The kit allows users to pick and choose from numerous chakra beads to improve health and create an overall balance by revitalizing energy levels and accessories are designed to be worn at times.

    • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The following includes information that may be useful in understanding the present disclosure.   • The present invention relates generally to the field of accessories and more specifically relates to well-being and jewelry and accessory making.
    • 2. Description of Related Art
  • Most people may enjoy wearing fashionable accessories to accommodate different outfits. Chakra beads and various crystals can be worn to accessorize. Crystal usage can be used as an important aspect for people to improve their overall balance and health. A suitable solution is enclosed which implements the Chakra styles and crystal concepts with meaning and functionality.
  • U.S. Pub. No. 2008/0305461 to Webb Nichols relates to a multi-sensory teaching kit and method of production. The described multi-sensory teaching kit and method of production includes a kit which includes one or more edible items in symbolic shapes, a handbook including a glossary of meanings for the shapes, and a spiritual lesson. In some embodiments, a souvenir such as a jewelry bead is provided, with an optional text explaining the significance of the souvenir. A method of production of a multi-sensory teaching kit is provided, comprising, forming a cookie into a symbolic shape, writing a handbook including a glossary of meanings of the symbolic shapes, printing a guide sheet on a based on spiritual and well-being principle, optionally providing a souvenir, and optionally enclosing the cookie, handbook, lesson, and optional souvenir to wear.
    • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known accessory art, the present disclosure provides a novel custom accessory making kit. The general purpose of the present disclosure, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a kit for creating customized functional fashion accessories featuring chakra beads, gemstones, crystals, and the like of various sizes.
  • A custom accessory making kit is disclosed herein. The custom accessory making kit includes a set of user instructions for customizing at least one item, a plurality of ornaments, and a supply of thread. The plurality of ornaments may include charms, gemstones, crystals, beads, crystal stones, stones, pendants, and chakra beads. The supply of thread is configured to receive and support at least one of the plurality of ornaments. The plurality of ornaments is selectively used in combination to create at least one customized accessory such as a wearable item such as jewelry including chokers, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, small children necklaces and bracelets with first name personalization, rings, lanyards, and the like for men and women of all sizes, toddlers, babies, and plus size. The set of user instructions is provided for instructing a user on how to create the at least one customized functional accessory using the custom accessory making kit comprising the plurality of ornaments and the supply of thread.
  • The bracelets and chokers described herein include a button and one (1) or two (2) ribbons at end portions of the jewelry item. For example, the bracelet may include two ribbons at each end for decorative and functional purposes. The bracelets and jewelry items are designed to accommodate various sized user-wearers. The ribbons may be removably attached to the jewelry items such that a user may wear the bracelet or choker with or without the ribbons attached. In alternative embodiments, the jewelry items do not include ribbons attached thereto. Additional examples of accessories including integrated chakra beads, gemstones and crystals may include:

  • A method for creating a custom accessory using a custom accessory making kit is also disclosed. The method of using custom accessory making kit may comprise the steps of: providing a custom accessory making kit including a set of user instructions for customizing at least one item, a plurality of ornaments including chakra beads, gemstones, crystals, a supply of thread; selecting the plurality of ornaments to attach to the supply of thread; manipulating a section of the supply of thread; and creating at least one custom accessory selectively using the plurality of ornaments in combination.

  • The various embodiments of the present invention will hereinafter be described in conjunction with the appended drawings, wherein like designations denote like elements.
    • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • As discussed above, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to accessories and more particularly to a custom accessory making kit as used to improve well-being jewelry and accessory making using chakra beads, gemstones, and/or crystals.
  • Generally, the present invention provides users with a series of customizable fashion accessories featuring chakra beads, gemstones, and/or crystals of various sizes. Effectively, the system allows users to pick and choose from numerous chakra beads, gemstones, and/or crystals. It utilizes a looped construction of regular thread, rubber thread, embroidered and elastic rubber custom accessories as well as non-embroidered, embroidered elastic leather, regular elastic, plastic chains, regular chains extenders and clasps, to create the accessory and support the beads. Plastic or leather products may be provided including mood changing stones (Thermochromic Liquid Crystals) and cubic zirconia additions. It features numerous color variations. It offers a unique and stylish fashion accessory for plus sizes also. A ribbon attachment/fashion statement and button usage for smaller customers may be available. Accessories are to include adaptations for all ages and sizes for women, men, teens, children, toddlers, and babies.
  • Custom accessory making kit is used to create custom functional fashion accessories such as chokers, necklaces, bracelets, rings, garment charms, garment zipper charms, lanyards, etc. Each accessory can be made using a rubber thread capable of receiving and supporting chakra beads. The beads, charms, and other stones can be attached in numerous configurations to accommodate a specific style, body style, and personal need. There can be a flat button on the choker and a removable extender for the rubber or embroidered rubber thread. Buttons and ribbons are included to accommodate all sizes of customers, big and small. Each crystal gemstone has multiple purposes. Various crystal pendant accessories are included. An additional option may be first name initial personalization. Crystal specification needs allow stones to be threaded as desired.

