According to FIGS. 3 to 6 and FIGS. 9A and 9B the gym bottle 100 comprises a body portion 10 and a flip cap 11 mounted to the bottle 100. The body in its simplest form, is substantially cylindrical and flat that is provided for use in attaching the attachments to secure and hold the gym bottle in an upright position to a surface. The attachments are disposed approximately midway between the flip cap 11 and the bottom of the bottle.
  • The card holder 20 attachment includes a rigid magnetic attachment system therein which enables to temporarily attach the gym bottle 100 to a metallic structure such as a gym equipment. The card holder attachment 20 is attached to the rear portion 12 of the body 10 and the phone holder 30 is attached to the front portion 14 of the body 10. It is to be understood that the description herein refers to different sides or directions with respect to the cylindrical gym bottle 100.
  • According to FIGS. 7A and 7B the phone holder attachment 30 has an elongated curved body with a height, a width and a thickness adapted to attach on the curved body of a gym bottle. The phone holder attachment 30 includes a holding member 31, an attaching member 32, and a connecting structure 33. The holding member 31 is configured to hold the mobile phone thereon. The attaching member 32 is selected from flexible double-sided adhesive tape, sized equal to the holding member 31 to strongly attach to the rear portion 36 of the holding member 31 from one side and to the body 10 of the gym bottle 100 from its other side. The holding member 31 has a connecting structure 33 adjustably connected to a magnetic plate 35.
  • The connecting structure 33 can be selected from various rotatable and swivel joints such as ball and socket joints that can adjust the position of the mobile phone thereon. Additionally, some workouts may include the use of a phone for tracking time or viewing instructional videos. So, the user can angle the phone in a desirable direction for working out. The connecting structure 33 is rotatably coupled to a magnetic plate 35 to attach to a mobile phone and hold the mobile phone thereon. Various mechanism can be used to secure the phone to the mobile holder 30. A phone magnet may be connected or mounted to a phone with a magnet phone adapter.
  • The magnet adapter has double-sided glue on its surface so that the phone can be strongly attached to the adapter. The magnet interaction ensures the phone to secure to the magnet plate 35. Alternatively, a separate phone cover may be provided that is modified to include a magnet or a magnetic surface to interact with the magnet plate 35 and secure the phone to the phone plate 35. As still yet another alternative, multiple magnets and magnet covers may be mounted to both the phone holder 30 and the phone to more firmly retain the phone to the phone holder 30.
  • It should be noted that many phones are composed of aluminum or plastic and therefore require that a ferrous metal or magnet-containing plate be attached to the phone in order to take advantage of the phone holder attachment 30. • The attachment system comprises of strong neodymium magnets 45 and 46 inserted into a set of cavities 26 and 27 on the rear portion 22 of the card holder 20. The cavities 26 and 27 create a housing for the magnets 45 and 46, thereby allowing the magnets to produce a strong magnetic field to retain and secure the gym bottle 100 to a gym equipment 200. The magnets 45 and 46 are inserted into an upper cavity 26 and a lower cavity 27 and secured therein by a set of accompanying magnet caps 47 and 48. In the embodiment shown cavities 26 and 27 are substantially circular recesses made in the thickness of the card holder 20 and substantially sized and shaped to receive disc-shaped magnets 46 and 47. The magnets 45 and 46 are selected from strong magnets being neodymium magnets to secure the bottle to the gym equipment.
  • One or more magnets can be used to attach the gym bottle 100 to a piece of exercise equipment. In a preferred embodiment, in order to securely affix a gym bottle 100 to a metallic surface, and to minimize side-to-side movement two magnets arranged in a longitudinal plane are utilized. In such arrangement there are at least two contact points at which magnetic pulling is applied. In other embodiments of the invention more than two magnets may be used, for example three or more magnets may be provided substantially in a straight line.
  • The card holder attachment 20 further provides a flexible attaching portion 25 which provides a double-sided adhesive tape to strongly attach to the rear portion 22 of the card holder 20 which covers the magnets and attachable to the body 10 of the gym bottle 100. The adhesive part 25 is selected from flexible material sized and shaped equal to the card holder 20 to be attachable to the body 10 of a gym bottle 100.
