Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a grinding disk of a ground grinding machine driven by a motor, including a chassis, wherein a working surface of the chassis is a separate flat disk, fixed devices are arranged on a lower surface of the chassis, and grinding blocks are fixedly installed through the fixed devices. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages: the size of the grinding working surface of the separate grinding disk may be set freely by changing the arrangement mode of the grinding blocks; so as to reduce the starting torque and achieve the buffer effect; and mounting grooves may adopt the circumferential alternate arrangement or the radial alternate arrangement, so that the installed grinding blocks may compensate for each other, and the uniform and complete grinding is ensured while reducing the quantity of the grinding blocks.
Description
- The present disclosure relates to a ground grinding construction device, in particular to a grinding disk of a ground grinding machine driven by a motor.
- Since the invention of cement in 18th century, the grinding machine has been used as the equipment for ground grinding and processing and widely applied in various construction sites, so as to effectively grind waterstone, concrete surface layers, epoxy mortar layers and old epoxy ground, etc.
- More and more building operations depend on the grinding machine at present, and the grinding machine mainly grinds and flattens the ground to be processed through a grinding disk. Due to the limitation of motor power, the previous grinding machine cannot drive a large-plane grinding disk, and usually the diameter of the grinding disk does not exceed 200 mm. However, in order to improve the efficiency, the combination of multiple groups of small grinding disks is mostly adopted, for example, a grinding disk of a grinding machine disclosed by Chinese patent application No. CN209273167U is composed of multiple small grinding disks and driven through a connecting belt, this grinding machine adopts a drive motor commonly used at present, and the multiple small grinding disks are driven to rotate in a driving range of the motor. When encountering greater frictional resistance, the belt will slide to protect the motor. But with the development of the technology, more and more high-end technologies have been applied on a ground grinding machine, those skilled in the art still adopt the former combination structure of multiple groups of small grinding disks even this high-power motor is available. The combination structure of multiple groups of small grinding disks has the disadvantages of complex structure, troublesome maintenance, small grinding area and low efficiency, more importantly, due to inconsistent horizontal installation height of the multiple small grinding disks, each small grinding disk grinds the ground independently, so as not to ensure the uniform grinding of the large plane, not to meet the high level requirements on the grinding flatness of the whole large-plane ground, specifically not to meet a modern factory walking through a robot and an intelligent logistics ground, etc.; and the grinding disk has a very high requirement on the ground flatness. The existing construction equipment and technology in the world cannot really achieve the flatness, which is a crucial demand.
- Under the precondition of using the existing high-end high-power motor, the technical solution provided by the present disclosure solves the technical problems of complex structure, troublesome maintenance, small grinding area, low efficiency and uneven large-area ground grinding in the combination of multiple groups of small grinding disks at present.
- In order to implement the above purpose, the technical solution of the present disclosure is as follows:
- A grinding disk of a ground grinding machine driven by a motor, including a chassis, wherein the chassis is a separate and flat disk, a width of a working surface of the chassis is above 500 mm, the motor is a direct-drive motor that is directly or indirectly connected to the chassis, fixed are is arranged on a lower surface of the chassis, and abrasive is fixedly installed through the fixed devices.
- Since the high-power direct-drive motor is directly adopted, the torque is great, there is no the technical problem that the grinding disk cannot be driven due to insufficient motor power, and the direct-drive motor runs steadily with less useless function loss. Since a great grinding disk is adopted, usually the separate flat disk with a width above 500 mm is adopted, the grinding disk with a greater grinding area may be selected according to the different needs, so the structure is simple and the maintenance is convenient. Different fixed devices are arranged on the grinding disk to install grinding blocks, different types of grinding blocks may be installed according to different grinding requirements, the grinding effect is excellent, and the ground grinding is flat; and the grinding blocks may be dismounted and replaced.
- According to the different ground grinding requirements, metal grinding blocks are required for a solid cement terrace; further definition, the abrasive is metal grinding blocks, the fixed devices are mounting grooves, and the metal grinding blocks are embedded and installed in the mounting grooves. In order to prevent the metal grinding blocks from being thrown out by a rotating chassis and hurting an operator during a cutting process, an embedding fixed mode is adopted, namely, the mounting grooves are arranged on a lower surface of the chassis, the metal grinding blocks are tightly cooperated and knocked into the mounting grooves through a hammer so as to be embedded into the mounting grooves, and this connecting mode is simple and firm.