  • Referring now more specifically to the drawings by numerals of reference, there is shown in FIGS. 1-5, various views of a custom accessory making kit 100. FIG. 1 shows a custom accessory making kit 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As illustrated, the custom accessory making kit 100 may include a set of user instructions 110 for customizing at least one item, a plurality of ornaments 120, a supply of thread 130 and an educational guide. The plurality of ornaments 120 may include charms, gemstones, crystals, beads, crystal stones, stones, pendants, and chakra beads. The supply of thread 130 (or yarn 130′ or other cording) is configured to receive and support at least one of the plurality of ornaments 120. The plurality of ornaments 120 are selectively used in combination to create at least one customized accessory 140 such as a wearable item such as jewelry including chokers, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, lanyards, and the like. The set of user instructions 110 is provided for instructing a user on how to create the at least one customized accessory 140 using the custom accessory making kit 100 comprising the plurality of ornaments 120 and the supply of thread 130. The educational guide provides written educational descriptions of chakra beads, gemstones, and/or crystals, and the like and specific uses of each individual plurality of ornaments 120. The user may then selectively use chakra beads, gemstones, and/or crystals based on individual needs and the respective function of each chakra bead, gemstone, or crystal.
  • FIGS. 2-3 show various views of the custom accessory making kit 100 of FIG. 1, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As above, the custom accessory making kit 100 may include the set of user instructions 110 for customizing at least one item, the plurality of ornaments 120, and the supply of thread 130 for creating customizable, personalized, custom accessories including but not limited to wearable items and non-wearable items. The kit may further include at least two ribbons and at least one button. The invention further includes a decorative spacer. In a preferred embodiment, the supply of thread 130 comprises rubber or embroidered rubber thread. Other suitable supplies of thread 130 may be used such as non-rubber threading. A removable extender and clasps may be included for use with the supply of thread 130. The custom accessory 140 may be created in various sizes to accommodate males and females. The plurality of ornaments 120 may include beads or the like having functional indicia such as letters or numbers for personalizing the customized accessory 140. Users may create jewelry and other items and personalize them with initials, names, or the like. T.
  • The wearable items and jewelry may include chokers, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, nose rings, wine rings, lanyards, hair clips, tie clips, ankle bracelets, watches, key chains, shoe gems, collars, belly rings, facial jewelry, toe rings, hair ribbons, jewelry gems, broaches, watch bands, necklace capsules, pendulums and garment charms.
  • Other accessories 140 which may be created using the custom accessory making kit 100 include glasses, eyewear, clothing, hat bands, headbands, backpacks, scarves, containers, dish wear, candle holders, bottles, shoes, headphones, clocks, chimes, flower pots, car accessories, license plates, hair pins, phone cases, nail art gems, hair ribbons, hats, picture holders, briefcases, electronic device holders, fanny packs, pen holders, rosary, travel bags, and socks. These items may have various components of the custom accessory 140 making kit 100 including the chakra beads, gemstones, and crystals. The use of the supply of thread 130 may be optional.
  • As shown in FIG. 4, the custom accessory making kit 100 may be arranged as a kit. The kit may include custom accessory making kit. The instructions 110 may detail functional relationships in relation to the structure of the custom accessory making kit 100 (such that the custom accessory making kit 100 can be used, maintained, or the like, in a preferred manner).
  • FIG. 5 is a flow diagram 550 illustrating a method for creating a custom accessory using a custom accessory making kit 500, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As illustrated, the method for creating a custom accessory 140 using a custom accessory making kit 500 may include the steps of: step one 501, providing a custom accessory making kit including a set of user instructions 110 for customizing at least one item, a plurality of ornaments 120 including chakra beads, a supply of thread 130, and an educational guide; step two 502, selecting the plurality of ornaments 120 to attach to the supply of thread 130; step three 503, manipulating a section of the supply of thread 130; and step four 504, creating at least one custom accessory 140 selectively using the plurality of ornaments in combination.
  • It should also be noted that the steps described in the method of use can be carried out in many different orders according to user preference. The use of “step of” should not be interpreted as “step for”, in the claims herein and is not intended to invoke the provisions of 35 U.S.C. § 112(f). It should also be noted that, under appropriate circumstances, considering such issues as design preference, user preferences, marketing preferences, cost, structural requirements, available materials, technological advances, etc., other methods for custom accessory making kit 100 (e.g., different step orders within above-mentioned list, elimination or addition of certain steps, including or excluding certain maintenance steps, etc.), are taught herein.
  • The embodiments of the invention described herein are exemplary and numerous modifications, variations and rearrangements can be readily envisioned to achieve substantially equivalent results, all of which are intended to be embraced within the spirit and scope of the invention. What is claimed is new and desired to be protected by Letters Patent is set forth in the appended claims:
1. A custom accessory making kit comprising:
a set of user instructions for customizing at least one item;
a plurality of ornaments;
a supply of thread; and
an educational guide.
wherein said plurality of ornaments includes chakra beads, gemstones, and crystals;
wherein said supply of thread is configured to receive and support at least one of said plurality of ornaments;
wherein said plurality of ornaments are selectively used in combination to create at least one customized accessory;
wherein said educational guide is provided for educating a user on each type of said chakra beads, said gemstones, and said crystals and respective uses;
wherein said set of user instructions is provided for instructing said user on how to create said at least one customized accessory using said custom accessory making kit comprising said plurality of ornaments and said supply of thread.
2. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said custom accessory comprises a wearable item.
3. The custom accessory making kit of claim 2, wherein said wearable item is jewelry.
4. The custom accessory making kit of claim 3, wherein said jewelry comprises an item selected from the group consisting of: chokers, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, nose rings, wine rings, lanyards, hair clips, tie clips, ankle bracelets, watches, key chains, shoe gems, collars, belly rings, facial jewelry, toe rings, hair ribbons, jewelry gems, broaches, watch bands, necklace capsules, pendulums and garment charms.
5. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said custom accessory comprises a non-wearable item.

