Abstract

The present invention discloses a one-button-opened cup cap and cup. The cup comprises a cup body and a cup cap partially inserted into the cup body. The cup cap comprises a pressing assembly, a water shutoff assembly and an exhaust assembly. The water shutoff assembly comprises a main cap, a sealing cap and a linkage component. The pressing assembly is connected with the main cap. The linkage component is provided with an air outlet hole plugged by the exhaust assembly. The pressing assembly is longitudinally pressed under the action of external force to act on the exhaust assembly and unblock the air outlet hole. The main cap restricts the pressing assembly from positioned at two longitudinal positions different in height. The present invention has the advantages of need of only pressing the pressing component when disconnecting the cup cap from the cup body, and simple and quick disconnection operation.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to the technical field of cup caps, relates to a one-button-opened cup, and particularly relates to a one-button-opened cup cap and cup.
  • BACKGROUND
  • A cup cap of an existing cup is usually fixed to a cup body in a threaded connection mode, so the cap is slowly opened. To enable the cup cap to be quickly opened, the existing cup cap is disconnected quickly from the cup body in a press-to-open mode, the opened cup cap is partially pressed to ensure convenient opening, and a check valve is provided in the cup cap to unblock an air hole. However, such cup cap is not applicable to be a cup cap of a vacuum cup because the cup cap may affect the heat preservation performance of the vacuum cup.
  • For some cup bodies, to ensure the heat preservation performance, the cup bodies are usually provided with vacuum layers, hot or cold water may be stored in the cup bodies, and the change in water temperature may change the intensity of pressure in the cup bodies. However, the press-to-open cup cap is not provided with an exhaust assembly, easily causing that the cup cap is not easy to disconnect from the cup body.
  • Some patents, such as the patent with authorized announcement No. CN112716235A provides a press-to-open cap and cup. The bottom of the cap is provided with an exhaust hole, and an exhaust column is connected to a rubber plug to plug the exhaust hole. The cap is disconnected from the cup by pressing a button. At this moment, the button may act on the exhaust column and unblock the exhaust hole, an upper cap is required to be pressed to implement limit seal between the cap and the cup, the cap is opened by only conducting simple pressing operation, but the opened cap is pressed by operating different components. In actual use, it is easy to make mistakes, causing that the cap is not closed.
  • Therefore, there is a need to provide a one-button-opened cup cap having the advantages of need of only pressing same component, easy disconnection and wide applicability and a cup.
  • SUMMARY
  • A technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a one-button-opened cup cap having the advantages of need of only pressing same component, easy disconnection and wide applicability and a cup.
  • To solve the above-mentioned technical problem, the present invention adopts the following technical solution: a one-button-opened cup cap, comprising a pressing assembly, a water shutoff assembly and an exhaust assembly, wherein the pressing assembly and the exhaust assembly are provided on the water shutoff assembly and are longitudinally pressed, the pressing assembly is downwards pressed under the action of external force, the pressing assembly acts on the exhaust assembly; the water shutoff assembly comprises a sealing cap provided with a deformation section capable of being deformed, the water shutoff assembly restricts a longitudinal displacement position of the pressing assembly, and the deformation section deforms or restores to an initial state.
  • Further, the pressing assembly comprises a pressing component and a limit component, wherein the limit component is provided on the pressing component and is rotatablely mounted, the water shutoff assembly controls the pressing component to rotate, and the water shutoff assembly restricts the longitudinal displacement of the pressing component and the limit component.
  • Further, the water shutoff assembly comprises a main cap snap-fitted with the pressing component, a linkage component connected with the main cap in an insertion mode, and an actuating rod hinged with the linkage component, wherein the actuating rod restricts the linkage component from disconnecting from the main cap.
  • Further, an upper section of the sealing cap is provided with a fitting section, a lower section is provided with a fixing section, the deformation section is located between the fitting section and the fixing section, the fitting section is adhered and fixed to the main cap, and the fixing section is fixed to the linkage component. The outer side of the upper end of the main cap is provided with a 7-shaped folding edge, a flanging edge is provided at the upper end of the fitting section, and the flanging edge is adhered and fixed to the folding edge.
