- In an embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in
FIGS. 1 to 6 , a storage box is provided, and is suitable for storing food, articles, and the like. Specifically, the storage box may be an iron box, a plastic box, or the like, and a material thereof is not limited. More specifically, the storage box comprises abottom case 10 and anupper cover 20, and a first side of theupper cover 20 is rotatably connected to a first side of thebottom case 10. Similar to a storage box in the prior art, the first side of theupper cover 20 and the first side of thebottom case 10 may be penetrated by using a long axis, so that theupper cover 20 and thebottom case 10 are rotatably connected, or may be rotatably connected in another way. - Further, as shown in
FIG. 4 , aninner flange 221 is arranged on a second side of theupper cover 20, and alock piece 30 is connected to an inner end of a second side of thebottom case 10. As shown inFIG. 3 , thelock piece 30 comprises a raisedsnap 321 and anunlocking column 311 that protrude beyond the second side of thebottom case 10, and the raisedsnap 321 is located above theunlocking column 311. - Further, when the
upper cover 20 covers thebottom case 10, the raisedsnap 321 is snap fit to theinner flange 221, and pressing theunlocking column 311 can force the raisedsnap 321 to detach from the snap fitting to theinner flange 221. - When the storage box provided in this embodiment of the present utility model is in use, the
upper cover 20 covers thebottom case 10, and theupper cover 20 is connected to thebottom case 10 by snap fitting the raisedsnap 321 connected to thebottom case 10 to theinner flange 221 of theupper cover 20, thereby locking the storage box. When the storage box needs to be opened, only theunlocking column 311 of thelock piece 30 connected to thebottom case 10 needs to be pressed, and theunlocking column 311 drives thelock piece 30 to move inward, so that the raisedsnap 321 on thelock piece 30 is forced to move inward, and the raisedsnap 321 is detached from the snap fitting to theinner flange 221, thereby opening the storage box. The operation is convenient, and even if the storage box is frequently opened for use, the locking of the storage box can still be kept stable and effective, and the storage box is not easy to automatically open with high practicability. - In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in
FIGS. 2 and 5 , thebottom case 10 comprises abottom plate 11, a lowerouter frame 12 arranged around the circumference of thebottom plate 11 and protruding upward, and a lowerinner frame 13 bent inward at the top end of the lowerouter frame 12 and protruding upward. Specifically, thebottom plate 11, the lowerouter frame 12, and the lowerinner frame 13 are preferably formed integrally. The lowerouter frame 12 and the lowerinner frame 13 jointly form a frame with a certain height, and enclose with thebottom plate 11 to form an accommodating cavity for accommodating food or articles. - Further, as shown in
FIGS. 2 and 3 , thelock piece 30 is connected to an inner side of the lowerouter frame 12, the lowerouter frame 12 is provided with acolumn hole 121 for the unlockingcolumn 311 to pass through and protrude beyond thebottom case 10, the diameter of thecolumn hole 121 is slightly greater than the outer diameter of the unlockingcolumn 311, the lowerinner frame 13 is provided with asnap hole 131 for the raisedsnap 321 to pass through and protrude beyond thebottom case 10, and the hole area of thesnap hole 131 is greater than the cross-sectional area of the raisedsnap 321. That is, thecolumn hole 121 and thesnap hole 131 are respectively used to avoid the unlockingcolumn 311 and the raisedsnap 321, so that the unlockingcolumn 311 and the raisedsnap 321 protrude beyond the case, the protrusion of the unlockingcolumn 311 is used for a user to press, and the protrusion of the raisedsnap 321 is used to snap fit with theinner flange 221, thereby implementing locking between thebottom case 10 and theupper cover 20. - Still further, as shown in
FIGS. 2 and 4 , theupper cover 20 comprises anupper plate 21 and an upperouter frame 22 arranged around the circumference of theupper plate 21 and protruding downward, theinner flange 221 is arranged at the bottom end of the upperouter frame 22, the upperouter frame 22 covers the lowerinner frame 13, and a first side of the upperouter frame 22 is rotatably connected to a first side of the connection between the lowerouter frame 12 and the lowerinner frame 13. Specifically, theupper plate 21 and the upperouter frame 22 are preferably formed integrally. Theinner flange 221 is preferably formed by buckling or bending at the bottom end of the upperouter frame 22. Relative rotation of the upperouter frame 22 may allow to open the opening size between theupper cover 20 and thebottom case 10 to be opened. - In this embodiment, the
upper cover 20 and thebottom case 10 are approximately similar in appearance, and may be in a circular shape, a square shape, or another shape. - In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in