The custom accessory making kit of claim 5, wherein said custom accessory comprises an item selected from the group consisting of: glasses, eyewear, clothing, hat bands, headbands, backpacks, scarves, containers, dish wear, candle holders, bottles, shoes, headphones, clocks, chimes, flower pots, car accessories, license plates, hair pins, phone cases, nail art gems, hair ribbons, hats, picture holders, briefcases, electronic device holders, fanny packs, pen holders, rosary, travel bags, and socks.
7. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said custom accessory is created without using said supply of thread.
8. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said custom accessory includes at least one chakra bead.
9. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said plurality of ornaments comprise functional indicia.
10. The custom accessory making kit of claim 9, wherein said functional indicia comprises alphanumeric characters.
11. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said supply of thread comprises rubber thread.
12. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said supply of thread comprises non-rubber thread.
13. The custom accessory making kit of claim 11, further comprises a removable extender for said rubber thread.
14. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, further comprises at least one ribbon.
15. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, further comprises at least one button.
16. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, further comprises a spacer.
17. The custom accessory making kit of claim 3, wherein said jewelry is embroidered.
18. The custom accessory making kit of claim 13, wherein said jewelry is rubber braided.
19. A custom accessory making kit comprising:
a set of user instructions for customizing at least one item;
a plurality of ornaments;
a supply of thread; and
an educational guide.
wherein said plurality of ornaments includes chakra beads, gemstones, and crystals;
wherein said supply of thread is configured to receive and support at least one of said plurality of ornaments;
wherein said supply of thread comprises rubber thread;
wherein said plurality of ornaments are selectively used in combination to create at least one customized accessory;
wherein said educational guide is provided for educating a user on each type of said chakra beads, said gemstones, and said crystals and respective uses;
wherein said set of user instructions is provided for instructing a user on how to create said at least one customized accessory using said custom accessory making kit comprising said plurality of ornaments and said supply of thread
wherein said custom accessory comprises a wearable item;
wherein said wearable item is functional jewelry;
wherein said custom accessory includes at least one chakra bead;
wherein said kit further comprises a removable extender for said rubber thread;
wherein said kit further comprises at least one ribbon; and
wherein said kit further comprises at least one button.
20. A method for creating a custom accessory using a custom accessory making kit, comprising the steps of:
providing a custom accessory making kit including;
a set of user instructions for customizing at least one item;
a plurality of ornaments including chakra beads;
a supply of thread;
an educational guide;
selecting said plurality of ornaments to attach to said supply of thread;
manipulating a section of said supply of thread; and
creating at least one custom accessory selectively using said plurality of ornaments in combination.
