Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present disclosure relates to the field of container, and in particular, it relates to a thermally-controlled container for wet tissue.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • It is often desirable to bring portable wet tissue paper when traveling outdoor to clean our face or hand. The wet tissue paper is often put in pocket or handbag, and the ambient temperature may be low sometimes especially in winter or some cold region. Being cold while using is very uncomfortable. Therefore, it may be desirable to make the wet tissue paper warm before being used. However, conventional portable wet tissue is hard to warm before being used.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a container, which can receive and heat wet tissue.
  • In order to solve the above technical problem, one embodiment of the invention provides the following technical solution:
  • A thermally-controlled container for wet tissue, includes a first containing portion, a second containing portion, and a thermal element. A first fastening portion extends along an edge of the first containing portion. A first insulation layer is located on the first containing portion. The second containing portion is coupling to the first containing portion. A containing room is defined between the first containing portion and the second containing portion for receiving the wet tissue. A second fastening portion extends along an edge of the second containing portion to detachably engage with the first fastening portion. A second insulation layer is located on the second containing portion. The thermal element is used for heating the wet tissue. When the first fastening portion engages with the second fastening portion, the first containing portion and the second containing portion are coupled to a closed position. The thermal element is capable of heating the wet tissue. The first insulation layer and the second insulation layer are capable of inhibiting conductive heat transfer and liquid evaporation between inside and outside of the container.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the embodiment of the invention, a first productive layer is located on the first containing portion at an exterior side of the first insulation layer, and a second productive layer is located on the second containing portion at an exterior side of the second insulation layer.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the embodiment of the invention, the thermal element is located between the first insulation layer and the first productive layer in the first containing portion, and the thermal element includes a silicone protective coating.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the embodiment of the invention, the thermal element includes a planar sheet of thermal wiring.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the embodiment of the invention, a power connector is defined in the first productive layer and is electrically coupled to the thermal element.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the embodiment of the invention, a battery pocket is defined in an outer side of the second productive layer for receiving a portable power source.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the embodiment of the invention, the first insulation layer and the second insulation layer include aluminum foil layer, and the first productive layer and the second productive layer include oxford fabric.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the embodiment of the invention, the first fastening portion includes a first bend portion and a first zipper portion, the first bend portion is located on a first longitudinal edge of the first containing portion, the first zipper portion is located on the other edge of the first containing portion, the second fastening portion includes a second bend portion and a second zipper portion, the second bend portion is located on a second longitudinal edge of the second containing portion corresponding to the first longitudinal edge of the first containing portion, and the second zipper portion is located on the other edge of the second containing portion.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the embodiment of the invention, a buckle element is located in the containing room to buckle the wet tissue.
  • As a preferred technical solution of the embodiment of the invention, the buckle element includes two wrap portions and at least two elastic fastening belts located between the two wraps portions, the two wrap portions protrude from the second containing portion, and an extracting opening defined between the two fastening belts.
  • In the embodiment above, the first containing portion is coupled to the second containing portion. A containing room is defined between the first containing portion and the second containing portion for receiving the wet tissue. The thermally-controlled container can maintain a preselected temperature of items stored therein, so that warm wet tissue is comfortable.
  • A first insulation layer is located on the first containing portion. A second insulation layer is located on the second containing portion. The first insulation layer and the second insulation layer are capable of inhibiting conductive heat transfer and liquid evaporation between inside and outside of the container when the container is in the closed position. When the container is in the open position, the wet tissue may be extracted from the containing room easily.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • It will be appreciated that for simplicity and clarity of illustration, where appropriate, reference numerals have been repeated among the different figures to indicate corresponding or analogous elements. In addition, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments described herein. However, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the embodiments described herein can be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, methods, procedures and components have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the related relevant feature being described. Also, the description is not to be considered as limiting the scope of the embodiments described herein. The drawings are not necessarily to scale and the proportions of certain parts have been exaggerated to better illustrate details and features of the present disclosure.
  • Several definitions that apply throughout this disclosure will now be presented.
  • As shown in FIG. I to FIG. 6, in one embodiment, a portable thermally-controlled container includes a first containing portion 1, a second containing portion 2, and a thermal element 4. The first containing portion 1 is coupled to the second containing portion 2. A containing room 3 is defined between the first containing portion 1 and the second containing portion 2 for receiving wet tissue. The thermally-controlled container can maintain a preselected temperature of items stored therein, such as, but not limited to wet tissue or drink. The thermally-controlled container is movable between a closed position and an open position, providing portable radiating heat. The container may be a carry bag, compression bag, warmer, or the like.
  • A first fastening portion 11 extends along an edge of the first containing portion 1. A second fastening portion 21 extends along an edge of the second containing portion 2 to detachably engage with the first fastening portion 11.
  • A first insulation layer 12 is located on the first containing portion 1. A second insulation layer 22 is located on the second containing portion 2. The first insulation layer 12 and the second insulation layer 22 are capable of inhibiting conductive heat transfer and liquid evaporation between inside and outside of the container when the container is in the closed position. When the container is in the open position, the wet tissue may be extracted from the containing room 3. The first insulation layer 12 and the second insulation layer 22 may be made of any natural or synthetic insulation materials, such as aluminum foil adapted to improve the thermal efficiency of the container in the closed condition.
  • A first productive layer 13 is located on the first containing portion 1 at an exterior side of the first insulation layer 12. A second productive layer 23 is located on the second containing portion 2 at an exterior side of the second insulation layer 22. The first productive layer 13 and the second productive layer 23 are located on the exterior of the container, and may be flexible, durable, waterproof material forming a conjoined cuboid shape in the open position. Such material may be synthetic, woven, nylon, polyester, cotton, oxford fabric, or other suitable fabrics. The first insulation layer 12 and the first productive layer 13 may have coextensive conjoined shape. The second insulation layer 22 and the second productive layer 23 may also have coextensive conjoined shape.
