Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of sports products, and in particular, to a detachable combined chassis structure of a golf bag for holding golf clubs, comprising a lower chassis and an upper chassis, wherein the lower chassis is in the shape of a recessed disc; a boss smaller than an outer edge is disposed at the middle part of the lower chassis, so that the lower chassis is in the shape of a disc with the diameter descending from bottom to top, with multiple holes uniformly distributed along the periphery of the upper part of the lower chassis. The application divides a single integral chassis into two parts, so that the conventional golf bag is detachable and foldable, allowing consumers to assemble a complete golf bag themselves, which creatively changes the manufacturing, packaging, and assembling modes of the conventional golf bag.
Description
- The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 201921659595.6 filed on Oct. 1, 2019, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.
- The application relates to the technical field of sports products, and in particular, to a chassis structure of a golf bag for holding golf clubs.
- With the progress of society and the improvement of living standards, after the busy work, people are paying more and more attention to their physical health and physical exercise in order to adapt to the needs of work with a strong physique. Golf is particularly popular because it has the characteristics of leisure and does not produce intense physical confrontation. At present, the golf bag for holding golf clubs is composed of a head frame, a bag body, and a chassis. The head frame and the chassis are respectively fixed at the upper and lower ends of the bag body. The head frame, the bag body, and the chassis are integrated after assembly, which occupies a lot of storage space for manufacturers and sellers and increases manufacturing costs virtually for storage and transportation. It is also a pity for those who like to assemble products by themselves.
- An objective of the application is to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art, and provide a detachable combined chassis structure of a golf bag, which can enable consumers to assemble golf bags themselves.
- The application is realized by the following technical solution: a detachable combined chassis structure of a golf bag, comprising a lower chassis and an upper chassis, wherein the lower chassis is in the shape of a recessed disc, a boss smaller than an outer edge is disposed at the middle part of the lower chassis, so that the lower chassis is in the shape of a disc with the diameter descending from bottom to top, with multiple holes uniformly distributed along the periphery of the upper part of the lower chassis; the length of the strip-shaped upper chassis is equal to the circumference of the upper part of the lower chassis; nipple-shaped protrusions are disposed on the upper chassis, corresponding to the multiple holes uniformly distributed along the periphery of the upper part of the lower chassis; and recesses in which support rods for supporting the golf bag are inserted are uniformly distributed on a longitudinal edge of the upper chassis.
- There is a plurality of nipple-shaped protrusions disposed at both ends of the upper chassis.
- The diameters of the head and tail of the nipple-shaped protrusion are smaller than the diameters of the holes on the lower chassis, and the diameter of the middle section is greater than the diameters of the holes on the lower chassis.
- The application divides a single integral chassis into two parts, so that the conventional golf bag is detachable and foldable, allowing consumers to assemble a complete golf bag themselves. Since the upper chassis is designed to be disconnected, the assembly difficulty is greatly reduced, it is easy for consumers to assemble and disassemble by themselves, and the use effect is good after assembly, thereby achieving assembly and disassembly. The packaging volume of a single golf bag is one third or one quarter of the volume of a conventional single golf bag after the bag body is foldable, which creatively changes the manufacturing, packaging, and assembling modes of the conventional golf bag.
-
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the application; -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the application; and -
FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of part A inFIG. 1 . - Referring to
FIGS. 1-3 , adetachable combined chassis structure of a golf bag consists of a lower chassis 1 and anupper chassis 2. The lower chassis 1 is in the shape of a recessed disc. Aboss 12 smaller than an outer edge is disposed at the middle part of the lower chassis 1, so that the lower chassis 1 is in the shape of a disc with the diameter descending from bottom to top, with multiple holes 11 uniformly distributed along the periphery of the upper part of the lower chassis 1. The length of the strip-shapedupper chassis 2 is equal to the circumference of the upper part of the lower chassis 1. Nipple-shaped protrusions 21 are disposed on theupper chassis 2, corresponding to the multiple holes 11 uniformly distributed along the periphery of the upper part of the lower chassis 1. Recesses 22 in which support rods for supporting the golf bag are inserted are uniformly distributed on a longitudinal edge of theupper chassis 2. - There is a plurality of nipple-shaped protrusions disposed at both ends of the
upper chassis 2. - Preferably, the
upper chassis 2 can be disconnected into strips by a conventional ring-shaped rim, so that consumers can assemble and disassemble themselves. - The diameters of the head and tail of the nipple-
shaped protrusion 21 are smaller than the diameters of the holes 11 on the lower chassis 1, and the diameter of the middle section is greater than the diameters of the holes 11 on the lower chassis 1. - When the application is applied, the upper part of the
upper chassis 2 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the golf bag, and the lower part of theupper chassis 2 is nested on theboss 12 in the middle of the lower chassis 1, so that the golf bag and the chassis are integrated. The nipple-shaped protrusions 21 on theupper chassis 2 are fastened into the corresponding holes 11 on the lower chassis 1 one by one. Because the diameters of the head and tail of the nipple-shaped protrusion 21 are smaller than the diameters of the holes 11 on the lower chassis 1, and the diameter of the middle section is greater than the diameters of the holes 11 of the lower chassis 1, theupper chassis 2 is firmly fastened onto the lower chassis 1. Moreover, there are a plurality of nipple-shaped protrusions 21 at both ends of theupper chassis 2, which strengthens the fastening of the two ends. The two ends that are close to each other make theupper chassis 2 and the lower chassis 1 fastened more firmly. The nipple-shaped design with small head and tail and large middle section makes the upper and lower chassis fastened tightly to prevent falling off, thereby ensuring the use function of the entire golf ball.
