shaft 132 is a slope, such that the cover plate 110 is pressed and mounted on the container body 120 or separated from the container body 120 along the end face 1321 of the rotation shaft 132.
  • The container 100 may be a medicament box, and the cover plate 110 is rotatably connected to the top of the container body 120 via the rotatable connection portion 130, and opening and closing of the container body 120 are achieved by rotation of the cover plate 110 relative to the container body 120. In this way, an article is storable and retrievable from the container body 120.
  • The rotatable connection portion 130 may be integrally formed with the cover plate 110, or may be fixed to the cover plate 110 by engagement, thread connection or the like. Correspondingly, the rotation shaft 132 may be integrally formed with the main body structure 131, or may be arranged on the main body structure 131 by limiting engagement (the rotation shaft 132 is rotatable relative to the main body structure 131) or fixed connection (the rotation shaft 132 is fixed relative to the main body structure 131).
  • Specifically, in terms of sloping pattern, a height of the end face 1321 of the rotation shaft 132 progressively increases from a front surface to a back surface as illustrated in FIG. 1 , or progressively increases along any direction. In this way, in mounting the cover plate 110 on the container body 120, a side with a small height on the end face 1321 of the rotation shaft 132 is made to abut against the container body 120, and then a force is applied to the cover plate 110 such that the rotation shaft 132 is pressed against and mounted on the container body 120. Likewise, in removing the cover plate 110 from the container body 120, a force is applied to the cover plate 110 in a direction pointing from a center of the end face 1321 of the rotation shaft 132 to the side with the small height on the end face 1321, such that the side with the small height of the end face 1321 is first pressed out of the container body 120, and then the rotation shaft 132 is entirely separated from the container body 120. In this way, the cover plate 110 is removed from the container body 120.
  • The cover plate 110 is rotatably connected to the container body 120 via the rotation shaft 132, such that the container body 120 is closed or opened by the cover plate 110. The end face 1321 of the rotation shaft 132 is defined to be a slope, such that the cover plate 110 is pressed and mounted on the container body 120 or detached from the container body 120 along the end face 1321 of the rotation shaft 132. In this way, when a greater force is applied to the cover plate 110, for example, when a user applies a greater force in opening the cover plate 110, the rotation shaft 132 is detached from the container body 120, and thus the structure of the container body 120 or the rotation shaft 132 is not damaged. In addition, the detached cover plate 110 may be pressed and mounted on the container body 120 again by the inclined end face 1321 of the rotation shaft 132, thereby effectively ensuring life time of the container 100.
  • The present disclosure further provides an embodiment to prevent the case where the rotation shaft 132 is worn due to long-time pressing. As illustrated in FIG. 1 . the main body structure 131 includes a connection plate 1311 and an elastic plate 1312. The connection plate 1311 is arranged at a side edge of the cover plate 110. The elastic plate 1312 is formed by vertical extension of two facing-away ends of the connection plate 1311. The rotation shaft 132 is formed by two facing-away side protrusions between two elastic plates 1312, and the two elastic plates 1312 are bendable towards each other and are subjected to elastic deformation.
  • Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 1 , the two elastic plates 1312 are capable of rotating along directions indicated by arrows in FIG. 1 , such that a distance between the two rotation shafts 132 is reduced. In this way, the rotation shafts 132 are more conveniently mounted and engaged on the container body 120, or the rotation shafts 132 are more conveniently removed from the container body 120.
  • The connection plate 1311 is arranged on a side edge of the cover plate 110. Two facing-away ends of the connection plate 1311 vertically extend to form the elastic plate 1312. The rotation shaft 132 is formed by the two facing-away protrusions between the two elastic plates 1312. In this way, the strength and stability of the structure of the rotation shaft 132 are ensured. The two elastic plates 1312 are bendable towards each other and are subjected to elastic deformation, such that mounting and dismounting of the rotation shaft 132 on the container body 120 are achieved by pressing the elastic plate 1312. This prevents the case where the stability of the rotatable connection between the cover plate 110 and the container body 120 is affected where wear is caused to the rotation shaft 132 by frequently mounting or dismounting the cover plate 110. The present disclosure further provides an embodiment to prevent the case where the elastic plate 1312 breaks due to bending under an applied force. As illustrated in FIG. 2 , in some embodiments of the present disclosure, optionally, the abutting portion 1313 is arranged between the two elastic plates 1312. A spacing is defined between each of two ends of the abutting portion 1313 and each of the two elastic plates 1312. The abutting portion 1313 is configured to limit a maximum stroke of bending deformation in a fashion of facing towards each other of the two elastic plates 1312 as the spacing.
