The retractable curtain rail has following beneficial effects.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The invention relates to the technical field of curtain rails, in particular to a retractable curtain rail.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • A motor-driven curtain is a means that is wirelessly controlled with a motor driving the curtain, and the main components of which include a curtain, a guiding rail and an electric motor. A belt transmission system and a plurality of slidable curtain-hinging pieces are arranged inside the guiding rail. During use, the motor drives the belt transmission system to enable the end of the curtain to move with the latter, and the curtain-hinging pieces move with the movement of the end of the curtain, so as to finally enable the curtain to stretch out and draw back.
  • In the prior art, the guiding rail of the motor-driven curtain is required to first measure the width of the window along the wall surface, and then make the guiding rail of the curtain according to the corresponding size from the above measurement. The guiding rail of the curtain is made in such a complex process as waste time and effort, worsen applicability and need a further improvement.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In order to solve the above problem, the present invention provides a retractable curtain rail, in which an external guiding rail and an internal guiding rail are configured to be plugged into each other, and a connector is used to enable the external guiding rail and the internal guiding rail to connect with each other, and the plugging depth to be adjusted according to requirements, so as to control the total length of the guiding rail body and facilitate the suitability for the wall and window both with different widths. Compared with the customized guiding rail, the installation is simpler and saves time and effort, so as to solve the problem in the prior art that the guiding rail of the motor-driven curtain is required to first measure the width of the window along the, wall surface, and then make the guiding rail of the curtain according, to the corresponding the size from the above measurement, and the guiding rail of the curtain is made in such a complex process as waste time and effort, worsen applicability and need a further improvement.
  • In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a retractable curtain rail, comprising a guiding rail body, wherein the guiding rail body includes an external guiding rail, an internal, guiding rail and a transmission case, the internal guiding rails are configured to be two pieces and respectively inserted into both ends of the external guiding rail, which is connected with the internal guiding rails by means of a connector, and the transmission cases are configured to be two pieces and respectively fixed on the ends of the two internal guiding rails, a driving wheels is movably connected inside the two transmission boxes, respectively, a transmission belt is connected between the two driving wheels, the transmission belt is fixedly connected with two curtain heads, the bottom of the guiding rail body is further slidably connected with a plurality of curtain-hinging pieces.
  • Preferably, the external guiding rail, includes two external groove-shaped ribs symmetrically distributed, between which a first connecting rib is fixedly connected.
  • Preferably, the internal guiding rail includes two internal groove-shaped ribs symmetrically distributed, between which a second connecting rib is fixedly connected, the inner bottom walls of the two internal groove-shaped ribs are both provided with a lower positioning plates, the second connecting rib includes a transverse plate and two upper positioning plates, the two upper positioning plates are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the transverse plate.
  • Preferably, the connector includes a sleeved housing, the two ends of which are respectively sleeved with the external guiding rail and the internal guiding rail, the bottom of the sleeved housing is provided with a recess, the inner wall of which is fixedly connected with a jamming block, a first limit block is fixedly connected to the inner top wall of the sleeved housing close to the internal guiding rail, a second limit block is fixedly connected to the inner top wall of the sleeved housing close to the external guiding rail, the top surface of the sleeved housing is provided with a first connecting screw (66).
  • Preferably, one end of the transmission case close to the internal guiding rail is provided with a connecting groove, the inner wall of which has two through holes communicating with the inner cavity of the transmission case and is further fixedly connected with a positioning ridge.
  • Preferably, the transmission belt penetrates the inner cavity of the external guiding rail and the inner cavity of the internal guiding rail and extends to the inside of the transmission case through the through hole.
  • Preferably, the curtain head includes a base plate, which is fixedly connected with the transmission belt, an installation plate is fixedly connected to one side of the base plate, both ends of the base plate are provided with a transverse guiding wheel and a longitudinal guiding wheel, both the transverse guiding wheel and the longitudinal guiding wheel are movably connected to the base plate.
  • Preferably, the curtain-hinging piece includes a connecting plate a pulley is movably connected to the top of the connecting plate.
  • Preferably, the top of the guiding rail body is provided with an installation buckle, which includes a movable piece, two inclined jamming strips are fixedly connected to the bottom of the movable piece, on the surface of which an installation hole is arranged, and on both ends of which second connecting screws are arranged.
  • The embodiments of the present invention have the following advantages:
  • 1. The external guiding rail and the internal guiding rail are configured to be plugged into each other, and the connector is used to enable the external guiding rail and the internal guiding rail to connect with each other, and the plugging depth to be adjusted according to requirements, so as to control the total length of the guiding rail body and facilitate the suitability for the wall and window both with different widths. Compared with the customized the guiding rail, its installation saves time and effort.
