Description
- The invention relates to the technical field of smoking sets, in particular to an electrical heating hookah.
- Arabian hookah is a popular tobacco product in the Middle East. The smoke produced by heating tobacco is filtered and smoked with water. The current Arabian hookah is heated by charcoal, which is large in size, complex in structure, complicated in use process, uncontrollable in temperature of charcoal, not environmentally friendly, inconvenient, unsafe, and inconvenient to carry, and the existing technology needs to be developed.
- The purpose of the invention is to overcome the shortcomings existing in the prior art, and to provide an electrical heating hookah with small size, simple structure and convenient carrying.
- In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical solutions:
- The invention provides an electrical heating hookah, comprising an electrical heating atomization component, a battery component, and a filtration component; the electrical heating atomization component is used to heat and atomize prepared opium paste or e-liquid to generate gas; the battery component is used to provide electrical energy to the atomization component; the filtration component comprises a liquid storage bottle, a pipe and a suction nozzle; the pipe is communicated with the atomization component and the liquid storage bottle, and the suction nozzle is communicated with the liquid storage bottle; the gas enters the liquid storage bottle through the pipe and is filtered and then discharged through the suction nozzle.
- Further, the atomization component comprises a first main body and a heating element; the first main body comprises a base, a cup body, and a cup cover; the cup cover and the cup body cover together to form an atomization cavity to accommodate the heating element; the bottom of the cup body is provided with a plurality of vent holes connected to the atomization cavity; the base is provided with an accommodation cavity for accommodating the cup body, and the bottom end thereof is communicated with the pipe.
- Further, the electrical heating atomization component comprises a second main body, and an electronic cigarette atomizer and an electronic cigarette power supply that are provided in the second main body; the electronic cigarette power supply is electrically connected to the battery component and supplies power to the electronic cigarette or the cigarette heating atomizer; the second main body comprises an upper cover and a lower cover that are detachably connected; the lower cover is provided with a through hole that is communicated with the pipe.
- Further, the atomization component is provided with a heat insulation element and a plurality of sealing rings.

- Further, the battery component comprises a shell, and a battery and a control circuit board that are provided in the shell; the upper end of the shell is provided with a first bracket for fixing the atomization component, and the lower end of the shell is provided with a second bracket for connecting the filtration component; the battery and the control circuit board are respectively fixed on the second bracket; the battery and the heating element are respectively electrically connected to the control circuit board.
- Further, the control circuit board is connected with a plurality of LED lamp beads; the shell is provided with a first light-guide element; the second bracket is provided with a second light-guide element; the shell and the second bracket are hollowed; the lights of the LED lamp beads are respectively transmitted through the first light-guide element and the second light-guide element.
- Further, an air outlet channel is penetrated in the second bracket to be communicated with the liquid storage bottle; the outer side of the second bracket is provided with a hollow fixing column at the air outlet channel; the suction nozzle is connected to the hollow fixing column through a hose.
- Further, the upper end of the shell is provided with a supporting column; the suction nozzle is detachably connected to the supporting column.
- Further, the suction nozzle is provided with a breathing sensing module, and the breathing sensing module is electrically connected to the control circuit board.
- The advantageous effects of the invention: the electrical heating hookah of the invention heat and atomize prepared opium paste or e-liquid to generate gas through an atomization component, and the gas enters a liquid storage bottle through a pipe for filtration, and then is discharged through a suction nozzle for the user to suck. The invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure, small volume, convenient portability, and can remove harmful gas such as tar and carbon monoxide, thereby greatly reducing the risk of cancer and ensuring the health of the user.

- The technical solutions in the embodiments of the invention will be clearly and completely described hereinafter with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the invention, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the invention, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the invention.
- It should be noted that all the directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, back . . . ) in the embodiments of the invention are only used to explain the relative positional relationship, movement situation, etc. If the specific posture changes, the directional indication changes accordingly.
