The present invention has at least the following forms through independent disassembly of the three: the upper or lower kit body is used only, the computer bag is used only, the upper kit body and the lower kit body are connected and used, the lower kit body and the computer bag are used, and the upper kit body, the lower kit body and the computer bag are used together. Through detachable connection, the need of free combined use for users in different occasions can be satisfied.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a multifunctional open-close type tool kit.
  • BACKGROUND
  • With the growth of economy, the requirements of people for bags have become higher and higher, and especially in the multifunction aspect, people have gradually tended to a multi-purpose bag.
  • However, the function of the existing backpack and tool kit is relatively single, and the overall style cannot be changed, thereby often resulting in that one bag can only be used in one scenario. Therefore, the existing tool kit needs to be further improved.
  • SUMMARY
  • The present invention aims to at least solve one of technical problems in the prior art. Therefore, the present invention provides a multifunctional open-close type tool kit which can switch various forms.
  • A multifunctional open-close type tool kit designed according to this purpose comprises an upper kit body, a lower kit body and a computer bag. The upper kit body is detachably arranged above the lower kit body, and the computer bag is arranged on a rear side of the upper kit body and the lower kit body and is detachably connected with the upper kit body and the lower kit body.
  • Preferably, a left side and a right side of the lower kit body are respectively provided with child snap fasteners; a left side and a right side of the computer bag are respectively provided with female snap fasteners buckled with the child snap fasteners; an upper side of the computer bag is provided with a first female magnetic button; and an upper part of the upper kit body is provided with a first child magnetic button buckled with the first female magnetic button.
  • Preferably, a rear wall surface of the lower kit body is provided with a second female magnetic button; a front wall surface of the computer bag is provided with a second child magnetic button buckled with the second female magnetic button; the lower kit body above the second female magnetic button is provided with a shielding piece; and the shielding piece is detachably connected with the rear wall surface of the lower kit body.
  • Preferably, an upper end surface of the lower kit body and a lower end surface of the upper kit body are arranged as openings, and the upper end surface of the lower kit body or the lower end surface of the upper kit body is provided with a detachable partition plate;
  • a lower part of the upper kit body and an upper part of the lower kit body are provided with zippers connected with each other; and a rear side or front side of the upper kit body is connected with a cover sheet for shielding the zippers.
  • Preferably, the upper kit body and the lower kit body are provided with a skeleton assembly; the skeleton assembly comprises a first U-shaped frame and a second U-shaped frame; the first U-shaped frame is connected with the upper kit body; the second U-shaped frame is connected with the lower kit body; and the first U-shaped frame and the second U-shaped frame are hinged with each other.
  • Preferably, the first U-shaped frame is provided with a connecting column; the connecting column is provided with an inserting shaft; the second U-shaped frame is provided with a shaft sleeve which is in inserting fit with the inserting shaft, or; the second U-shaped frame is respectively provided with two arc-shaped clips on left and right; and the first U-shaped frame is embedded into the arc-shaped clips.
  • Preferably, a rear side or front side of the upper kit body is connected with a cover sheet; a lower side of the cover sheet is detachably connected with an outer wall of the lower kit body; and connecting pieces connected with the upper kit body are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the lower kit body.
  • Preferably, handles convenient for lifting are respectively arranged in the upper kit body and the lower kit body.
  • Preferably, the left and right sides of the upper kit body and the left and right sides of the lower kit body are provided with connecting buckles for connecting a single shoulder strap;
  • and/or, four first strap buckles are arranged in a square on a rear wall of the computer bag, and the upper and lower first strap buckles are connected with a first strap;
  • and/or, storage bags are arranged on a left and a right wall surfaces of the upper kit body or a left and a right wall surfaces of the lower kit body;
  • and/or, the rear wall surface of the lower kit body and a rear wall surface of the upper kit body are provided with second strap buckles on left and right; and the upper and the lower second strap buckles are connected with a second strap.
  • Preferably, the left and right sides of the lower part of the upper kit body are respectively provided with first inserting suites; the left and right sides of the upper part of the lower kit body are respectively provided with second inserting suites; the left and right ends of the first U-shaped frame are respectively inserted into the first inserting suites; and the left and right ends of the second U-shaped frame are respectively inserted into the second inserting suites.
