Description
- The invention relates to the technical field of packaging bags, specifically relating to an thermally insulated three-dimensional bag.
- The thermally insulated three-dimensional bag is a three-dimensional bag capable of preserving heat of stored objects, and in order to achieve a good heat preservation effect, multiple layers of thermally insulated materials are often arranged inside the bag body. Although the thermally insulated material in the bag body realizes the heat-insulating function of the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag, the thickness of the bag body is increased, causing the bag body not easy to fold and form.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 , conventional three-dimensional thermally insulated bags are often obtained by folding the bag body 1 a that is laid in a square shape, and during the folding process, a fold 2 a is formed on the bag body 1 a, the fold 2 a divides the bag body la into a side wall 3 a and a folded portion 4 a wherein the folded portion 4 a includes a folded bottom portion 41 a serving as the bottom of the three-dimensional thermally insulated bag, and a folded connectingportion 42 a for sealing the bottom of the three-dimensional thermally insulated bag, and the folded connectingportion 42 a is connected between the side wall 3 a and the folded bottom portion 41 a. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , the folded bottom portion 41 a and the folded connectingportion 42 a are folded in a manner of approaching the surfaces facing the outside of the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag; when the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag is formed, each folded connectingportion 42 a connected between the folded bottom portion 41 a and the side wall 3 a is folded along the fold 2 a, so that the surfaces facing the outside of the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag are attached to each other, and for each connected side of the folded bottom portion 41 a and the side wall 3 a, the surface of it that faces the inside of the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag is attached to the surface of the side wall 3 a facing the inside of the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag. - As shown in
FIG. 3 , the folded connectingportion 42 a and the side wall 3 a after folding and attaching finally form a sealing portion 5 a capable of achieving a sealing effect at the bottom side edge of the three-dimensional thermally insulated bag. - During the forming process of above-mentioned thermally insulated three-dimensional bag, pressing needs to be performed for the attached folded connecting
portion 42 a and side wall 3 a after the folding is finished, i.e. carrying out pressing to the sealing portion 5 a, then the sealing to the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag bottom can be accomplished. The thickness of the sealing portion 5 a can be increased due to multilayer attachment of the folded connectingportion 42 a and side wall 3 a after they are folded and attached, and the increase of internal thermally insulated three-dimensional bag body 1 a, which has certain thickness itself, are prone to causes excessive thickness in sealing portion 5 a. The sealing portion 5 a with excessive thickness will increase the difficulty in pressing and influence the pressing effect, which means that partial layers of sealing portion 5 a may not be pressed completely when performing pressing and make it difficult to attach the folded connectingportion 42 a and side wall 3 a firmly. When the objects filled into the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag is too heavy, the connection between the folded connectingportion 42 a and side wall 3 a, which are not attached firmly, may be broken, i.e., the sealing in the bottom side edge of the three-dimensional thermally insulated bag will split, causing breakage to the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag and objects therein leaking therefrom. Additionally, given excessively thick sealing portion 5 a, excessively thick bottom side edge of the three-dimensional thermally insulated bag will also influence the attractiveness of the bag when it is placed in a folded mode, against users' using experience. - To solve the above mentioned problems, a thermally insulated three-dimensional bag which has better aesthetic property and can improve connection strength of itself while reducing the pressing difficulty of the bottom side edge can be designed.
- Based on above problems, the invention provides a thermally insulated three-dimensional bag formed via pressing by virtue of the ultrasonic machine, which has great aesthetic property after being folded and has better firmness in the using process.

- The invention is further described in detail hereinafter with reference to the drawings.
- As shown from
FIG. 4 toFIG. 6 , A thermally insulated three-dimensional bag comprising abag body 0 wherein thebag body 0 consists of a front surface 1, aside surface 2 and a bottom surface 3; said front surface 1 is symmetrically formed on two sides of said bottom surface 3; saidside surface 2 comprises the first connectingsurfaces 21 symmetrically formed on two sides of the front surface 1 and the second connectingsurfaces 22 symmetrically formed on the other two sides of the bottom surface 3; a matchingportion 211 used for connecting the second connectingsurfaces 22 is formed on the first connectingsurfaces 21 and a gap 23 is defined between the second connectingsurfaces 22 and thematching portion 211. When the three-dimensional bag is formed, said front surface 1 and the second connectingfaces 22 are turned over towards the same side on the bottom surface 3; said first connectingsurfaces 21 are turned over towards one side where said second connectingsurface 22 are located on said front surface 1 and is connected with the first connectingsurface 21 on the front surface 1 of the other side, and the first connectingsurface 21 and the second connectingsurface 22 are connected to form saidside surface 2 by connecting said edge facing said gap 23 of the matchingportion 211 to said first connectingsurface 21. The matching of said first connectingsurface 21 and the matchingportion 211 has effectively reduced thickness of the bottom sealing portion of the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag body 0 which needs to be pressed after being folded, reduced the difficulty in pressing and forming, and made it easier to complete the pressing process. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the thickness of the sealing portion is reduced, the sealing portion is pressed more completely, the effect after pressing and forming is improved, the connection between said first connectingsurface 21 and the second connectingsurface 22 is firmer, the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag is firmer after forming, and the service life is longer. When the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag is formed, the connection between said first connectingsurface 21 and the second connectingsurface 22 can seal the existing gap 23 when the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag is unfolded, so that the lower end of the formed thermally insulated three-dimensional bag does not have excessive thickness, and the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag is more attractive when being folded. - Furthermore, said second connecting
