Abstract

The invention relates to an inner pad reinforcement device of a sole. It comprises an insole having a forefoot zone, an arch zone, a heel zone and a shoe heel integrally formed on the heel zone and having a receiving slot; and a reinforcement unit having a heal seat for inserting into the receiving slot and a supporting part.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to an inner pad reinforcement device of a sole which has simplified shoe production process and increased structural strength and impact resistance of the shoe.
  • 2. Description of Related Art
  • High-heeled shoe are a type of shoe in which the heel is significantly higher off the ground and can make the wearer appear taller. The high-heeled shoe generally comprises a shoe upper part having an opening, a middle bottom part, a sole and a heel. The conventional production process of a high-heeled shoe comprises attaching the shoe upper part to the middle bottom part by adhesive and then integrally attaching the shoe upper part to the sole also by adhesive; attaching a soft pad on the middle bottom part; arranging a support piece made of a strip of metal material on the bottom of the shoe; and covering the support piece by the middle bottom part and the sole after the middle bottom part is combined with the sole. The heel is fixed to a rear part of a bottom of the sole by a nailing member inserting into a hole of the support piece. In this way, a heel having a certain height keeps the rear part of the high-heeled shoe at a certain distance from the ground.
  • However, the conventional production process requires not only the adhesive but also the support piece of metal material in the bottom of the shoe to maintain the arch curvature of the high heel and structural strength to withstand force. If there is no metal support piece, the high heels may not support the weight of the human body. In addition, the heel needs to be fixed to the sole by nails and the like during the manufacturing process, resulting in complicated production processes and increased costs.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In view of the above-mentioned problems, the object of the present invention is to provide an inner pad reinforcement device of a sole which has simplified shoe production process and increased structural strength and impact resistance of the shoe.
  • The inner pad reinforcement device of a sole comprises an inner pad reinforcement device of a sole. It comprises an insole having a forefoot zone, an arch zone, a heel zone and a shoe heel integrally formed on the heel zone and having a receiving slot; and a reinforcement unit having a heal seat for inserting into the receiving slot and a supporting part extended from a top of the heal seat. Accordingly, the invention having the reinforcement unit does not require glue in the shoe production process, which simplifies the production process and provides impact resistance and stability of the shoe.
  • According to an embodiment of the present invention, the insole is provided with a concave edge for surrounding the forefoot zone, the arch zone and the heel zone for engaging with a periphery of a shoe upper, and a lateral wall extended from the concave edge and corresponding to the accommodation zone to be sewn by a sewing thread for fixing the shoe upper.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is an explosion diagram showing an inner pad reinforcement device of a sole according to the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing an inner pad reinforcement device of a sole in assembly according to the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is a cross-section view showing an inner pad reinforcement device of a sole in assembly according to the present invention;
  • FIG. 4 is a partial cross-section view showing an inner pad reinforcement device of a sole in assembly according to the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • As showed in FIG. 1, an explosion diagram showing an inner pad reinforcement device of a sole according to the present invention is disclosed herein. It comprises an insole (1) having a forefoot zone (11), an arch zone (12), a heel zone (13), an accommodation zone (14) and a shoe heel (15) integrally formed on the heel zone (13) and having a receiving slot (151); and a reinforcement unit (2) corresponding to the accommodation zone (14) and having a heal seat (21) for inserting into the receiving slot (151) and a supporting part (22) integrally and laterally extended from a top of the heal seat (21). The supporting part (22) has a length extending from the heel zone (13) to a proximal end of the forefoot zone (11).
  • The term proximal or distal defines a direction typically originating from the center of an object. Here the term a proximal end of the forefoot zone (11) designates the direction toward the center of the insole (1), while the term a distal end of the forefoot zone (11) designates the direction away from the center of the insole (1).
  • Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, in assembly, the insole (1) is integrally formed with the forefoot zone (11), the arch zone (12) and the heel zone (13). An end surface of the insole (1) is recessed with the accommodation zone (14). The shoe heel (15) integrally and downwardly extends from the heel zone (13). Accordingly, the present invention does not require glue or nails to connect the shoe heel (15), which simplifies the production process. Then, the reinforcement unit (2) is placed to the accommodation zone (14). The heal seat (21) of the reinforcement unit (2) is correspondingly inserted into the receiving slot (151) to increase structural strength of the shoe heel (15). The supporting part (22) of the reinforcement unit (2) is covered from the heel zone (13) to the proximal end of the forefoot zone (11) to increase structural strength of the arch zone (12) to withstand force. Therefore, the present invention has impact resistance and stability when used.
  • Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the insole (1) is provided with a concave edge (16) surrounding the forefoot zone (11), the arch zone (12) and the heel zone (13) for engaging with a periphery of a shoe upper (3), and a lateral wall (17) extended from the concave edge (16) and corresponding to the accommodation zone (14) to be sewn by a sewing thread (A) for fixing the shoe upper (3). After the periphery of the shoe upper (3) is engaged with the concave edge (16), the lateral wall (17) is sewn by the sewing thread (A) for fixing the shoe upper (3). In this way, the shoe upper (3) can be combined with the insole (1) as shown in FIG. 4, and the sewing thread (A) is wrapped inside the insole (1) to achieve the aesthetic effect of not revealing the sewing thread (A).
  • Compared with the conventional technique available now, the present invention has the following advantages:
  • 1. The present invention has the integrally formed insole and the reinforcement unit engaged with the insole, which simplifies the production process and provides impact resistance and stability when used.
  • 2. The present invention has the concave edge for engaging with the periphery of the shoe upper without the need for glue or threaded holes to connect the shoe upper with the insole, and wraps the sewing thread inside the insole to achieve the aesthetic effect without revealing the sewing thread.
