Abstract
A prepackaged hookah bowl assembly includes a hookah bowl that is pre-loaded with a smokable material. The hookah bowl is insertable into a hookah to facilitate a user to smoke the smokable material without preparing the hookah bowl. A plug is removably inserted into the hookah bowl and the plug is removable from the hookah bowl prior to inserting the hookah bowl. - The disclosure relates to hookah bowl devices and more particularly pertains to a new hookah bowl device for facilitating a pre-loaded hookah bowl to be smoked in a hookah. The device includes a hookah bowl that is preloaded with a smokable material. The hookah bowl has a heat resistant liner and a foil covering that is wrapped around the hookah bowl. The hookah bowl is comprised of a biodegradable material such that the hookah bowl can be disposed of when the smokable material is depleted.
- The prior art relates to hookah bowl devices including a side heat bowl device that includes a first chamber for holding a smokable material and a second chamber for holding a heat source. The prior art discloses a prepackaged smoking capsule for smoking in a hookah. The prior art discloses a disposable hookah bowl that includes a combustion shelf, an inlet seal and an outlet seal. The prior art discloses a variety of hookah bowl devices that includes a crucible upper end and a pre-loaded combustion bowl that is insertable into the crucible upper end. The prior art discloses a hookah device that includes a heating unit, a head for holding a cooking element and a pipe.
- An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a hookah bowl that is pre-loaded with a smokable material. The hookah bowl is insertable into a hookah to facilitate a user to smoke the smokable material without preparing the hookah bowl. A plug is removably inserted into the hookah bowl and the plug is removable from the hookah bowl prior to inserting the hookah bowl. A foil covering is wrapped around the hookah bowl to inhibit the hookah bowl from combusting. The foil covering covers the smokable material in the hookah bowl and the foil covering is perforated prior to smoking the smokable material. In this way the foil covering facilitates air to pass through the foil covering for combusting the smokable material.
- There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.

FIGS. 1 through 6 thereof, a new hookah bowl device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by thereference numeral 10 will be described. - As best illustrated in
FIGS. 1 through 6 , the prepackagedhookah bowl assembly 10 generally comprises ahookah bowl 12 that is comprised of a biodegradable material and thehookah bowl 12 is pre-loaded with asmokable material 14. Thesmokable material 14 may comprise shisha, tobacco or other material that is commonly smoked in ahookah 16. Additionally, thesmokable material 14 may be infused with a variety of different flavors, including but not being limited to, fruit flavor, mint flavor, citrus flavor, candy flavor or any other natural or artificial flavor commonly associated withsmokable material 14. Thehookah bowl 12 is insertable into ahookah 16 to facilitate a user to smoke thesmokable material 14 without having to prepare thehookah bowl 12 as is commonly required when smoking ahookah 16. - The
hookah bowl 12 has atop end 18, abottom end 20 and anouter wall 22 extending between thetop end 18 and thebottom end 20. Theouter wall 22 is continuously arcuate about an axis extending between thetop end 18 and thebottom end 20 such that thehookah bowl 12 has a cylindrical shape. Moreover, each of thetop end 18 and thebottom end 20 is open and theouter wall 22 curves inwardly between thetop end 18 and thebottom end 20 such that thetop end 18 has a diameter that is greater than a diameter of thebottom end 20. Thehookah bowl 12 may have a length ranging between approximately 4.0 inches and 5.0 inches. Thetop end 18 may have a diameter ranging between approximately 10.0 inches and 12.0 inches and thebottom end 20 may have a diameter ranging between approximately 4.0 inches and 5.0 inches. - The
