The top box is provided with a top box door, formed with a top-and-front two-facet opening covering with the top box door, and is located upon as well as separated from the bottom box. The upper cover is disposed on the top box, covering the top-and-front two-facet opening, and extended with an upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion, which is opposite to a rear side of the top box and attached to the rear side of the top box. The upper cover can be directly operated relative to the top box door. The bottom box is provided with a pull handle and a bottom of the bottom box is provided with a plurality of rollers.

- The invention relates to a storage trunk, and more particularly to a top-and-front accessible luggage stroller to allow convenient access of items and convenient adjustment of combination mode of boxes according to needs.
- Generally, when traveling on business or for tourism, trunk is often used to store things that need to be carried, trunk is also called suitcase or case with a pull handle, and trunk is a case that is used to store items and carry along when traveling. Trunk is a type of luggage and usually used to store clothes, personal care products and souvenirs needed on the journey. Trunk in the early days was made of wood or other heavy materials. With the popularity of air travel, materials for making trunk tend to be lighter, such as harder plastic or cloth, the bottom of a trunk is equipped with rollers, and one side of the trunk is equipped with a telescopic handle, so that people can save effort when pulling the trunk. With the advantage of trunk or storage box being convenient for carrying things, they are used as tools for storing heavy items or a large amount of belongings. However, the general storage box on the market cannot be conveniently carried or moved around like trunk. For trunk users, in addition to the existing trunk being too large or too heavy, it is even more troublesome if you need to access to things stored inside the trunk at any time. - Therefore, how to improve the drawbacks and tackle the problems mentioned above is the technical difficulty that the inventor of the present invention wants to solve.
- Therefore, in order to effectively solve the above-mentioned problems, a main object of the present invention is to provide a top-and-front accessible luggage stroller to allow convenient access to items stored inside.
- Another main object of the present invention is to provide a top-and-front accessible luggage stroller capable of allowing light items to be placed in a compartment above a seat, and heavy items to be placed in a space under the seat when taking an airplane, and achieving convenient adjustment of combination mode of each of boxes according to needs.
- A secondary object of the present invention is to provide a top-and-front accessible luggage stroller which is highly transformable and easy to carry and move around.
- In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a top-and-front accessible luggage stroller comprising at least one bottom box, at least one top box and an upper cover, wherein one side edge of the bottom box is disposed with a bottom box door, the top box is disposed on the bottom box, one side edge of the top box is provided with a top box door, and a top of the top box is formed with a top-and-front two-facet opening. The upper cover is disposed on the top box and the upper cover covers the top-and-front two-facet opening, the upper cover is disposed with an upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion relative to a rear side of the top box, and the upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion is attached to the rear side of the top box. Thereby the bottom box and the top box are capable of accommodating items to be sorted and stored, the upper cover can be directly operated relative to the top box, items in the top box can be directly taken through the top-and-front two-facet opening, and the bottom box door can also be directly operated relative to the bottom box, and items in the bottom box can be directly taken, so as to achieve an efficacy of convenient access to the items. The top box can also be separated from the bottom box according to needs, so that light items can be placed in a compartment above a seat when taking an airplane, and heavy items can be placed in a space under the seat. One side edge of the bottom box is provided with a pull handle and a bottom of the bottom box is provided with a plurality of rollers, thereby achieving an efficacy of high transformability and convenient carrying and moving around.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein the upper cover is further provided with an upper cover outer magnetic portion and an upper cover folding portion, the upper cover is folded in half by the upper cover folding portion, and the upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion and the upper cover outer magnetic portion are attached and positioned with each other.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein at least one upper cover rotating shaft is disposed between the upper cover and the top box door.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein a bottom of the top box door has at least one top box door rotating shaft.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein the upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion can be composed of an upper cover top inner magnetic portion and an upper cover bottom inner magnetic portion.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein the top box door is provided with a top box door front magnetic portion at an upper portion, and when the upper cover is folded in half by the upper cover folding portion, the top box door front magnetic portion and the upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion are attached and positioned with each other.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein at least one top box side magnetic portion is formed on one side edge of the top box.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein one side edge of the top box door is formed with at least one top box door side magnetic portion to be attached and positioned with the top box side magnetic portion.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein one side of the bottom box door has a bottom box door magnetic portion.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein at least one bottom box door rotating shaft is disposed between the bottom box and the bottom box door.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein a plurality of rollers are provided underneath the bottom box.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein a pull handle is provided on one side of the bottom box.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein an extension component is further provided on the bottom of the bottom box, and the rollers are disposed on the extension component.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein at least one bottom box engaging slot is formed at a top of the bottom box, and the bottom box engaging slot is provided for assembling with at least one top box engaging portion of the top box and positioning the top box.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein at least one bottom box through hole is formed at the top of the bottom box for the pull handle to pass through.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein inside the top box is further provided with at least one top box stopper, and the top box stopper is assembled between an inner side of the top box and the top box door.