- Further definition, a plurality of mounting grooves are arranged in a circumferential direction around the chassis, and a plurality of cycles of mounting grooves are arranged around the chassis.
- Further definition, each cycle of adjacent mounting grooves are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction, and the alternate arrangement in the circumferential direction compensates the circumferential grinding flatness and eliminates the circumferential grinding groove while reducing the weight of the chassis.
- Further definition, each cycle of adjacent mounting grooves are alternately arranged along a radial direction, so as to achieve uniform, complete and flat grinding and eliminate the circumferential grinding groove while reducing the weight of the chassis. The combination of the circumferential alternate arrangement or the radial alternately arrangement may be selected according to the different grounds.
- For the same reason, the grinding blocks with ceramic abrasive or resin abrasive need to be adopted for the terrace with low ground grinding hard degree or a relatively flat and smooth terrace, further definition, the grinding blocks are ceramic grinding blocks or resin grinding blocks, a floss layer with a magic stick is arranged at the back of each ceramic grinding block or each resin grinding block, each fixed device is a delineating layer of the magic stick, and the ceramic grinding blocks or the resin grinding blocks are adhered to each other through the delineating layer and the floss layer of the magic stick and then fixed on a lower surface of the chassis; and this connecting mode is simple and convenient, a plurality of resin grinding blocks are installed according to different needs, and the installation position is flexible.
- For the same reason, a relatively smooth terrace is needed to be polished and maintained, so the grinding blocks with animal hair mats or felts need to be adopted, the grinding blocks are further defined as the animal hair mats or the felts, a floss layer with a magic stick is arranged at the back of each animal hair mat or each felt, each fixed device is a delineating layer of the magic stick, and the animal hair mats or the felts are adhered to each other through the delineating layer and the floss layer of the magic stick and then fixed on a lower surface of the chassis; and this installation mode is also simple, convenient and flexible.
- Further, a structural mode for connecting the chassis indirectly is specifically defined, namely, the adopted connecting mode is as follows:
- A lower end face of an output shaft of the direct-drive motor is provided with an upper disk bolt and screw hole, the upper disk is of a two-step circular table shape, an output shaft mounting stand matching with the output shaft is downwards arranged at a central part of an upper surface of an upper-step circular table, an upper disk shaft protruding downwards is arranged at a central part of a lower surface of a lower-step circular table, a plurality of upper disk bolt mounting through holes penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at the lower-step circular table outside the upper disk shaft, the upper disk passes through the upper disk bolt mounting through holes through the upper disk bolt so as to be in threaded connection with the upper disk bolt and screw hole at the output shaft end face of the direct-drive motor, and a plurality of upper disk connecting through holes penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at a position where the lower-step circular table closes to an edge part; a middle disk is an inverted disk shape with a raised central position, an upper disk shaft mounting stand matching with the upper disk shaft is downwards arranged at a raised upper surface center of the middle disk, the raised upper surface of the middle disk closes to the edge part, a middle disk mounting hole is arranged in a circumferential direction corresponding to the upper disk connecting through hole, and a plurality of middle disk connecting through holes penetrating up and down are arranged at a circumferential direction that the middle disk closes to the edge part; and the chassis is a circular flat disk of which a central part is provided with a chassis central through hole, the size of the chassis central through hole matches with that of the lower-step circular table mutually, and a plurality of lower disk mounting holes penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at a position where the chassis corresponds to the middle disk connecting through holes.
- In this structure for connecting the chassis indirectly, since the upper disk is connected to the output shaft of the vertical shaft direct-drive motor in a manner of the mounting stand, the middle disk is also connected to the upper disk shaft in a manner of the mounting stand, so as to ensure excellent coaxiality, reduce the axial jump of the chassis and ensure the running stability of the chassis. However, on the one hand, the structure that the chassis is provided with the central through holes ensures the convenient installation and maintenance of the middle disk and the upper disk, and on the other hand, the weight of the chassis may be effectively reduced; and the remaining material after grinding is stored in the central through holes.