  • The thermal element 4 is located between the first insulation layer 12 and the first productive layer 13 in the first containing portion 1, so that the thermal element 4 can not be directly touched when extracting the wet tissue paper from container. The thermal element 4 may a planar sheet of thermal wiring and includes a silicone protective coating. The coating can also prevent being scalded while extracting the wet tissue paper. The heating element 4 may have a square pattern, a rectangular pattern, or any other suitable pattern. The thermal element 4 is located in the first containing portion 1, so that only the top portion of the wet tissue close to the thermal element 4 can be heated to avoid water loss of all the wet tissue.
  • A power connector 14 is defined in the first productive layer 13 and is electrically coupled to the thermal element 4. A battery pocket 24 is defined in an outer side of the second productive layer 23 for receiving a portable power source, such as a rechargeable battery. The portable power source can supply power to the thermal element 4. The power connector 14 can be a 5V/2A direct current adapter.
  • The first containing portion 1 is cuboid shape. The first fastening portion 11 includes a first bend portion 111 and a first zipper portion 112. The first bend portion 111 is located on a first longitudinal edge of the first containing portion 1. The first zipper portion 112 is located on the other edge of the first containing portion 1. Correspondingly, the second fastening portion 21 includes a second bend portion 211 and a second zipper portion 212. The second bend portion 211 is located on a second longitudinal edge of the second containing portion 2 corresponding to the first longitudinal edge of the first containing portion 1. The second zipper portion 212 is located on the other edge of the second containing portion 2. Therefore, the first containing portion 1 and the second containing portion 2 can be foldable joined with simple construction and reliability. A lanyard may be located on a side of the joined portion of the first bend portion 111 and the second bend portion 211 for easy portability.
  • A buckle element 6 is located in the containing room 3 to buckle the wet tissue. The buckle element 6 includes two wrap portions 61 and at least two elastic fastening belts 62. The at least two elastic fastening belts 62 are located between and spaced by the two wraps portions 61. The two wrap portions 61 protrude from the second containing portion 2. An extracting opening 63 is defined between the two fastening belts 62. When being used, the wet tissue is located in the two wrap portions 61, and the fastening belts 62 buckle the wet tissue. A piece of wet paper can be extracted from the extracting opening. The elastic fastening belt 62 can be an elastic rope.
  • In an alternative embedment, the first fastening portion 11 and the second fastening portion 21 may be other fastener, such as a buttons, snaps, buckles, or any suitable joining fasteners.
  • The embodiments shown and described above are only examples. Many details are often found in the art such as the other features of a system for generating picture thumbnail. Therefore, many such details are neither shown nor described. Even though numerous characteristics and advantages of the present technology have been set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of the structure and function of the present disclosure, the disclosure is illustrative only, and changes may be made in the detail, especially in matters of shape, size and arrangement of the parts within the principles of the present disclosure up to, and including the full extent established by the broad general meaning of the terms used in the claims. It will therefore be appreciated that the embodiments described above may be modified within the scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

What is claimed is:
1. A thermally-controlled container for wet tissue, comprising:
a first containing portion, a first fastening portion extending along an edge of the first containing portion, and a first insulation layer located on the first containing portion;
a second containing portion coupling to the first containing portion, a containing room defined between the first containing portion and the second containing portion for receiving the wet tissue, and a second fastening portion extending along an edge of the second containing portion to detachably engage with the first fastening portion, and a second insulation layer located on the second containing portion; and
a thermal element for heating the wet tissue;
wherein when the first fastening portion engages with the second fastening portion, the first containing portion and the second containing portion are coupled to a closed position, the thermal element is capable of heating the wet tissue, and the first insulation layer and the second insulation layer are capable of inhibiting conductive heat transfer and liquid evaporation between inside and outside of the container.
2. The thermally-controlled container for wet tissue of claim 1, wherein a first productive layer is located on the first containing portion at an exterior side of the first insulation layer, and a second productive layer is located on the second containing portion at an exterior side of the second insulation layer.
3. The thermally-controlled container for wet tissue of claim 2, wherein the thermal element is located between the first insulation layer and the first productive layer in the first containing portion, and the thermal element comprises a silicone protective coating.
4. The thermally-controlled container for wet tissue of claim 3, wherein the thermal element comprises a planar sheet of thermal wiring.
5. The thermally-controlled container for wet tissue of claim 4, wherein a power connector is defined in the first productive layer and is electrically coupled to the thermal element.
6. The thermally-controlled container for wet tissue of claim 5, wherein a battery pocket is defined in an outer side of the second productive layer for receiving a portable power source.
7. The thermally-controlled container for wet tissue of claim 2, wherein the first insulation layer and the second insulation layer comprise aluminum foil layer, and the first productive layer and the second productive layer comprise oxford fabric.
8. The thermally-controlled container for wet tissue of claim 1, wherein the first fastening portion comprises a first bend portion and a first zipper portion, the first bend portion is located on a first longitudinal edge of the first containing portion, the first zipper portion is located on the other edge of the first containing portion, the second fastening portion comprises a second bend portion and a second zipper portion, the second bend portion is located on a second longitudinal edge of the second containing portion corresponding to the first longitudinal edge of the first containing portion, and the second zipper portion is located on the other edge of the second containing portion.
9. The thermally-controlled container for wet tissue of claim 1, wherein a buckle element is located in the containing room to buckle the wet tissue.
10. The thermally-controlled container for wet tissue of claim 9, wherein the buckle element comprises two wrap portions and at least two elastic fastening belts, the at least two elastic fastening belts are located between the two wraps portions, the two wrap portions protrude from the second containing portion, and an extracting opening defined between the two fastening belts.
