Abstract
The present invention relates to an airtight container that is usually used to keep foodstuffs including food and drinks. The airtight container includes: a container part; and a lid part configured to be locked to the top of the container part, in which the lid part has a two-step opening/closing structure to partially open the container part or to completely open the container by being separated from the container part when the lid part is locked to the container part. The lid part includes: a body having locking portions integrally formed such that the body can be locked to the container part on the top of the container part; and a lid plate hinged at a side on the body part to be rotatable, having integral locking portions to be able to be locked to the container part, and used to open a portion of the container part with the body locked to the container part.According to the present invention, it is possible to open/close the lid part fastened to the container part in two steps of partial opening/closing and complete opening/closing, increase ease and convenience in use, achieve stable sealing force at the container part and the lid part, and increase durability of the product such as preventing contraction when forming the product.
Description
- The present invention relates to an airtight container that is usually used to keep foodstuffs including food and drinks and, more particularly, to an airtight container including a lid part that is fastened to a container part and can be opened in two steps of partial opening/closing and complete opening/closing, thereby being able to increase ease and convenience of use and secure a stable sealing force.
- In general, an airtight container is a container fabricated to prevent external air or humidity from permeating therein or prevent contents from leaking, and currently, airtight containers are fabricated in various shapes and sizes and appropriately used for demands of users.
- Such airtight containers are generally composed of a container body and a lid, a plurality of fastening protrusions are formed at the upper portion of the container body, locking extensions that extend outward and can rotate are integrally formed at the edges of the lid, and fastening holes that are fitted on the fastening protrusions are formed in the locking extensions at the positions corresponding to the fastening protrusions.
- Further, a groove is formed on the bottom of the lid that corresponds to the upper edges of the container body and a packing is fitted in the groove.
- Accordingly, when a user puts the lid on the container body and presses the lid with fingers and presses the fastening holes formed at the locking extensions toward the fastening protrusions of the container body, the fastening protrusions are fitted through the fastening holes and the upper edges presses the packing. Accordingly, the internal space of the container body in which contents are stored and kept is sealed.
- However, according to the airtight containers having this configuration in the related art, when contents such as food stored and kept in the internal space of the container body are taken out, it is required to fully open the container body such as completely separating the lid from the container body, so there is inconvenience in use.
- Further, according to the airtight containers of the related art, sealing is not completely achieved when contents are stored with the lid fastened to the container body, so there is a problem with safety in use such as leakage of the contents or deterioration of the keeping ability. Further, there is a defect in that the durability of the products decreases.
- Meanwhile, there are many airtight containers in the related art, but most airtight containers, including the airtight containers in the related art, have structures still having the defects and problems described above, so it is required to develop a product that can not only satisfy needs of customers who pursue newness, but also enables users to more easily and conveniently use an airtight container.
- The present invention has been made in an effort to solve the problems described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide an airtight container including a lid part that is fastened to a container part and can be opened/closed in two steps of partial opening/closing and complete opening/closing, thereby being able to increase ease and convenience of use.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide an airtight container that has an improved structure, thereby being able to achieve a stable sealing force.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide an airtight container of which the durability can be increased and that can secure safety in use.
- In order to achieve the objects of the present invention, an airtight container includes: a container part; and a lid part configured to be locked to the top of the container part, in which the lid part has a two-step opening/closing structure to partially open the container part or to completely open the container by being separated from the container part when the lid part is locked to the container part.
- In an embodiment, the lid part may include: a body having locking portions integrally formed such that the body can be locked to the container part on the top of the container part; and a lid plate hinged at a side on the body part to be rotatable, having integral locking portions to be able to be locked to the container part, and used to open a portion of the container part with the body locked to the container part.
- In an embodiment, the body may include: a container coupling part being a frame structure of an edge type body that is seated on the top of the container part, having an opening, disposed under the lid plate, and having the locking portions on both left and right sides; a container cover part extending from the container coupling part, configured to be seated on the top of the container part, and having a locking portion on the rear surface; and a hinging part having a block-shaped structure which extends from the container coupling part and protrudes upward, having a stepped structure on the top to prevent contraction when a product is formed, and used to be hinged to the cover plate, and the lid plate may include: a cover plate being a member covering an opening of the container coupling part and having a locking portion on the front surface; and a hinge shaft extending from the cover plate and hinged to the hinging part.