- More further, an elastic damping rubber ring arranged in the middle disk connecting through holes is defined. The elastic damping rubber ring can effectively ensure the large-area flexible connection of the chassis and the middle disk, and reduce the requirements on the connecting bolts while ensuring the great torque.
- Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages: the independent grinding disk is adopted, so the size of the working surface of the grinding disk can be set freely, the great-torque direct-drive motor is adopted for driving, and the torque is great; the single-point grinding of the independent grinding disk replaces the multi-point grinding of the multi-point grinding disk, so as to really achieve the flat ground grinding; the grinding blocks can be dismounted and replaced, so the maintenance is quick and convenient; the middle disk is connected to the chassis through the elastic damping rubber ring, so as to reduce the starting torque and achieve the buffering effect; the fixed devices may adopt the arrangement modes of circumferential alternate or radial alternate, so that the grinding positions of the grinding blocks installed on the fixed devices can compensate for each other, the groove-free and flat grinding is achieved, the uniform and complete grinding is ensured while reducing the quantity of the grinding blocks, and any combination and arrangement may be carried out according to the ground demands, for example, when reducing a grinding diameter, the grinding blocks may be installed to a central position.

- As shown in

FIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 ,FIG. 5 andFIG. 6 , for a terrace with a low ground grinding solid degree, a grinding disk of a ground grinding machine driven by a motor that performs grinding by adopting resin grinding blocks or ceramic grinding blocks includes an upper disk 1, amiddle disk 2 and achassis 3, wherein a working surface of thechassis 3 is a separate flat disk, the width of the working surface of thechassis 3 is above 500 mm, the motor is a vertical shaft direct-drive motor, a center of the upper disk 1 is fixedly connected to an output shaft 4 of the direct-drive motor in a circumferential direction, a center of themiddle disk 2 is fixedly connected to the upper disk 1 in the circumferential direction, a center of thechassis 3 is fixed on themiddle disk 2 in the circumferential direction, a lower end face of the output shaft 4 of the direct-drive motor is provided with an upper disk bolt and screw hole 41, the upper disk 1 is of a two-step circular table shape, an output shaft mounting stand 11 matching with the output shaft 4 is downwards arranged at a central part of an upper surface of an upper-step circular table, anupper disk shaft 12 protruding downwards is arranged at a central part of a lower surface of a lower-step circular table, a plurality of upper disk bolt mounting through holes 13 penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at the lower-step circular table outside theupper disk shaft 12, the upper disk 1 passes through the upper disk bolt mounting through holes 13 through the upper disk bolt so as to be in threaded connection with the upper disk bolt and screw hole 41 at the output shaft 4 end face of the direct-drive motor, and a plurality of upper disk connecting through holes 14 penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at a position where the lower-step circular table closes to an edge part; themiddle disk 2 is an inverted disk shape with a raised central position, an upper diskshaft mounting stand 22 matching with theupper disk shaft 12 is downwards arranged at a raised upper surface center of themiddle disk 2, the raised upper surface of themiddle disk 2 closes to the edge part, a middledisk mounting hole 24 corresponding to the upper disk connecting through hole 14 is arranged in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of middle disk connecting throughholes 23 penetrating up and down are arranged at a circumferential direction that themiddle disk 2 closes to the edge part; and thechassis 3 is a circular flat disk of which a central part is provided with a chassis central throughhole 31, the size of the chassis central throughhole 31 matches with that of the lower-step circular table mutually, and a plurality of lowerdisk mounting holes 33 penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at a position where thechassis 3 corresponds to the middle disk connecting throughholes 23. An elasticdamping rubber ring 21 is arranged in the middle disk connecting throughholes 23, a delineatinglayer 61 with a magic stick is arranged on a lower surface of the chassis, afloss layer 62 with the magic stick is arranged at the back of theresin grinding blocks 6, and theresin grinding blocks 6 are mutually adhered and fixed on the lower surface of thechassis 3 through the delineatinglayer 61 and thefloss layer 62 of the magic stick. - For the grinding disk of the ground grinding machine driven by the motor that performs grinding by adopting the ceramic grinding blocks or the