  • The present invention has the advantages of switching various forms and satisfying use in different scenarios. Compared with the prior art, the present invention comprises the upper kit body, the lower kit body and the computer bag. The upper kit body is detachably arranged above the lower kit body, and the computer bag is arranged on the rear side of the upper kit body and the lower kit body and is detachably connected with the upper kit body and the lower kit body. That is, the present invention has at least the following forms through independent disassembly of the three: the upper or lower kit body is used only, the computer bag is used only, the upper kit body and the lower kit body are connected and used, the lower kit body and the computer bag are used, and the upper kit body, the lower kit body and the computer bag are used together. Through detachable connection, the need of free combined use for users in different occasions can be satisfied.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • The present invention will be further described below in combination with the drawings and the embodiments.
  • By referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 12 , a multifunctional open-close type tool kit comprises an upper kit body 20, a lower kit body 10 and a computer bag 30. The upper kit body 20 is detachably arranged above the lower kit body 10, and the computer bag 30 is arranged on a rear side of the upper kit body 20 and the lower kit body 10 and is detachably connected with the upper kit body and the lower kit body. The present invention has at least the following forms through independent disassembly of the three: the upper or lower kit body is used only, the computer bag is used only, the upper kit body and the lower kit body are connected and used, the lower kit body and the computer bag are used, and the upper kit body, the lower kit body and the computer bag are used together. Through detachable connection, the need of free combined use for users in different occasions can be satisfied.
  • By referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 , a left side and a right side of the lower kit body 10 are respectively provided with child snap fasteners 110; a left side and a right side of the computer bag 30 are respectively provided with female snap fasteners 310 buckled with the child snap fasteners 110; an upper side of the computer bag 30 is provided with a first female magnetic button 320; and an upper part of the upper kit body 20 is provided with a first child magnetic button 210 buckled with the first female magnetic button 320. When the computer bag is used with the upper kit body and the lower kit body, the computer bag is connected with the lower kit body through the child snap fasteners and the female snap fasteners, and is connected with the upper kit body through the first child magnetic button and the first female magnetic button. That is, the computer bag can be quickly disassembled and assembled with the lower kit body or the upper kit body, which is convenient for consumers to assemble freely and satisfy the need of use.
  • By referring to FIG. 2 , a rear wall surface of the lower kit body 10 is provided with a second female magnetic button 120; a front wall surface of the computer bag 30 is provided with a second child magnetic button buckled with the second female magnetic button 120; and the lower kit body 10 above the second female magnetic button 120 is provided with a shielding piece 130. Further, the computer bag 30 is connected with the rear wall surface of the lower kit body 10 through magnetic adsorption between the second child magnetic button and the second female magnetic button, to further ensure stability.
  • By referring to FIG. 2 , the shielding piece 130 is detachably connected with the rear wall surface of the lower kit body 10. The effect of the shielding piece 130 is to shield the second female magnetic button when the second female magnetic button is not used. The upper part of the shielding piece 130 is fixedly connected with the upper part of the lower kit body 10. Sutures can be used for connection. The lower part of the shielding piece 130 is connected with the outer wall of the lower kit body 10 through magnetic adsorption or hook & loop.
  • By referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 11 , an upper end surface of the lower kit body 10 and a lower end surface of the upper kit body 20 are arranged as openings, and the upper end surface of the lower kit body 10 or the lower end surface of the upper kit body 20 is provided with a detachable partition plate 710.
  • The partition plate 710 is connected with the upper end of the lower kit body 10 or the lower end of the upper kit body 20 through zippers.
  • In use, the partition plate can be disassembled, and the upper kit body and the lower kit body are arranged side by side, i.e., a mode of a portable tool kit in FIG. 11 .
  • When the upper kit body and the lower kit body are stacked and assembled vertically, the partition plate can prevent articles in the upper kit body from falling into the lower kit body. After the kit is folded, the kit can be easily opened to take upper articles or equipment.
  • Further, in the present invention, a lower part of the upper kit body 20 and an upper part of the lower kit body 10 are provided with zippers connected with each other; and a rear side or front side of the upper kit body 20 is connected with a cover sheet 201 for shielding the zippers. The upper kit body and the lower kit body are connected through the zippers, which can strengthen the stability of a connection position between the upper kit body and the lower kit body. When the upper kit body and the lower kit body need to be used separately, the zippers can be unzipped so that separation can be realized or the upper kit body is turned over relative to the lower kit body to form a mode of side-by-side use.
  • When the zippers are completely pulled up and closed, the upper kit body and the lower kit body are vertically stacked and connected, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 which show a state of a vertical backpack.
