Abstract

The present invention may provide shoes comprising an arch pad, the shoes comprising: an arch pad provided with a block seating groove that is formed in an area corresponding to the arch part of a foot; and an arch block positioned on the block seating groove and formed convexly so as to protrude from the upper surface of the arch pad such that the upper surface of the arch block pressurizes the arch part of the foot. The arch block comprises: a base portion fixed to the block seating groove; and a deformation portion which can be attached to/detached from the base portion such that the position in which the deformation portion pressurizes the arch part can be adjusted according to the position in which the deformation portion is installed on the base portion.

Description

    FIELD OF INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to shoes including an arch pad.
  • BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
  • Recently, in addition to general walking functions of shoes, various functional shoes, which can alleviate or cushion shock applied to the foot when landing in terms of the health of the foot, are being released.
  • Development of technology related to shoes has focused on maximally absorbing the shock and load applied to the knees and soles of the human body when walking or running, minimizing the weight of shoes by using a special material, suppressing generation of sweat by facilitating ventilation inside shoes, or the like.
  • Meanwhile, at the moment the foot touches the floor when a human is walking or running, the kinetic energy and potential energy disappear and are converted into elastic strain energy occurring in the structure of the foot and leg of the human body, causing the human body to bounce back into the air. Here, representative human tissues that function like springs with elastic strain energy are the Achilles tendon and foot arch.
  • In general, the shape of the foot is divided according to the height of the arch. About 60% of the population have relatively normal feet, whereas 20% have flat feet with low arches, and the remaining 20% have high arches. The reason why the foot is divided in the shape of an arch is because the arch of the foot greatly affects human walking or running. However, due to aging or incorrect posture, the arch may collapse, which can affect health.
  • Focusing on such points, shoes provided with an insole to have a shape similar to the sole of the foot, or shoes accommodating a cushioning material that supports the arch have been used.
  • However, since most existing technologies have constant shapes, there is a problem that they cannot be properly applied to different arches of respective persons.
  • Therefore, there is a need for an arch support that can be appropriately adjusted according to user's sole structures.
  • SUMMARY OF INVENTION Technical Problem to be Solved
  • Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is one object of the present invention to shoes including an arch pad that can comfortably support the arch of the sole and sufficiently buffer the load or pressure transmitted from the body to provide an improved fit to correct the entire body while protecting the foot.
  • It is another object of the present invention to provide shoes including an arch pad that can comfortably support the arch of the sole, and in particular, and allows the degree of support to appropriately adjust according to the condition of the arch or individual differences so that a user can wear the shoes in an optimal state.
  • It is another object of the present invention to provide shoes including an arch pad that can have various heights and shapes according to the shape of an arch support to provide an optimal state according to the shape of the user's foot or the location and shape of an arch part.
  • It is yet another object of the present invention to provide shoes including an arch pad that can be positioned according to the user's physical condition to erect the arch of the sole, thereby being capable of preventing plantar fasciitis by balancing the body and correcting the spine through posture correction.
  • Technical Solution
  • In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, the above and other objects can be accomplished by the provision of an arch pad for shoes, the arch pad including: an arch pad provided with a block seating groove that is formed in an area corresponding to an arch part of a foot; and an arch block disposed in the block seating groove, and formed to protrude more convexly than an upper surface of the arch pad such that an upper surface of the arch block pressurizes the arch part of the foot, wherein the arch block includes a base part fixed to the block seating groove; and a deformation part configured to be attachable/detachable from the base part so that a pressurization position of the arch part is adjusted according to a position of the deformation part to be installed on the base part.
  • In addition, a plurality of guide grooves may be formed on an upper surface of the base part to be spaced apart from each other in parallel with a longitudinal direction of a shoe, and guide protrusions that are insertable into the guide grooves may be formed to protrude from a lower surface of the deformation part, so that a pressurization position of the arch part is changed as the guide protrusions are inserted into different grooves of the guide grooves.
  • In addition, the deformation part may be separated into a plurality of pieces so that a position or site of pressurizing the foot is adjusted according to an arch shape of the foot.
  • In addition, the deformation part may include a first deformation part disposed on one side of the base part; and a second deformation part disposed on another side of the base part, so that the first deformation part pressurizes one side of the arch portion of the foot, and the second deformation part pressurizes another side of the arch portion of the foot.
  • In addition, protrusions may be formed to protrude from a circumferential surface of the block seating groove into the block seating groove, and fixation grooves into which the protrusions are to be inserted may be formed on an outer surface of the base part, so that the arch block is fixed to the arch pad.
  • Effect of Invention
  • In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the arch of the sole can be comfortably supported to sufficiently buffer the load or pressure transmitted from the body, thereby being capable of providing an improved fit to correct the entire body while protecting the foot.