hookah bowl 12 includes adisk 24 that is integrated into thehookah bowl 12 and thedisk 24 is positioned closer to thetop end 18 than thebottom end 20 such that thedisk 24 defines acombustion chamber 26 between thedisk 24 and thetop end 18. Moreover, thesmokable material 14 is positioned in thecombustion chamber 26. Thedisk 24 is foraminous to facilitate air to pass through thedisk 24 when thesmokable material 14 is being smoked. Theouter wall 22 has aninside surface 28 and anoutside surface 30, and thehookah bowl 12 is comprised of a pressed biodegradable material such as compressed cardboard or other similarly rigid material. Theinside surface 28 is lined with a heatresistant lining 32 to inhibit theouter wall 22 of thehookah bowl 12 from combusting. Furthermore, the heatresistant lining 32 covers atop side 34 and abottom side 36 of thedisk 24. The heatresistant lining 32 may comprise an epoxy that is capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 500.0 degrees Fahrenheit such that thesmokable material 14 does not cause thehookah bowl 12 or thedisk 24 to combust when thesmokable material 14 is being burned. - A
plug 38 is provided that is removably inserted into thehookah bowl 12 for closing thehookah bowl 12. Theplug 38 is removable from thehookah bowl 12 prior to inserting thehookah bowl 12. Furthermore, theplug 38 is inserted into thebottom end 20 of thehookah bowl 12 and anouter surface 40 of theplug 38 conforms to the heatresistant lining 32 lining theinside surface 28 of theouter wall 22. Theouter surface 40 forms a fluid impermeable seal with the heatresistant lining 32 to inhibit air from passing through thebottom end 20. Theplug 38 may be comprised of cork or other type of organic material that is biodegradable. - A foil covering 42 is wrapped around the
hookah bowl 12 and the foil covering 42 is comprised of a heat resistant material to inhibit thehookah bowl 12 from combusting. Additionally, the foil covering 42 covers thesmokable material 14 in thehookah bowl 12 to define a coveredsection 44 of thecombustion chamber 26. The foil covering 42 is perforated by the user prior to smoking thesmokable material 14. In this way the foil covering 42 facilitates air to pass through the foil covering 42 for combusting thesmokable material 14. The foil covering 42 completely covers theoutside surface 30 ofouter wall 22 of thehookah bowl 12. - The foil covering 42 extends between the
top end 18 and thebottom end 20. Additionally, the foil covering 42 extends downwardly along theinside surface 28 of theouter wall 22 at a point located adjacent to thetop end 18 of thehookah bowl 12. In this way the foil covering 42 defines alip 46 between the coveredsection 44 of thecombustion chamber 26 and thetop end 18 to block wind when thehookah bowl 12 is employed for smoking thesmokable material 14. The foil covering 42 extends over thesmokable material 14 such that the foil covering 42 closes thetop end 18 of thehookah bowl 12. The foil covering 42 may come in a variety of colors that corresponds to the flavor of thesmokable material 14 that is positioned in thecombustion chamber 26 to facilitate visual identification of the flavor. - In use, the foil covering 42 that defines the covered
section 44 of thecombustion chamber 26 is perforated and theplug 38 is removed from thebottom end 20 of thehookah bowl 12. Thebottom end 20 of thehookah bowl 12 is extended into astem 48 of thehookah 16 and a flame is applied to the foil that covers thesmokable material 14. In this way thesmokable material 14 is combusted when the air is drawn through thehookah 16 to facilitate thesmokable material 14 to be smoked with thehookah 16. Thehookah bowl 12 is disposed of when thesmokable material 14 in thecombustion chamber 26 has been depleted. - With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
- Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
Claims (7)
1. A prepackaged hookah bowl assembly being preloaded with a smoking material for smoking in a hookah, said assembly comprising:
a hookah bowl being comprised of a biodegradable material, said hookah bowl being pre-loaded with a smokable material, said hookah bowl being insertable into a hookah wherein said hookah bowl is configured to facilitate a user to smoke the smokable material without preparing the hookah bowl;
a plug being removably inserted into said hookah bowl for closing said hookah bowl, said plug being removable from said hookah bowl prior to inserting said hookah bowl; and
a foil covering being wrapped around said hookah bowl, said foil covering being comprised of a heat resistant material wherein said foil covering is configured to inhibit said hookah bowl from combusting, said foil covering covers the smokable material in said hookah bowl, said foil covering being perforatable prior to smoking the smokable material wherein said foil covering is configured to facilitate air to pass through said foil covering for combusting the smokable material.
