- In order to make the above-mentioned features and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent and understandable, the following embodiments are specially cited and detailed descriptions are made as follows in, conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 toFIG. 5 , the present embodiment provides a magnetic type emergency switch mounting structure of a treadmill. The structure includes acarrier 100 in which aring groove 101 used for placing a magnetictype emergency switch 200 is arranged; the magnetictype emergency switch 200 includes asafe lock 210, asafety rope 220 and aclip 230; amagnet 211 is mounted inside thesafe lock 210; one end of thesafety rope 220 is connected with thesafe lock 210, and the other end of thesafety rope 220 is connected with theclip 230; a first magneticconductive part 102 capable of attracting themagnet 211 is arranged in thering groove 101; thesafe lock 210 is placed in thering groove 101 and is attractable to the first magneticconductive part 102, which is conductive to attracting and fixing thesafe lock 210; thesafety rope 220 is placed in thering groove 101 in an encircled manner; a second magneticconductive part 231 capable of attracting themagnet 211 is arranged on theclip 230; and theclip 230 is placed in thering groove 101 and is attractable to thesafe lock 210, which is conductive to attracting and fixing theclip 230. - In the present embodiment, the
ring groove 101 includes afirst groove 103 and asecond groove 104; two ends of thefirst groove 103 correspondingly communicate with two ends of thesecond groove 104, thesafe lock 210 and theclip 230 are placed in thefirst groove 103 which is wider and shorter; and thesafety rope 220 is placed in thesecond groove 104 which is narrower and longer. - In the present embodiment, the first magnetic
conductive part 102 is arranged at an, end portion of thesafe lock 210 away from thesafety rope 220, and the second magneticconductive part 231 is arranged at an end portion of theclip 230 away from thesafety rope 220, and can be specifically, but not limited to, arranged on one end surface of theclip 230 away from the safety rope 220 (of course, it can also be arranged inside the clip 230). For example, the front end surfaces of two half clips of theclip 230 are both provided with the second magneticconductive parts 231. The second magneticconductive part 231 may be fixed on one end surface of theclip 230 away from thesafety rope 220 through adhesion, or may be a magnetic conductive coating layer and the like. - In the present embodiment, the
carrier 100 includes a first carrier 110 (such as an operation panel) and a second carrier 120 (such as a dial plate). Thefirst carrier 110 is mounted on thesecond carrier 120. Thering groove 101 is faulted between the periphery of thefirst carrier 110 and thesecond carrier 120. Thecarrier 100 is preferably, but is not limited to, a dial plate, an armrest or a motor cover and the like. such as a treadmill dial plate a treadmill second armrest, and a walking machine motor cover. - The principle of the present embodiment is as follows: During storage, the
safe lock 210 is firstly placed in thefirst groove 103 of thering groove 101; themagnet 211 in thesafe lock 210 attracts and is fixed with the first magneticconductive part 102 on thecarrier 100; thesafety rope 220 then surrounds one circle along thesecond groove 104 of thering groove 101, and theclip 230 is placed in thefirst groove 103 of thering groove 101; and the end surface of theclip 230 away from thesafety rope 220 is in contact with the end surface away from thesafe lock 210. Since the second magneticconductive part 231 on theclip 230 attracts and is fixed with themagnet 211 in thesafe lock 210, the whole magnetictype emergency switch 200 is fixedly mounted in thering groove 101. During use, theclip 230 is removed and clamped on the clothes of a user, and the user can feel at ease with exercises. Thesafety rope 220 can be removed or not. When the user slips accidentally, or other accidents occur, and the body deviates from the scope of a belt, thesafety rope 220 clamped on the clothes would pull and open thesafe lock 210, and a magnetic reed sensor mounted on the inner side of thecarrier 100 determines whether thesafe lock 210 falls off by sensing a magnetic force; and the operation of the machine is interrupted in emergency if thesafe lock 210 falls off to protect the safety of the user. - The above descriptions are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and do not impose any formal restrictions on the present disclosure. Any simple alterations, equivalent changes and modifications that are made to the above embodiments by those skilled in the art according to the technical essence of the present disclosure without departing from the content of the technical solution of the present disclosure shall all fall within the scope of the present disclosure.
