- China patent no. 102357294 disclosed a golf club bag, which includes a barrel and a cover slidably connected to the barrel. As a result, the cover is moved to change a height of the golf club bag according to the golf clubs stored in the bag. It may provide the golf clubs stored therein a good protection to avoid damage during transportation.
- In view of the above, the primary objective of the present invention is to provide a golf club bag, which provides a slidable cover with a stable and smooth movement.
- In order to achieve the objective of the present invention, a golf club bag includes a barrel having an outer member and an inner member, wherein the inner member is received in the outer member and connected to the outer member to form a channel between the outer member and the inner member; a cover having a cover member and a cover ring connected to the cover member, wherein the cover ring and a portion of the cover member are received in the channel of the barrel; and an elevating device received in the channel of the barrel and connected to the barrel and the cover respectively, wherein the elevating device drives the cover to reciprocate along the channel of the barrel.
- In an embodiment, the barrel further includes a channel ring received in channel of the barrel and connected to the outer member, and the cover member and the elevating device pass through the channel ring.
- In an embodiment, the inner member of the barrel has a head frame, a base, and a plurality of bars, and the bars have opposite ends connected to the head frame and the base respectively.
- In an embodiment, the inner member of the barrel has a head frame, a base, and a cylinder, and the head frame and the base are connected to opposite end of the cylinder respectively.
- In an embodiment, the cylinder is formed by two half cylinder members.
- In an embodiment, the elevating device has a plurality of telescoping members, each of which has opposite ends connected to the barrel and the cover respectively.
- In an embodiment, the elevating device includes a plurality of rails and guiding members; the rails are connected to the barrel and the guiding members are connected to the cover; the guiding members movably engage the rails respectively.