  • When the elastic plates 1312 rotate along directions indicated by two arrows in FIG. 2 to the maximum stroke, the elastic plates 1312 are abutted against the two end of the abutting portion 1313, such that the elastic plates 1312 is limited. This prevents the elastic plates 1312 from breaking due to bending under an over-great applied force.
  • In some embodiments, the container body 120 is provided with a limiting portion 121. The limiting portion 121 is abutted against the elastic member 140 to prevent the elastic member 140 from walkout from the container body 120.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 3 , when the cover plate 110 is in a closed state, the elastic member 140 is subjected to compression deformation due to pressing by the abutting portion 1313. The elastic member 140 may be an elastic rubber block as illustrated in FIG. 3 , and may be a spring or the like. In this case, the cover plate 110 is not subjected to other forces, the elastic member 140 applies an elastic force in a direction indicated by an arrow in FIG. 3 to the abutting portion 1313, such that the cover plate 110 is pushed to rotate to a state as illustrated in FIG. 4 .
  • As illustrated in FIG. 4 , to prevent the elastic member 140 from ejecting from a slit between the cover plate 110 and the container body 120 when the cover plate 110 is opened, the container body 120 is further provided with a limiting portion 121, such that when the cover plate 110 is opened, the elastic member 140 extends and is abutted against the limiting portion 121. In this way, the elastic member 140 is prevented from walkout from the container body 120, and the position of the elastic member 140 is ensured to be stable and reliable.
  • The present disclosure provides a specific embodiment to illustrate the connection between the rotation shaft 132 and the container body 120. As illustrated in FIG. 1 , a notch 122 is arranged in a side edge at a top of the container body 120, wherein a mounting slot 123 is arranged in each of two sides of the notch 122. The main body structure 131 is at least partially received in the notch 122, and the rotation shaft 132 is rotatably connected in the mounting slot 123.
  • By arranging the notch 122 configured to receive the main body structure 131 in the side edge at the top of the container body 120, and arranging the mounting slots rotatably connected to the rotation shafts 132 in the two sides of the notch 122, the cover plate 110 is rotatably connected to the container body 120, and sealing performance of the cover plate 110 covering the container body 120 is ensured and meanwhile simple and beautiful appearance is ensured for the container 100.
  • The present disclosure further provides an embodiment to ensure that the rotation shaft 132 is smoothly mounted and dismounted on the container body 120. Referring to FIG. 5 , structures of the cover plate and the rotatable connection portion according to an embodiment of the present disclosure are illustrated. In a direction (the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 5 ) parallel to the side edge of the cover plate 110, a maximum height h of the rotation shaft 132 is less than or equal to 5 mm.
  • By defining the maximum height h of the rotation shaft 132 in the direction parallel to the side edge of the cover plate 110 to be less than or equal to 5 mm, in one aspect, it is ensured that the rotation shaft 132 is smoothly mounted and dismounted on the container body 120, and in another aspect, it is ensured that structural stability after the rotation shaft 132 is rotatably connected to the container body 120, such that the rotation shaft 132 is not prone to walkout from the container body 120 during rotation.
  • Further, to prevent the rotation shaft 132 from breaking due to severely interference with the structure at the notch 122 in the container body 120 during pressing mounting or dismounting of the rotation shaft 132, the maximum height h of the rotation shaft 132 is defined to be less than or equal to 2 mm.
  • The present disclosure further provides an embodiment to ensure the stability of the cover plate 110 on the container body 120. Referring to FIG. 6 , a schematic exploded structural view of a container according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is illustrated. As illustrated in FIG. 6 , in the direction (that is, a direction indicated by an arrow in FIG. 6 ) parallel to the side edge of the cover plate 110, a dimension d1 of the notch 122 is greater than a dimension d2 of the main body structure 131, and d1 - d2 ≤ h.