  • Further, the linkage component is provided with a butting plate and a plurality of convex columns provided on the butting plate, an actuating hole is formed in the butting plate, the main cap is provided with a partition plate, the convex columns penetrate the partition plate from bottom to top and are hinged with the actuating rod, and a first spring is provided between the butting plate and the partition plate for elastic support.
  • Further, the actuating rod is provided with a main body section hinged with the convex columns and an actuating section butted against the partition plate, a hinged end hinged with the convex columns is provided at one end of the main body section, the other end is a movable end, under the elastic support of the first spring, the actuating section supports the movable end of the main body section to butt against the pressing component.
  • Further, the butting plate is provided with an actuating hole longitudinally arranged, a hole wall of the actuating hole is provided with a first tooth slot, the limit component is provided with a second tooth slot, and the limit component is rotated once if the second tooth slot comes into contact with the first tooth slot once.
  • Further, the partition plate is provided with a through hole longitudinally arranged, an inner wall of the through hole is provided with a third tooth slot, the rotated limit component moves longitudinally in the through hole and is not affected by the third tooth slot, or the first tooth slot is butted against the second tooth slot and restricts the longitudinal lifting movement of the limit component.
  • Further, an air outlet hole longitudinally penetrating the butting plate is formed in the actuating hole, the exhaust assembly comprises a movable column, a second spring sleeved on the movable column and a sealing gasket fixed to the movable column, the movable column penetrates the air outlet hole from top to bottom, a section of the sealing gasket is located below the air outlet hole, and the second spring elastically supports the sealing gasket to plug the air outlet hole.
  • A cup, comprising a cup body, and any one-button-opened cup cap mentioned above, wherein the cup body is provided with a chamber and a cup opening in communication with the chamber, the one-button-opened cup cap is inserted from the cup opening of the cup body, and a flanging edge of the sealing cap holds and plugs the cup opening. The pressing component is downwards pressed under the action of external force, the second tooth slot of the limit component acts on the first tooth slot of the actuating hole, the limit component is rotated, the pressing component acts on the movable component, the movable component compresses the second spring and drives the sealing component to be away from the air outlet hole, the air outlet hole is unblocked, when the third tooth slot restricts the limit component from axially moving in the through hole, a gap between the partition plate and the butting plate is narrowed, the deformation section of the sealing cap is partially overlapped and deformed, the deformed deformation section having a dimension greater than that of the inner wall of the chamber, and the deformation section is adhered to the inner wall of the chamber to restrict the cup cap from disconnecting from the cup body; and when the limit component axially moves in the through hole, the gap between the partition plate and the butting plate is increased under the elastic support of the first spring, the deformation section of the sealing cap restores to the initial state, and the deformation section restoring to the initial state has a dimension less than that of the inner wall of the chamber.
  • Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages of need of only pressing the pressing component when disconnecting the cup cap from the cup body, and simple and quick disconnection operation; the cup cap is provided with an air outlet hole unblocked by pressing, is wide in applicability, and the cup cap is easy to disconnect from the cup body.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. Those skilled in the art will understand that the descriptions are only descriptive and exemplary, and shall not be interpreted to limit the protection scope of the present invention.
  • It should be noted that similar reference signs indicate similar items in the following drawings. Therefore, a certain item may not be further defined and explained in the subsequent drawings once defined in one drawing.
  • A cup cap of an existing cup is usually fixed to a cup body in a threaded connection mode, so the cap is slowly opened. To enable the cup cap to be quickly opened, the existing cup cap is disconnected quickly from the cup body in a press-to-open mode, the opened cup cap is partially pressed to ensure convenient opening, and a check valve is provided in the cup cap to unblock an air hole. However, such cup cap is not applicable to be a cup cap of a vacuum cup because the cup cap may affect the heat preservation performance of the vacuum cup.
  • For some cup bodies, to ensure the heat preservation performance, the cup bodies are usually provided with vacuum layers, hot or cold water may be stored in the cup bodies, and the change in water temperature may change the intensity of pressure in the cup bodies. However, the press-to-open cup cap is not provided with an exhaust assembly, easily causing that the cup cap is not easy to disconnect from the cup body.