- In the invention, unless otherwise clearly defined and limited, the terms “connected”, “fixed” and other terms should be interpreted broadly; for example, it can be a fixed connection, it can be a detachable connection, or integrated; it can be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; it can be a direct connection, or an indirectly connection through an intermediate medium, and it can be an internal communication between two elements or the interaction relationship between two elements, unless specifically defined otherwise. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the invention can be understood according to specific circumstances.
- In addition, descriptions such as “first”, “second”, etc. in the invention are only for descriptive purposes, and should not be construed as indicating or implying their relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of indicated technical features. Thus, a feature delimited with “first”, “second” may expressly or implicitly include at least one of that features.
- With reference to
FIG. 1 -FIG. 5 , the invention provides an electrical heating hookah, comprising an electrical heating atomization component, a battery component, and a filtration component; the electrical heating atomization component is used to heat and atomize prepared opium paste or e-liquid to generate gas; the battery component is used to provide electrical energy to the atomization component; the filtration component comprises aliquid storage bottle 31, apipe 32 and asuction nozzle 33; theliquid storage bottle 31 is used to store water; thepipe 32 is communicated with theatomization cavity 110 and theliquid storage bottle 31; in use, thepipe 32 is inserted into the water to introduce gas for filtration; thesuction nozzle 33 is communicated with theliquid storage bottle 31; the gas enters theliquid storage bottle 31 through the pipe and is filtered and then discharged through thesuction nozzle 33 for suction by the user. In the embodiment, the pipe adopts a steel pipe with a diameter of 0.8 cm to go straight to the water in the water filter chamber. The nozzle is submerged in the water for 2 to 3 cm, so that the smoke generated in the combustion chamber can be directly passed into the water, and the smoke is filtered in the water to remove harmful substances such as tar. - In the embodiment, the liquid storage bottle is designed with transparent plastic or glass.
- When the user is sucking, the prepared opium paste or e-liquid is heated and atomized to produce gas through the atomization component, and the gas enters the
liquid storage bottle 31 through thepipe 32 for filtering to remove harmful gas such as tar and carbon monoxide, and then the filtered gas is discharged through thesuction nozzle 33 for the user to suck, which improves the user's sucking taste, greatly reduces the risk of cancer, and protects the user's health. - The electrical heating hookah of the invention is heated and atomized by using an atomization component, and through the filtering effect of the
liquid storage bottle 31, the suction effect of the Arabian hookah is simulated, and the taste is pure; the structure is integrated, which is simple and compact, small in size, and easy to carry. - With reference to
FIG. 2 , as a first embodiment, the atomization component comprises a firstmain body 11 and aheating element 12; the firstmain body 11 is used to store prepared opium paste to be atomized, and theheating element 12 is used to heat and atomize the prepared opium paste in the firstmain body 11 to generate gas. In the embodiment, theheating element 12 is formed by winding a heating wire. - The first
main body 11 comprises abase 111, acup body 112, and acup cover 113; thecup cover 113 and thecup body 112 cover together to form anatomization cavity 110 to accommodate theheating element 12; thecup cover 113 is detachably connected to thecup body 112 , which facilitates opening thecup cover 113 and adding prepared opium paste into theatomization cavity 110. In the embodiment, the cup body can be made of heat-resistant materials such as silica gel aluminum alloy tempered glass aluminum alloy, and the heating element can be made of electric heating wire, heating tube, infrared rays, heating ceramic sheet, etc. There is a distance of about 1 cm between the prepared opium paste and the cup cover; the heating element is on the top, and theheating element 12 is covered with a perforated aluminum alloy shell under the heating cup of the prepared opium paste. The heat is transferred from top to bottom through the air, avoiding the phenomenon of overheating caused by direct contact transfer of heat. In the embodiment, the heating element can be provided with a temperature sensor to control the temperature, adjust the temperature and humidity of the atomization cavity, and simulate the effect of traditional charcoal fire, so as to achieve the traditional taste. - The bottom of the
cup body 112 is provided with a plurality ofvent holes 1121 that are communicated with theatomization cavity 110; thebase 111 is provided with anaccommodation cavity 1111 for accommodating thecup body 112, and the bottom end thereof is communicated with thepipe 32. Thebase 111 seals the bottom of thecup body 112 , so that the gas can enter thepipe 32 through theaccommodation cavity 1111 after passing through thevent holes 1121. With reference toFIG. 3 , as a second embodiment, the electrical heating atomization component comprises a secondmain body 13, and anelectronic cigarette atomizer 14 and an electroniccigarette power supply 15 that are provided in the secondmain body 13; the electroniccigarette power supply 15 is electrically connected to the battery component and supplies power to thecigarette heating atomizer 14; the secondmain body 13 comprises anupper cover 131 and alower cover 132 that are detachably connected; thelower cover 132 is provided with a through hole that is communicated with thepipe 32. Theelectronic cigarette atomizer 14 stores e-liquid and can heat and atomize the e-liquid to generate gas to discharge, and the discharged gas is led out into thepipe 32 through the through hole, so as to realize the suction of the electronic cigarette. - In the embodiment, the
electronic cigarette atomizer 14 and the electroniccigarette power supply 15 are commonly used devices on the market, and will not be described in detail here. - The electrical heating hookah of the invention can realize different suction functions by replacing different atomization components during use, which is convenient for use.