- According to one embodiment of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention, wherein the bottom box is further provided with at least one bottom box stopper, and the bottom box stopper is assembled between an inner side of the bottom box and the bottom box door.

FIG. 10 is an eighth perspective view of implementation of the top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention. - The above objects of the present invention, as well as its structural and functional features, will be described in accordance with the preferred embodiments of the accompanying figures.
- Please refer to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , which are a perspective assembled view and a perspective exploded view of a top-and-front accessible luggage stroller of the present invention. Wherein a top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 mainly includes at least onebottom box 2, at least onetop box 3 and anupper cover 4, wherein thebottom box 2 or thetop box 3 or theupper cover 4 is partially made of a magnetically attractable material, sizes of thebottom box 2 and thetop box 3 can be set, such as the large sized thebottom box 2 plus the small sizedtop box 3, the middle sizedbottom box 2 plus the small sizedtop box 3, the middle sizedbottom box 2 plus the middle sizedtop box 3, or the smallsized bottom box 2 plus the small sizedtop box 3, and configuration mode of thebottom box 2 and thetop box 3 can be changed according to needs. - Wherein the
bottom box 2 is provided with abottom box door 21 at a front side edge, a plurality ofrollers 22 are provided at positions underneath thebottom box 2, and at least one bottombox engaging slot 23 and a bottom box throughhole 24 are formed at a top of thebottom box 2. Another side edge of thebottom box 2 opposite to thebottom box door 21 is provided with apull handle 25, thepull handle 25 passes through the bottom box throughhole 24, an upper portion of thebottom box door 21 has a bottom box doormagnetic portion 211, and a bottom ofbottom box door 21 is disposed with a bottom boxdoor rotating shaft 212. The bottom box doormagnetic portion 211 is attracted on thebottom box 2, and the bottom boxdoor rotating shaft 212 and thebottom box 2 are assembled with each other. - Wherein the
top box 3 is disposed on thebottom box 2, thetop box 3 is provided with atop box door 31 at a front side edge, and a top-and-front two-facet opening 32 is formed at a top side of thetop box 3. At least one top box sidemagnetic portion 33 is formed on one side edge of thetop box 3, at least one topbox engaging portion 34 is formed on a bottom of thetop box 3, and the topbox engaging portion 34 and the bottombox engaging slot 23 are assembled with each other to position thetop box 3. Thetop box door 31 is provided with a top box door frontmagnetic portion 311 at an upper portion, a bottom of thetop box door 31 has at least one top boxdoor rotating shaft 312, and the top boxdoor rotating shaft 312 and the bottom of thetop box 3 are assembled with each other. Two side edges of thetop box door 31 is formed with at least one top box door sidemagnetic portion 313 to be attached and positioned with the top box sidemagnetic portion 33. - The
upper cover 4 is disposed on thetop box 3, theupper cover 4 covers the top-and-front two-facet opening 32, and one side edge of theupper cover 4 is extended with an upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41. In this embodiment, the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is a magnetic element, and the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is attracted on thetop box 3. Theupper cover 4 is formed with an uppercover folding portion 42 and provided with an upper cover outermagnetic portion 43, one side of theupper cover 4 opposite to thetop box door 31 is disposed with an uppercover rotating shaft 44, and the uppercover rotating shaft 44 and thetop box door 31 are assembled with each other. The upper cover outermagnetic portion 43 is disposed at one side edge of the uppercover folding portion 42, and the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is disposed at another side edge of the uppercover folding portion 42. - Please refer to the aforementioned figures and
FIGS. 3 to 5 as well,FIGS. 3 to 5 are first, second and third perspective views of implementation of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 of the present invention. Wherein when a user uses the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1, the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 can be detached from being attracted on thetop box 3, theupper cover 4 is then opened relative to thetop box 3, and when theupper cover 4 is opened, theupper cover 4 can be reversely folded at the uppercover folding portion 42, so that the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 can be reversely folded to attach on the upper cover outermagnetic portion 43, and thus the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is attracted on the upper cover outermagnetic portion 43, thereby causing theupper cover 4 to be half-opened. At the same time, the top-and-front two-facet opening 32 of thetop box 3 is not covered by theupper cover 4, and the user can directly get small items such as mobile phone in thetop box 3 through the half-opened top-and-front two-facet opening 32 to solve the problem that the conventional trunk is required to find an operating space large enough to place the trunk on the ground in order to be able to get the items, thereby achieving an efficacy of quick access to items and significantly improving convenience of accessing to items. - In addition, the reversely folded