  • Based on the above, in the present invention, the zippers are shielded by folding cloth 201, which can prevent criminals from unzipping the zippers easily to achieve the effects of preventing theft and making an overall appearance more beautiful.
  • As shown in FIG. 4 to FIG. 11 , the upper kit body 20 and the lower kit body 10 are provided with a skeleton assembly 60; the skeleton assembly 60 comprises a first U-shaped frame 610 and a second U-shaped frame 620; the first U-shaped frame 610 is connected with the upper kit body 20; the second U-shaped frame 620 is connected with the lower kit body 10; and the first U-shaped frame 610 and the second U-shaped frame 620 are hinged with each other. That is, the upper kit body and the lower kit body can be turned over through the skeleton assembly, as shown in FIG. 11 . The upper kit body 20 can be turned over to the front side or rear side of the lower kit body through mutual hinging between the first U-shaped frame 610 and the second U-shaped frame 620. A use state that the upper kit body and the lower kit body form a front and rear interval can be realized.
  • Based on the above, in the present invention, the skeleton assembly can coexist with the upper kit body 20 and the lower kit body 10 through zipper connection. That is, zipper connection is responsible for ensuring the stability of connection between the upper kit body and the lower kit body. When the upper kit body needs to be folded relative to the lower kit body to come to the front side or rear side of the lower kit body for use side by side, only the zippers need to be unzipped.
  • By referring to FIG. 11 , handles 80 convenient for lifting are respectively arranged in the upper kit body 20 and the lower kit body 10. When a first partition plate and a second partition plate are removed, the lower kit body is open, and the handles 80 located in the kit can achieve that a user directly holds the handles 80 to carry the whole tool kit.
  • By referring to FIG. 6 to FIG. 7 , the first U-shaped frame 610 is provided with a connecting column 611; the connecting column 611 is provided with an inserting shaft 612; the second U-shaped frame 620 is provided with a shaft sleeve 622 which is in inserting fit with the inserting shaft 612. That is, when the first U-shaped frame 610 rotates relative to the second U-shaped frame 620, the inserting shaft 612 rotates relative to the shaft sleeve 622.
  • By referring to FIG. 8 to FIG. 9 , the second U-shaped frame 620 is respectively provided with two arc-shaped clips 621 on left and right; and the first U-shaped frame 610 is embedded into the arc-shaped clips 621. That is, when the first U-shaped frame 610 rotates relative to the second U-shaped frame 620, the first U-shaped frame 610 rotates in the arc-shaped clips 621.
  • By referring to FIG. 10 , a rear side or front side of the upper kit body 20 is connected with a cover sheet 201; and a lower side of the cover sheet 201 is detachably connected with an outer wall of the lower kit body 10. The upper end of the cover sheet 201 is connected to the rear wall surface of the upper kit body 20, which is connected by sewing. The cover sheet 201 is fixedly connected to the rear wall surface of the lower kit body 10 through magnetic adsorption or hook & loop. The skeleton assembly can be shielded through the cover sheet 201.
  • By referring to FIG. 11 , connecting pieces 40 connected with the upper kit body 20 are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the lower kit body 10. The connecting pieces 40 are fixedly connected to the left and right wall surfaces of the lower kit body 10, which are connected by sewing. The connecting pieces 40 are fixedly connected with the upper kit body 20 through magnetic adsorption or hook & loop. That is, when the upper kit body is turned over to the front side of the lower kit body under the effect of the skeleton assembly, then the upper kit body can be fixedly connected with the lower kit body through the connecting pieces to ensure stability.
  • By referring to FIG. 12 , the left and right sides of the upper kit body 20 and the left and right sides of the lower kit body 10 are provided with connecting buckles 50 for connecting a single shoulder strap 90. It is convenient for connecting the single shoulder strap 90 when the upper kit body or the lower kit body is used alone.
  • By referring to FIG. 3 , four first strap buckles 340 are arranged in a square on a rear wall of the computer bag 30, and the upper and lower first strap buckles 340 are connected with a first strap 330. It is convenient for the user to carry and use the computer bag alone or combine the upper kit body, the lower kit body and the computer bag or combine the computer bag and the lower kit body to serve as a backpack. It is convenient for carrying.
  • By referring to FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 , storage bags 101 are arranged on a left and a right wall surfaces of the upper kit body 20 or a left and a right wall surfaces of the lower kit body 10. A storage space can be effectively increased.