- Preferably, the atomization component is provided with a
heat insulation element 1131 to prevent the heat in the atomization component from dissipating and scalding the user, thereby ensuring safe use. The atomization component is provided with a plurality of sealing rings to avoid air leakage and have a good sealing effect. - With reference to
FIG. 4 , the battery component comprises ashell 211, and abattery 212 and acontrol circuit board 213 that are provided in theshell 211; the upper end of theshell 211 is provided with afirst bracket 2111 for fixing the atomization component; the atomization component is detachably connected to thefirst bracket 2111, which facilitates disassembly and cleaning of the atomization component and replacement of wearing parts. - The lower end of the
shell 211 is provided with asecond bracket 2112 for connecting the filtration component; the filtration component is detachably connected, which is convenient for adding or replacing water to theliquid storage bottle 31; thepipe 32 penetrates theshell 211; thebattery 212 and thecontrol circuit board 213 are respectively fixed on thesecond bracket 2112; thebattery 212 and theheating element 12 are respectively electrically connected to thecontrol circuit board 213; thebattery 212 component is used to provide electrical energy to the atomization component. The battery adopts six batteries to provide 24 volts and five amps of power through the boost IC, and temperature control is set in the battery compartment to provide different temperature options, so as to achieve different taste experiences. - In the embodiment, the
control circuit board 213 is further provided with a control button, a charging interface and an output interface; the control button controls the operation of theheating element 12; the charging interface is used to charge thebattery 212 to ensure the battery life of the electrical heating hookah, which is recycled and environmentally friendly; the output interface is a USD output structure, which can be connected to external mobile devices such as mobile phones to provide charging. - Further, the
control circuit board 213 is connected with a plurality of LED lamp beads; theshell 211 is provided with a first light-guide element 2113; thesecond bracket 2112 is provided with a second light-guide element 2114; the first light-guide element 2113 and the second light-guide element 2114 are made of transparent material and the LED lamp beads are arranged inside; theshell 211 and thesecond bracket 2112 are hollowed, so that the lights of the LED lamp beads are respectively transmitted through the first light-guide element 2113 and the second light-guide element 2114, and the use atmosphere is good, which increases the entertainment and interest of the electrical heating hookah. Preferably, the LED lamp beads can be colored LED lamp beads to provide a variety of changing lights and increase the modernity of the product. - In the embodiment, an
air outlet channel 2115 is penetrated in thesecond bracket 2112 to be communicated with theliquid storage bottle 31; the outer side of thesecond bracket 2112 is provided with ahollow fixing column 2116 at theair outlet channel 2115; thesuction nozzle 33 is connected to thehollow fixing column 2116 through ahose 331. With thehose 331 for connection, thesuction nozzle 33 has a high degree of freedom of movement, strong connection stability, and can ensure the flow of gas; different lengths ofhose 331 can be used to increase the use distance of the electrical heating hookah, which is convenient for use. - Specifically, the upper end of the
shell 211 is provided with a supportingcolumn 2117; thesuction nozzle 33 is detachably connected to the supportingcolumn 2117; thesuction nozzle 33 can be separated from the supportingcolumn 2117 when in use, and thesuction nozzle 33 can be suspended on the supportingcolumn 2117 when not in use, which is convenient for use and portability. - Preferably, the bottom of the
liquid storage bottle 31 is provided with asilicone pad 311 to facilitate stable placement of the electrical heating hookah. - Further, the