surface 22 may be triangular. When said second connectingsurface 22 is triangular, said second connectingsurface 22 can be connected to the first connectingsurface 21 by saving material to the maximum extent on the premise of not affecting the overall firmness of the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag, and at this time, the edge of said matchingportion 211 facing the gap 23 is connected to the oblique edge of the triangular second connectingsurface 22 facing the gap 23. - Furthermore, said second connecting
surface 22 may be square. When said second connectingsurface 22 is square, after said first connectingsurface 21 is connected with the second connectingsurface 22, the contact area of said matchingportion 211 and the second connectingsurface 22 is increased, which means the shielding and sealing effect of said second connectingsurface 22 on said gap 23 is better and leakage and seepage is less likely to occur in connection between said first connectingsurface 21 and second connecting surfaces 22. - As shown in
FIG. 4 , the first connecting portions 2111 are formed on all edges of said matchingportion 211, the second connectingportions 221 are formed symmetrically on said second connectingsurface 22 and are used for being attached to the first connecting portion 2111; said first connectingsurface 21 formed in one end of said two sides of the front surface 1 is symmetrically arranged with the third connectingportions 212 while the first connectingsurface 21 formed in the other end of said two sides of the front surface 1 is symmetrically arranged with the fourth connectingportions 213 for being attached to the third connectingportions 212. Specifically, the attachment of said first connecting portion 2111 and the second connectingportion 221 realizes the connection between said first connectingsurface 21 and second connectingsurfaces 22; the attachment of said third connectingportion 212 and the fourth connectingportion 213 realizes the connection between said first connectingsurfaces 21, further form a complete saidbag body 0 among said front surface 1,side surface 2, and the bottom surface. - Furthermore, the connection between said first connecting portion 2111 and the second connecting
portion 221 and the connection between said third connectingportion 212 and the fourth connectingportion 213 are all pressed by ultrasonic waves. Specifically, in the forming process of the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag, the ultrasonic pressing machine performs ultrasonic vibration to fuse said first connecting portion 2111 and the second connectingportion 221, and fuse the third connectingportion 212 and the fourth connectingportion 213, thereby completing the formation of the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag. The ultrasonic pressing is free from using the needle and thread auxiliary materials in forming the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag, and the joint is smooth and burr-free, so that the insulated three-dimensional bag has better hand feeling at the time of saving the production cost. - As shown in
FIG. 4 andFIG. 6 , folds are formed between said second connectingportion 221 and second connectingsurface 22, between said fourth connectingportion 213 and the first connectingsurfaces 21, between said front surface 1 and the bottom surface 3, between said first connectingsurface 21 and the front surface 1 and between said second connectingsurface 22 and the bottom surface 3; intercommunicated fold is formed on said second connectingsurface 22 and the middle part of said bottom surface 3. Specifically, when a user folds the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag, said second connectingsurface 22 and the surface of the bottom surface 3 facing the outer side of thebag body 0 are folded and closed together along the fold, the surface facing the inner side of thebag body 0 on said first connectingsurface 21 is folded and closed together along the fold between the fourth connectingportion 213 and the first connectingsurface 21; in the folding process, said second connectingsurface 22 is folded along the fold between said second connectingportion 221 and the second connectingsurface 22. The folds between said front surface 1 and the bottom surface 3, between said first connectingsurface 21 and the front surface 1, and between said second connectingsurface 22 and the bottom surface 3 are beneficial to the rapid forming of thebag body 0; when a user changes the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag from a folded state to a use state, the folds can help the user to rapidly deform the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , abag opening 4 is formed above thebag body 0 and azipper 41 is connected with thebag opening 4 wherein saidbag opening 4 is connected with thezipper 41 via sewing. Specifically, thezipper 41 connected via sewing can be firmly fixed on saidbag opening 4 and when the user puts objects need preserving heat like food into the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag, zipping up saidzipper 41 can realize purpose of sealing and preserving heat. - As shown in
FIG. 5 andFIG. 6 , a handle 5 is arranged on saidbag body 0 which is connected with thebag body 0 via sewing, and the handle 5 is made of webbing. Specifically, the user can take the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag through the handle 5, and sewing connection makes the connection between said handle 5 and thebag body 0 firmer and increases the bearing capacity of said handle 5, so that the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag can hold more objects; the handle adopting webbing has more stable structure and is less likely to broke. - Furthermore, said
bag body 0 is made of pearl wool and aluminized film. Specifically, the heat of objects placed in the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag can be preserved well by using of pearl wool and an aluminized film - Furthermore, an inner bag made of PEVA or EVA materials is arranged inside the
bag body 0. Specifically, since the PEVA or EVA materials possess great leakage prevention, seepage prevention, and thermal insulation effect, when the user puts objects containing moisture into the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag, the inner bag adopting PEVA or EVA materials can effectively prevent the moisture in the objects from seeping from the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag, and further preserving heat. At the same time, PEVA or EVA materials are relatively soft and the inner bag will not affect the folding of the thermally insulated three-dimensional bag. - The invention and its embodiments have been described above, but the description is not limited thereto; only one embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawings, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. Therefore, all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention shall all fall within the protection scope of the invention.
