Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of vaporization technologies, and in particular, to an electronic vaporization device and a vaporizer.
- An aerosol is a colloidal dispersion system formed by solid or liquid small particles dispersed and suspended in an air medium.
- the aerosol can be absorbed by the body through the respiratory system, providing a user with a novel and alternative absorption manner, for example, an electronic vaporization device generating the aerosol by baking and heating aerosol-generation substrates such as herbs or pastes.
- the electronic vaporization device is applied in different fields to deliver an inhalable aerosol to the user, replacing a conventional product form and an absorption manner.
- a liquid storage cavity is sealed by sleeving a silicone member on a vaporization assembly, and the seal effect of the assembly manner is relatively good.
- a seal member needs to be pressed down to a certain extent, and when the seal member is pressed down, compressed air is formed in the lower liquid storage cavity. After the liquid storage cavity is sealed, the compressed air that is squeezed in the liquid storage cavity cannot be discharged. Then, the compressed air can only squeeze an aerosol-generation substrate in the liquid storage cavity, and the aerosol-generation substrate is squeezed out under the action of pressure, resulting in the problem of liquid leakage.
- the present invention provides an electronic vaporization device, comprising: a housing assembly; a vent tube arranged in the housing assembly, and a liquid storage cavity with an opening on one end being defined and formed between the housing assembly and the vent tube; and a seal member arranged on the vent tube and sealing an opening of the liquid storage cavity, wherein an exhaust channel configured for assembly is formed between the seal member and the vent tube, wherein the seal member and the vent tube are assembled, and wherein a seal is formed between the seal member and the liquid storage cavity.

Description
- Priority is claimed to Chinese Patent Application No. 202111628872.9, filed on Dec. 28, 2021, the entire disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
- The present invention relates to the field of vaporization technologies, and in particular, to an electronic vaporization device and a vaporizer.
- An aerosol is a colloidal dispersion system formed by solid or liquid small particles dispersed and suspended in an air medium. The aerosol can be absorbed by the body through the respiratory system, providing a user with a novel and alternative absorption manner, for example, an electronic vaporization device generating the aerosol by baking and heating aerosol-generation substrates such as herbs or pastes. The electronic vaporization device is applied in different fields to deliver an inhalable aerosol to the user, replacing a conventional product form and an absorption manner.
- Generally, in an electronic vaporization device, a liquid storage cavity is sealed by sleeving a silicone member on a vaporization assembly, and the seal effect of the assembly manner is relatively good. However, if the seal effect is to be ensured during the assembly of the structure, a seal member needs to be pressed down to a certain extent, and when the seal member is pressed down, compressed air is formed in the lower liquid storage cavity.
- In an embodiment, the present invention provides an electronic vaporization device, comprising: a housing assembly; a vent tube arranged in the housing assembly, and a liquid storage cavity with an opening on one end being defined and formed between the housing assembly and the vent tube; and a seal member arranged on the vent tube and sealing an opening of the liquid storage cavity, wherein an exhaust channel configured for assembly is formed between the seal member and the vent tube, wherein the seal member and the vent tube are assembled, and wherein a seal is formed between the seal member and the liquid storage cavity.
- Subject matter of the present disclosure will be described in even greater detail below based on the exemplary figures. All features described and/or illustrated herein can be used alone or combined in different combinations. There is a first gap between thefirst seal end 51 and thevent tube 20 and a second gap between thesecond seal end 55 and thevent tube 20 respectively. The airflow in theliquid storage cavity 11 can flow to the second gap through the first gap and theexhaust groove 60, and then flow to the outside. In this way, the air in theliquid storage cavity 11 is guided to be discharged by theexhaust groove 60 on theseal member 50. After theseal member 50 is assembled, at least one of thefirst seal end 51 and thesecond seal end 55 is sealed with thevent tube 20, and at least one of the first gap and the second gap no longer exists. Theexhaust groove 60 on theseal member 50 cannot cause theliquid storage cavity 11 to be in communication with and the outside, thereby preventing the aerosol-generation substrate in theliquid storage cavity 11 from leaking from theexhaust groove 60. - That is, an

