Abstract
Description
- Not applicable.
- Not applicable.
- Not applicable.
- The invention relates to humidification and process machines making mechanical and/or chemical process applications for textile and denim products.
- In particular, the invention relates to a new humidification and processing machine to provide a balanced and homogeneous moistening of textile and denim products, and to ensure better processes and chemical processes to be applied after moistening.
- Balanced and homogeneous humidification of textile and denim products has many benefits in terms of the processes to be applied after moistening and the results of chemical processes.
- Various processes and chemical processes are applied to create the final product on textile and denim products.
- Some of these processes and chemical processes are as follows:
-
- 1. Color bleaching, withering;
- a. Creation of mechanical wear and tear on the textile and denim products of solid mechanical abrasives such as stone, sand,
- b. Direct application of hypochlorite and potassium permanganate and similar liquid bleach chemical products to textile and denim products,
- c. Direct application of gas phase oxidizing gases such as ozone to textile and denim products,
- 2. Painting (coloring); Direct application of active, reactive, pigment, direct, indirect and similar liquid, solid, powder dyes to textile or denim product,
- 3. Softening; Application of softening chemicals directly to textile and denim products.
- 1. Color bleaching, withering;
- During similar applications and chemical processes, textiles and denim products are exposed to mechanical or chemical agents. During this exposure, the humidity content, humidity balance and homogeneity of the textile and denim product are effective on the quality of the final product. It will have positive effects on creating the right amount of absolute or relative humidity on a textile product, providing the generated humidity homogeneously in the product, maintaining the humidity, increasing the product quality on other processes used in the production phase, ensuring the same quality in every production. Accordingly, there will be an increase in the yield and quality of the product and hence it causes an increase in the profitability for the producer.
- In addition, the fact that the humidity amount and homogeneity on the product are not at proper values during these applications and processes have many negative effects.
- For example, the fiber exposed to humidity at a lower level than desired in textile and denim products becomes more fragile and unstable, tends to break, decreases mechanical strength, and also causes increased fiber spillage during production.
- The right amount of humidity maintains the yarn strength and elasticity. At the same time, an inhomogeneous humidification during application and chemical processes contains humidity in different places on the product such as color bleaching, withering, dyeing. Therefore, since the mechanical effect exposed and the chemical or chemical exposure effect of the chemicals on the product in different places cannot be created, it creates stained images and different color tones on the product.
- Similarly, the proper amount and inhomogeneous humidification causes different chemical reactions at every point of the product.
- As is known, every chemical reaction has ideal ratios of substances that react and exit chemically.
- In this application, the water and humidifiers used in humidification, as well as other chemicals, are part of the reaction, and should be in the optimal (proper) proportions. A lower rate of humidification than desired causes incomplete chemical reactions. All this will result in a lower quality end product.
- The right amount and homogeneous humidification will result in the production of a higher quality product with a higher profit margin on the end product.
- Another example; static electricity, pulling of flying feathers and dusts, mechanical equipment in the machine applied, and the discomfort of the workers, and even accidents cause a decrease in productivity and product quality.
- A lower or inhomogeneous humidity rate than desired causes these problems to occur. Ideal humidity and homogeneous moisture naturally alleviate these problems by distributing static loads.
- Droplets accumulate in the metal drum and cover section of the machines used for the said humidification process. Said droplets touch certain parts of the textile and denim products, causing them to get more moist.
- Likewise, if the metal drum is colder and the humidity given in is relatively higher, condensation will occur. Even condensation is more on the metal surface outside the drum mentioned, causing it to drip from the drum.
- Said drip leaks into the drum through small holes, causing more humidity in these areas of textile and denim products that contact the droplets.
- This prevents an even and homogeneous humidity process.
- In another application made in the current technique, after the humidity of textile and denim products, a squeezing process is carried out to remove excess water, which is another factor that prevents it from resulting in a homogeneous humidity.
- In the literature US patent application numbered US2003094020 relates to “An anti-pilling machine is constructed includes a machine body defining a cylindrical receiving chamber and a cloth passage for the circulation of a fed piece of cloth, an air nozzle upwardly mounted in one end of the cloth passage and adapted for ejecting a jet of hot dry air to move the fed piece of cloth through the cloth passage, a steam nozzle adapted for moistening the moving piece of cloth, an air blower adapted for providing forced air to the air nozzle, and a heat exchanger adapted for heating and drying forced air passing from the air blower to the air nozzle.”
- In the aforementioned application, a device that prevents the friction of a piece of fabric under moistening by rubbing is disclosed.
- In the literature U.S. Pat. No. 5,173,980 relates to “A method of continuous permanent decating and fixing of web-shaped textile products includes the steps of moistening a textile product, treating the moistened textile product in a first moist treatment stage by guiding the moistened textile product over a rotatable and heatable cylinder and pressing against a part of a cylinder surface, subsequently moistening the textile product, then treating the textile product in a second dry stage by guiding the textile product over a rotatable and heatable cylinder and pressing it against a part of a cylinder surface so that in the first moist stage one side of the textile product is in contact with the cylinder surface of the first mentioned cylinder while in the second dry stage the other side of the textile product is in contact with the cylinder surface of the second mentioned cylinder, regulating a moisture of the textile product so that shortly before an end of the second dry treatment stage it has a normal moisture, and maintaining pressing actions in the treatment stages so that a ratio of a time of the pressing action of the textile product in the first moist stage to a time of the pressing action in the second dry stage with identical pressures is at least.”
- In the aforementioned application, a machine and method that performs the humidity of the textile products are disclosed.
- In the literature US patent application numbered US2002104204 relates to “A slasher includes a moistening unit for moistening warp yarns by spraying water on the warp yarns, a squeezing unit for squeezing the moistened warp of the warp yarns, and a sizing unit for sizing the moistened and squeezed warp yarns. The moistening unit sprinkles water on the warp yarns to moisten the warp yarns. The warp yarns absorb part or all of the water sprinkled thereon. The warp yarns are not immersed in water during moistening to avoid excessive moistening. The squeezing unit squeezes the moistened warp yarns so that moisture infiltrates the warp yarns and the warp yarns is moistened uniformly. The moisture moistening the warp yarns is replaced and mixed with size liquor while the warp yarns are being passed through size liquor, so that the warp yarns can be easily and uniformly sized. ”
- In the aforementioned application, it describes a humidification machine that performs the humidification and tightening process in succession.