  • 2. The guiding rail body is configured to be a combination of one external guiding rail and two internal guiding rails, which can unify the structure of the transmission cases at both ends, and reduces costs in production and processing, and the curtain-driving motor can be installed in any one of the two transmission cases according to requirements with good applicability.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SOME EMBODIMENTS
  • The embodiment of the present invention is described in the specific examples as follows, and a person skilled in the art can easily understand other advantages and effects of the present invention from the content disclosed in this description, but obviously, the described examples are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the examples of the present invention, all other examples obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
  • As shown in FIGS. 1-9 , the present invention provides a retractable curtain rail, comprising a guiding rail body 1, wherein the guiding rail body 1 includes an external guiding rail 11, an internal guiding rail 12 and a transmission case 13, the internal guiding rails 12 are configured to be two pieces and respectively inserted into both ends of the external guiding rail 11, which is connected with the internal guiding rails 12 by means of a connector 6, and the transmission cases 13 are configured to be two pieces and respectively fixed on the ends of the two internal guiding rails 12, a driving wheels 2 is movably connected inside the two transmission boxes 13, respectively, a transmission belt 3 is connected between the two driving wheels 2, the transmission belt 3 is fixedly connected with two curtain heads 4, the bottom of the guiding rail body 1 is further slidably connected with a plurality of curtain-hinging pieces 5.
  • In this embodiment, the external guiding rail 11 and the internal guiding rail 12 are configured to be plugged into each other, and the connector 6 is configured to enable the external guiding rail 11 and the internal guiding rail 12 to connect with each other, and the plugging depth to be adjusted according to requirements, so as to control the total, length of the guiding rail body 1 and facilitate the suitability for the wall and window both with different widths. Compared with the customized the guiding rail, its installation saves time and effort.
  • In order to enable the external guiding rail 11 and the internal guiding rail 12 to be plugged into each other, the device adopts the following technical solution. The external guiding rail 11 includes two external groove-shaped ribs 111 symmetrically distributed, between which the first connecting rib 112 is fixedly connected, but during actual use, the external groove-shaped ribs 111 and the first connecting ribs 112 are integrally formed. The first connecting rib 112 is configured to be U shaped. The internal guiding rail 12 includes two internal groove-shaped ribs 121 symmetrically distributed, between which the second connecting rib 122 is fixedly connected. The inner bottom walls of the two internal groove-shaped ribs 121 are both provided with the lower positioning plates 123. The second connecting rib 122 includes the transverse plate 1221 and two upper positioning plates 1222. The two upper positioning plates 1222 are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the transverse plate 1221. During actual use, the internal groove-shaped ribs 121 and the second connecting rib 122 are integrally formed. When the internal guiding rail 12 is inserted into the external guiding rail 11, the top edge of the internal grooved rib 121 extends between the side walls of the external groove-shaped ribs 111 and the first connecting rib 112, and the transverse plate 1221 presses close to the bottom of the first connecting rib 112.
  • In order to enable the external guiding rail 11 and the internal guiding rail 12 to be fixed with each other, the device adopts the following technical solution. The connector 6 includes the sleeved housing 61, the two ends of which are respectively sleeved with the external guiding rail 11 and the internal guiding rail 12. The bottom of the sleeved housing 61 is provided with the recess 62, the inner wall of which is fixedly connected with the jamming block 63. the first limit block 64 is fixedly connected to the inner top wall of the sleeved housing 61 close to the internal guiding rail 12, and the second limit block 65 is fixedly connected to the inner top wall of the sleeved housing 61 close to the external guiding rail 11. The top surface of the sleeved housing 61 is provided with the first connecting screw 66. During actual installation, the second limit block 65 can be just jammed into the top of the first connecting rib 112, the second limit block 65 can just be jammed into the top of the second connecting rib 122, and the jamming block 63 can just be jammed into the bottom edge of the internal groove-shaped rib 121.
  • In order to enable the connection with the internal guiding rail 12, the device adopts the following technical solution. One end of the transmission case 13 close to the internal guiding rail 12 is provided with the connecting groove 131, the inner wall of which has two through holes 132 communicating with the inner cavity of the transmission case 13 and is also fixedly connected with the positioning ridge 133. During actual installation, the end of the internal guiding rail 12 extends to the inside of the connecting groove 131, the through hole 132 just communicates with the inner cavity of the internal guiding rail 12, and the positioning ridge 133 just extends to the top of the second connecting rib 122.
  • In order to enable two curtain heads 4 to be driven, the device adopts, the following technical solution. The transmission belt 3 penetrates the inner cavity of the external guiding rail 11 and the inner cavity of the internal guiding rail 12 and extends to the inside of the transmission case 13 through the through hole 132. The curtain head 4 includes the base plate 41, which is fixedly connected with the transmission belt 3, and the installation plate 42 is fixedly connected to one side of the base plate 41. Both ends of the base plate 41 are provided with the transverse guiding wheel 43 and the longitudinal guiding wheel 44, and both the transverse guiding wheel 43 and the longitudinal guiding wheel 44 are movably connected to the base plate 41. When the transmission belt 3 moves, it can drive the base plate 41 to move, thereby driving the curtain to move, and make use of the transverse guiding wheel 43 and the longitudinal guiding wheel 44 to reduce the friction during the movement of the base plate 41.
