Abstract

The present application discloses a heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater, which comprises an outer casing, an inner pot and a heating device which are arranged in the outer casing, a cover body which is arranged at the upper part of the outer casing, and a base which is arranged at the lower part of the outer casing; a control device is arranged in the base, and one side of the outer case is provided with a faucet which penetrates the outer case and the inner pot, and the faucet heater is arranged on the faucet; the control device is coupled to the faucet heater. The two heating devices of the present application are configured to work under the control of the electrical control panel, and different heating temperatures are set according to different liquid products as required, which has good versatility, strong practicability, and is easy to popularize.

Description

    CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
  • This application claims the benefit and priority of Chinese patent application No. 202123044351.7, filed on Dec. 7, 2021, disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present application relates to the field of molds, and in particular, to a heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater.
  • BACKGROUND
  • In the prior art, the electric heating water barrel is heated by an electric heating plate that is closely attached to the bottom of the inner pot. The barrel body is composed of an outer case and an inner pot which are interlocked together. The opening of the barrel body is fixed with a middle ring, that is, the middle ring is embedded on the outer case and the inner pot. One end of the top cover of the barrel is hinged on the middle ring, and the other end is fixed on the center ring with a lock, and a top cover of the barrel can close the opening of the inner pot. A transparent water pipe and a fixed communication device communicated with the upper end and the lower end of the inner pot are configured to be a water level display device.
  • The above-mentioned heat preservation barrel is professionally used for the storage of wax-like liquid products, such as honey, beauty wax liquid and other paste-like liquid products. The wax-like liquid product will crystallize immediately when it encounters low temperature, and it cannot be easily exported for use, which brings great inconvenience to people's daily use.
  • It can be seen that the prior art needs to be further improved.
  • SUMMARY
  • n view of the defects of the prior art, the present application provides a heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater, which solves the defects in the prior art.
  • In order to achieve the above object, the application adopts the following technical solutions:
  • A heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater, comprises an outer casing, an inner pot and a heating device which are arranged in the outer casing, a cover body which is arranged at the upper part of the outer casing, and a base which is arranged at the lower part of the outer casing; a control device is arranged in the base, and one side of the outer case is provided with a faucet which penetrates the outer case and the inner pot, and the faucet heater is arranged on the faucet; the control device is coupled to the faucet heater.
  • According to a further optimized technical solution, the faucet heater comprises a heating shell arranged on the faucet, and a crystal heating piece is arranged in the heating shell, and the crystal heating piece is electrically connected to the control device.
  • According to a further optimized technical solution, the control device comprises an electrical control board arranged in the base and a socket arranged on one side of the base, and the socket is configured to electrically connect to the electrical control board; the socket is configured to electrically connect to the external utility power.
  • According to a further optimized technical solution, the heating device is a heating plate arranged between the base and the inner pot, the heating plate is configured to connect to the electrical control panel.
  • According to a further optimized technical solution, a handle is arranged on one side of the outer casing, and a decorative plate is provided on the handle; a water level display tube which communicates with the interior of the inner pot is arranged on the handle.
  • According to a further optimized technical solution, the water level display tube is connected to the inside of the inner pot through a transparent water pipe.
  • According to a further optimized technical solution, the bottom of the inner pot is provided with a plurality of supporting feet.
  • Due to adopting the above-mentioned technology, compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present application are:
    • 1. The faucet according to the present application is provided with a crystal heating piece, which can heat the faucet when needed to ensure that the liquid flowing through does not crystallize at room temperature and achieves the purpose of convenient use.
    • 2. The inner pot according to the present application is heated under the action of the heating plate, to ensure that the product in the inner tank will not crystallize.
    • 3. The two heating devices according to the present application are configured to work under the control of the electrical control panel, and different heating temperatures are set according to different liquid products as required, which has good versatility, strong practicability, and is easy to popularize.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATIVE EMBODIMENTS
  • The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, rather than all the embodiments.
  • As shown in FIGS. 1-2 , a heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater comprises an outer casing 6, an inner pot 2 and a heating device which are arranged in the outer casing 6, a cover body 1 which is arranged at the upper part of the outer casing, and a base 9 which is arranged at the lower part of the outer casing. The heating device is a heating plate 4 arranged between the base and the inner pot, and the heating plate 4 is coupled to the electrical control board 12.
  • In this embodiment, a control device is arranged in the base, and the control device comprises an electrical control board 12 arranged in the base and a socket 13 arranged on one side of the base, and the socket 13 is configured to electrically connect to the electrical control board 12; the socket 13 is configured to electrically connect to the external utility power.
  • One side of the outer case is provided with a faucet 8 which penetrates the outer case and the inner pot, and a faucet heater 7 is arranged on the faucet 8; the electrical control board 12 is coupled to the faucet heater 7. The faucet heater 7 comprises a heating shell arranged on the faucet, and a crystal heating piece is arranged in the heating shell, and the crystal heating piece is electrically connected to the electrical control board 12.
  • A handle is arranged on one side of the outer casing, and a decorative plate 11 is provided on the handle. A water level display tube 10 which communicates with the interior of the inner pot is arranged on the handle 5.
  • The bottom of the inner pot 2 is provided with a plurality of supporting feet 3.
  • The faucet according to the present application is provided with a crystal heating piece, which can heat the faucet when needed to ensure that the liquid flowing through does not crystallize at room temperature and achieves the purpose of convenient use.
  • The inner pot according to the present application is heated under the action of the heating plate, to ensure that the product in the inner tank will not crystallize.
  • The two heating devices according to the present application are configured to work under the control of the electrical control panel, and different heating temperatures are set according to different liquid products as required, which has good versatility, strong practicability, and is easy to popularize.
  • In the description of the present application, it should be noted that the terms “center”, “longitudinal”, “lateral”, “length”, “width”, “thickness”, “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “top”, “bottom”, “inner”, “outer”, “clockwise”, “counterclockwise” etc. which are used to indicate position or positional relationship are based on the position or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and are only for the convenience of describing the application and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the indicated position or element must have a specific orientation and be constructed in a specific orientation and operation, therefore cannot be understood as a limitation of the present application.
  • In addition, the terms “first” and “second” are only used for descriptive purposes, and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying the number of indicated technical features. Thus, a feature defined with “first”, “second” may expressly or implicitly include one or more of those features. In the description of the present application, “plurality” means two or more, unless otherwise expressly and specifically defined.
  • The above are only the preferred specific embodiments of the present application, but the protection scope of the present application is not limited thereto. Therefore, any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc., made to the above embodiments based on the actual technology of the present application still fall within the scope of the technical solution of the present application.