  • A part of the bottom of the cap is provided with an exhaust hole, and an exhaust column is connected to a rubber plug to plug the exhaust hole. The cap is disconnected from the cup by pressing a button. At this moment, the button may act on the exhaust column and unblock the exhaust hole, an upper cap is required to be pressed to implement limit seal between the cap and the cup, the cap is opened by only conducting simple pressing operation, but the opened cap is pressed by operating different components. In actual use, it is easy to make mistakes, causing that the cap is not closed.
  • The present embodiment mainly illustrates the one-button-opened cup cap having the advantages of need of only pressing same component, easy separation and wide applicability and the cup as follows.
  • As shown in FIG. 1-FIG. 9, a one-button-opened cup cap and cup. The cup comprises a cup body 002 and a cup cap 001. The cup body 002 is provided with a chamber 002 b and a cup opening 002 a in communication with the chamber 002 b, the cup cap 001 is partially inserted into the chamber 002 b from the cup opening 002 a of the cup body 002, the cup opening 002 a is plugged by the cup cap 001, and the cup cap 001 is partially adhered and fixed to the inner wall of the chamber 002 b of the cup body 002.
  • The cup cap 001 comprises a pressing assembly 01, a water shutoff assembly 02 and an exhaust assembly 03. The water shutoff assembly 02 is partially inserted into the chamber 002 b of the cup body 002 and plugs the cup opening 002 a. Both the pressing assembly 01 and the exhaust assembly 03 are mounted on the water shutoff assembly 02, and both the pressing assembly 01 and the exhaust assembly can be longitudinally pressed. Preferably, the pressing assembly 01 is pressed under the action of external force, and the exhaust assembly 03 is pressed under the push of the pressing assembly 01.
  • The pressing assembly 01 comprises a pressing component 1 and a limit component 2. The pressing component 1 is provided with a pressing portion 1-1, the periphery of the pressing portion 1-1 is provided with a surrounding edge 1-2 longitudinally extending downwards, and a limit portion 1-3 is provided at the end of the surrounding edge 1-2 away from the pressing portion 1-1. The limit portion 1-3 comprises a reverse hook of which one end is connected to the surrounding edge 1-2 and the other end can move flexibly. The pressing portion 1-1 is provided with an extension bar 1-4 longitudinally arranged, the limit component 2 is sleeved on the extension bar 1-4, and the limit component 2 is rotated around the axis of the extension bar 1-4. In the present embodiment, a fixing component 3 is provided the end of the extension bar 1-4 for fixed connection, the fixing component 3 restricting the disconnection and extension of the limit portion 1-3. A screw may be used as the fixing component 3.
  • The water shutoff assembly 02 comprises a main cap 4, a sealing cap 5, a linkage component 6 and an actuating rod 7. An upper section of the sealing cap 5 is adhered and fixed to the main cap 4, and a lower section of the sealing cap 5 is fixedly connected with the linkage component 6. The linkage component 6 is connected with the main cap 4 in an insertion mode, and the actuating rod 7 is hinged with the linkage component 6, the actuating rod 7 restricting the linkage component 6 from disconnecting from the main cap 4.
  • The main cap 4 is provided with a partition plate 4-1, the partition plate 4-1 is provided with a plurality of through-slots 4-1 a longitudinally penetrating the partition plate 4-1, the linkage component 6 is provided with a plurality of convex columns 6-1, the convex columns 6-1 are inserted into the through-slots 4-1 a in one-to-one correspondence, the convex columns 6-1 of the linkage component 6 are inserted into the through-slots 4-la from bottom to top and penetrate the through-slots 4-1 a, and the end of each of the convex columns 6-1 penetrating the through-slots 4-1 a is hinged with the actuating rod 7.
  • The linkage component 6 is provided with a butting plate 6-2, and a first spring 8 is provided between the butting plate 6-2 and the partition plate 4-1 of the main cap 4 for elastic support. In the present embodiment, in order to prevent the first spring 8 from displacement during compression or release of potential energy, the butting plate 6-2 is provided with a guide column 6-3 longitudinally arranged, and the first spring 8 is sleeved on the guide column 6-3 for limit. Preferably, both the guide column 6-3 and the plurality of convex columns 6-1 are located on the butting plate 6-2, and the upper end of the guide column 6-3 is lower than the upper end of the convex columns 6-1.