upper cover 4 can be rotated relative to thetop box door 31 by using the uppercover rotating shaft 44 as an axis, so that the upper cover outermagnetic portion 43 can be turned to reach a front side of the top box door frontmagnetic portion 311, and then the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is attracted to the top box door frontmagnetic portion 311, so that theupper cover 4 is fully opened. At the same time, the top-and-front two-facet opening 32 of thetop box 3 is not covered by theupper cover 4 so that above thetop box 3 is provided with a passage with a large space for accessing to items, and the user can directly get large items in thetop box 3 through the fully opened top-and-front two-facet opening 32 to solve the problem that the conventional trunk is required to find an operating space large enough to place the trunk on the ground in order to be able to get the items, thereby achieving an efficacy of quick access to items and significantly improving convenience of accessing to items. - Please refer to the foregoing figures and
FIG. 6 as well,FIG. 6 is a fourth perspective view of implementation of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 of the present invention. Wherein after theupper cover 4 is rotated to rest on thetop box door 31 by using the uppercover rotating shaft 44 as an axis to achieve opening of thetop box door 31, a weight of theupper cover 4 and thetop box door 31 exerts a downward gravitational pulling force on thetop box door 31. After thetop box door 31 moves outward to exceed an angle perpendicular to the ground, assuming that a gravity of theupper cover 4 and thetop box door 31 is greater than an attraction of assembling of the top box sidemagnetic portion 33 and the top box door sidemagnetic portion 313, thetop box door 31 will be automatically opened relative to thetop box 3. Furthermore, inside thetop box 3 is further provided with at least one top box stopper 35, the top box stopper 35 is assembled between an inner side of thetop box 3 and thetop box door 31 to control an opening angle between thetop box door 31 and thetop box 3. Thereby, in addition to the passage of the top-and-front two-facet opening 32, an overall space size for accessing to items can be effectively increased through a passage between thetop box door 31 and thetop box 3 to solve the problem that the conventional trunk is required to find an operating space large enough to place the trunk on the ground in order to be able to get the items, and thus achieving an advantage of convenient accessing to items. When thetop box door 31 is required to return to a closed position, the top box door sidemagnetic portion 313 and the top box sidemagnetic portion 33 can be attracted to each other, so that thetop box door 31 can be quickly positioned and conveniently closed on thetop box 3. - Please refer to the foregoing figures and
FIG. 7 as well,FIG. 7 is a fifth perspective view of implementation of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 of the present invention. Wherein the bottom box doormagnetic portion 211 can be detached from being attracted on thebottom box 2 to cause thebottom box door 21 to rotate at one side edge of thebottom box 2 by using the bottom boxdoor rotating shaft 212 as an axis, thereby opening an internal space of thebottom box 2. Inside thebottom box 2 is further provided with at least onebottom box stopper 26, thebottom box stopper 26 is assembled between an inner side of thebottom box 2 and thebottom box door 21 to control an opening angle between thebottom box door 21 and thebottom box 2, and the user can directly take items from thebottom box 2 or store items inside thebottom box 2 through a space at an original position of thebottom box door 21. Moreover, since the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 has two different storage spaces inside thetop box 3 and thebottom box 2, when the user uses the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1, different combinations of thetop box 3 and thebottom box 2 can be planned according to volume or weight of items to be stored and arranged. Wherein the topbox engaging portion 34 and the bottombox engaging slot 23 are assembled with each other to position thetop box 3 on thebottom box 2, and thetop box 3 can be separated from thebottom box 2 according to needs. When the user carries the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 to take a flight, thetop box 3 for placing lighter items can be placed in a compartment above an airplane seat, and thebottom box 2 for placing heavy items can be placed in a space under the seat, thereby disposition of each of the boxes can be freely adjusted according to the user's needs, and the most ideal and practical combination mode can be quickly realized. - Please refer to the foregoing figures and