resin grinding blocks 6, firstly, the ceramic grinding blocks or theresin grinding blocks 6 are adhered to the delineatinglayer 61 of thechassis 3 according to the terrace grinding requirements, and the quantity of the adhered ceramic grinding blocks or theresin grinding blocks 6 and the position arrangement are selected according to the demands. Since the present disclosure adopts the mode of direct-shaft connection, so the power loss is less, and the separate great disk above 500 mm is adopted; the grinding efficiency is high, and the grinding surface is uniform and flat. - As shown in
FIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 ,FIG. 7 andFIG. 8 , for a terrace with rough grinding, during smooth grinding, a grinding disk of a ground grinding machine driven by a motor that performs grinding by adopting animal hair mat or felt grinding blocks includes an upper disk 1, amiddle disk 2 and achassis 3, wherein a working surface of thechassis 3 is a separate flat disk, the width of the working surface of thechassis 3 is above 500 mm, the motor is a vertical shaft direct-drive motor, a center of the upper disk 1 is fixedly connected to an output shaft 4 of the direct-drive motor in a circumferential direction, a center of themiddle disk 2 is fixedly connected to the upper disk 1 in the circumferential direction, a center of thechassis 3 is fixed on themiddle disk 2 in the circumferential direction, a lower end face of the output shaft 4 of the direct-drive motor is provided with an upper disk bolt and screw hole 41, the upper disk 1 is of a two-step circular table shape, an output shaft mounting stand 11 matching with the output shaft 4 is downwards arranged at a central part of an upper surface of an upper-step circular table, anupper disk shaft 12 protruding downwards is arranged at a central part of a lower surface of a lower-step circular table, a plurality of upper disk bolt mounting through holes 13 penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at the lower-step circular table outside theupper disk shaft 12, the upper disk 1 passes through the upper disk bolt mounting through holes 13 through the upper disk bolt so as to be in threaded connection with the upper disk bolt and screw hole 41 at the output shaft 4 end face of the direct-drive motor, and a plurality of upper disk connecting through holes 14 penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at a part closing to an edge of the lower-step circular table; themiddle disk 2 is an inverted disk shape with a raised central position, an upper diskshaft mounting stand 22 matching with theupper disk shaft 12 is downwards arranged at a raised upper surface center of themiddle disk 2, the raised upper surface of themiddle disk 2 closes to the edge part, a middledisk mounting hole 24 corresponding to the upper disk connecting through hole 14 is arranged in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of middle disk connecting throughholes 23 penetrating up and down are arranged at a circumferential direction that themiddle disk 2 closes to the edge part; and thechassis 3 is a circular flat disk of which a central part is provided with a chassis central throughhole 31, the size of the chassis central throughhole 31 matches with that of the lower-step circular table mutually, and a plurality of lowerdisk mounting holes 33 penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at a position where thechassis 3 corresponds to the middle disk connecting throughholes 23. An elasticdamping rubber ring 21 is arranged in the middle disk connecting throughholes 23, a floss layer 72 with a magic stick is arranged on a lower surface of the chassis, afloss layer 71 with the magic stick is arranged at the back of the felts or the animal hair mats 7, and the felts or the animal hair mats 7 are mutually adhered and fixed on the lower surface of thechassis 3 through the delineatinglayer 71 and the floss layer 72 of the magic stick. - For the grinding disk of the ground grinding machine driven by the motor that performs grinding by adopting the felt or the animal hair mat, firstly, the felts or the animal hair mats 7 are adhered to the floss layer 72 of the
chassis 3 according to the grinding requirements of the terrace, and the quantity of the adhered felts or the animal hair mats 7 and the position arrangement of the felts or the animal hair mats 7 are selected according to the demands. Since the present disclosure adopts the mode of direct-shaft connection, so the power loss is less, and the separate great disk above 500 mm is adopted, so the grinding efficiency is high, and the grinding surface is uniform and flat. - The description of specific embodiments merely helps to understand the method and core concept of the present disclosure. It is to be pointed out that the above description is only the preferred specific implementation modes of the present disclosure, however the protection scope of the present disclosure is not limited to the arrangement and combination of the above two mounting grooves on the chassis. Those of ordinary skill in the art can make various improvements and modifications to the present disclosure without deviating from the principle of the present disclosure. For the positions and other arrangements and combinations of the improved and modified mounting grooves, these improvements and modifications fall into the protection scope of the claims of the present disclosure.
