  • The adjustment handle 15 is axially pulled outwards to disengage from the circular hole in one side of the chair frame connection plate 16, and the hole in the other side of the chair frame connection plate 16 is a strip-shaped hole, so that the chair frame connection plate 16 can rotate with the axis of the connection plate rivet 20 as a center when moving forwards and backwards (as shown in FIG. 10 a to FIG. 10 c ); and the adjustment handle 15 is axially pushed inwards to penetrate through the circular hole in one side of the chair frame connection plate 16, so that the chair frame connection plate 16 and the air cylinder connection plate 18 are connected into a whole and cannot swing forwards and backwards (as shown in FIG. 9 a to FIG. 9 c ). Meanwhile, the spring pressure adjustment knob 22 is rotated to be pushed through threads matched with the square neck bolt 17 to upwards press or release the swing spring 21 to adjust the spring torsion.
  • The adjustment handle 15 is rotated to make a crank segment of the adjustment handle 15 downwards press a cylinder valve of the air cylinder 23, so that compressed air in a lower cavity in the cylinder piston enters an upper cavity of the cylinder piston via a pipe wall duct; the cylinder barrel drives the chair frame assembly A to fall or rise under certain pressure (as shown in FIG. 10 a to FIG. 10 c ); and after the adjustment handle 15 is released, the cylinder piston is tightly pressed on the cylinder barrel by the compressed air to close the pipe wall duct, and when the cylinder barrel is pressed or lifted, the volume of the compressed air is kept unchanged because of the disconnection of the upper cavity and the lower cavity, so that the cylinder barrel cannot fall or rise, and the chair frame assembly A cannot fall or rise accordingly(as shown in FIG. 9 a to FIG. 9 c ).
  • The unfolding and folding process of the armrest tubes is as follows:
  • Because the cavities in the spring seats 7 and the button holders 10 are similar to the outline of the limit slider 9 in shape and are slightly larger than the outlines of the limit sliders 9, during rotation, the buttons 11 are pressed to push the limit sliders 9 to compress the springs 8, so that the limit sliders 9 completely disengage from the cavities of the button holders 10 to rotate by means of contact limitation (as shown in FIG. 7 a to FIG. 7 b ). After the buttons 11 are released, the limit sliders 9 abut against the button holders 10 under the effect of the springs 8 until the limit sliders 9 enter the cavities of the button holders 10 when the cavities of the spring seats 7 and the button holders 10 coincide. Each limit slider 9 has a half located in one spring seat 7 and the other half located in one button holder 10 to limit the rotation of the spring seat 7 and the button holder 10 (as shown in FIG. 6 a to FIG. 6 b ).
  • The operating principle of the support tube locking mechanisms 28 is as follows:
  • During unlocking (as shown in FIG. 14 ), the lower support tubes 29 penetrate through the circular rings, which are located in the openings of the lock cases 34 and clamped in the limit grooves in the internal walls of the lock cases, of the spacing rings 37, so that the hand levers 35 can be rotated downwards with contact points of the circular rings of the spacing rings 37 in the openings of the lock cases 34 and the internal walls of the lock cases 34 as centers; and the handles of the spacing rings 37 are downwards pressed until the spacing rings 37 are perpendicular to the axes of the lower support tubes 29. At this moment, the internal diameter of the circular rings of the spacing rings 37 is slightly greater than the external diameter of the lower support tubes 29, so that the lower support tubes 29 penetrate through the spacing rings 37 and the lock cases 34 to enter the stretchable upper support tubes 27 to adjust the lengths of the support tubes.
  • During locking (as shown in FIG. 13 ), the hand levers 35 rotate upwards, at this moment, the handles in the horizontal state of the spacing rings 37 are tilted upwards, with the contact points of the circular rings of the spacing rings 37 in the openings formed in the internal walls of the lock cases 34 and the internal walls of the lock cases 34 as centers, under the effect of the compression springs 38 until the internal edges of the circular rings of the spacing rings 37 make contact with the walls of the lower support tubes 29; the hand levers 35 continuously rotate upwards until they cannot rotate anymore, at this moment, the handles of the spacing rings 37 are separated from the hand levers 35; and when the lower support tubes 29 move upwards to enter the stretchable upper support tubes 27, the spacing rings 37 for clamping the lower support tubes 29 move into the stretchable upper support tubes 27 along with the lower support tubes 29. The spacing rings 37 in the lock cases 34 are limited by the internal walls and cannot move inwards, and the handles are continuously tilted upwards under the combined effects of the inwards movement forces of the compression springs 38 and the lower support tubes 29 to increasingly clamp the lower support tubes 29, so that the movements of the lower support tubes 29 are limited to fulfill the locking effect.
  • The folding process of the adjustable rotary rocking chair in this embodiment is as follows:
  • To reduce the packing size for portability, the adjustable rotary rocking chair is divided into three parts: the chair frame assembly A, the adjustment mechanism B, and the support tube assembly C. Wherein, when the chair frame assembly A is folded, the buttons 11 are simultaneously pressed with left and right hands to make the upper vertical armrest tubes 6 and the lower vertical armrest tubes 12 get close, and the back tube 2 together with the turnover bases 3 located at two ends of the back tube 2 rotates inwards to make the back tube 2 in contact with the circular tube of the seat frame 14.
  • The adjustment mechanism B is connected with the chair frame assembly A through the bolts, and when the adjustment mechanism B is folded, the chair frame assembly A is upwards lifted to pull the air cylinder connection plate 18 out of the cylinder barrel of the air cylinder 23, so that the adjustment mechanism B is separated from the support tube assembly C.
  • When the support tube assembly C is folded, the hand levers 35 in the locking mechanisms 28 are downwards pulled to a limit position first to make the iron spacing rings 37 perpendicular to the axes of the lower support tubes 29, and the lower support tubes 29 are upwards pushed to enter the stretchable upper support tubes 27 until the universal support pads 30 make contact with the locking mechanisms 28; and the horizontal pull rod base fixing seat 32 is upwards pushed to drive the horizontal pull rods 31 to inwards get close, and meanwhile, the horizontal pull rods 31 pull the stretchable upper support tubes 27 connected to the other ends of the horizontal pull rods 31 to inwards get close, so that the support tube assembly C is folded. Conversely, the support tube assembly C is unfolded.
