Abstract

An advanced laptop Bag that can converts into a portable work desk via extendable and adjustable legs housed on all 4 sides at the bottom of the laptop bag so it can turn into a sturdy work desk and has a waterproof PORTABLE USB charging station, anti-theft unit, and a cup holder. The Portable Desk Laptop Bag will be designed comparable to most Laptop Bag but will separate itself from all Laptop Bags as it can turn into a work desk. Prior designs of Laptop Bag stopped at being a housing unit for laptops and supplies where mine has advanced the Laptop Bag by adding adjustable legs at all sides of the bottom of the Laptop Bag to enable the Laptop Bag to be used as a work desk for the laptop while also being a housing unit for the laptop and supplies.

Description

    BACKROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Travelers and commuters have long used laptop carrying bags to carry their laptops around. However laptop bags have been limited in their usage to simply being a carrying case for laptops whereas now the Advanced Laptop Bag can transform itself into a workable desk where users can now do their assignments using their laptop bag on their front steps or back porch, sitting on a park bench, on the subway, or anywhere outdoors. Users' can now also charge their phones and other electrical devices from their laptop bag via the built in charging station in the laptop bag. The laptop bag also houses a cup holder for those looking for convenience while drinking ALL of which is NOT readily available on conventional laptop bags. The usage of a combination laptop carrying bag and work table/desk is NOT known in the other patens more specifically, combination laptop carrying bag with adjustable legs, PORTABLE USB charging port and a cup holder.
  • However, the usage of a combination laptop bag and work table is known in the other patens more specifically, combination laptop bag and work table heretofore devised and utilized are known to consist basically of familiar, expected and obvious structural configuration, notwithstanding the myriad of designs encompassed by the crowed prior art which have been developed for the fulfillment of countless objectives and requirements.
  • Known prior arts includes; U.S Pat. No. 2010/0124013A1; U.S Pat. No. 007593222B2 and U.S. Pat. No. 7,593,222B2. While these devices fulfill their respective, particular objective and requirements, the aforementioned patents do not disclosed a new desktop with adjustable legs, a waterproof portable USB charging port, anti-theft unit or a cup holder. The prior art includes laptop bags which are converted into work tables. Prior art stopped at solely being a housing unit for laptops and supplies while mine advanced it by becoming a combination laptop bag and work table with a desktop with adjustable legs, PORTABLE USB charging port, anti-theft unit and a cup holder.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The Portable Laptop Bag will serve as a regular laptop bag while also having the ability to turn into a sturdy work desk when all 4 legs on all four sides of The Portable Desk Laptop Bag are used. The legs on the Laptop bag will be adjustable to reach different heights to suite each customer comfortably. The base of each leg will have a secure circular base to ensure sturdiness and stability on any and all surface. The portable desk laptop bag will also have a comfortable neck and waist harness so The Portable Desk Laptop Bag can be used by a customer standing up and the desk will remain stable and sturdy. The Portable Desk Laptop Bag will have two PORTABLE USB charging station so customers can charge their cell phones and other electrical dives as well as a cup holder, and an anti theft device. The dimensions of The Portable Desk laptop bag as it relates to its length and width will be the same as standard laptop bags and will vary in size as most laptop bags do.
  • The Portable Desk Laptop bag will have four (4) compartments. Compartment #1 (the base) is the compartment where the adjustable legs are housed. This compartment will be made like standard laptop bags except it will have 4 housing units on its bottom for the extendable legs.