  • The guide column 6-3 of the linkage component 6 is provided with an actuating hole 6-3 a longitudinally arranged, a hole wall of the actuating hole 6-3 a is provided with a first tooth slot 6-3 b, the limit component 2 is provided with a second tooth slot 2-1 mated with the first tooth slot 6-3 b, and the limit component 2 is rotated once if the second tooth slot 2-1 comes into contact with the first tooth slot 6-3 b once.
  • An air outlet hole 6-4 longitudinally penetrating is formed in the actuating hole 6-3 a, and the exhaust assembly 03 is located at the air outlet hole 6-4 and is mounted. The exhaust assembly 03 comprises a movable column, a second spring 10 sleeved on the movable column and a sealing gasket fixed to the movable column, the movable column penetrates the air outlet hole 6-4 from top to bottom, a section of the sealing gasket is located below the air outlet hole 6-4, i.e. the butting plate 6-2, and the second spring 10 elastically supports the sealing gasket to plug the air outlet hole 6-4.
  • The partition plate 4-1 of the main cap 4 is provided with a column body 4-2 longitudinally arranged, the column body 4-2 is provided with a through hole 4-2 a longitudinally penetrating, an inner wall of the through hole 4-2 a is provided with a third tooth slot 4-2 b, the third tooth slot 4-2 b is mated with the second tooth slot 2-1 to restrict the positioning of the limit component 2, i.e. the pressing assembly 01 at the low longitudinal position of the main cap 4, or the rotated limit component 2 moves longitudinally in the through hole 4-2 a and is not affected by the third tooth slot 4-2 b.
  • Preferably, each of the first tooth slot 6-3 b and the second tooth slot 2-1 is in annular array distribution of single teeth, the third tooth slot 4-2 b is in annular array distribution of two teeth fitted together, a gap is kept between two adjacent teeth of an annular array, the teeth of the second tooth slot 2-1 of the limit component 2 can pass through the gap between the teeth of the third tooth slot 4-2 b, the two teeth fitted together of the third tooth slot 4-2 b can limit the teeth of the second tooth slot 2-1 of the limit component 2, to restrict the axial movement of the limit component 2 in the through hole 4-2 a.
  • The periphery of the partition plate 4-1 of the main cap 4 is provided with a convex edge 4-3 longitudinally extending upwards, and the outer side of the upper end of the convex edge 4-3 is provided with a 7-shaped folding edge 4-4, a notch 4-4 a opened downwards is formed between the folding edge 4-4 and the convex edge 4-3, and the actuating rod 7 hinged at the end of the convex columns 6-1 of the linkage component 6 is located between the convex edge 4-3 and the column body 4-2.
  • The inner wall of the convex edge 4-3 of the main cap 4 is provided with limit chutes 4-3 a hollowly arranged. In the present embodiment, four limit chutes 4-3 a are provided, and the four limit chutes 4-3 a are not connected. The limit portion 1-3 of the pressing component 1 is located in the limit chute 4-3a, and the limit chute 4-3 a restricts the disconnection of the upper end of the upper convex edge 4-3 of the pressing component 1. The limit chute 4-3 a is mated with the limit portion 1-3 of the pressing component 1 to restrict the rotation of the pressing component 1, and the limit portion 1-3 can slide in the chute. When the limit component 2 is moves longitudinally in the through hole 4-2 a and is not affected by the third tooth slot 4-2 b, the limit chute 4-3 a restricts the positioning of the pressing component 1, i.e. the pressing assembly 01 at the high longitudinal position of the main cap 4. Preferably, the limit chute 4-3 a restricts the end of the pressing component 1 from being located above the end of the limit component 2 limited by the third tooth slot 4-2 b, and the lower end of the limit chute 4-3 a penetrates the partition plate 4-1.
  • Preferably, the extension bar 1-4 of the pressing component 1 may be provided with a plurality of convex ribs convexly arranged, the convex ribs may move in the gap between the teeth of the third tooth slot 4-2 b, and the convex ribs may restrict the rotation of the extension bar 1-4 of the pressing component 1 when moving longitudinally in through hole 4-2 a.