- In an embodiment, the top of the joint of the body between the container coupling part and the container cover plate may be formed as an inclined surface, the bottom of the lid plate under the hinge shaft positioned over the joint between the container coupling part and the container cover part of the body may be formed as a corresponding-inclined surface, and the lid plate may be moved within a regular range when rotating over the body.
- In an embodiment, a stepped structure may be formed on the top of the container cover part and a slot may be formed at the edge so that a cover slide plate can be detachably coupled to the container cover part by sliding it in the slot, whereby information such as a memo or a barcode may be inserted in the top of the container cover part so that the use of the airtight container can be recognized or the airtight container can be decorated, and the cover slide plate may be a transparent member.
- In an embodiment, a first packing-fixing groove for fitting and fixing a first sealing packing may be formed on the bottom of the body and a first step by a stepped structure may be formed at the upper portion having the first packing-fixing groove in order to prevent contraction when the product is formed.
- In an embodiment, a second sealing packing may be disposed in the coupling portions being in contact with each other of the body and the lid plate; a second packing-fixing groove for fitting and fixing a second sealing packing may be formed on the bottom of the lid plate; a first step by the stepped structure may protrude upward from the top of the body; and when the lid plate is locked to the container part, the first step of the body may press the second sealing packing fitted and fixed in the second packing-fixing groove of the lid plate, whereby not only the contact force, but also the sealing force between the body and the lid plate may be increased.
- In an embodiment, the second sealing packing has an extension wing integrally formed on the inner surface of the lower end portion thereof and extending and protruding inward at an angle, whereby the contact surface area between the second sealing packing and the body can be increased when the lid plate is locked to the container part, so the sealing force can be increased.
- In an embodiment, in the cross-section of the hinging part and the cover plate, a straight inclined surface is formed on the top of the hinging part and a straight cross-section is formed at the cover plate, such that it is required to rotate the cover plate over a predetermined angle in order to open the lid plate over the body. Further, free movement of the cover plate is restricted when the lid part is separated from the container part, whereby the airtight container can be stably used.

FIGS. 8A and 8B are views showing a lid part-side body and a second sealing packing of the airtight container according to an embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 9 is a cut perspective view showing a width-directional cut state of the lid part in the airtight container according to an embodiment of the present invention; and -
FIG. 10 is a cut cross-sectional view showing a longitudinal cut state of the lid part in an airtight container according to another embodiment of the present invention. - Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIGS. 1 to 10 of the accompanying drawings are figures for describing an airtight container having an improved structure according to the present invention. - An
airtight container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown inFIGS. 1 to 9 , includes acontainer part 100 having an internal space for storing and keeping various foodstuffs including food therein, and alid part 200 configured to be locked to the top of thecontainer part 100. - The
container part 100 may be formed in various shapes. - The
lid part 200 is provided to partially open thecontainer part 100 or completely open thecontainer part 100 by being separated from the container part after being locked to thecontainer part 100. - That is, the
airtight container 1 according to the present invention can be opened in two steps by an improved structure of thelid part 200 and can increase ease and convenience in use. - The
lid part 200 includes abody 200A and alid plate 200B. - Locking portions are integrally formed with the
body 200A such that thebody 200A can be locked to thecontainer part 100 on the top of thecontainer part 100. - The
body 200A includes: acontainer coupling part 210 being a frame structure of an edge type body that is seated on the top of thecontainer part 100, having an opening, disposed under thelid plate 200B, and having thelocking portions 211 on both left and right sides; acontainer cover part 220 extending from thecontainer coupling part 210, configured to be seated on the top of thecontainer part 100, and having alocking portion 221 on the rear surface; and ahinging part 230 having a block-shaped structure which extends from thecontainer coupling part 210 and protrudes upward, having a stepped structure on the top to prevent contraction when the product is formed, and used to be hinged to thecover plate 200B. - It is preferable to form a first packing-
fixing groove 201 for fitting and fixing afirst sealing packing 300 on the bottom of the edge of thebody 200A and to form afirst step 202 by a stepped structure at the upper portion having the first packing-fixing groove 201 in order to prevent contraction when the product is formed. - In detail, the first packing-
fixing groove 201 is formed on the bottoms of the edges of thecontainer coupling part 210 and thecontainer cover part 220, and thefirst step 202 is formed on the tops of the edges of thecontainer coupling part 210 and thecontainer cover part 220. - In the
body 200A, a stepped structure is formed on the top of thecontainer cover part 220 and aslot 222 is formed at the edge so that acover slide plate 400 can be detachably coupled to thecontainer cover part 220 by sliding it in theslot 222. - It is preferable that the