FIG. 8 as well,FIG. 8 is a sixth perspective view of implementation of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 of the present invention. Wherein anextension component 27 is further provided at a bottom of thebottom box 2, therollers 22 of the bottom of thebottom box 2 are disposed underneath theextension component 27, and theextension component 27 is retractable on a bottom surface of thebottom box 2. Thereby, in addition to an efficacy of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 being capable of achieving convenience of carrying or moving around through therollers 22, positions of theextension component 27 and therollers 22 can be adjusted according to a weight of the stored items or sizes of thebottom box 2 and thetop box 3. After theextension component 27 extends from thebottom box 2, in addition to theextension component 27 being capable of increasing a bottom area of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 to be used as a safe temporary seat, the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 is further capable of increasing an overall stability through a supporting area of theextension component 27 to prevent thetop box 3 and thebottom box 2 from toppling over. In addition, thetop box 3 and thebottom box 2 are assembled with each other by the topbox engaging portion 34 and the bottombox engaging slot 23, thetop box 3 can be separated from or combined on thebottom box 2 according to requirements, and therefore, if usage conditions are met, the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 can be used as a boarding trunk, or thetop box 3 can be disassembled from thebottom box 2 to effectively reduce an overall space of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1, and the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 can be placed in a compartment above an airplane seat for storing light items, thereby achieving an advantage of high transformability. - Please refer to the aforementioned figures and
FIG. 9 as well,FIG. 9 is a seven perspective view of implementation of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 of the present invention. Wherein the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 can be composed of an upper cover bottom innermagnetic portion 411 and an upper cover top innermagnetic portion 412, and the upper cover bottom innermagnetic portion 411 is attracted on thetop box 3. When theupper cover 4 is opened relative to thetop box 3, the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 can be reversely folded to attach on the upper cover outermagnetic portion 43 in order to have the upper cover top innermagnetic portion 412 attracted on the upper cover outermagnetic portion 43, so that theupper cover 4 is half-opened. The reversely foldedupper cover 4 is rotated relative to thetop box door 31 by using the uppercover rotating shaft 44 as an axis, so that the upper cover outermagnetic portion 43 is turned to reach a front side of the top box door frontmagnetic portion 311, and the upper cover bottom innermagnetic portion 411 is attracted to the top box door frontmagnetic portion 311 to achieve an object that thetop box door 31 can be opened semi-automatically. - Please refer to the foregoing figures and
FIG. 10 as well,FIG. 10 is an eighth perspective view of implementation of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 of the present invention. Wherein the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 can be a long magnetic portion, one end of the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is connected to one side of theupper cover 4, and another end of the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is connected to another side of theupper cover 4, and the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is attracted on thetop box 3. When theupper cover 4 is opened relative to thetop box 3, the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 can be reversely folded to attach on the upper cover outermagnetic portion 43, and then the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is attracted on the upper cover outermagnetic portion 43, so that theupper cover 4 is half-opened. The reversely foldedupper cover 4 is rotated relative to thetop box door 31 by using the uppercover rotating shaft 44 as an axis, so that the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is turned to reach a front side of the top box door frontmagnetic portion 311, and then the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is attracted to the top box door frontmagnetic portion 311. - In addition, wherein the top-and-front
accessible luggage stroller 1 can further be provided with a control unit, wherein the control unit is provided with a positioning module, a photographing module, a storage module and a power supply module. Theroller 22 is provided with a driving unit, the driving unit is electrically connected to the control unit, wherein the power supply module supplies power to the control unit, the positioning module is capable of generating a positioning signal, and the user can know a position of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 through the positioning signal. The photographing module is capable of capturing external images of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 and generating an image signal, and the image signal can be stored in the storage module. When the control unit receives the image signal, the control unit is capable of detecting an external environment of the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1 with the image signal and generating a control signal, and the control signal is capable of controlling the driving unit to drive therollers 22 to travel or stop or avoid obstacles. Alternatively, the control unit is capable of controlling the driving unit to drive therollers 22 to move to a set destination via the control signal. In addition, the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41 is provided with an identification module, and the identification module is electrically connected to the