Both thelock body PCB 110 and thegrounding conductor 114 are installed in the rotary compartment internal cavity. Thelock body PCB 110 is electrically connected to themotor 18 and the lockingcontacts 113. Thegrounding conductor 114 is in contact with thereset pusher block 17. The fixingplate 111 is fitted in the rotary compartment internal cavity. The fixingplate 111 is movably sleeved on the outer end of thepin 16. Thetongue 115 is fixedly connected to the inner end of therotary compartment 12 through thetongue nut 116. - It should be noted that the
grounding conductor 114 may be in different manners, as long as thekey 2 is inserted to form a loop with the lock body PCB110. For example, it may be connected to thelock housing 11 with a circuit board, and thelock housing 11 is in contact with thekey 2. Alternatively, thereset pusher block 17 has an inclination. Only when thekey 2 is inserted, thereset pusher block 17 is to be in contact with thegrounding conductor 114, not having to be in contact all the time. - As shown in
FIG. 8 , thecam 19 has acam body 191, acam engaging block 192, acam limiting block 193, a caminclined surface 194, a camcylindrical surface 195, and a camarcuate groove 196. Thecam limiting block 193 extends outwardly from the outer end of thecam body 191. The camarcuate groove 196 is formed on the outer wall of thecam body 191. Thecam engaging block 192 extends outwardly from the side wall of thecam body 191. The cam inclinedsurface 194 is formed on the inner end of thecam body 191. The camcylindrical surface 195 protrudes inwardly from the cam inclinedsurface 194. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , thereset pusher block 17 is an L-shaped member. The L-shaped member has avertical section 171. The inner side wall of thevertical section 171 is provided with anarcuate sleeve 172. Thearcuate sleeve 172 has aninclined end face 173. Theinclined end face 173 of thearcuate sleeve 172 cooperates with the camcylindrical surface 195 of thecam 19 to be engaged with or disengaged from each other. - As shown in
FIG. 9 , thekey 2 includes akey housing 21, akey head 22, aguide plate 23, two return pins 24, agrounding spring 25, abattery 26, a groundingelastic plate 27, an electrodeelastic plate 28, and akey PCB 29. Thekey head 22 is fixed at the front end of thekey housing 21. The front end of thekey head 22 is formed with a steel ball groove 221 for thesteel ball 112 in the lock body 1 to be engaged therein. Theguide plate 23 is movably fitted in thekey head 22. The return pins 24 are movably inserted in guide holes of thekey head 22. Thegrounding spring 25 is sleeved on thecorresponding return pin 24. Two ends of thegrounding spring 25 are respectively pressed against aflange 241 of thecorresponding return pin 24 and thekey housing 21 to provide a spring force to push thecorresponding return pin 24 outwardly. Thebattery 26 is installed in thekey housing 21. Both the groundingelastic plate 27 and the electrodeelastic plate 28 are installed on the inner wall of thekey housing 21. The groundingelastic plate 27 and the electrodeelastic plate 28 are in contact with two electrodes of thebattery 26 respectively, and are electrically connected to thekey PCB 29 and the tworeturn pins 24 through wires. - The
key housing 21 is composed of a keytop cover 211, akey bottom cover 212 and acover body 213. The keytop cover 211 and thekey bottom cover 212 are fixed to the top and the bottom of thecover body 213, respectively. - The working principle of the present invention is described below.
- When the
key 2 is inserted in the lock body 1, thekey head 22 pushes thereset pusher block 17 to complete the connection of the grounding terminal. Thegrounding conductor 114 is always in contact with thereset pusher block 17. While thereset pusher block 17 is pushed in place, the return pins 24 on thekey 2 are in contact with the lockingcontacts 113 of the lock body 1. When thereset pusher block 17 is in place, theinclined end face 173 of thearcuate sleeve 172 of thereset pusher block 17 is separated from the cam inclinedsurface 194 of thecam 19 to make the restriction invalid. The key 2 supplies power to the lock body 1 and drives themotor 18 after the signal transmission is completed. After themotor 18 drives thecam 19 to rotate 90 degrees, thecam limiting block 193 is limited by a limitingsurface 123 of therotary compartment 12 and the camarcuate groove 196 of thecam 19 is aligned with thepin 16, so that the restriction of the pin 10 fails. At this time, thekey 2 is turned to drive therotary compartment 12. Thepin 16 has a free displacement toward the axis due to the failure of restriction of thecam 19. When therotary compartment 12 is rotated, the head of thepin 16 slides relative to the arcuate groove on the inner wall of thelock housing 11 to move thepin 16 toward the axis, thereby failing the rotation restriction inside the lock and unlocking. When thekey 2 is inserted, thesteel ball 112 slides into the steel ball groove 221 of thekey head 22. After thekey 2 is turned, thesteel ball 112 is engaged in thesteel ball groove 221, so that the key 2 cannot be pulled out. When thekey 2 is turned back to the initial position, thepin 16 is reset by thepin spring 15, the restriction of thesteel ball 112 is invalid, and thekey 2 is pulled out. Thereset pusher block 17 is reset by thereset spring 14 when thekey 2 is pulled out. Theinclined end face 173 of thereset pusher block 17 is in cooperation with the cam inclinedsurface 194 of thecam 19 to reset thecam 19. After thecam 19 is reset, the restriction of thepin 16 becomes effective, and the lock is locked. Thearcuate sleeve 172 of thereset pusher block 17 is fitted with the camcylindrical surface 195 of thecam 19 to ensure that the center of theinclined end face 173 of thereset pusher block 17 coincides with the axis of thecam 19. The inner end face of thecam 19 coincides with thevertical section 171 of thereset pusher block 17 to ensure that thecam 19 will not be tilted due to the matching relationship between the elastic force of thereset spring 14 and theinclined end surface 173. Thecam engaging block 192 cooperates with the limitingsurface 123 of therotary compartment 12 to prevent themotor 18 from turning incorrectly and failing to unlock. Arotary compartment surface 122 cooperates with the circumferential surface of the motor 4 to prevent that when therotary compartment 12 is twisted violently, thepin 16 is against thecam 19 and thecam 19 is displaced to cause a false locking. - Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