cover slide plate 400 is a transparent member. - That is, according to this configuration, it is possible to insert information such as a memo or a barcode may be inserted in the top of the
container cover part 220 so that a user can easily recognize the use of theairtight container 1 through thecover slide plate 400. - In other words, it is possible to provide an advantage that it is possible to record information so that a user can easily recognize the contents such as food stored and kept in the
container part 100. - Further, it is possible to decorate the
airtight container 1 by matching thecover slide plate 400 and thecontainer cover part 200. - The
lid plate 200B is hinged at a side on thebody part 200A to be rotatable, has the integral locking portions to be able to be locked to thecontainer part 100, and is used to open a portion of thecontainer part 100 with thebody 200A locked to thecontainer part 100. - The
lid plate 200B includes a cover plate 420 that is a member covering an opening of thecontainer coupling part 210 and having alocking portion 241 on the front surface, and ahinge shaft 250 extending from thecover plate 240 and hinged to thehinging part 230. - A second packing-
fixing groove 203 for fitting and fixing asecond sealing packing 500 is formed on the bottom of the edge of thelid plate 200B. - In detail, the second packing-
fixing groove 203 is formed on the bottom of the edge of thecover plate 240. - That is, the
second sealing packing 500 is fitted in the second packing-fixing groove 203, whereby it is disposed in the coupling portions being in contact with each other of thebody 200A and thelid plate 200B, thereby being able to provide a sealing force between thebody 200A and thelid plate 200B. - The
first step 202 by the stepped structure on the top of the edge of thebody 200A is matched with a configuration protruding upward, as described above. Accordingly, when thelid plate 200B is locked to thecontainer part 100 using the locking portions, thefirst step 202 of thebody 200A presses the second sealing packing 500 fitted and fixed in the second packing-fixing groove 203 of thelid plate 200B, whereby not only the contact force, but also the sealing force between thebody 200A and thelid plate 200B can be increased. - It is preferable that the
second sealing packing 500 has anextension wing 510 integrally formed on the inner surface of the lower end portion thereof and extending and protruding inward at an angle. - As described above, the contact surface area between the second sealing packing 500 and the
body 200A can be increased by theextension wing 510 of the second sealing packing 500 when thelid plate 200B is locked to thecontainer part 100, so the sealing force between thebody 200A and thelid plate 200B can be increased. - It is preferable that the top of the joint of the
body 200A between thecontainer coupling part 210 and thecontainer cover plate 220 is formed as aninclined surface 204, and the bottom of thelid plate 200B under thehinge shaft 250 positioned over the joint between thecontainer coupling part 210 and thecontainer cover part 220 of thebody 200A is formed as a corresponding-inclined surface 205. - According to this configuration, it is possible to provide an advantage that when the
lid plate 200B is rotated over thebody 200A, the lid plate is moved within a regular range by the inclined surface structures corresponding to each other. - Further, it is preferable that, in the cross-section of the
hinging part 230 at thebody 200A side and thecover plate 240 at thelid plate 200B side, a straightinclined surface 206 is formed on the top of thehinging part 230 and astraight cross-section 207 is formed at thecover plate 240. - According to this configuration, it is required to rotate the
cover plate 240 of thelid plate 200B over a predetermined angle in order to open thelid plate 200B over thebody 200A. Further, free movement of thelid plate 200B is restricted with respect to thecover plate 240 to prevent separation when thelid part 200 is separated from thecontainer part 100. Accordingly, it is possible to provide an advantage that the airtight container can be stably used. - Meanwhile,
FIG. 10 is a cut cross-sectional view showing a longitudinal cut state of the lid part in an airtight container according to another embodiment of the present invention. A second sealing packing 500′ has a groove and aprotrusion 203 is formed at the upper portion of acontainer coupling part 210 of thebody 200A. Accordingly, the protrusion is coupled to the groove of the second sealing packing, whereby thelid part 200 is not separated from thecontainer part 100. The groove of the second sealing packing 500′ and theprotrusion 203 of thecontainer coupling part 210 may be formed only on both sides of the airtight container. - Therefore, the
airtight container 1 according to the present invention having the configuration described above can be opened/closed in two steps of partial opening/closing and complete opening/closing by the improved structure of thelid part 200 fastened to thecontainer part 100. Further, it is possible to take out and use the contents by only partially opening thelid part 200 fastened to thecontainer part 100 without completely opening thelid part 200. Accordingly, it is possible to increase ease and convenience in use. Further, it is possible to provide usefulness in that it is possible to achieve stable sealing force not only at thecontainer part 100 and thelid part 200, but also thebody 200A and thelid plate 200B of thelid part 200. - Further, according to the
airtight container 1 of the present invention, it is possible to increase durability of the product such as preventing contraction when forming the product by improving the structure, and it is possible to provide usefulness that can secure safety in use. - According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an airtight container including a lid part that is fastened to a container part and can be opened in two steps of partial opening/closing and complete opening/closing, thereby being able to increase ease and convenience of use.