When theseal member 50 is gradually sleeved downward on thevent tube 20, the first gap between thefirst seal end 51 and thevent tube 20 and the second gap between thesecond seal end 55 and thevent tube 20 are gradually decreased. Before the first gap and the second gap are not completely reduced to zero, the air in theliquid storage cavity 11 can further be allowed to flow from theexhaust groove 60 to the outside until either of the first gap and the second gap is completely reduced zero. After theseal member 50 is assembled, theexhaust groove 60 cannot cause theliquid storage cavity 11 to be in communication with and the outside, so that theliquid storage cavity 11 is sealed to prevent theliquid storage cavity 11 from leaking. - In some embodiments, the
seal member 50 includes abody 52 and a limitingportion 54. Thebody 52 is provided with an assemblinghole 53, and the limitingportion 54 is arranged on thefirst seal end 51 and protrudes from the hole wall of the assemblinghole 53. Thevent tube 20 is sleeved in the assemblinghole 53 and abuts against the limitingportion 54 in a limiting manner after the assembly is completed, and seals thefirst seal end 51 and thevaporization assembly 30. A limitingportion 54 is arranged on thefirst seal end 51 of theseal member 50. In a process of pressing down and mounting theseal member 50, theseal member 50 moves down in the axial direction of thevent tube 20, and there is a gap between the limitingportion 54 and thevent tube 20. After enters theexhaust groove 60, the air in theliquid storage cavity 11 can flow to the outside through the first gap between the limitingportion 54 and thevent tube 20 to be discharged. When theseal member 50 continues to move downward in the axial direction of thevent tube 20 until the limitingportion 54 abuts against thevent tube 20 in a limiting manner, theseal member 50 can no longer move relative to thevent tube 20, and theseal member 50 is assembled. In addition, there is no longer a first gap between the limitingportion 54 and thevent tube 20, so that a seal is formed between thevent tube 20 and the limitingportion 54. Therefore, a seal is formed between thefirst seal end 51 and thevaporization assembly 30, and theexhaust groove 60 cannot be in communication with the outside, thereby preventing the aerosol-generation substrate from leaking in theliquid storage cavity 11. - Referring to
FIG. 3 andFIG. 5 toFIG. 6 , further, one end of thevent tube 20 that is arranged at the opening of theliquid storage cavity 11 is provided with an inwardlybent flange 321. Theflange 321 abuts against the limitingportion 54 in a limiting manner in the axial direction of thevent tube 20. An inwardlybent flange 321 is arranged on an axial end portion of thevent tube 20, so that when thevent tube 20 abuts against the limitingportion 54, theentire flange 321 abuts against the limitingportion 54, a contact area is increased, and the seal performance to theexhaust groove 60 is improved. - Referring to
FIG. 3 andFIG. 5 , in some embodiments, the assemblinghole 53 includes a mountingsection 532 and an outwardly expandingopening section 534. An outer surface of the bent section forms a step surface, the first section with a smaller diameter is sleeved in the assemblinghole 53 of theseal member 50, and thestep surface 326 faces thesecond seal end 55. When theseal member 50 is gradually pressed down and sleeved, the second gap between thesecond seal end 55 and thestep surface 326 is gradually reduced. If there is still a second gap between thesecond seal end 55 and thestep surface 326, the air in theliquid storage cavity 11 can enter theexhaust groove 60 through the second gap, and then flow to the outside through the first gap between thefirst seal end 51 and the limitingportion 54. - After the
seal member 50 is assembled, thesecond seal end 55 completely abuts against thestep surface 326, and there is no longer a gap between thesecond seal end 55 and thestep surface 326, blocking the communication between theliquid storage cavity 11 and theexhaust groove 60, so that a seal is formed between thesecond seal end 55 and thevaporization assembly 30, to prevent the aerosol-generation substrate in theliquid storage cavity 11 from leaking after entering theexhaust groove 60. - Further, an outwardly expanding
opening section 534 is located at thesecond seal end 55, and thevent tube 20 is sleeved in the assemblinghole 53 and an inner wall of the outwardly expandingopening section 534 abuts against thestep surface 326 in a limiting manner after the assembly is completed, so as to form a seal between thesecond seal end 55 and thevent tube 20. - In addition, the
step surface 326 on thevent tube 20 and the inner wall of the outwardly expandingopening section 534 are both configured as inclined surfaces that match each other, which is equivalent to astep surface 326 being connected obliquely between the first section and the second section. The outwardly expandingopening section 534 and thestep surface 326 match each other and are both the inclined surfaces, and the outwardly expandingopening section 534 and thestep surface 326 can abut against each other in a limiting manner in the axial direction of thevent tube 20, and simultaneously prevent too many sharp corners from causing a relatively large wind resistance and affecting the airflow. It is convenient for airflow to flow into the second gap between the inner wall of the outwardly expandingopening section 534 and thestep surface 326 when theseal member 30 is mounted. - Referring to
