  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • The accompanying drawings are included to provide a further understanding of the invention, and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification. The drawings illustrate embodiments of the invention and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the invention.
  • As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , two schematic views of the protection bag for notebook computer of the present invention in an unfolded state. The protection bag for notebook computer of the present invention includes a bottom plate 1, a back plate 2, a cover plate 3, and two side plates 4. The sides of the back plate 2 are respectively connected with the aforementioned back plate, cover plate, and side plates and are bendable at the joints, thereby forming an inverted U-shape shade after bending (as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5 ), or as a bag shape (as shown in FIG. 6 ).
  • As shown in FIG. 4 , the protection bag for notebook computer of the present invention is applicable to a notebook computer 6. The notebook computer 6 is composed of a keyboard 61 and a display 62 that are pivotally connected to each other.
  • The bottom plate 1 is rectangular and is provided with at least one first fixing member 11, and the first fixing member 11 is to fix the keyboard 61 onto the bottom plate 1. The first fixing member 11 can be selected in various ways according to the design, for example: the first fixing member 11 is a reusable adhesive silicon glue to temporarily stick the bottom of the keyboard 61; or as shown in this embodiment, the first fixing member 11 is an elastic tightening strap, there are two first fixing members 11 and they are located at two of the four corners of the bottom plate 1, and the two first fixing members 11 are located far away from the adjacent sides of the bottom plate 1 and the back plate 2; in addition, the first fixing member 11 can also be a sleeve, and the sleeve can be placed on the two corners of the keyboard 61 to hold the corners in place.
  • The back plate 2 is rectangular, and two opposite sides are connected to the bottom plate 1 and the cover plate 3 respectively, and the two side plates 4 are connected to the two remaining opposite sides. Considering that the notebook computer 6 has a thickness, the back plate 2 is connected to the bottom plate 1 via a first connecting portion 21 and connected to the cover plate 3 via a second connecting portion 22. The side plate 4 is provided with a third connecting portion 41 connected to the back plate 2. The first connecting portion 21, the second connecting portion 22, and the third connecting portion 41 are made of flexible materials, such as cloth or faux-leather rubber material. The back of the second connecting part 22 is additionally provided with a handle 24, which is convenient for hand holding when the laptop 6 is covered by the protection bag. Therefore, the second connecting portion 22 can also be a hard plate, with only the junctions of the second connecting portion 22 with the back plate 1 and the cover plate 3 made of a soft material so as to be bent.
  • The back plate 2 is provided with at least one second fixing member 23, and the second fixing member 23 is to fix the display 62 onto the back plate 2. The second fixing member 22 can be selected in various ways according to the design. For example, the second fixing member 22 is a re-usable adhesive silicon glue, which is temporarily adhered to the back of the display 62. Or, the second fixing member 22 is an elastic tightening strap, there are two second fixing member 22 and they are located at two of the four corners of the back plate 2, and two of the second fixing members 23 are located far away from the adjacent side of the bottom plate 1 and the back plate 2. In this embodiment, the second fixing member 23 can be a transparent sleeve, which can be placed on the two corners of the display 62 to hold the display 62 in place without hindering the user from viewing the display. Thereby, the two first fixing members 11 of the bottom plate 1 and the two second fixing members 23 of the back plate 2 are respectively fixed to the keyboard 61 and the display 62 of the notebook computer 6, so that notebook computer 6 is fixed together with the protection bag.
  • The cover plate 3 is connected to the back plate 2 via the second connecting portion 22, and located at the junction of the back plate 2 and the other side of the bottom plate 1. The other two opposite sides of the cover plate 3 are also provided with a bendable pressing plate 31 respectively, and the pressing plate 31 is used to assist in maintaining the shape of the shade to shield the sunlight.
  • The two side plates 4 are bendably connected to the two opposite sides of the back plate 2. In order to facilitate bending, the side plate 4 in this embodiment is connected to the back plate 2 through the third connecting portion 41. In addition, in order to facilitate the bending into an inverted U-shaped shade structure, the side plate 4, the cover plate 3, and an inner lining of the pressing plate 31 can be embedded with a magnetic soft plate, so that the magnetic force is used to maintain the inverted U-shaped shape.
  • In addition, the present invention also includes a buckle unit 5, the buckle unit 5 is to fix the protection bag into the handbag shape, and can be, for example, at least one of a button set, a magnetic button set, a snap button set, a Velcro fastener, a zipper, an adjust ring set, a D-ring set, and so on. In this embodiment, the buckle unit 5 is a Velcro fastener, so the buckle unit 5 includes a first butting piece 51 and a second butting piece 52. The first butting piece 51 is disposed on the cover plate 3, and the second butting piece 52 is disposed on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 2. When the protection bag is in a handbag shape, the cover plate 3 is attached to the bottom plate 1, and the first butting piece 51 and the second butting piece 52 are pressed to adhered to each other to achieve the purpose of fixing.
  • FIG. 4 , FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 are schematic views of the actual use of the present invention. The keyboard 61 of the notebook computer 6 is placed on the bottom plate 1, the two first fixing portions 11 are placed on the two corners of the keyboard 61, and then the back plate 62 is attached to the display 62, and two second fixing portions 23 are sleeved on the two corners of the display 62, so that the notebook computer 6 can be fixed to the protection bag. As shown in FIG. 5 , when the notebook computer 6 is in use, the side plates 4 and the cover plate 3 are bent toward the direction of the display 61, and the pressing plate 31 is used to connect the side plate 4 to form an inverted U-shaped shade to protect privacy from the public peeping. In addition, it provides more convenience for outdoor use in strong light. As shown in FIG. 6 , when the notebook computer 6 is closed and not in use, the side plate 4 can be wrapped on the outside of the bottom plate 1, and then the cover plate 3 is pulled down over to fit the bottom plate 1, with the fastening structure of the buckle unit 5 (such as the Velcro fastener) to hold the cover 3 and the bottom plate 1 together. The notebook computer 6 covered inside will not be prone to being scratched on the surface when carried around. As shown in FIG. 7 , the side plate 4 is also bendable between the keyboard 61 and the display 62, and then after the cover plate 3 is attached to the bottom plate 1 and fixed by the buckle unit 5. Therefore, the protection bag covering the notebook computer 6 can be used according to the user's habit.
  • Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.