  • The actuating rod 7 is provided with a main body section 7-1 hinged with the convex columns 6-1 and an actuating section 7-2 butted against the partition plate 4-1, a hinged end 7-1 a hinged with the convex columns 6-1 is provided at one end of the main body section 7-1, the other end is a movable end 7-1 b, under the elastic support of the first spring 8, the length of the convex columns 6-1 of the linkage component 6 extending from the partition plate 4-1 may change. However, the actuating section 7-2 is always butted against the partition plate 4-1, and always supports the movable end 7-1 b of the main body section 7-1 to butt against the pressing component 1. In the present embodiment, an included angle is formed between the actuating section 7-2 and the main body section 7-1, and the actuating section 7-2 avoids the column body 4-2 of the main cap 4. Preferably, a hinged column is provided at the hinged end 7-1 a, and one actuating rod 7 is hinged with two convex columns 6-1.
  • The sealing cap 5 is made of flexible material, preferably, made of food-grade silica gel material. An upper section of the sealing cap 5 is provided with a fitting section 5-1, a lower section is provided with a fixing section 5-5, a deformation section 5-4 capable of being deformed is provided between the fitting section 5-1 and the fixing section 5-5, the fitting section 5-1 is adhered and fixed to an outer wall of the convex edge 4-3, and the fixing section 5-5 is adhered and fixed to the butting plate 6-2 of the linkage component 6. To ensure fixed connection between the sealing cap 5 and the main cap 4, a stepped section 5-3 is provided at the lower end of the fitting section 5-1 of the sealing cap 5, the upper end of the stepped section 5-3 is adhered to a lower end face of the partition plate 4-1, the lower end face of the partition plate 4-1 is provided with a lower edge 4-5 longitudinally extending downwards, and the stepped section 5-3 is adhered and fixed to the outer wall of the lower edge 4-5. Preferably, the deformation section 5-4 is located between the stepped section 5-3 and the fixing section 5-5, the linkage component 6 is provided with a groove 6-5, and the fixing section 5-5 is partially fixed in the groove 6-5.
  • To avoid deflection when the sealing cap 5 and the main cap 4 are fixed, the stepped section 5-3 of the sealing cap 5 is provided with a plurality of lugs 5-3 a for positioning and deflection prevention, and the lower edge 4-5 of the main cap 4 is provided with receiving openings 4-5 a mated with the lugs 5-3 a.
  • To ensure that the sealing cap 5 can completely seal the cup opening 002 a, the upper end of the fitting section 5-1 of the sealing cap 5 is provided with a flanging edge 5-2, and the flanging edge 5-2 is adhered and fixed to the notch 4-4 a of the main cap 4.
  • Preferably, the sealing cap 5 is fixed to the main cap 4 and the sealing cap 5 is fixed to the linkage component 6 in ultrasonic welding, and other modes.
  • When the cup cap 001 is sealed and the cup cap 001 is fixedly connected, the flanging edge 5-2 of the sealing cap 5 is adhered to the end of the cup opening 002 a, and the deformation section 5-4 of the sealing cap 5 is partially overlapped and deformed, the deformed deformation section 5-4 having a dimension greater than that of the inner wall of the chamber 002 b of the cup body 002, the deformation section 5-4 is adhered to the inner wall of the chamber 002 b, the deformation section 5-4 and the flanging edge 5-2 seal the cup body 002, and the deformation section 5-4 restricts the cup cap 001 from disconnecting from the cup body 002. At this moment, the pressing assembly 01 and the limit component 2 are limited by the third tooth slot 4-2 b of the main cap 4, and the gap between the partition plate 4-1 of the main cap 4 and the butting plate 6-2 of the linkage component 6 is small. In the present embodiment, in this state, the upper end of the pressing portion 1-1 of the pressing component 1 is flush with the upper end of the main cap 4.
  • To ensure that the cup cap 001 is not easy to disconnect from the cup body 002, in the present embodiment, the cup body 002 is provided with a slope section 002c upwards and inwards inclined, and an upper side wall face of the deformed deformation section 5-4 is adhered to an inner wall of the slope section 002 c.
