- The present invention relates to the field of medical and health care products. More specifically it relates to an auxiliary marking garment for determining electrode positions in electrocardiographic examinations.
- Heart disease is the most important type of factor that harms human health and life. Most heart-related diseases can be found through electrocardiogram examination. Electrocardiogram examination is also the most important method for diagnosing various heart diseases. The interval between the onset of heart disease and the irreversible physical damage or even death of the patient is very short, and the timely detection of signs of heart disease is the key to successful rescue of heart disease patients. To this end, there is a large number of people and families who need wearable and DIY or self-help ECG monitoring. Healthy people want to be able to monitor their heart health status at any time, and adjust their living habits in time according to the monitoring results to maintain heart health. People at high risk of heart want to be able to detect their own electrocardiogram at home at any time, so as to find out the symptoms of heart disease in time, go to the hospital for medical treatment in time, and do not miss the best rescue time.
- However, the placement of electrodes for normal ECG examinations requires a professional doctor who is familiar with the structure of the human body and has basic knowledge of ECG examinations. Ordinary people are unfamiliar with the structure of the body and do not have the medical expertise they deserve. I don't know where to put the different electrodes on the body. Therefore, although the price of the electrocardiography equipment is not high, the inspection process is simple and the level of automatic diagnosis It is also constantly improving, but it is difficult to enter the family and meet a large number of family monitoring needs.
- The present invention is to provide an apparatus, i.e., a clothing for assisting the marking of the electrode position of the electrocardiographic examination.
- The technical solution adopted to solve the above problem is that: an auxiliary marking clothing for the electrocardiographic electrode position (AMCEEP) includes a marking clothing main body, a clothing positioning structure is provided on the marking clothing main body, a plurality of electrode marking holes and electrode symbols corresponding to the electrode marking holes in one-to-one correspondence The clothing positioning structure includes a heart fossa hole, a navel hole and two armpit positioning vertical lines.
- Further, the marking garment body is made of elastic fabric.
- Further: mark the body of the clothing as a T-shirt or vest.
- Further, the main body of the marking garment includes a bust and abdomen cloth and two shoulder straps. The ends of the bust and abdomen cloth are connected by a velcro to form a cloth ring and the size of the cloth ring is adjustable. One end of the shoulder strap is made of the bust and abdomen cloth The other end of the shoulder strap is connected to the chest and abdomen girth by a velcro and the connection position is adjustable.
- Further, the electrode symbol and the underarm positioning vertical line are printed on the marking clothing body.
- The benefits of the present invention include:
- 1. The apparatus aims at the main difficulty for ordinary people to carry out electrocardiographic examination on their own, and designs a marking garment which can be worn by the examinee. When the examination is required, the examiner puts on and adjusts the marking clothing, so that the heart hole is aligned with the heart socket, the navel hole is aligned with the navel, and the two armpit positioning vertical lines are located vertically under the armpit. After adjustment, the hole of each ECG electrode will correspond to the position of the ECG electrode placed on the body. In this way, the examiner can easily mark the accurate electrode placement position on the body, and then take off the marking clothing, place the corresponding electrode on the corresponding body position, and then can perform the ECG examination. With this marking garment, anyone with the ability to act autonomously can complete an ECG examination at home, and submit the examination results to an intelligent diagnosis system or to the doctor via the network to obtain the diagnosis results. Not only does it save the cost of examination, but more importantly, it can shorten the diagnosis time to the greatest extent, help improve the health level, and also help people at risk of heart disease to seek medical treatment in the best time to rescue.
- 2. The apparatus utilizes the heart socket hole to align the heart socket, the navel hole to align with the navel, the two armpit positioning vertical lines are positioned vertically under the armpit to achieve positioning, and the clothing positioning method is simple and easy to implement.
