Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of storing, transporting, grinding, and dispensing herbs, spices, flowers, plants, seeds, and leaves, including coffee, tea, and tobacco, in particular, relates to a cone filler.
- An herb grinder is a device with two halves i.e., top and bottom, that separate and have sharp teeth or pegs aligned in such a way that when both halves are turned, the material inside is shredded.
- Herb grinders are used for crushing dried herbs and spices into fine particles. Grinding the herbs into fine particles allows for the herbs to be smoked, cooked or otherwise used.
- herb grinders can be either manual or electronic. Manual herb grinders are typically driven by man force. On the other hand, electronic herb grinders are typically driven by a motor. In the traditional herb grinders, the fillers are employed to support and hold a paper cone in a place in which the herb grinder dispenses the grinded herbs.
- the traditional fillers do not use a funnel to fill the paper cone that leads to spillage of the grinded herbs. Further, the traditional fillers cannot adapt to fit onto the herb grinders or used as a stand-alone unit. Furthermore, the traditional fillers do not adapt according to the numbers of the paper cone. This results in increased time to fill the multiple numbers of the paper cone. Moreover, the traditional fillers do not adapt according to the size of the paper cone. Also, the traditional fillers are incapable to be used as holders of ground herb so that the herbs can be used in another way rather than filling the paper cone because of unavailability of plugs.

Description
- The present invention relates to the field of storing, transporting, grinding, and dispensing herbs, spices, flowers, plants, seeds, and leaves, including coffee, tea, and tobacco, in particular, relates to a cone filler.
- An herb grinder is a device with two halves i.e., top and bottom, that separate and have sharp teeth or pegs aligned in such a way that when both halves are turned, the material inside is shredded. Herb grinders are used for crushing dried herbs and spices into fine particles. Grinding the herbs into fine particles allows for the herbs to be smoked, cooked or otherwise used. In addition, herb grinders can be either manual or electronic. Manual herb grinders are typically driven by man force. On the other hand, electronic herb grinders are typically driven by a motor. In the traditional herb grinders, the fillers are employed to support and hold a paper cone in a place in which the herb grinder dispenses the grinded herbs. In addition, the traditional fillers do not use a funnel to fill the paper cone that leads to spillage of the grinded herbs.
