Description
- This application claims the benefit of priority to Taiwan Patent Application No. 110104728, filed on Feb. 8, 2021. The entire content of the above identified application is incorporated herein by reference.
- Some references, which may include patents, patent applications and various publications, may be cited and discussed in the description of this disclosure. The citation and/or discussion of such references is provided merely to clarify the description of the present disclosure and is not an admission that any such reference is “prior art” to the disclosure described herein. All references cited and discussed in this specification are incorporated herein by reference in their entireties and to the same extent as if each reference was individually incorporated by reference.
- The present disclosure relates to a clothing, and more particularly to a functional clothing having improved pockets.
- In present society, people emphasize portability and efficiency. Therefore, people usually only carry valuable personal items when going out. Most commercial clothing has pockets for users to place small items, such as change, keys, and wallets. However, the pockets on such clothing generally only provide storage for the items, and too many different items will cause difficulties for the user when attempting to take a certain one out.
- For instance, when a key, a business card and change are placed in the same pocket and the user takes out the key, the business card or change may be caught on and brought along with the key to fall out of the pocket. In addition, most of the pockets are made of non-elastic plain woven fabrics. Therefore, when the user changes posture or moves, the items in the pockets may easily slip out of the pocket and be lost. Although most of valuable items (such as credit cards, ID cards, banknotes, change, etc.) are placed in a wallet, when the wallet is placed in the pocket of a pair of pants, the pocket may bulge out and affect the aesthetic appearance.
- In conventional technologies, zippers or buttons are arranged at an opening of the pocket, so as to prevent items from slipping out of the pockets. However, the zippers or buttons are hard parts that cause wearing discomfort to the user.
- Therefore, how to enhance convenience and security of the pockets through structural design improvements, whilst taking into account the aesthetic appearance of the clothing to overcome the above-referenced technical inadequacies, has become an important issue yet to be solved in this field.
- In response to the above-referenced technical inadequacies, the present disclosure provides a functional clothing having improved pockets, which provides not only the security of a wallet, but also aesthetic appeal and comfort when worn.
- In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a functional clothing having improved pockets. The functional clothing is a top, a coat, a vest, a pair of pants, or a skirt. The functional clothing includes a clothing body, a first pocket, a card holder pocket, a second pocket and an inner pocket. The first pocket is disposed on the clothing body and has a first pocket space. The card holder pocket is disposed in the first pocket space, and the card holder pocket has at least one card holder pocket space. The second pocket is disposed on the clothing body and has a second pocket space. The inner pocket is disposed in the second pocket space, and the inner pocket has an inner pocket space.
- In certain embodiments, the clothing body includes a first outer cloth and a first inner cloth, the first outer cloth is connected to a portion of the first inner cloth so as to form the first pocket space, and the card holder pocket is disposed on the first inner cloth.
- In certain embodiments, the card holder pocket includes an inner card holder pocket cloth and a plurality of outer card holder pocket cloths that overlap, and the at least one card holder pocket space includes an inner card holder pocket space and a plurality of outer card holder pocket spaces. The inner card holder pocket cloth is connected to a portion of the first inner cloth to form the inner card holder pocket space, and the plurality of outer card holder pocket cloths are sequentially arranged on an outer side of the inner card holder pocket cloth to form the plurality of outer card holder pocket spaces.
- In certain embodiments, the clothing body includes a second outer cloth and a second inner cloth, the second outer cloth is connected to a portion of the second inner cloth so as to form the second pocket space, and the inner pocket is disposed on the second inner cloth.
- In certain embodiments, the inner pocket includes an inner pocket cloth and the inner pocket cloth is connected to a portion of the second inner cloth so as to form the inner pocket space.
- In certain embodiments, the functional clothing is the pair of pants or the skirt, the functional clothing further includes a waist pocket, and the clothing body includes a waist part. The waist pocket is disposed at the waist part and the waist pocket has a waist pocket space.
- In certain embodiments, the clothing body includes a first outer cloth, the first outer cloth is connected to a portion of the clothing body so as to form the first pocket space, and the card holder pocket is disposed on the clothing body.
- In certain embodiments, the card holder pocket includes an inner card holder pocket cloth and a plurality of outer card holder pocket cloths that overlap, and the at least one card holder pocket space includes an inner card holder pocket space and a plurality of outer card holder pocket spaces. The inner card holder pocket cloth is connected to a portion of the clothing body to form the inner card holder pocket space, and the plurality of outer card holder pocket cloths are sequentially arranged on an outer side of the inner card holder pocket cloth to form the plurality of outer card holder pocket spaces.
- In certain embodiments, the clothing body includes a second outer cloth, the second outer cloth is connected to a portion of the clothing body so as to form the second pocket space, and the inner pocket is disposed on the clothing body.
- In certain embodiments, the inner pocket includes an inner pocket cloth and the inner pocket cloth is connected to a portion of the clothing body so as to form the inner pocket space.
- In certain embodiments, a material of the card holder pocket is elastic cloth and the elastic cloth has a stretching rate ranging from 3% to 10%.
- One of the advantages of the present disclosure is that, by virtue of “the card holder pocket being disposed in the first pocket space, and the card holder pocket having the at least one card holder pocket space” and “the inner pocket being disposed in the second pocket space, and the inner pocket having the inner pocket space”, the functional clothing having improved pockets provided by the present disclosure improves a spatial distribution in the pocket, enhances convenience for users and the security of items, and has both the aesthetic appeal and comfort when worn by the user.

- Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 7 , a first embodiment of the present disclosure provides a functional clothing C, which is a top, a coat, a vest, a pair of pants, or a skirt. In this embodiment, the functional clothing C is a pair of trousers. The functional clothing C at least includes aclothing body 10, afirst pocket 20, acard holder pocket 30, asecond pocket 40, and aninner pocket 50. Thefirst pocket 20 is disposed on theclothing body 10 and has afirst pocket space 21. Thecard holder pocket 30 is disposed in thefirst pocket space 21, and thecard holder pocket 30 has at least one cardholder pocket space 31. Thesecond pocket 40 is disposed on theclothing body 10 and has asecond pocket space 41. Theinner pocket 50 is disposed in thesecond pocket space 41, and theinner pocket 50 has aninner pocket space 51. In this embodiment, the functional clothing C can further include awaist pocket 60 and other pockets (for instance, two back pockets, which are not shown). However, the aforementioned description for the functional clothing C of the first embodiment is merely an example and is not meant to limit the scope of the present disclosure. - Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 , in this embodiment, thefirst pocket 20 and thesecond pocket 40 are respectively disposed on corresponding sides of theclothing body 10, and theclothing body 10 includes a firstouter cloth 11, a firstinner cloth 12, a secondouter cloth 13, a secondinner cloth 14, and awaist part 15. The firstouter cloth 11 is connected to a portion of the firstinner cloth 12 so as to form thefirst pocket space 21, and thecard holder pocket 30 is disposed on the firstinner cloth 12. The secondouter cloth 13 is connected to a portion of the secondinner cloth 14 so as to form thesecond pocket space 41, and theinner pocket 50 is disposed on the secondinner cloth 14. Thewaist pocket 60 is disposed at thewaist part 15 and has awaist pocket space 61. - In this embodiment, the
first pocket 20, thesecond pocket 40, and thewaist pocket 60 are inside pockets. In other words, thefirst pocket 20, thesecond pocket 40, and thewaist pocket 60 are hidden in theclothing body 10. In certain other embodiments, positions of the first pocket and the second pocket can be not symmetrical. In addition, when the functional clothing is the pants or the skirt, the functional clothing can be configured to have the waist pocket for placing keys in practical application, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , thecard holder pocket 30 includes an inner cardholder pocket cloth 32 and a plurality of outer cardholder pocket cloths 33 that overlap, and the at least one cardholder pocket space 31 includes an inner cardholder pocket space 311 and a plurality of outer cardholder pocket spaces 312. In addition, the inner cardholder pocket cloth 32 is connected to a portion of the firstinner cloth 12 to form the inner cardholder pocket space 311, and the plurality of outer cardholder pocket cloths 33 are sequentially arranged on an outer side of the inner cardholder pocket cloth 32 to form the plurality of outer cardholder pocket spaces 312. For instance, a width of the inner cardholder pocket cloth 32 and the outer cardholder pocket cloths 33 can range from 48 mm to 52 mm (which is shorter than widths of commercially available cards), but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Specifically speaking, each cardholder pocket space 31 has a corresponding card holder opening. In this embodiment, two of the outer cardholder pocket cloths 33 are sequentially and downwardly arranged, and are partially overlapped on the outer side of the inner cardholder pocket cloth 32. As such, each card holder opening is sequentially and downwardly arranged. Therefore, during use, cards stored in each cardholder pocket space 31 may not overlap completely, so as to prevent thefirst pocket 20 from bulging and affecting the appearance. Further, thefirst pocket 20 includes afirst pocket bottom 22, and thecard holder pocket 30 is spaced from the first pocket bottom 22 (preferably, a distance between thecard holder pocket 30 and thefirst pocket bottom 22 is about 2 to 15 cm). In other words, during use, items in thefirst pocket 20 will not completely overlap with the cards in thecard holder pocket 30, so as to prevent thefirst pocket 20 from bulging and affecting the aesthetic appearance. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , when in use, thecard holder pocket 30 is suitable for storing a plurality of cards 80 (such as credit cards, ID cards, ATM cards, etc.), and surface areas of the inner cardholder pocket cloth 32 and the outer cardholder pocket cloths 33 are about 80% to 90% of a standard card size. Therefore, each of thecards 80 can be completely clamped in thecard holder pocket 30, and is partially exposed so as to be easily taken out by the user. It should be noted that in order to prevent the valuable items from slipping out of the pocket, a material of thecard holder pocket 30 can be an elastic cloth, which has a stretching rate ranging from 3% to 10% (preferably, from 5% to 8%). Furthermore, the cloth conventionally used to make pockets is plain woven fabric, which has no elasticity. Therefore, items may easily move in the pocket during wear, or the card may be difficult to take out. The material of thecard holder pocket 30 of the present disclosure is a knitted fabric with elasticity, which allows the cardholder pocket space 31 to be relatively stretchable, so that the user can take thecards 80 out conveniently. Moreover, thecard holder pocket 30 having a stretching rate within a specific range can hold thecards 80, so as to ensure that thecards 80 will not easily slip out of the cardholder pocket space 31. - Referring to
FIG. 6 , theinner pocket 50 includes aninner pocket cloth 52, and theinner pocket cloth 52 is connected to a portion of the secondinner cloth 14 so as to form theinner pocket space 51. Referring toFIG. 7 , in practice, theinner pocket 50 can be used to store banknotes or change. In addition, thesecond pocket 40 includes asecond pocket bottom 42, and theinner pocket 50 is spaced apart from the second pocket bottom 42 (preferably, a distance between theinner pocket 50 and thesecond pocket bottom 42 is about 2 to 15 cm).