  • In addition, the arch of the sole can be comfortably supported, and, in particular, the degree of support can be appropriately adjusted according to the condition of the arch or individual differences, so that a user can wear the shoes in an optimal state.
  • In addition, various heights and shapes according to the shape of an arch support can be formed to provide an optimal state according to the shape of the user's foot or the location and shape of an arch part.
  • In addition, an arch pad can be positioned according to the user's physical condition to erect the arch of the sole, thereby being capable of preventing plantar fasciitis by balancing the body and correcting the spine through posture correction.

  • BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
  • In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an arch pad for shoes, the arch pad including: an arch pad provided with a block seating groove that is formed in an area corresponding to an arch part of a foot; and an arch block disposed in the block seating groove, and formed to protrude more convexly than an upper surface of the arch pad such that an upper surface of the arch block pressurizes the arch part of the foot, wherein the arch block includes a base part fixed to the block seating groove; and a deformation part configured to be attachable/detachable from the base part so that a pressurization position of the arch part is adjusted according to a position of the deformation part to be installed on the base part.
  • In addition, a plurality of guide grooves may be formed on an upper surface of the base part to be spaced apart from each other in parallel with a longitudinal direction of a shoe, and guide protrusions that are insertable into the guide grooves may be formed to protrude from a lower surface of the deformation part, so that a pressurization position of the arch part is changed as the guide protrusions are inserted into different grooves of the guide grooves.
  • In addition, the deformation part may be separated into a plurality of pieces so that a position or site of pressurizing the foot is adjusted according to an arch shape of the foot.
  • In addition, the deformation part may include a first deformation part disposed on one side of the base part; and a second deformation part disposed on another side of the base part, so that the first deformation part pressurizes one side of the arch portion of the foot, and the second deformation part pressurizes another side of the arch portion of the foot.
  • In addition, protrusions may be formed to protrude from a circumferential surface of the block seating groove into the block seating groove, and fixation grooves into which the protrusions are to be inserted may be formed on an outer surface of the base part, so that the arch block is fixed to the arch pad.
  • BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
  • Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, these embodiments are provided as examples only and should not be construed as limiting the scope and spirit of the present invention.
  • In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may make the subject matter of the present invention unclear. The terms used in the specification are defined in consideration of functions used in the present invention, and can be changed according to the intent or conventionally used methods of clients, operators, and users. Accordingly, definitions of the terms should be understood on the basis of the entire description of the present specification.
  • The technical idea of the present invention is determined by the appended claims, and the following embodiments are provided only to efficiently describe the technical idea of the present invention to those of ordinary skill in the art.
  • FIG. 1 illustrates an exploded view of a shoe 1 including an arch pad according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 illustrates the shoe 1 including an arch pad according to an embodiment of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the shoe 1 including an arch pad may include an arch pad 10 and an arch block 20.
  • The arch pad 10 may be seated on an upper surface of a shoe sole 30. The size and shape of the shoe sole 30 may be formed to correspond to the size and shape of the arch pad 10. Accordingly, the arch pad 10 may be forcibly fitted into the shoe sole 30, thereby being inserted and fixed to the shoe sole 30.
  • The arch pad 10 may include a block seating groove 11 and protrusions 12.
  • The block seating groove 11 may be formed in a region corresponding to the arch part of a foot. The arch block 20 may be inserted into and fixed to the block seating groove 11. The block seating groove 11 is recessed downward. A bottom surface of the block seating groove 11 may further protrude downward compared to a bottom surface of the arch pad 10.
  • Here, the shoe sole 30 on which the arch pad 10 is to be disposed may include a groove 31 having a location, size and shape corresponding to the block seating groove 11 such that the block seating groove 11 can be disposed on the groove 31. Accordingly, when the arch pad 10 is inserted into and fixed to the shoe sole 30, the block seating groove 11 may be located in the groove 31.
  • The protrusions 12 may be formed to protrude from a circumferential surface of the block seating groove 11 into the block seating groove 11. The protrusions 12 serve to fix the arch block 20 inserted into the block seating groove 11. Particularly, the protrusions 12 are inserted into the fixation grooves 211 formed on the arch block 20 to fix the arch pad 10 and the arch block 20. For example, the pair of protrusions 12 may be formed to face each other.
  • Here, the protrusions 12 may be formed of a material having elasticity. For example, the protrusions 12 may be formed of rubber. Accordingly, when the arch block 20 is inserted into the block seating groove 11, the protrusions 12 descend due to elasticity and are positioned back to the original state due to elastic force to be inserted into the fixation grooves 211 of the arch block 20.