Claims (10)
1. A grinding disk of a ground grinding machine driven by a motor, comprising a chassis, wherein a working surface of the chassis is a separate flat disk, the width of the working surface of the chassis is above 500 mm, the motor is a vertical shaft direct-drive motor, the direct-drive motor is directly or indirectly connected to the chassis, fixed devices are arranged on a lower surface of the chassis, and abrasive is fixedly installed through the fixed devices.
2. The grinding disk of the ground grinding machine driven by the motor according to claim 1 , wherein the abrasive is metal grinding blocks, the fixed devices are mounting grooves, and the metal grinding blocks are embedded and mounted in the mounting grooves.
3. The grinding disk of the ground grinding machine driven by the motor according to claim 2 , wherein a plurality of mounting grooves are arranged in a circumferential direction around the chassis, and a plurality of cycles of mounting grooves are arranged around the chassis.
4. The grinding disk of the ground grinding machine driven by the motor according to claim 3 , wherein each cycle of adjacent mounting grooves are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction.
5. The grinding disk of the ground grinding machine driven by the motor according to claim 3 , wherein each cycle of adjacent mounting grooves are alternately arranged along a radial direction.
6. The grinding disk of the ground grinding machine driven by the motor according to claim 1 , wherein the abrasive is resin grinding blocks or ceramic grinding blocks, a floss layer with a magic stick is arranged at the back of each resin grinding block or each ceramic grinding block, each fixed device is a delineating layer of the magic stick, and the resin grinding blocks or ceramic grinding blocks are adhered to each other through the delineating layer and the floss layer of the magic stick and then fixed on a lower surface of the chassis.
7. The grinding disk of the ground grinding machine driven by the motor according to claim 1 , wherein the abrasive is animal hair mats or felts, each fixed device is a delineating device, and the animal hair mats or the felts are fixed on the lower surface of the chassis through the delineating device.
8. The grinding disk of the ground grinding machine driven by the motor according to claim 1 , further comprising an upper disk and a middle disk, wherein a center of the upper disk is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the direct-drive motor along a circumferential direction, a center of the middle disk is fixedly connected to the upper disk along the circumferential direction, and a center of the chassis is fixed on the middle disk along the circumferential direction.
9. The grinding disk of the ground grinding machine driven by the motor according to claim 8 , wherein a lower end face of the output shaft of the vertical shaft direct-drive motor is provided with an upper disk bolt and screw hole, the upper disk is of a two-step circular table shape, an output shaft mounting stand matching with the output shaft is downwards arranged at a central part of an upper surface of an upper-step circular table, an upper disk shaft protruding downwards is arranged at a central part of a lower surface of a lower-step circular table, a plurality of upper disk bolt mounting through holes penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at the lower-step circular table outside the upper disk shaft, the upper disk passes through the upper disk bolt mounting through hole through the upper disk bolt so as to be in threaded connection with the upper disk bolt and screw hole at the output shaft end face of the direct-drive motor, and a plurality of upper disk connecting through holes penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at a part closing to an edge of the lower-step circular table;
the middle disk is an inverted disk shape with a raised central position, an upper disk shaft mounting stand matching with the upper disk shaft is downwards arranged at a raised upper surface center of the middle disk, a middle disk mounting hole corresponding to the upper disk connecting through hole is arranged in a circumferential direction at a position where the raised upper surface of the middle disk closes to the edge par, and a plurality of middle disk connecting through holes penetrating up and down are arranged at a circumferential direction at a position where the middle disk closes to the edge part; and
the chassis is a circular flat disk of which a central part is provided with a chassis central through hole, the size of the chassis central through hole matches with that of the lower-step circular table mutually, and a plurality of lower disk mounting holes penetrating up and down are circumferentially arranged at a position where the chassis corresponds to the middle disk connecting through holes.
10. The grinding disk of the ground grinding machine driven by the motor according to claim 9 , wherein the elastic damping rubber ring is arranged in the middle disk connecting through holes.