suction nozzle 33 is provided with a breathing sensing module, and the breathing sensing module is electrically connected to the control circuit board. When the user sucks, the breathing sensing module senses the flow of gas, and then controls theheating element 12 to perform heating and atomization through thecontrol circuit board 213 to realize the automatic suction function. In the embodiment, the heating element adopts four spring-like heating wires arranged in series, or looped around, fixed on a quartz plate, and externally insulated with silica gel and an aluminum alloy cup cover. - The above embodiments of the invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the invention. For those skilled in the art, other different forms of modifications or changes on the basis of the above description can also be made Not all implementations can be exhaustive here. Any obvious modifications or changes derived from the technical solutions of the invention shall all fall within the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (8)
1. An electrical heating hookah, comprising an electrical heating atomization component, a battery component, and a filtration component; the electrical heating atomization component is used to heat and atomize prepared opium paste or e-liquid to generate gas; the battery component is used to provide electrical energy to the atomization component; the filtration component comprises a liquid storage bottle, a pipe and a suction nozzle; the pipe is communicated with the atomization component and the liquid storage bottle, and the suction nozzle is communicated with the liquid storage bottle; the gas enters the liquid storage bottle through the pipe and is filtered and then discharged through the suction nozzle.
2. The electrical heating hookah according to claim 1 , wherein the atomization component comprises a first main body and a heating element; the first main body comprises a base, a cup body, and a cup cover; the cup cover and the cup body cover together to form an atomization cavity to accommodate the heating element; the bottom of the cup body is provided with a plurality of vent holes connected to the atomization cavity; the base is provided with an accommodation cavity for accommodating the cup body, and the bottom end thereof is communicated with the pipe.
3. The electrical heating hookah according to claim 1 , wherein the electrical heating atomization component comprises a second main body, and an electronic cigarette atomizer and an electronic cigarette power supply that are provided in the second main body; the electronic cigarette power supply is electrically connected to the battery component and supplies power to the electronic cigarette or the cigarette heating atomizer; the second main body comprises an upper cover and a lower cover that are detachably connected; the lower cover is provided with a through hole that is communicated with the pipe.
4. The electrical heating hookah according to claim 2 , wherein the atomization component is provided with a heat insulation element and a plurality of sealing rings.
5. The electrical heating hookah according to claim 2 , wherein the battery component comprises a shell, and a battery and a control circuit board that are provided in the shell; the upper end of the shell is provided with a first bracket for fixing the atomization component, and the lower end of the shell is provided with a second bracket for connecting the filtration component; the battery and the control circuit board are respectively fixed on the second bracket; the battery and the heating element are respectively electrically connected to the control circuit board.
6. The electrical heating hookah according to claim 5 , wherein the control circuit board is connected with a plurality of LED lamp beads; the shell is provided with a first light-guide element; the second bracket is provided with a second light-guide element; the shell and the second bracket are hollowed; the lights of the LED lamp beads are respectively transmitted through the first light-guide element and the second light-guide element.
7. The electrical heating hookah according to claim 5 , wherein an air outlet channel is penetrated in the second bracket to be communicated with the liquid storage bottle; the outer side of the second bracket is provided with a hollow fixing column at the air outlet channel; the suction nozzle is connected to the hollow fixing column through a hose; the upper end of the shell is provided with a supporting column; the suction nozzle is detachably connected to the supporting column.
8. The electrical heating hookah according to claim 1 , wherein the suction nozzle is provided with a breathing sensing module, and the breathing sensing module is electrically connected to the control circuit board.