2. The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein said hookah bowl has a top end, a bottom end and an outer wall extending between said top end and said bottom end, said outer wall being continuously arcuate about an axis extending between said top end and said bottom end such that said hookah bowl has a cylindrical shape, each of said top end and said bottom end being open, said outer wall curving inwardly between said top end and said bottom end such that said top end has a diameter being greater than a diameter of said bottom end, said outer wall having an inside surface and an outside surface.
3. The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein said hookah bowl has a disk being integrated into said hookah bowl, said disk being positioned closer to said top end than said bottom end such that said disk defines a combustion chamber between said disk and said top end, said smokable material being positioned in said combustion chamber, said disk being foraminous wherein said disk is configured to facilitate air to pass through said disk when the smoking material is being smoked.
4. The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein said hookah bowl is comprised of a pressed biodegradable material, said inside surface being lined with a heat resistant lining wherein said heat resistant lining is configured to inhibit said outer wall of said hookah bowl from combusting.
5. The assembly according to claim 4 , wherein said plug is inserted into said bottom end of said hookah bowl, an outer surface of said plug conforming to said heat resistant material lining said inside surface of said outer wall, said outer surface forming a fluid impermeable seal with said heat resistant material wherein said plug is configured to inhibit air from passing through said bottom end.
6. The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein said foil covering is positioned on said outside surface of outer wall of said hookah bowl, said foil covering extending between said top end and said bottom end, said foil covering extending downwardly along said inside surface of said outer wall at a point located adjacent to said top end of said hookah bowl such that said foil covering defines a lip between said foil covering and said top end wherein said lip is configured to block wind when said hookah bowl is employed for smoking the smokable material, said foil covering extending over the smokable material such that said foil covering closes said top end of said hookah bowl.
7. A prepackaged hookah bowl assembly being preloaded with a smoking material for smoking in a hookah, said assembly comprising:
a hookah bowl being comprised of a biodegradable material, said hookah bowl being pre-loaded with a smokable material, said hookah bowl being insertable into a hookah wherein said hookah bowl is configured to facilitate a user to smoke the smokable material without preparing the hookah bowl, said hookah bowl having a top end, a bottom end and an outer wall extending between said top end and said bottom end, said outer wall being continuously arcuate about an axis extending between said top end and said bottom end such that said hookah bowl has a cylindrical shape, each of said top end and said bottom end being open, said outer wall curving inwardly between said top end and said bottom end such that said top end has a diameter being greater than a diameter of said bottom end, said hookah bowl having a disk being integrated into said hookah bowl, said disk being positioned closer to said top end than said bottom end such that said disk defines a combustion chamber between said disk and said top end, said smokable material being positioned in said combustion chamber, said disk being foraminous wherein said disk is configured to facilitate air to pass through said disk when the smoking material is being smoked, said outer wall having an inside surface and an outside surface, said hookah bowl being comprised of a pressed biodegradable material, said inside surface being lined with a heat resistant lining wherein said heat resistant lining is configured to inhibit said outer wall of said hookah bowl from combusting;
a plug being removably inserted into said hookah bowl for closing said hookah bowl, said plug being removable from said hookah bowl prior to inserting said hookah bowl, said plug being inserted into said bottom end of said hookah bowl, an outer surface of said plug conforming to said heat resistant material lining said inside surface of said outer wall, said outer surface forming a fluid impermeable seal with said heat resistant material wherein said plug is configured to inhibit air from passing through said bottom end; and
a foil covering being wrapped around said hookah bowl, said foil covering being comprised of a heat resistant material wherein said foil covering is configured to inhibit said hookah bowl from combusting, said foil covering covers the smokable material in said hookah bowl, said foil covering being perforatable prior to smoking the smokable material wherein said foil is configured to facilitate air to pass through said foil for combusting the smokable material, said foil covering being positioned on said outside surface of outer wall of said hookah bowl, said foil covering extending between said top end and said bottom end, said foil covering extending downwardly along said inside surface of said outer wall at a point located adjacent to said top end of said hookah bowl such that said foil covering defines a lip between said foil covering and said top end wherein said lip is configured to block wind when said hookah bowl is employed for smoking the smokable material, said foil covering extending over the smokable material such that said foil covering closes said top end of said hookah bowl.