  • The arch block 20 is located in the block seating groove 11 to protrude more convexly than a top surface of the arch pad 10, thereby pressurizing the arch portion of the foot. The top surface of the arch block 20 may be in contact with the arch portion of the foot.
  • The arch block 20 may include a base part 21 and a deformation part 22.
  • The base part 21 and the deformation part 22 may be assembled and separated from each other. For example, the deformation part 22 is attachable/detachable from the base part 21. Here, the position of the arch portion to be pressurized may be adjusted according to the position of the deformation part 22 installed on the base part 21.
  • In addition, since the deformation part 22 may be formed in various shapes, the deformation part 22 that is suitable for a user may be installed on the base part 21, thereby providing a customized arch pad 10.
  • A detailed description of the base part 21 and the deformation part 22 is provided below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.
  • FIG. 3 illustrates the arch block 20 according to FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 illustrates a side view of the deformation part 22 of the arch block 20 according to FIG. 3.
  • Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the arch block 20 may include the base part 21 and the deformation part 22, as described above.
  • The base part 21 is inserted into and fixed to the block seating groove 11. The guide grooves 212 and the fixation grooves 211 may be formed on the base part 21.
  • In particular, the base part 21 may include the fixation grooves 211 into which the protrusions 12 are to be inserted, so that the base part 21 is inserted into and fixed to the block seating groove 11. The fixation grooves 211 may be formed to have locations and a size that correspond to the protrusions 12. For example, the fixation grooves 211 may be formed on opposite sides of the base part 21.
  • In addition, the guide grooves 212 may be formed on an upper surface of the base part 21. In particular, a plurality of guide grooves 212 may be formed on an upper surface of the base part 21 to be spaced apart from each other in parallel with a length direction of a shoe.
  • Guide protrusions 221 of the deformation part 22 are respectively inserted into the guide grooves 212 to fix the base part 21 and the deformation part 22.
  • The deformation part 22 has a predetermined height and is installed on the base part 21 to pressurize the arch portion. That is, a pressurization height, pressurization size, pressurization region, pressurization site, and the like of the user's arch portion may be controlled by adjusting the height and shape of the deformation part 22.
  • Here, a central portion of the deformation part 22 and a portion adjacent to the central portion have predetermined heights to pressurize the arch portion, the height of the deformation part 22 is lowered from the central portion toward the outer circumference thereof, and the outer circumference may be formed in a thin surface shape. Accordingly, when the deformation part 22 is installed on the base part 21, the height of the outer circumference of the deformation part 22 is not different from the height of the upper surface of the base part 21, so that the deformation part 22 and the base part 21 may feel like a single assembled product without feeling different from each other.
  • In addition, the guide protrusions 221 that are to be inserted into the guide grooves 212 of the base part 21 may be formed on a lower surface of the deformation part 22. The guide protrusions 221 may be inserted into and forcibly fitted into the guide grooves 212. Accordingly, the deformation part 22 may be fixed to the base part 21.
  • Here, a plurality of guide protrusions 221 may be formed, but the number of the guide protrusions 221 may be smaller than the number of the guide grooves 212. Accordingly, the position of the deformation part 22 on the base part 21 may be changed as the guide protrusions 221 are inserted into different grooves of the plural guide grooves 212. Accordingly, a position of pressurizing the arch portion may be adjusted to the left and right of a shoe.
  • Meanwhile, the length L1 of the guide grooves 212 may be formed longer than the length L2 of the guide protrusions 221. Accordingly, an insertion position of the guide protrusions 221 into the guide grooves 212 may be moved and adjusted along a longitudinal direction of the guide grooves 212. For example, depending upon whether the guide protrusions 221 is inserted into the front, rear, or center of the guide grooves 212, a pressurization position for the arch part may be adjusted. That is, a pressurization position for the arch portion may be adjusted to the front or rear of a shoe.
  • That is, a pressurization position of the shoe 1 including the arch pad may be adjusted to the front, rear, left, or right of the shoe 1. Accordingly, the shoe 1 including the arch pad may pressurize the arch part to fit the user's body, thereby having an effect of correcting posture and preventing plantar fasciitis
  • FIG. 5 illustrates a coupled state of the arch block 20 according to FIG. 3, and FIG. 6 illustrates a coupled state of the arch block 20 according to FIG. 3.
  • Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the position of the deformation part 22 to be placed on the base part 21 may be changed according to an insertion position of the guide protrusions 221 into the guide grooves 212.
  • Referring to FIG. 5, for example, nine guide grooves 212 and three guide protrusions 221 may be formed. Here, the guide protrusions 221 may be inserted into the fourth, fifth, and sixth guide grooves 212.