  • In the present invention, the rear wall surface of the lower kit body 10 and the rear wall surface of the upper kit body 20 are provided with second strap buckles on left and right; and the upper and the lower second strap buckles are connected with a second strap. When the computer bag is removed, the upper kit body is located above the lower kit body. At this moment, the upper and the lower second strap buckles are connected with the second strap, which is a backpack mode.
  • The left and right sides of the lower part of the upper kit body 20 are respectively provided with first inserting suites 200; the left and right sides of the upper part of the lower kit body 10 are respectively provided with second inserting suites 100; the left and right ends of the first U-shaped frame 610 are respectively inserted into the first inserting suites 200; and the left and right ends of the second U-shaped frame 620 are respectively inserted into the second inserting suites 100. The first inserting suites 200 and the second inserting suites 100 are cylindrical pieces which are perforative in front and rear.
  • In the present invention, the cylindrical pieces are made of cloth material and are fixedly connected to the left and the right wall surfaces of the upper kit body 20 or the lower kit body through sewing. That is, the first U-shaped frame and the second U-shaped frame are respectively inserted into the cylindrical pieces to achieve insertion and fixation.
  • The tool kit of the present invention has at least the following use modes:
  • 1. The computer bag is removed, and the upper kit body and the lower kit body are used in combination. In this state, the upper kit body is in a lower use form.
  • 1.1. The upper kit body is located above the lower kit body. At this moment, the upper kit body and the lower kit body are vertically arranged, which is a vertical backpack mode or handbag mode.
  • 1.2. The upper kit body is turned over to the front side or the rear side of the lower kit body under the effect of the skeleton assembly, and is arranged side by side with the lower kit body; and moreover, the upper kit body and the lower kit body can be turned over. At this moment, the upper kit body and the lower kit body can be put on a frame of a bicycle, to serve as a cycling bag.
  • 2. The upper kit body, the lower kit body and the computer bag are combined. In this state, the upper kit body is in a lower use form.
  • 2.1. The lower kit body is connected with the computer bag. The upper kit body is turned over to the front side or the rear side of the lower kit body under the effect of the skeleton assembly, and is arranged side by side with the lower kit body, as shown in FIG. 5 . In this state, the lower end surface of the upper kit body and the lower end surface of the lower kit body are the same plane, for the convenience of placement. For example, the upper kit body and the lower kit body are placed on a tail frame of a bicycle; contact area is large, and stability of fixation is good. The upper kit body, the lower kit body and the computer bag are arranged separately, which is convenient for taking out articles in different parts.
  • 2.2. The lower kit body is connected with the computer bag. The upper kit body is turned over to the front side or the rear side of the lower kit body under the effect of the skeleton assembly, and is arranged side by side with the lower kit body, as shown in FIG. 5 . In this state, the upper end surface of the upper kit body is flush with the upper end surface of the lower kit body. At this moment, the upper end surface of the upper kit body and the upper end surface of the lower kit body can be used as a computer desk for placing a computer. The computer bag has an effect of partition to prevent the computer from sliding to a computer side.
  • 3. The upper kit body, the lower kit body and the computer bag are combined. In this state, the upper kit body is in a lower use form.
  • 3.1. The upper kit body and the lower kit body are placed on the upper end surface of a luggage case, and a handle of the luggage case penetrates between the computer bag and the lower kit body and extends upward. In this state, the upper kit body can be located above the lower kit body or located at the front side of the lower kit body. That is, the handle of the luggage case is clamped in the middle through the lower kit body and the computer bag to achieve fixed placement.
  • It should be understood in the description of the present invention that terms such as “central”, “longitudinal”, “transverse”, “length”, “width”, “thickness”, “upper”, “lower”, “front”, “rear”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “top”, “bottom”, “inner”, “outer”, “clockwise”, “counterclockwise” etc. indicate direction or position relationships shown based on the drawings, and are only intended to facilitate the description of the present invention and the simplification of the description rather than to indicate or imply that the indicated device or element must have a specific direction or constructed and operated in a specific direction, and therefore, shall not be understood as a limitation to the present invention. The terms such as “first” and “second” are only used for the purpose of description, rather than being understood to indicate or imply relative importance or hint the number of indicated technical features.