Claims (7)

What is claimed is:
1. A heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater, comprising an outer casing, an inner pot and a heating device which are arranged in the outer casing, a cover body which is arranged at the upper part of the outer casing, and a base which is arranged at the lower part of the outer casing;
wherein a control device is arranged in the base, and one side of the outer case is provided with a faucet which penetrates the outer case and the inner pot, and the faucet heater is arranged on the faucet; the control device is coupled to the faucet heater.
2. The heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater as recited in claim 1, wherein the faucet heater comprises a heating shell arranged on the faucet, and a crystal heating piece is arranged in the heating shell, and the crystal heating piece is electrically connected to the control device.
3. The heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater as recited in claim 2, wherein the control device comprises an electrical control board arranged in the base and a socket arranged on one side of the base, and the socket is configured to electrically connect to the electrical control board; the socket is configured to electrically connect to the external utility power.
4. The heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater as recited in claim 3, wherein the heating device is a heating plate arranged between the base and the inner pot, the heating plate is configured to connect to the electrical control panel.
5. The heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater as recited in claim 4, wherein a handle is arranged on one side of the outer casing, and a decorative plate is provided on the handle; a water level display tube which communicates with the interior of the inner pot is arranged on the handle.
6. The heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater as recited in claim 5, wherein the water level display tube is connected to the inside of the inner pot through a transparent water pipe.
7. The heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater as recited in claim 6, wherein the bottom of the inner pot is provided with a plurality of supporting feet.