  • Referring to FIG. 6, the guide protrusions 221 may be inserted into the second, third, and fourth guide grooves 212.
  • As such, the position of the deformation part 22 may be adjusted depending upon which grooves of the guide grooves 212 the guide protrusions 221 are inserted into. In such a manner, a pressurization position of the arch portion may be adjusted.
  • FIG. 7 illustrates a deformation part 22 according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 illustrates a side view of the deformation part 22 according to FIG. 7.
  • Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the deformation part 22 may be separated into a plurality of pieces, and the position or site of pressurizing the foot may be adjusted according to the arch shape of the foot.
  • For example, the deformation part 22 may include a first deformation part 22 a and a second deformation part 22 b.
  • The first deformation part 22 a may be disposed on one side of the base part 21, and the second deformation part 22 b may be disposed on another side of the base part 21. Accordingly, the first deformation part 22 a may pressurize one side of the arch portion of the foot, and the second deformation part 22 b may pressurize another side of the arch portion of the foot.
  • As shown in FIG. 8, the height of the highest point of the first deformation part 22 a may differ from the height of the highest point of the second deformation part 22 b. In such a manner, the overall shape and height of the deformation part 22 may be changed according to the shape of the arch portion.
  • In addition, when the deformation part 22 is separated into a plurality of deformation part pieces 22, the heights of adjacent portions of the deformation part pieces 22 may be the same to be connected to each other.
  • FIG. 9 illustrates a state in which the deformation part 22 according to FIG. 7 is coupled with the base part 21, and FIG. 10 illustrates a state in which the deformation part 22 according to FIG. 9 is coupled with the base part 21.
  • Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the first deformation part 22 a and the second deformation part 22 b may be installed on the base part 21. Here, the first deformation part 22 a and the second deformation part 22 b may respectively include the guide protrusions 221.
  • For example, the guide grooves 212 may be twelve, the guide protrusions 221 of the first deformation part 22 a may be three, and the guide protrusions 221 of the second deformation part 22 b may be two. Here, referring to FIG. 9, the guide protrusions 221 of the first deformation part 22 a may be inserted into the second, third, and fourth guide grooves 212, and the guide protrusions 221 of the second deformation part 22 b may be inserted into the tenth and eleventh guide grooves 212.
  • Referring to FIG. 10, the guide protrusions 221 of the first deformation part 22 a may be inserted into the first, second, and third guide grooves 212, and the guide protrusions 221 of the second deformation part 22 b may be inserted into the ninth and tenth guide grooves 212.
  • As such, the position of the deformation part 22 may be adjusted depending upon which grooves of the guide grooves 212 the guide protrusions 221 of each of the first deformation part 22 a and the second deformation part 22 b are inserted into. In such a manner, a pressurization position for the arch portion may be adjusted.
  • Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments and various modifications and changes are possible within the technical spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, it should be understood that there is no intent to limit the invention to the embodiments disclosed, rather, the invention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
  • INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
  • Shoes including an arch pad according to the present invention aim to provide improved functionality and can be used in the footwear industry to develop shoes with various functions.

Claims (5)

1. An arch pad for shoes, the arch pad comprising:
an arch pad provided with a block seating groove that is formed in an area corresponding to an arch part of a foot; and
an arch block disposed in the block seating groove, and formed to protrude more convexly than an upper surface of the arch pad such that an upper surface of the arch block pressurizes the arch part of the foot,
wherein the arch block comprises a base part fixed to the block seating groove; and a deformation part configured to be attachable/detachable from the base part so that a pressurization position of the arch part is adjusted depending on a position of the deformation part to be installed on the base part.
2. The arch pad according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of guide grooves are formed on an upper surface of the base part to be spaced apart from each other in parallel with a longitudinal direction of a shoe, and guide protrusions that are insertable into the guide grooves are formed to protrude from a lower surface of the deformation part, so that a pressurization position of the arch part is changed as the guide protrusions are inserted into different grooves of the guide grooves.
3. The arch pad according to claim 2, wherein the deformation part is separated into a plurality of pieces so that a position or site of pressurizing the foot is adjusted depending on an arch shape of the foot.
4. The arch pad according to claim 3, wherein the deformation part comprises a first deformation part disposed on one side of the base part; and a second deformation part disposed on another side of the base part, so that the first deformation part pressurizes one side of the arch portion of the foot, and the second deformation part pressurizes another side of the arch portion of the foot.
5. The arch pad according to claim 1, wherein protrusions are formed to protrude from a circumferential surface of the block seating groove into the block seating groove, and fixation grooves into which the protrusions are to be inserted are formed on an outer surface of the base part, so that the arch block is fixed to the arch pad.
