  • DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • In order to make the above-mentioned features and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent and understandable, the following embodiments are specially cited and detailed descriptions are made as follows in, conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the present embodiment provides a magnetic type emergency switch mounting structure of a treadmill. The structure includes a carrier 100 in which a ring groove 101 used for placing a magnetic type emergency switch 200 is arranged; the magnetic type emergency switch 200 includes a safe lock 210, a safety rope 220 and a clip 230; a magnet 211 is mounted inside the safe lock 210; one end of the safety rope 220 is connected with the safe lock 210, and the other end of the safety rope 220 is connected with the clip 230; a first magnetic conductive part 102 capable of attracting the magnet 211 is arranged in the ring groove 101; the safe lock 210 is placed in the ring groove 101 and is attractable to the first magnetic conductive part 102, which is conductive to attracting and fixing the safe lock 210; the safety rope 220 is placed in the ring groove 101 in an encircled manner; a second magnetic conductive part 231 capable of attracting the magnet 211 is arranged on the clip 230; and the clip 230 is placed in the ring groove 101 and is attractable to the safe lock 210, which is conductive to attracting and fixing the clip 230.
  • In the present embodiment, the ring groove 101 includes a first groove 103 and a second groove 104; two ends of the first groove 103 correspondingly communicate with two ends of the second groove 104, the safe lock 210 and the clip 230 are placed in the first groove 103 which is wider and shorter; and the safety rope 220 is placed in the second groove 104 which is narrower and longer.
  • In the present embodiment, the first magnetic conductive part 102 is arranged at an, end portion of the safe lock 210 away from the safety rope 220, and the second magnetic conductive part 231 is arranged at an end portion of the clip 230 away from the safety rope 220, and can be specifically, but not limited to, arranged on one end surface of the clip 230 away from the safety rope 220 (of course, it can also be arranged inside the clip 230). For example, the front end surfaces of two half clips of the clip 230 are both provided with the second magnetic conductive parts 231. The second magnetic conductive part 231 may be fixed on one end surface of the clip 230 away from the safety rope 220 through adhesion, or may be a magnetic conductive coating layer and the like.
  • In the present embodiment, the carrier 100 includes a first carrier 110 (such as an operation panel) and a second carrier 120 (such as a dial plate). The first carrier 110 is mounted on the second carrier 120. The ring groove 101 is faulted between the periphery of the first carrier 110 and the second carrier 120. The carrier 100 is preferably, but is not limited to, a dial plate, an armrest or a motor cover and the like. such as a treadmill dial plate a treadmill second armrest, and a walking machine motor cover.
  • The principle of the present embodiment is as follows: During storage, the safe lock 210 is firstly placed in the first groove 103 of the ring groove 101; the magnet 211 in the safe lock 210 attracts and is fixed with the first magnetic conductive part 102 on the carrier 100; the safety rope 220 then surrounds one circle along the second groove 104 of the ring groove 101, and the clip 230 is placed in the first groove 103 of the ring groove 101; and the end surface of the clip 230 away from the safety rope 220 is in contact with the end surface away from the safe lock 210. Since the second magnetic conductive part 231 on the clip 230 attracts and is fixed with the magnet 211 in the safe lock 210, the whole magnetic type emergency switch 200 is fixedly mounted in the ring groove 101. During use, the clip 230 is removed and clamped on the clothes of a user, and the user can feel at ease with exercises. The safety rope 220 can be removed or not. When the user slips accidentally, or other accidents occur, and the body deviates from the scope of a belt, the safety rope 220 clamped on the clothes would pull and open the safe lock 210, and a magnetic reed sensor mounted on the inner side of the carrier 100 determines whether the safe lock 210 falls off by sensing a magnetic force; and the operation of the machine is interrupted in emergency if the safe lock 210 falls off to protect the safety of the user.
  • The above descriptions are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and do not impose any formal restrictions on the present disclosure. Any simple alterations, equivalent changes and modifications that are made to the above embodiments by those skilled in the art according to the technical essence of the present disclosure without departing from the content of the technical solution of the present disclosure shall all fall within the scope of the present disclosure.