  • The above shows and describes the basic principle, main features and advantages of the present invention. Those skilled in the art shall understand that the present invention is not limited by the above embodiment. The above embodiment and the description merely illustrate the principle of the present invention. Various changes and improvements can also be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and shall fall into the protection scope of the present invention. The protection scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents.

Claims (10)

1. A multifunctional open-close type tool kit, comprising an upper kit body (20) and a lower kit body (10), wherein the upper kit body (20) is detachably arranged above the lower kit body (10);
a lower part of the upper kit body (20) and an upper part of the lower kit body (10) are provided with zippers connected with each other; and a rear side or front side of the upper kit body (20) is connected with a cover sheet (201) for shielding the zippers.
2. The multifunctional open-close type tool kit according to claim 1, further comprising a computer bag (30), wherein the computer bag (30) is arranged on a rear side of the upper kit body (20) and the lower kit body (10) and is detachably connected with the upper kit body and the lower kit body.
3. The multifunctional open-close type tool kit according to claim 2, wherein a left side and a right side of the lower kit body (10) are respectively provided with child snap fasteners (110); a left side and a right side of the computer bag (30) are respectively provided with female snap fasteners (310) buckled with the child snap fasteners (110); an upper side of the computer bag (30) is provided with a first female magnetic button (320); an upper part of the upper kit body (20) is provided with a first child magnetic button (210) buckled with the first female magnetic button (320);
a rear wall surface of the lower kit body (10) is provided with a second female magnetic button (120); a front wall surface of the computer bag (30) is provided with a second child magnetic button buckled with the second female magnetic button (120); the lower kit body (10) above the second female magnetic button (120) is provided with a shielding piece (130); and the shielding piece (130) is detachably connected with the rear wall surface of the lower kit body (10).
4. The multifunctional open-close type tool kit according to any one of claim 1, wherein an upper end surface of the lower kit body (10) and a lower end surface of the upper kit body (20) are arranged as openings, and the upper end surface of the lower kit body (10) or the lower end surface of the upper kit body (20) is provided with a detachable partition plate (710).
5. The multifunctional open-close type tool kit according to any one of claim 1, wherein the upper kit body (20) and the lower kit body (10) are provided with a skeleton assembly (60); the skeleton assembly (60) comprises a first U-shaped frame (610) and a second U-shaped frame (620); the first U-shaped frame (610) is connected with the upper kit body (20); the second U-shaped frame (620) is connected with the lower kit body (10); and the first U-shaped frame (610) and the second U-shaped frame (620) are hinged with each other.
6. The multifunctional open-close type tool kit according to claim 5, wherein the first U-shaped frame (610) is provided with a connecting column (611); the connecting column (611) is provided with an inserting shaft (612); the second U-shaped frame (620) is provided with a shaft sleeve (622) which is in inserting fit with the inserting shaft (612), or; the second U-shaped frame (620) is respectively provided with two arc-shaped clips (621) on left and right; and the first U-shaped frame (610) is embedded into the arc-shaped clips (621).
7. The multifunctional open-close type tool kit according to claim 5, wherein connecting pieces (40) connected with the upper kit body (20) are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the lower kit body (10).
8. The multifunctional open-close type tool kit according to claim 4, wherein handles (80) convenient for lifting are respectively arranged in the upper kit body (20) and the lower kit body (10).
9. The multifunctional open-close type tool kit according to any one of claim 2, wherein the left and right sides of the upper kit body (20) and the left and right sides of the lower kit body (10) are provided with connecting buckles (50) for connecting a single shoulder strap (90);
and/or, four first strap buckles (340) are arranged in a square on a rear wall of the computer bag (30), and the upper and lower first strap buckles (340) are connected with a first strap (330);
and/or, storage bags (101) are arranged on a left and a right wall surfaces of the upper kit body (20) or a left and a right wall surfaces of the lower kit body (10);
and/or, the rear wall surface of the lower kit body (10) and a rear wall surface of the upper kit body (20) are provided with second strap buckles on left and right; and the upper and the lower second strap buckles are connected with a second strap.
10. The multifunctional open-close type tool kit according to claim 5, wherein the left and right sides of the lower part of the upper kit body (20) are respectively provided with first inserting suites (200); the left and right sides of the upper part of the lower kit body (10) are respectively provided with second inserting suites (100); the left and right ends of the first U-shaped frame (610) are respectively inserted into the first inserting suites (200); and the left and right ends of the second U-shaped frame (620) are respectively inserted into the second inserting suites (100).