  • When there is a need to disconnect the cup cap 001 from the cup body 002, the pressing component 1 flush with the upper end of the main cap 4 is pressed downwards, the pressing component 1 is butted against the movable end 7-1 b of the actuating rod 7 to be close to the partition plate 4-1 of the main cap 4, the actuating section 7-2 of the actuating rod 7 is butted against the partition plate 4-1 so that the hinged end 7-la is away from the partition plate 4-1. The linkage component 6 moves upwards and compresses the first spring 8, the fixing component 3 or the end of the extension bar 1-4 of the pressing component 1 is butted against the movable component 9 and pushes the movable component 9 to compress the second spring 10, the air outlet hole 6-4 in the linkage component 6 is unblocked, to release intensity of pressure in the chamber 002 b of the cup body 002, the limit component 2 on the pressing component 1 comes into contact with the first tooth slot 6-3 b of the linkage component 6 through the second tooth slot 2-1, and the limit component 2 is rotated at a certain angle. At this moment, the downward pressing force applied by the pressing component 1 is withdrawn, the first spring 8 elastically supports the linkage component 6 to move downwards, the hinged end 7-la of the actuating rod 7 is close to the partition plate 4-1 of the main cap 4, and the actuating section 7-2 of the actuating rod 7 is butted against the partition plate 4-1 so that the movable end 7-1 b is away from the partition plate 4-1. The deformation section 5-4 of the sealing cap 5 restores to the initial state. The gap between the partition plate 4-1 of the main cap 4 and the butting plate 6-2 of the linkage component 6 is increased, at this moment, the pressing assembly 01 is moved upwards on the whole, the limit component 2 passes through the gap between the teeth of the third tooth slot 4-2 b until the limit chute 4-3 a of the main cap 4 restricts the pressing component 1 from moving upwards, when the deformation section 5-4 of the sealing cap 5 which restores to the initial state has a dimension less than that of the inner wall of the chamber 002 b of the cup body 002, the cup cap 001 is disconnected from the cup body 002. Moreover, the surrounding edge 1-2 of the pressing component 1 may be used as a holding portion which makes the cup cap 001 disconnect from the cup body 002.
  • The pressing component 1 is pressed downwards once again. The pressing component 1 is butted against the movable end 7-1 b of the actuating rod 7 to be close to the partition plate 4-1 of the main cap 4, and the actuating section 7-2 of the actuating rod 7 is butted against the partition plate 4-1 so that the hinged end 7-1 a is away from the partition plate 4-1. The linkage component 6 moves upwards and compresses the first spring 8, the fixing component 3 or the end of the extension bar 1-4 of the pressing component 1 is butted against the movable component 9 and pushes the movable component 9 to compress the second spring 10, the air outlet hole 6-4 in the linkage component 6 is unblocked, the limit component 2 on the pressing component 1 comes into contact with the first tooth slot 6-3 b of the linkage component 6 through the second tooth slot 2-1, and the limit component 2 is rotated at a certain angle. At this moment, the downward pressing force applied by the pressing component 1 is withdrawn, the limit component 2, i.e. the pressing assembly 01 is limited by the third tooth slot 4-2 b of the main cap 4. The gap between the partition plate 4-1 of the main cap 4 and the butting plate 6-2 of the linkage component 6 is small, the deformation section 5-4 of the sealing cap 5 is partially overlapped and deformed, and the deformed deformation section 5-4 is adhered to the slope section 002 c of the cup body 002, so the cup cap 001 is sealed and the cup cap 001 is fixedly connected.
  • It should be noted in the description of the present invention that terms such as “upper”, “lower”, “front”, “rear”, “inner” and “outer” indicate direction or position relationships shown based on the drawings or direction or position relationships in which the product of the present invention is usually placed in use, and are only intended to facilitate the description of the present invention and the simplification of the description rather than to indicate or imply that the indicated device or element must have a specific direction or constructed and operated in a specific direction, and therefore, shall not be understood as a limitation to the present invention.
  • The one-button-opened cup cap and cup provided by the present invention are described in detail above. Specific individual cases are applied herein for elaborating the principle and embodiments of the present invention. The illustration of the above embodiments is merely used for helping to understand the present invention and the core thought. It should be noted that for those ordinary skilled in the art, several improvements and modifications can be made to the present invention without departing from the principles of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications shall also fall into the protection scope of claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

What is claimed is:
1. A one-button-opened cup cap, comprising a pressing assembly, a water shutoff assembly and an exhaust assembly, wherein the pressing assembly and the exhaust assembly are provided on the water shutoff assembly and are longitudinally pressed, the pressing assembly is downwards pressed under the action of external force, the pressing assembly acts on the exhaust assembly; the water shutoff assembly comprises a sealing cap provided with a deformation section capable of being deformed, the water shutoff assembly restricts a longitudinal displacement position of the pressing assembly, and the deformation section deforms or restores to an initial state.