  • In order to enable the curtain to be fixed, the device adopts the following technical solution. The curtain-hinging piece 5 includes a connecting plate 51, and the pulley 52 is movably connected to the top of the connecting plate 51.
  • In order to enable the curtain to the guiding rail body 1 to be fixed, the device adopts the following technical solution. The top of the guiding rail body 1 is provided with the installation buckle 7, which includes the movable piece 71, and two inclined jamming strips 72 are fixedly connected to the bottom of the movable piece 71, on the surface of which the installation hole 73 is arranged, and on both ends of which the second connecting screws 74 are arranged.
  • The present invention is implemented as follows. During implementing the present invention. the connector 6 is sleeved on the end of the external guiding rail 11, to which the internal guiding rail 12 is inserted along the connector 6, further into the inside of the external guiding rail 11. The internal guiding rail 12 is adjusted with the appropriate insertion depth according to requirements to limit the total length of the guide rail body 1, finally the first connecting screw 66 on the connector 6 is twisted to enable the connector 6 to fixedly connect the external guiding rail 11 and the internal guiding rail 12. In this way, the guiding rail body 1 is adjusted to a length suitable for the installation scene, and then the transmission belt 3, the curtain head 4, the curtain-hinging pieces and the transmission case 13 are respectively installed in sequence.
  • The above description is only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and any person skilled in the art may amend the present invention by using the technical solutions described above or the modified equivalent technical solutions. Therefore, any simple modifications or equivalent replacements made according to the technical solutions of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

What is claimed is:
1. A retractable curtain rail, comprising a guiding rail body (1), wherein said guiding rail body (1) includes an external guiding rail (11), an internal guiding rail (12) and a transmission case (13), said internal guiding rails (12) are configured to be two pieces and respectively inserted into both ends of said external guiding rail (11), which is connected with said internal guiding rails (12) by means of a connector (6), and said transmission cases (13) are configured to be two pieces and respectively fixed on the ends of said two, internal guiding rails (12), a driving wheels (2) is movably connected inside said two transmission boxes (13), respectively, a transmission belt (3) is connected between said two driving wheels (2), said transmission belt (3) is fixedly connected with two curtain heads (4), the bottom of said guiding rail body (1) is further slidably connected with a plurality of curtain-hinging pieces (5).
2. The retractable curtain rail according to claim 1, wherein said external guiding rail (11) includes two external groove-shaped ribs (111) symmetrically distributed, between which a first connecting rib (112) is fixedly connected.
3. The retractable curtain rail according to claim 1, wherein said internal guiding rail (12) includes two internal groove-shaped ribs (121) symmetrically distributed, between which a second connecting rib (122) is fixedly connected, the inner bottom walls of said two internal groove-shaped ribs (121) are both provided with a lower positioning plates (123), said second connecting rib (122) includes a transverse plate (1221) and two upper positioning plates (1222), said two upper positioning plates (1222) are fixedly arranged at the bottom of said transverse plate (1221).

The retractable curtain rail according to claim 1, wherein said connector (6) includes a sleeved housing (61), the two ends of which are respectively sleeved with said external guiding rail (11) and said internal guiding rail (12), the bottom of said sleeved housing (61) is provided with a recess (62), the inner wall of which is fixedly connected with a jamming block (63), a first limit block (64) is fixedly connected to the inner top wall of said sleeved housing (61) close to said internal guiding rail (12), a second limit block (65) is fixedly connected to the inner top wall of said sleeved housing (61) close to said external guiding rail (11), the top surface of said sleeved housing (61) is provided with a first connecting screw (66).

The retractable curtain rail according to claim 1, wherein one end of said transmission case (13) close to said internal guiding rail (12) is provided with a connecting groove (131), the inner wall of which has two through holes (132) communicating with the inner cavity of said transmission case (13) and is further fixedly connected with a positioning ridge (133).
6. The retractable curtain rail according to claim 1, wherein said transmission belt (3) penetrates the inner cavity of said external guiding rail (11) and the inner cavity of said internal guiding rail (12) and extends to the inside of said transmission case (13) through said through hole (132).
7. The retractable curtain rail according to claim 1, wherein said curtain head (4) includes a base plate (41), which is fixedly connected with said transmission belt (3), an installation plate (42) is fixedly connected to one side of said base plate (41), both ends of said base plate (41) are provided with a transverse guiding wheel (43) and a longitudinal guiding wheel (44), both said transverse guiding wheel (43) and said longitudinal guiding wheel (44) are movably connected to said base plate (41).
8. The retractable curtain rail according to claim 1, wherein said curtain-hinging piece (5) includes a connecting plate (51), a pulley (52) is movably connected to the top of said connecting plate (51).
9. The retractable curtain rail according to claim I, wherein the top of said guiding rail body (1) is provided with an installation buckle (7), which includes a movable piece (71), two inclined jamming strips (72) are fixedly-connected to the bottom of said movable piece (71), on the surface of which an installation hole (73) is arranged, and on both ends of which second connecting screws (74) are arranged.