control unit. When the user wants to use the top-and-frontaccessible luggage stroller 1, the identification module needs to be used for fingerprint identification first, after successful identification by the identification module, the control unit releases the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41, and the user can open the upper cover innermagnetic assembly portion 41. - It is to be understood that the above description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is not used to limit the present invention, and changes in accordance with the concepts of the present invention may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, for example, the equivalent effects produced by various transformations, variations, modifications and applications made to the configurations or arrangements shall still fall within the scope covered by the appended claims of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A top-and-front accessible luggage stroller comprising:
at least one bottom box, the bottom box having at least one bottom box door;
at least one top box, the top box being disposed on the bottom box, one side of the top box having at least one top box door, and a top of the top box being formed with a top-and-front two-facet opening; and
an upper cover, the upper cover being disposed on the top box and covering the top-and-front two-facet opening, and the upper cover having an upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion to position with the top box, the upper cover and the top box door connected with the upper cover being opened together to increase an opening extent of the top-and-front two-facet opening substantially, thereby effectively increasing an overall width of space for access to items, and with a top box door side magnetic portion magnetically attracted on a top box side magnetic portion, the top box door being quickly positioned and conveniently closed on the top box.
2. The top-and-front accessible luggage stroller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the upper cover is further provided with an upper cover outer magnetic portion and an upper cover folding portion, the upper cover is folded in half by the upper cover folding portion, and the upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion and the upper cover outer magnetic portion are attached and positioned with each other, the top box door is provided with a top box door front magnetic portion at an upper portion, and the top box door front magnetic portion and the upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion are attached and positioned with each other.
3. The top-and-front accessible luggage stroller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein at least one upper cover rotating shaft is disposed between the upper cover and the top box door, and a bottom of the top box door has at least one top box door rotating shaft.
4. The top-and-front accessible luggage stroller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion can be composed of an upper cover top inner magnetic portion and an upper cover bottom inner magnetic portion, and the upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion is a magnetic element.
5. The top-and-front accessible luggage stroller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein at least one top box side magnetic portion is formed on one side edge of the top box, and one side edge of the top box door is formed with at least one top box door side magnetic portion to be attached and positioned with the top box side magnetic portion.
6. The top-and-front accessible luggage stroller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein one side of the bottom box door has a bottom box door magnetic portion, and at least one bottom box door rotating shaft is disposed between the bottom box and the bottom box door.
7. The top-and-front accessible luggage stroller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an extension component is further provided on a bottom of the bottom box, a plurality of rollers are disposed underneath the extension component, a pull handle is provided on one side of the bottom box, at least one bottom box through hole is formed at a top of the bottom box for the pull handle to pass through, at least one bottom box engaging slot is formed at the top of the bottom box, and the bottom box engaging slot is provided for assembling with at least one top box engaging portion of the top box and positioning the top box.

The top-and-front accessible luggage stroller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein inside the top box is further provided with at least one top box stopper, and the top box stopper is assembled between an inner side of the top box and the top box door, the bottom box is further provided with at least one bottom box stopper, and the bottom box stopper is assembled between an inner side of the bottom box and the bottom box door.

The top-and-front accessible luggage stroller as claimed in claim 7 , further disposing with a control unit, the control unit being provided with a positioning module, a photographing module, a storage module and a power supply module, the roller being provided with a driving unit, and the driving unit being electrically connected to the control unit.
10. The top-and-front accessible luggage stroller as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion is provided with an identification module, and the identification module is electrically connected to the control unit.