FIGS. 2, 3, and 6 , thelock piece 30 comprises ahorizontal plate portion 31 and at least onevertical plate portion 32, where thehorizontal plate portion 31 is a horizontally arranged component, and thevertical plate portion 32 is a vertically arranged component. Eachvertical plate portion 32 is vertically connected to thehorizontal plate portion 31, and the raisedsnap 321 is arranged at the end of eachvertical plate portion 32. The unlockingcolumn 311 is arranged on thehorizontal plate portion 31, the unlockingcolumn 311 is preferably directly opposite to the raisedsnap 321, and thehorizontal plate portion 31 is connected to the inner wall of the lowerouter frame 12. In this way, when the unlockingcolumn 311 is pressed, the unlockingcolumn 311 drives thehorizontal plate portion 31 to move inward. In this case, thevertical plate portion 32 connected to thehorizontal plate portion 31 also moves inward, and the raisedsnap 321 on thevertical plate portion 32 also moves inward. Thus, the raisedsnap 321 may be forced to release the snap-fit with theinner flange 221. The operation is very convenient, and the snap-fit does not automatically unlock. - In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in
FIGS. 2 and 6 , twovertical plate portions 32 are arranged, the twovertical plate portions 32 are arranged adjacent to opposite ends of thehorizontal plate portion 31 respectively, two unlockingcolumns 311 are arranged, and the positions of the two unlockingcolumns 311 are directly opposite to the positions of the twovertical plate portions 32 respectively. Specifically, with the arranged two unlockingcolumns 311 and two raisedsnaps 321, it can be ensured that only by pressing the two unlockingcolumns 311 at the same time, can the two raisedsnaps 321 be released from the snap-fit with theinner flange 221. In this way, locking stability of the storage box is better, the snap-fit is not released easily under a general external force, and the structural design is very clever. - In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in
FIGS. 1 and 2 , a first through-hole 122 is provided on the lowerouter frame 12, a second through-hole 312 directly opposite to the first through-hole 122 is provided on thehorizontal plate portion 31, and thehorizontal plate portion 31 is connected to the lowerouter frame 12 via ariveting column 50 sequentially running through the first through-hole 122 and the second through-hole 312. Specifically, theriveting column 50 may connect thehorizontal plate portion 31 to the lowerouter frame 12 together, and they are easily assembled via through-holes. Compared with a glue bonding method, this connection method does not cause thelock piece 30 to detach from the connection to thebottom case 10 even in frequent use. - In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in
FIGS. 2 and 3 , apressing piece 40 is arranged inside thehorizontal plate portion 31, thepressing piece 40 is provided with a third through-hole 41 directly opposite to the second through-hole 312, and theriveting column 50 connects the lowerouter frame 12, thehorizontal plate portion 31, and thepressing piece 40 after sequentially running through the first through-hole 122, the second through-hole 312, and the third through-hole 41. Specifically, thepressing piece 40 is added to press against thelock piece 30, so that thelock piece 30 is prevented from releasing the connection to theriveting column 50 in frequent use, ensuring a more stable connection between thelock piece 30 and thebottom case 10. - In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in
FIG. 3 , thehorizontal plate portion 31 does not fall into an orthographic projection of the lowerinner frame 13. In this way, thehorizontal plate portion 31 may be hidden in a step formed between the lowerouter frame 12 and the lowerinner frame 13, and when theupper cover 20 is opened, it is not easy to discover thelock piece 30, providing a certain anti-disassembling function. - In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in
FIGS. 2 and 6 , the raisedsnap 321 is a wedge block with a bevel arranged upward. Specifically, the wedge block has a bevel, and it is easier to snap fit with theinner flange 221 by using the bevel, so as to facilitate locking of the storage box. - In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in
FIG. 6 , thelock piece 30 is integrally injection molded by using a plastic material. Thelock piece 30 integrally injection molded by using a plastic material has certain elasticity. In this way, thehorizontal plate portion 31 arranged thereon has certain elasticity. When the unlockingcolumn 311 is pressed, once an external force is removed, it is easy to recover to the original state, and frequent use can still ensure performance of the lock piece. - In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in
FIG. 2 , a sealinggasket 60 is arranged on the top of theupper cover 20. The sealinggasket 60 may be arranged to improve sealing performance of the inner cavity of the storage box. When the storage box stores food, moisture protection may be implemented to some extent. - The foregoing description provides merely preferred embodiments of the present utility model, but is not intended to limit the present utility model. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made without departing from the spirit and principle of the present utility model shall fall within the protection scope of the present utility model.