2. The one-button-opened cup cap according to claim 1, characterized in that the pressing assembly comprises a pressing component and a limit component, wherein the limit component is provided on the pressing component and is rotatablely mounted, the water shutoff assembly controls the pressing component to rotate, the water shutoff assembly restricts the longitudinal displacement of the pressing component and the limit component.
3. The one-button-opened cup cap according to claim 2, characterized in that the water shutoff assembly comprises a main cap snap-fitted with the pressing component, a linkage component connected with the main cap in an insertion mode, and an actuating rod hinged with the linkage component, wherein the actuating rod restricts the linkage component from disconnecting from the main cap.
4. The one-button-opened cup cap according to claim 3, characterized in that an upper section of the sealing cap is provided with a fitting section, a lower section is provided with a fixing section, the deformation section is located between the fitting section and the fixing section, the fitting section is adhered and fixed to the main cap, and the fixing section is fixed to the linkage component; the outer side of the upper end of the main cap is provided with a 7-shaped folding edge, a flanging edge is provided at the upper end of the fitting section, and the flanging edge is adhered and fixed to the folding edge.
5. The one-button-opened cup cap according to claim 3, characterized in that the linkage component is provided with a butting plate, and a plurality of convex columns provided on the butting plate, an actuating hole is formed in the butting plate, the main cap is provided with a partition plate, the convex columns penetrate the partition plate from bottom to top and are hinged with the actuating rod, and a first spring is provided between the butting plate and the partition plate for elastic support.

The one-button-opened cup cap according to claim 5, characterized in that the actuating rod is provided with a main body section hinged with the convex columns and an actuating section butted against the partition plate, a hinged end hinged with the convex columns is provided at one end of the main body section, the other end is a movable end, under the elastic support of the first spring, the actuating section supports the movable end of the main body section to butt against the pressing component.

The one-button-opened cup cap according to claim 5, characterized in that the butting plate is provided with an actuating hole longitudinally arranged, a hole wall of the actuating hole is provided with a first tooth slot, the limit component is provided with a second tooth slot, and the limit component is rotated once if the second tooth slot comes into contact with the first tooth slot once.

The one-button-opened cup cap according to claim 7, characterized in that the partition plate is provided with a through hole longitudinally arranged, an inner wall of the through hole is provided with a third tooth slot, the rotated limit component moves longitudinally in the through hole and is not affected by the third tooth slot, or the first tooth slot is butted against the second tooth slot and restricts the longitudinal lifting movement of the limit component.

The one-button-opened cup cap according to claim 7, characterized in that an air outlet hole longitudinally penetrating the butting plate is formed in the actuating hole, the exhaust assembly comprises a movable column, a second spring sleeved on the movable column and a sealing gasket fixed to the movable column, the movable column penetrates the air outlet hole from top to bottom, a section of the sealing gasket is located below the air outlet hole, and the second spring elastically supports the sealing gasket to plug the air outlet hole.

A cup, comprising a cup body, and the one-button-opened cup cap of claim 1, wherein the cup body is provided with a chamber and a cup opening in communication with the chamber, the one-button-opened cup cap is inserted from the cup opening of the cup body, and a flanging edge of the sealing cap holds and plugs the cup opening; the pressing component is downwards pressed under the action of external force, the second tooth slot of the limit component acts on the first tooth slot of the actuating hole, the limit component is rotated, the pressing component acts on the movable component, the movable component compresses the second spring and drives the sealing component to be away from the air outlet hole, the air outlet hole is unblocked, when the third tooth slot restricts the limit component from axially moving in the through hole, a gap between the partition plate and the butting plate is narrowed, the deformation section of the sealing cap is partially overlapped and deformed, the deformed deformation section having a dimension greater than that of the inner wall of the chamber, and the deformation section is adhered to the inner wall of the chamber to restrict the cup cap from disconnecting from the cup body; and when the limit component axially moves in the through hole, the gap between the partition plate and the butting plate is increased under the elastic support of the first spring, the deformation section of the sealing cap restores to the initial state, and the deformation section restoring to the initial state has a dimension less than that of the inner wall of the chamber.
