It is regarded that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, and not to limit the present invention.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 , the present invention provides a magnetic decorative buckle for fixing clothing, comparing a first attractingpiece 1 and a second attractingpiece 2. One of them can be magnetic, such as magnet, and the other can use an iron piece attracted to the magnet. However, the inventor considers that when the clothing clamped between the first attractingpiece 1 and the second attractingpiece 2 is thick, it is difficult to generate enough magnetic force with a single magnet, so using two magnets can generate sufficient attracting force. Both the first attractingpiece 1 and the second attractingpiece 2 can be magnetized, and are mutually attracted and connected together by magnetism, thereby fixing the clothes placed between the two attracting pieces. The front views of thefirst attraction piece 1 and thesecond attraction piece 2 are substantially the same. The front view of thefirst attraction piece 1 is the front view of the magnetic decorative buckle as shown in FIG. The front view of theattraction piece 2 is the rear view of the magnetic decorative buckle as shown inFIG. 2 . - Referring to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , it is shown that the shapes of thefirst attraction piece 1 and thesecond attraction piece 2 are both irregularly elliptical, and both include twoholes 3 in the middle. The total area of theholes 3 is greater than half of the area of each attraction piece (thefirst attraction piece 1 or the second attraction piece 2). The shape of eachhole 3 may be circular, oval or irregular. And the shape and size of eachhole 3 may be the same or different, too. In the embodiment of the present invention, the shapes of the two holes on each attraction piece are both oval, and the sizes of the two holes are different. The main parts (other than the magnet) of the first and the second attracting piece are made of aluminum, for lighter, and the outside of the attraction piece can be covered with other foils as decoration. - The
hole 3 is used to pass clothing through, so that the clothing fill and fix thehole 3. The clothing can be redesigned by using magnetic decorative buckles, as in some of the following situations: to achieve the effect of close-fitting when you wear relatively loose clothing; to shorten the hem of the clothing, or to produce some folds or decorations on the clothing; to fix certain parts of the clothing, etc. You can use the magnetic decorative buckle to achieve. Specifically, the lower part of the clothing (such as a shirt) is passed through the twoholes 3 of thefirst attraction piece 1 and thesecond attraction piece 2, thefirst attraction piece 1 and thesecond attraction piece 2 are connected by magnetism and fix the part of the shirt passing through the twoholes 3, so as to realize the change of clothing shape. - This method of re-sculpting clothing is different from the traditional methods such as belts and lacing, and provides a new method of fixing clothes. It is not only simple to operate, but also has a simple and compact design of magnetic decorative buckles. By using the magnetic decorative buckles, you can achieve different effect of wearing just one clothing. It can make a simple T-shirt fashionable, bring a new wearing experience, and demonstrate the taste and personality of the person. In addition, it can also achieve environmental protection by reducing the frequency of users buying new clothing and discarding old ones.
- Both the
first attraction piece 1 and thesecond attraction piece 2 are provided with at least two magnetic mounting sections, and magnets are installed inside, so that both of them have magnetism. Referring toFIG. 4 andFIG. 6 ,FIG. 4 is the rear view of thefirst attraction piece 1, andFIG. 6 is a rear view of thesecond attraction piece 2. In the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom surface of the first attractingpiece 1 is provided with three magnet block mounting parts, and the bottom surface of the second attractingpiece 2 corresponds to the bottom surface of the first attractingpiece 1 and the magnet block mounting part is provided with three magnets. Block installation department. The magnetic block mounting part is a circular groove, the three magnetic block mounting parts are relatively evenly arranged on the bottom surface of each attraction piece, and the total area of the three magnetic block mounting parts is much smaller than the area of each attraction piece One-half of that. - When the
first attraction piece 1 and thesecond attraction piece 2 are close to each other, by aligning the magnetic mounting sections on the two attraction pieces, thefirst attraction piece 1 and thesecond attraction piece 2 will be attracted by each other, then overlap and connect. In addition, since the magnetic force of the two magnet is large, the connection of the two attracting pieces is very strong and not easy to be separated. So, when fixing the clothing, it can achieve the same result as a belt, but the shape of the accessories is smaller. - Referring to
FIG. 5 andFIG. 7 ,FIG. 5 is the right side view of thefirst attraction piece 1, andFIG. 7 is the right side view of thesecond attraction piece 2. It is shown that the thickness of thefirst attraction piece 1 and thesecond attraction piece 2 are different, and the thickness of thefirst attraction piece 1 is slightly greater than the t thesecond attraction piece 2. Specifically, the upper surface of thefirst attraction piece 1 is slightly convex outward, and the upper surface of thesecond attraction piece 2 is flat. This design facilitates the introduction of part of the clothing into the hole, and the side of magnetic decorative buckle which is close to the user's body (that is, the upper surface of the second attraction piece 2) is flat, and that will not let user feels discomfort. The lower surfaces (or bottom surfaces) of thefirst attraction piece 1 and thesecond attraction piece 2 are both flat. The design of such surface is flat to help strengthen magnetic attraction between thefirst attraction piece 1 and thesecond attraction piece 2. - Specifically, the thickness of the
first attraction piece 1 is 8 mm-20 mm, and the thickness of thesecond attraction piece 2 is 4 mm-15 mm. - Because this product is generally used for the decoration of clothing, the overall aesthetics must be considered. If the magnet is directly embedded on the
first attraction piece 1 and thesecond attraction piece 2, since the material of the magnet is different from that of the attraction piece, it is difficult to keep the surface of the attraction piece flat and beautiful. The magnet is also difficult to fix, and is easy to fall off to cause failure. For this reason, the first attractingpiece 1 and the second attractingpiece 2 are generally made of aluminum alloy, and then magnets are installed in them. In order to facilitate the installation of the magnet, the attracting pieces are respectively provided with a decorative cover and a bottom cover. The bottom cover is provided with a magnetic mounting section, and the magnet or iron piece is embedded in the magnetic mounting section. Then, the bottom cover is inserted into the bottom surface of the decorative cover and fixed by screws 4, while the bottom surface of the bottom cover is level with the bottom surface of the decorative cover. - The above descriptions are only the preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement and improvement made within the principles of the present invention shall be included within the scope of protection.