- According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an airtight container that has an improved structure that can achieve a stable sealing force at the container part and the lid part, thereby being able to prevent leakage of contents stored in the container and prevent the deterioration of keeping ability.
- According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an airtight container that can increase durability of the product such as preventing contraction when forming the product or preventing damage in used, and can secure safety in use.
- While the present invention has been described with respect to the specific embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.
Claims (7)
1. An airtight container comprising:
a container part; and
a lid part configured to be locked to the top of the container part,
wherein the lid part has a two-step opening/closing structure to partially open the container part or to completely open the container by being separated from the container part when the lid part is locked to the container part.
2. The airtight container of claim 1 , wherein the lid part includes:
a body having locking portions integrally formed such that the body can be locked to the container part on the top of the container part; and
a lid plate hinged at a side on the body part to be rotatable, having integral locking portions to be able to be locked to the container part, and used to open a portion of the container part with the body locked to the container part.
3. The airtight container of claim 2 , wherein the body includes:
a container coupling part being a frame structure of an edge type body that is seated on the top of the container part, having an opening, disposed under the lid plate, and having the locking portions on both left and right sides;
a container cover part extending from the container coupling part, configured to be seated on the top of the container part, and having a locking portion on the rear surface; and
a hinging part having a block-shaped structure which extends from the container coupling part and protrudes upward, having a stepped structure on the top to prevent contraction when a product is formed, and used to be hinged to the cover plate, and
the lid plate includes:
a cover plate being a member covering an opening of the container coupling part and having a locking portion on the front surface; and
a hinge shaft extending from the cover plate and hinged to the hinging part.

The airtight container of claim 3 , wherein the top of the joint of the body between the container coupling part and the container cover plate is formed as an inclined surface, the bottom of the lid plate under the hinge shaft positioned over the joint between the container coupling part and the container cover part of the body is formed as a corresponding-inclined surface, and the lid plate is moved within a regular range when rotating over the body.

The airtight container of claim 3 , wherein a stepped structure is formed on the top of the container cover part and a slot is formed at the edge so that a cover slide plate can be detachably coupled to the container cover part by sliding it in the slot, whereby information such as a memo or a barcode is inserted in the top of the container cover part so that the use of the airtight container can be recognized or the airtight container can be decorated, and
the cover slide plate is a transparent member.
6. The airtight container of claim 2 , wherein a first packing-fixing groove for fitting and fixing a first sealing packing is formed on the bottom of the body and a first step by a stepped structure is formed at the upper portion having the first packing-fixing groove in order to prevent contraction when the product is formed.
7. The airtight container of claim 2 , wherein a second sealing packing is disposed in the coupling portions being in contact with each other of the body and the lid plate; a second packing-fixing groove for fitting and fixing a second sealing packing is formed on the bottom of the lid plate; a first step by the stepped structure protrudes upward from the top of the body; and when the lid plate is locked to the container part, the first step of the body presses the second sealing packing fitted and fixed in the second packing-fixing groove of the lid plate, whereby not only the contact force, but also the sealing force between the body and the lid plate can be increased.
