Abstract
An upward-opening abrasive cloth roller has a roller below the abrasive cloth. The system has: a support frame mounted on a machine, a roller is disposed on the support frame, a hollow panel is mounted on the machine, and the first side of the panel is pivotally connected to the machine. The two ends of the support frame are respectively provided with individual height adjustment structures, and a panel level adjustment structure is mounted on the machine on below the second side of the panel. With the above two adjustment structures to adjust the level of the roller and the panel, the plate can be easily adjusted for different grinding depths and angles.
Description
- The present invention relates to an adjustment structure of upward-opening abrasive cloth rollers, and more particularly to an adjustment structure capable of adjusting the roller and the machine panel.
- Currently, the conventional abrasive cloth roller machine comprises a machine with a roller having an abrasive cloth layer, and a conveyor belt located under the roller. By adjusting the distance between the conveyor belt and the roller, the grinding depth of the sheet is controlled. However, the above structure actually has the following disadvantages:
- (1) The grinding depth of the sheet is controlled by the distance between the conveyor belt and the roller. To change the distance, the entire conveyor belts needs to be adjusted and it is also necessary to maintain to the level of the conveyor belt, so it is difficult to adjust it finely.
- (2) It is known that the abrasive cloth roller machine can only grind plate with parallel surfaces. If the production needs to grind a slope on the plate, it is difficult to achieve and maintain the same reproducibility.
- Therefore, it is desirable to provide an adjustment structure of upward-opening abrasive cloth rollers to mitigate and/or obviate the aforementioned problems.
- An objective of present invention is to provide an adjustment structure of upward-opening abrasive cloth rollers, which is capable of improving the above-mention problems.
- In order to achieve the above mentioned objective, an upward-opening abrasive cloth roller has a roller below the abrasive cloth.
- Other objects, advantages, and novel features of invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

Afirst end 111 of thepanel 11 is pivoted onto themachine 10 and asecond end 112 of thepanel 11 is capable of rotation. A third throughhole 101 is disposed at a sidewall of themachine 10 below thesecond end 112 of thepanel 11. The C-type fixing member 50 is disposed inside the sidewall of themachine 10 and has an upper throughaperture 501 and a lower throughaperture 502. Theadjustment disk 51 is disposed in the C-type fixing member 50 and partially exposed from the third throughhole 101 and has an inner thread. Thescrew 52 passes through the upper throughaperture 501, theadjustment disk 51, the lower throughaperture 502, and engages with theadjustment disk 51. The supportingmember 53 secured above thescrew 52 and supporting thesecond end 112 of thepanel 11. - When the
adjustment disk 51 is rotated clockwise, thescrew 52 and he supportingmember 53 move upward to lift thesecond end 112 of thepanel 11. - Moreover, in order to secure the supporting member, a fourth through
hole 102 is disposed above the third throughhole 101, the supporting member has a fifth throughhole 531, and ascrew 54 passes through the fifth throughhole 531 and the fourth throughhole 102 and engages with apacking screw 55. - According to the above structure, the following advantages can be obtained:
- (1) Since the abrasive cloth roller to upward-open, in order to adjust the grinding depth, it only needs to adjust the level of the
hollow panel 11 to control the exposed height of theroller 10, and the more of theroller 10 is exposed, the more polished the plate, the more of the grinding depth can be achieved. The effect of changing the inclination angle of thehollow panel 11 can easily change the polishing depth. - (2) In the present invention, the level of the
roller 10 can be easily adjusted by rotating the first and thesecond screws - Although the present invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of invention as hereinafter claimed.
