Abstract

The present disclosure discloses a self locking cable zip tie harness, including a lock catch main body and a connecting belt provided with a toothed portion I; a cavity is arranged on the lock catch main body; a convex wall that is arranged in a downwards extending manner, and a stop block; one end of the stop block is connected to the convex wall and is provided with a connecting portion; the stop block can clockwise rotate by taking the connecting portion as a pivot; and a bottom of the stop block is provided with a toothed portion II engaged with the toothed portion I. In the present disclosure, the stop block matched with the connecting belt rotates to relieve the self locking, so that it is convenient for a user to adjust the tightness of the harness, which saves time and strength and is highly reliable.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to the technical field of pet supplies, specifically to a self locking cable zip tie harness.
  • BACKGROUND
  • Most of pet harness latches in the prior art are connected by non-adjustable connectors, and then the overall tightness of a harness is controlled by adjusting a tightening device of the harness. It is complicated because four limbs need to be adjusted.
  • SUMMARY (I) Technical Problems to be Solved
  • In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present disclosure provides a self locking cable zip tie harness which has a simple structure and can be adjusted in tightness directly through a lock catch device.
  • (II) Technical Solution
  • The present disclosure provides a self locking cable zip tie harness, including a lock catch main body and a connecting belt provided with a toothed portion I; a cavity is arranged on the lock catch main body; a convex wall that is arranged in a downwards extending manner, and a stop block; one end of the stop block is connected to the convex wall and is provided with a connecting portion; the stop block can clockwise rotate by taking the connecting portion as a pivot; and a bottom of the stop block is provided with a toothed portion II engaged with the toothed portion I.
  • In the present disclosure, one end of the stop block away from the convex wall is provided with an extending portion extending from the inside of the cavity to the outside.
  • In the present disclosure, a bottom of the extending portion is provided with a concave portion which is in contact with a finger.
  • In the present disclosure, a stop wall extending towards one side of the stop block is arranged on an inner side wall of the cavity.
  • In the present disclosure, the stop block and the convex wall are of an integrated structure.
  • In the present disclosure, a position, close to the extending portion, at a top of the lock catch main body is provided with a gap.
  • (III) Beneficial Effects
  • Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects.
  • (1) In the present disclosure, the stop block matched with the connecting belt rotates to relieve the self locking, so that it is convenient for a user to adjust the tightness of the harness, which saves time and strength and is highly reliable.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • Compared with the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings, the feasible implementations within the protection scope of the present disclosure may have fewer components, other components not shown in the drawings, different components, components arranged differently, or components connected differently, etc. In addition, two or more components in the drawings may be implemented in a single component, or a single component shown in the drawings may be implemented as a plurality of separate components.
  • Unless otherwise defined, technical terms or scientific terms used here shall be ordinary meanings as understood by those ordinarily skilled in the art of the present disclosure. The terms “first”, “second” and the like used in the specification and claims of the patent application of the present disclosure do not denote any order, quantity or importance, but are merely used to distinguish different components. Similarly, the terms “one” or “a/an” and the like do not necessarily indicate a limitation to the quantity. The term “including”, “includes”, “has” or the like means that the element or item preceding the word covers the element or object listed after the word and its equivalent, without excluding other elements or objects. The terms “connection” or “connected” and the like are not limited to physical or mechanical connections shown in the drawings, but may include connections or communications equivalent thereto, whether direct or indirect. The terms “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “horizontal”, “vertical” and the like are only used to represent relative positional relationships. After an absolute position of a described object changes, the relative positional relationships may also change correspondingly.
  • Technical solutions of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely below in combination with the embodiments. Obviously, the embodiments described herein are part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, not all the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present disclosure without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
  • Embodiment 1
  • A self locking cable zip tie harness as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 is mainly composed of a lock catch main body 10 and a connecting belt 20 provided with a toothed portion I 30. The connecting belt 20 is a cable zip tie, and an inclined surface a of the toothed portion I 30 of the connecting belt is arranged on a left side of a right-angle edge b. The lock catch main body 10 is provided with a cavity 100 used for connecting the connecting belt 20 in a penetrating manner. A top of the cavity 100 is provided with a convex wall 110 that is arranged in a vertically downwards extending manner. A left side of the convex wall 110 is provided with a stop block 50. A left end portion of the stop block 50 is connected to the convex wall 110. The stop block 50 includes a connecting portion 60 between the convex walls 110, a toothed portion II 40, and an extending portion 70 extending towards an outer side of the cavity 100. An inclined surface c of the toothed portion II 40 is arranged on a right side of a right-angle edge d. The inclined surface c and the inclined surface a are parallel to each other. The right-angle edge b and the right-angle edge d are parallel to each other, that is, the toothed portion I 30 and the toothed portion II 40 are meshed with each other.
  • Further, the extending portion 70 is arranged towards one side away from the convex wall 110, and one side of the lock catch main body 10 close to the extending portion 70 is provided with a gap 90. A certain clearance exists between the stop block 50 and a top wall of the cavity 100, so that the stop block 50 can clockwise rotate a certain angle by taking the connecting portion 60 as a pivot, and limitation between the toothed portion I 30 and the toothed portion II 40 is relieved.
  • Further, a bottom of the lock catch main body 10 is provided with a pull plate 80 extending towards one side of the extending portion 70, and an inner side wall of the cavity 100 is provided with a stop wall 120 extending towards one side of the stop block 50. A bottom of the extending portion 70 is provided with a concave portion 130 which is in contact with a finger.
  • The foregoing embodiments only describe the preferred implementations of the present disclosure, and do not limit the protection scope of the present disclosure. Various changes and improvements made by those of ordinary skill in the art to the technical solutions of the present disclosure without departing from the design concept of the present disclosure shall all fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure. The technical content claimed by the present disclosure all have been recorded in claims.

Claims (6)

What is claimed is:
1. A self locking cable zip tie harness,
comprising a lock catch main body and a connecting belt provided with a toothed portion I, wherein a cavity is arranged on the lock catch main body; a convex wall that is arranged in a downwards extending manner, and a stop block; one end of the stop block is connected to the convex wall and is provided with a connecting portion; the stop block can clockwise rotate by taking the connecting portion as a pivot; and a bottom of the stop block is provided with a toothed portion II engaged with the toothed portion I.
2. The self locking cable zip tie harness according to claim 1, wherein one end of the stop block away from the convex wall is provided with an extending portion extending from the inside of the cavity to the outside.
3. The self locking cable zip tie harness according to claim 2, wherein a bottom of the extending portion is provided with a concave portion which is in contact with a finger.
4. The self locking cable zip tie harness according to claim 1, wherein a stop wall extending towards one side of the stop block is arranged on an inner side wall of the cavity.
5. The self locking cable zip tie harness according to claim 1, wherein the stop block and the convex wall are of an integrated structure.
6. The self locking cable zip tie harness according to claim 1, wherein a position, close to the extending portion, at a top of the lock catch main body is provided with a gap.