  • The dimension d1 of the notch 122 is defined to be greater than the dimension d2 of the main body structure 131, and a difference between the dimension d1 of the notch 122 and the dimension d2 of the main body structure 131 is defined to be less than the maximum height h of the rotation shaft, such that not only the cover plate is smoothly mounted on the container body 120, but also the structural stability of the cover plate 110 mounted on the container body 120 is ensured. This prevents the rotation shaft 132 from walkout from the container body 120.
  • The present disclosure further provides an embodiment to ensure an opening angle of the cover plate 110 for ease of storing articles into and retrieving the articles from the container body 120 by a user. Referring to FIG. 7 , a schematic side structural view of a container according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is illustrated. As illustrated in FIG. 7 , when the cover plate 110 is rotated and opened to a maximum angle, a side edge 111 of the cover plate 110 is abutted against a back portion of the container body 120.
  • By causing the side edge 111 of the cover plate 110 to be abutted against the back portion of container body 120 when the cover plate 110 is rotated and opened to the maximum angle, it is ensured that the cover plate 110 has an even greater opening angle, such that the user is capable of more conveniently storing and retrieving articles when the cover plate 110 is opened.
  • The present disclosure further provides an embodiment to ensure locking of the cover plate 110 on the container body 120. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 8 , a schematic perspective structural view of a container according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is illustrated. As illustrated in FIG. 8 , a first engagement portion 112 is arranged at a side edge, facing away from the rotatable connection portion 130, of the cover plate 110, and a switch structure 124 is correspondingly arranged on the container body 120, wherein the first engagement portion 112 and the switch structure 124 are detachably engaged with each other, such that the container body 120 is opened or closed by the cover plate 110.
  • By detachable engagement between the first engagement portion 112 and the switch structure 124, the cover plate 110 is retained in the closed state for a long time, such that good sealing performance is achieved in the container body 120 to provide an ideal article storage space.
  • The present disclosure further provides an embodiment to ensure the stability of the cover plate 110 on the container body 120. Referring to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 , a schematic perspective structural view of a container according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is illustrated. As illustrated in FIG. 9 , the switch structure 124 is rotatably arranged on the container body 120, and a second engagement portion 1241 is arranged on a side, facing towards the cover plate 110, of the switch structure 124. The second engagement portion 1241 is detachably engaged with the first engagement portion 112. A pressing portion 1242 is arranged on a side, facing away from the second engagement portion 1241, of the switch structure 124. When the pressing portion 1242 is pressed, the switch structure 124 is rotated relative to the container body 120 (a rotation direction is as indicated by an arrow in FIG. 9 ), such that the second engagement portion 1241 is detached from the first engagement portion 112.
  • Specifically, the switch structure 124 may be integrally formed with the container body 120, as illustrated in FIG. 4 , and the switch structure 124 is rotatable relative to the container body 120 by connection using an elastic plate. In other embodiment, the switch structure 124 may also be rotatably connected to the container body 120 by a rotation shaft on which a torsion spring is sleeved.
  • By arranging the pressing portion 1242 on the side, facing away from the second engagement portion 1241, of the switch structure, the cover plate 110 is conveniently opened by pressing the pressing portion 1242, such that convenience of storage and retrieval of articles is further improved for the container 100.
  • Still referring to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 , in some other embodiments of the present disclosure, a triggering portion 1243 is arranged on the switch structure 124. When the triggering portion 1243 is pulled, the switch structure 124 is rotated relative to the container body 120 (a rotation direction is as indicated by an arrow in FIG. 9 ), such that the second engagement portion 1241 is detached from the first engagement portion 112.
  • Likewise, a triggering portion 1243 is arranged on the switch structure 124 to achieve quick opening of the cover plate 110.
  • It should be noted that the pressing portion 1242 and the triggering portion 1243 may be simultaneously arranged on the switch structure 124, such that multiple opening patterns are achieved for the cover plate 110. Alternatively, either the pressing portion 1242 or the triggering portion 1243 may be arranged to achieve the corresponding opening pattern.
  • Referring to FIG. 10 to FIG. 12 , a schematic view of a container according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is illustrated. In this embodiment, different from the embodiments as illustrated in FIG. 1 to FIG. 9 , the elastic member 140 is not totally arranged in the first receiving slot 125, and only a first part of the elastic member 140 is arranged in the first receiving slot 125.
